기업 메세나 활동을 통한 CSV(공유가치창출) 연구 -아모레퍼시픽 사례를 중심으로-

연구목적: 본 연구는 ‘기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)’ 방식 사회공헌활동의 한계를 보완하기 위해 새롭게 도입된 ‘공유가치창출(CSV)’ 개념에 근거한 기업 메세나 활동에 주목하였다. 본 연구의 목적은, 기업 메세나 활동을 CSV 관점에서 심층적으로 파악하고자, 한 기업의 사례를 통해 구체적 활동 양상과 의미를 탐구하는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 CSV 관점에서 메세나 활동을 수행하는 대표적 국내 기업인 아모레퍼시픽에 대해 사례연구 방법으로 고찰하였다. 연구결과: 아모레퍼시픽의 CSV 활동은 크게 문화예술 마케팅, 학술연구지원, 지역사회발전 등 세 가지 영역으로 구분되었으며, 활동 내용 및 방식에 있어서 기업 정체성과 특성이 잘 반영되어 있고, 진정성을 가지고 장기간 특정 활동을 지속하여 문화예술 발전에 기여할 뿐 아니라 기업의 성장도 가속화된 모범적인 CSV 사례로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 CSV 방식으로 메세나 활동을 수행하는 대표적 기업인 아모레퍼시픽에 대한 밀도 있는 사례연구를 수행하여 그 특성과 성과를 확인하였으며, 메세나 활동을 수행하는 많은 기업에 유용한 실천적 정보를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. Purpose: This study focused on corporate mecenat activities within the framework of “Creating Shared Value (CSV)” introduced as a response to the limitations of conventional “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" initiatives in social contribution. The purpose is to explore specific aspects and meanings of these activities, utilizing a company case study, to gain a comprehensive understanding of social contribution endeavors linked to corporate culture and the arts, particularly from the perspective of CSV. Methods: AmorePacific, a representative domestic company engaged in mecenat activities from the perspective of CSV was examined using a case study approach. Result: AmorePacific's CSV activities were categorized into three main areas: cultural arts marketing, academic research support, and local community development. The activities demonstrated a strong alignment with the company's identity and characteristics, exhibiting authenticity. The company's sustained commitment to specific activities not only contributed to the development of cultural arts but also accelerated corporate growth, portraying an exemplary case of CSV. Conclusion: Through a case study of AmorePacific, a leading company practicing mecenat activities in the CSV framework, this research confirmed its positive outcomes. The significance of this study lies in its potential to provide practical insights beneficial to many companies engaging in mecenat activities, thus contributing to the broader understanding and application of CSV in corporate practices.

본 논문에서는 피담보채무의 불이행에 따라 담보권실행을 위한 경매개시결 정이 내려지고 경매절차가 진행되던 도중에 채무자가 담보권설정등기말소의 소를 피담보채무의 변제와 관련하여 조건부로 제기한 경우, 경매절차에 있어 서의 처리방안에 관하여 논의해 보고자 한다. 먼저, 채무자가 피담보채권의 이행기 미도래 또는 유예를 주장하면서, 미도 래 내지 유예된 이행기가 도래하면 피담보채권을 변제할 것을 조건으로 하여 담보권에 대한 말소의 소를 제기하는 경우에, 수소법원은 그 소송 자체에서 미리 청구할 필요를 부인하여 이를 기각하는 것이 타당하고, 나아가 그와 같은 소의 제기를 이유로 경매절차 정지 잠정처분을 하지 않는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다. 만약 피담보채권을 변제할 것을 조건으로 한 담보권설정등기 말소의 소에 부수하여 경매절차 정지 잠정처분이 내려지고, 본안에서 그 청구가 인용되어 피담보채무의 선이행 또는 동시이행을 조건으로 하는 담보권설정등기 말소 판결이 선고되는 경우, 담보권설정등기 말소 판결이 있다고 해서 집행정지 상태가 무한히 계속된다면 이는 담보권의 기능을 형해화시키는 결과가 될 것 이다. 따라서 채무자의 피담보채무 변제 또는 이행제공에 필요한 상당한 기간 이 경과한 후에는 집행의 정지원인이 소멸하여 집행이의가 가능하다고 보는 것이 타당하다고 생각된다. 나아가 이와 같이 경매절차 정지 잠정처분이 내려지고 본안에서 피담보채 무의 선이행 또는 동시이행을 조건으로 하는 담보권설정등기 말소 판결이 선 고된 경우, 피담보채무의 변제 또는 이행제공에 상당한 기간이 경과한 후에는 정지사유가 소멸된 것으로 보고, 채권자가 상당한 기간이 경과하였음을 증명 한 때에는 정지된 절차를 속행하여야 한다고 보는 것이 타당할 것이다. This thesis examines how to deal with the auction procedure for exercise of security right in a case where the debtor brings an action for the cancellation of the security right registration, on condition that she will pay the secured debt. First, in a case where the debtor brings an action to cancel the registration of the security right for her debt, on condition that she will pay the debt when the due date for the debt comes, asserting that the due date has not come yet, it is plausible for the court to deny the necessity to claim in advance and to dismiss the action. In a case where the court decides to suspend the auction procedure, based on the debtor's action (above mentioned) for the conditional cancellation of the security right registration, and the court holds that the security right registration should be cancelled when the debtor pays her debt, if the auction procedure should be suspended without limit on the reason that the court held that the security right should be cancelled, it will destroy the essential function of the security right. Thus, I think that after the reasonable period for the debtor's payment, an objection against the suspension of the auction procedure should be allowed, because there is no more reason to suspend the auction procedure. Further, in the case above mentioned where the auction procedure is suspended and the court holds that the security right registration should be cancelled when the debtor pays her debt, I think that the ground for the suspension will expire when the creditor proves that the reasonable period for the payment is over, and the court should continue the auction procedure.

경기도와 서울시의 인구집중과 통근자 분석을 통한 도시확산현상 검증

서울시가 포함된 경기도는 1990년 이후로 급격한 인구집중 현상을 보이고 있으며, 특히, 서울시의 인구 억제 정책으로 인하여 서울시 주변 신도시와 주변 도시의 인구집중이 심화되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 세계의 대도시에서 벌어지고 있는 도심공동현상을 서울시의 역사적인 자료를 토대로 확인하며, 인구자료와 통근자자료를 이용하여 서울 대도시권의 도시 확산 및 발전을 분석한다. 최근 미국에서도 통근자자료를 토대로 대도시의 정의를 재정립함으로써 대도시 주변의 교통상황과 통근자의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 장래 서울시와 경기도의 도시 확산 및 발전에 관한 기초연구로서 서울 대도시권의 교통망 설계와 도시계획, 그리고 관리에 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.

강박장애환자의 인지행동치료프로그램 참여경험에 대한 질적사례연구

본 연구는 강박장애환자의 인지행동치료프로그램 참여 경험을 탐색하기 위한 질적 사례연구이다. 연구 참여자는 강박장애를 진단 받은 만 20세 이상의 성인이며 교육내용과 질문내용을 이해하고 의사소통이 가능하며 본 연구의 참여를 동의한 자이다. 자료수집은 G시 소재의 J 정신병원 강박증 클리닉에 참여한 7명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 2012년 7월부터 2013년 1월까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 Stake(1995)가 제시한 범주합산과 유형 만들기 분석기법을 활용하여 분석 하였으며 3개의 유형, 13개의 범주, 49개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 연구 결과 강박장애환자의 특성을 파악하였고, 인지행동치료프로그램에 참여한 환자의 경험을 탐색하였으며 인지행동치료프로그램이 강박장애환자의 강박사고 및 강박행동을 감소시킴으로써 그들의 삶에 변화를 가져올 수 있는 효과적인 중재방안임을 확인하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 강박장애환자들의 인지행동치료프로그램 참여 경험은 강박장애환자를 이해하는데 도움이 되며 강박장애환자 대상 간호중재 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으리라 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to find out if the cognitive behavior therapy program for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder made the meaningful difference in the lives of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and to explore their experiences during their participation in the program. Data were collected during the period from July, 2012 to January 2013 throughout in-depth personal interviews, participant observation and instruments. The subjects were 7 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder participated in cognitive behavior therapy program at a obsessive compulsive disorder clinic in J Mental Hospital, located in G City. Collected data were analyzed by the data analysis method, suggested by Stake (1995). In conclusion, the experiences of patients were divided into 3 patterns, 13 categories, 49 meaningful units. The cognitive behavior therapy programme could reduce the obsessive thinking and compulsive behavior of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The study is expected to be the foundation to develop nursing interventions to understand and help patients with obsessivecompulsive disorder, based on in-depth understanding of their vivid experiences.
