        특허지표를 활용한 지역주력산업 유망기술 분석에 관한 연구 - 창원시를 중심으로 -

        4차 산업시대의 기술 급변에 따른 공백기술을 도출하고 유망기술을 발굴하기 위한 지역산업의 움직임을 특허지표를 활용하여 분석하였다. 현재 창원시는 미래 지역주력산업으로 수소 전기차 기술을 중점 육성하여 미래 지역 유망기술로 발굴하고자 많은 기술 정보를 수집하고 있다. 기술 정보 수집은 분류방법, 기술 동향, 유사기술 등으로 인해 시간과 비용 측면에서 많은 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 기술 정보의 체계적인 분류와 기술 동향을 쉽게 도출할 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 특허지표를 통해 출원 성장률 측정 방법과 특허 출원 빈도 산정 과정을 통해 지역의 미래 주력산업에 대한 공백기술과 유망기술 동향을 분석하였다. 창원시의 미래 지역주력 산업인 수소 전기차의 기술 분류별, 국가별, 주요기업별 특허 동향을 조사하여, 특허 출원의 추세성과 기술의 혁신성 및 집중도인 기술성과 활동성을 분석하였다. 중복기술을 제거하고 기술 연관성을 고려하여 634건에 대해 특허 정보를 기반으로 기술 동향 분석한 결과 향후 지역산업을 위해 특허 출원을 확보하여 지역산업과 기업 경쟁력 제고가 필요한 시점으로 분석되었다. Patent indicators were used to analyze the movements of local industries in order to derive blank technologies due to rapid changes in technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution and to discover promising technologies. Currently, Changwon-si is gathering a lot of technical information to develop hydrogen electric vehicle technology as a future regional flagship industry to discover it as a promising technology in the future. Collecting technical information has many problems in terms of time and cost due to classification methods, technical trends, and similar technologies. Therefore, a systematic classification of technical information and a method for easily deriving technical trends are needed. In this paper, we analyzed the blank technology and promising technology trends for the future core industries of the region through the method of measuring the growth rate of patents and the frequency of patent application through the patent indicators.

        A Portrait of the “Evil Heart” in 4 Ezra

        Conscious of the need to study 4 Ezra on its own right before utilizing it to illuminate Paul and other New Testament documents, we explored 4 Ezra with particular reference to the notion of an “evil heart.” Written in the wake of the Destruction, 4 Ezra identifies the “evil heart” as the cause of Israel’s downfall, characterizing it five ways. First, it originates from the time of Adam, being formed in Adam before his fall, and becoming universally powerful in Adam’s descendants as a result of Adam’s transgression. Second, the “evil heart” is powerful enough to produce sins despite of the presence of Israel’s law, as is clear from Israel’s failure to resist the “evil heart” with the law. Third, the “evil heart” has universal potency except for a small number of Israel’s remnants who are helped by God to resist its power. Fourth, the “evil heart” is also responsible for universal human mortality and brings those under its power to miserable postmortem existence and tragic eschatological separation from God. Fifth, the remnant who are immune to the operation of the “evil heart” are considered a new Adamic people to inherit the new world and live in the new age whereas the rest of Adamic humanity remain bound within the present world. Any who attempts to compare 4 Ezra’s notion of the “evil heart” with Paul’s notion of sin or any other supposed New Testament equivalent needs to take into account these findings.

        Roll-to-Roll Coating Technology and Its Applications: A Review

        Roll-to-roll (R2R) coating technologies, with their advantages in terms of high throughput and environmental friendliness, are expected to be used at various industrial sites. Thin-film and thick-film forming can be conducted by various techniques that can be installed with R2R systems including dip coating, knife-over-edge coating, slot-die coating, direct- and micro-gravure coating, and spray coating. In this review, coating techniques are introduced from the perspective of process optimization along with examples of applications. Moreover, R2R web handling is also covered for its relationship with the coating process. Process conditions are obtained by presenting the mathematical modeling of each process and a real coating window is presented with surveyed data. Applications of coating technologies focus on printed electronic devices because of their ability to use soluble materials. State-of-art R2R vacuum coating and lab-scale coating without R2R are not discussed in this review. This summary of R2R coating techniques and applications aims to give guidelines for operation and long-term prospects for advanced coating manufacturing.

        항적자료를 활용한 항공기 연료 소모량 추정 및 정확도 분석

        As global warming becoming an environmentally serious issue, more attention is drawn to fuel consumption which is the direct source of green house gas emission. The fuel consumption by aircraft operation is not an exception. Motivated by the societal and environmental context, this paper explains a method for estimation of aircraft fuel consumed during their flights as well as the computational process using real flight track data. Applying so-called 'Total Energy Model' along with aircraft specific parameters provided in EUROCONTROL's Base of Aircraft Data (BADA) to aircraft radar track data, we estimate fuel consumption of individual aircraft flown between Gimpo and Jeju airports. We then assess the estimation accuracy by comparing the estimated fuel consumption with the actual one collected from an airline. The computational results are quite encouraging in that the method is able to estimate the actual fuel consumption within ${\pm}6{\sim}11%$ of error margin. The limitations and possible enhancements of the method are also discussed.

        Polarity-tuned Gel Polymer Electrolyte Coating of High-voltage LiCoO_2 Cathode Materials

        We demonstrate a new surface modification of high-voltage lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO_2) cathode active materials for lithium-ion batteries. This approach is based on exploitation of a polarity-tuned gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) coating. Herein, two contrast polymers having different polarity are chosen: polyimide (PI) synthesized from thermally curing 4-component (pyromellitic dianhydride/biphenyl dianhydride/phenylenediamine/oxydianiline) polyamic acid (as a polar GPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) containing 12 wt% vinyl acetate repeating unit (as a less polar GPE). The strong affinity of polyamic acid for LiCoO_2 allows the resulting PI coating layer to present a highly-continuous surface film of nanometer thickness. On the other hand, the less polar EVA coating layer is poorly deposited onto the LiCoO_2, resulting in a locally agglomerated morphology with relatively high thickness. Based on the characterization of GPE coating layers, their structural difference on the electrochemical performance and thermal stability of high-voltage (herein, 4.4 V) LiCoO_2 is thoroughly investigated. In comparison to the EVA coating layer, the PI coating layer is effective in preventing the direct exposure of LiCoO_2 to liquid electrolyte, which thus plays a viable role in improving the high-voltage cell performance and mitigating the interfacial exothermic reaction between the charged LiCoO_2 and liquid electrolytes.

        An Analysis of Pinned Edge Layer of Slot-Die Coated Film in Roll-To-Roll Green Manufacturing System

        Roll-to-roll slot-die manufacturing of soluble materials with a uniform layer is a critical step in realizing low-cost and eco-friendly printed electronics for solar cells and batteries. This study presents an analysis of the lateral thickness of a coated layer that consists of a fluid with a high viscosity produced by using a slot-die roll-to-roll system with specific attention focused on a pinned edge phenomenon exhibited in the coated layer. A solution viscosity of 832 mPa·s is used and includes relatively high capillary numbers in the experiment in the range of 0.47–3.47. The purpose of the study included analyzing various forces around the coating nozzle and determining the correlation between forces by using dimensionless numbers. Computational fluid dynamics analysis and experiments were performed to obtain various parameters in terms of these dimensionless numbers. The experimental results suggest that the pinned edge should be reduced below 10% by reducing the coating gap parameter that represents the gravity forces.

        방사선 융합기술과 특허 동향 분석

        Convergence and advancement between technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and the Internet of Things have a significant impact on the regional flagship industry. All technical fields are used as a converged technology by connecting between technology and industry. In order to understanding the recent technical trend, it is possible to easily realized the technical trend research and analysis through keyword search using patent information. The purpose of this study is to identify patent trends applied to convergence technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution age in radiation technology development and to present patent trends and analysis for strengthening and utilizing radiation-related industrial technology competitiveness and to apply them to demand technology and forecast future promising technologies. 인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷 등 기술간 융합과 고도화가 지역주력산업에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 모든 기술분야가 기술간-산업간 연결이 되어 융합된 기술로 활용되고 있다. 최근 기술동향을 파악하기 위해 특허정보를 이용한 키워드검색을 통해 기술동향 조사 및 분석으로 쉽게 파악이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구는 방사선 기술발전에서 4차 산업혁명시대 융합기술을 적용한 특허동향을 파악하고 방사선 관련 산업 기술경쟁력 강화 및 활용방안을 위한 특허동향 및 분석을 제시하여 수요기술 발굴과 미래 유망기술 예측에 활용하고자 한다.

      • 지속적 기관내 삽관후 발생한 기관협착증 1예

        Prolonged intubation of trachea in the treatment of acute respiratory failure has become commonplace in intensive care units(ICU). Severe complications such as tracheoesophageal fistula, tracheal stenosis, tracheoarterial fistula, and cuff trachiectasis can follow prolonged intubation The 24 years old male patient was performed an endotracheal intubation for airway keep after car accident. The endotracheal tube remained in place for 7 days. After extubation, about 2 months later he complains of dyspnea. Necrotic granulation tissue on midtrachea was removed by surgery. After surgery, his symptom was improved and he was discharged. It was considered that the necrotic granulation tissue on the cervical trachea was formed as a complication of prolonged endortracheal intubation. Histopatholoic finding of the granulation tissue showed chronic inflammation and ulceration.
