노후산업단지의 재생방안에 관한 연구 - 국내·외 사례중심으로 -

‘60년대 초부터 도시내 조성된 노후화된 산업단지 및 산업지역의 재정비가 국가적 과제 및 지역현안으로 대두되고 있다. 도시내 산업단지는 도심이라는 지리적 기반을 바탕으로 도시성장을 견인하고, 또한 새로운 미래사회에 부응하는 역할을 수행하기 위한 고부가가치형, 환경친화형 산업단지로의 변화를 요구받고 있다. 이러한 노후 산업단지의 재정비 및 재생의 필요성에도 불구하고 현실적으로 수익성과 복잡한 이해관계 때문에 현 제도 하에서 원활한 재정비 추진이 곤란한 실정이다. 노후산업단지에 대해서 업종구조의 고도화 및 기반시설 재정비 등을 통해 국가 및 지역경쟁력의 제고와 이를 위한 재생차원의 방안이 모색되기 위하여, 먼저 사업시행을 원활히 하기 위한 제도적 뒷받침이 먼저 강구되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 노후 산업단지의 재정비 및 재생을 촉진하기 위한 구체적인 제도적 실행방안을 수립하기 위해 노후산업단지의 재생을 위한 주요 쟁점과제를 도출하고 국내외 선진사례검토를 통해 주요 쟁점과제에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. Reorganizations of aged industrial park and industrial area that was established in the early 1960s has been issued to the regional level of autonomous government as well as national level for vital economy. The old industrial park in the city has been leading the city development for the past, and are encountered to change the city development adopting the high-value and environment friendly industrial park for the future. Even we are fully understood that the reorganization and regeneration of aged industrial park are needed, the complexity and profitability of the project are not smoothly implemented. Therefore, the plan for the business type advanced of the aged industrial park and improvement of infrastructure will be reviewed and prepared to make the nation and region to have competitive edge for regional development. At the same time, a institutional strategy to implement the project are prepared and supported. This study is to conclude controversial issues on the regeneration of aged industrial park from the domestic and foreign experiences and case studies and suggest some lessons and implementing strategy for the successful regeneration of aged industrial park.
한국 박쥐의 한타바이러스 감염에 대한 혈청면역학적 연구

To understand whether the bats inhabiting in Korea play role as hosts harboring Hantavirus that cause acute febrile diseases, a total number of 802 bats of 9 species were collected from seven provinces in Korea from 1989 to 1995 and tested for the presence of antibodies to Hantavirus by means of immunofluorescent antibody (IFA) technique. The results are summarized as follow. 1. Total 802 captured bats were classified into 9 different species with the following distribution. They were Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Eptesicus serotinus, Miniopterus sehreibersii, Vespertilio superans, Myotis mystatinus, Murina leucogaster, Myotis formosus, Myotis macrodactylus and Plecotus auritus with numbers and rates of 423 (52.74%), 291 (36.28%), 47 (5.86%), 28 (3.49%), 8 (1.00%), 1 (0.12%) and 1 (0.12%), respectively. The predominant species of the bats was Rhinolophus ferrumequinum with 52.74% of the captured. 2. Among 9 species of bats, species of Rhinolophus ferrumequinum and Eptesicus serotinus were positive with Hantavirus antibody of strain numbers 76-118. The rate of antibody positive was 3.78%. 3. The seasonal differences of Hantavirus antibody in 802 bats tested were 5.83%, 4.17%, 3.67% and 0.64% in winter, spring, summer and autumn, respectively. Again the highest viral antibody prevalence was detected in winter. It could be concluded through the study that certain species of bats inhabiting in Korea play a definite role as the host animals of certain species of Hantavirus.

Due to digital convergence, mobile embedded systems need more functionalities and a fully fledged OS. Applications for such embedded systems are linked with many shared libraries available in the OS and access a large data set at launch time. This results in increased application launch time. In this paper, we propose two techniques for reducing the application launch time: lazy-loading and pinning. Lazy-loading defers loading shared libraries that are not used in the application at launch time, whereas pinning guarantees the residence of shared libraries and data used at launch time in the main memory.
한국에 서식하는 조류와 다람쥐의 Hantavirus 감염에 대한 생태학적 연구

Hantavirus is the etiologic agent of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). It has been known that the natural reservoirs of Hantavirus are not only field mice but also other animals in parts of the world. In this study, to research on the host range of Hantavirus, immunofluorescent antibody against Hantavirus was investigated in wild birds from 1991 to 1992, duck from 1991 to 1992 and squirrels (Tamias sibiricus) in 1990 in Korea. The results were as follows: 1. Of total 179 wild birds of 14 species, Emberiza elegans elegans and Passer montanus dy-bowsky were antibody positive. The positive rates were 3.92% (2 out of 51) and 1.64% (1 out of 61), respectively. 2. The antibody titers of wild birds were 1:16 and 1:64 in Emberiza elegans elegans, 1:16 in Passer montanus dybowsky. 3. The positive rate of antibody in ducks was 2.3% (3 out of 129). 4. The positive rate of antibody in squrrels was 48.10% (38 out of 79). According these results, we newly showed that passer montanus dybowsky, domestic ducks and Tamias sibiricus possessed the antibody against Hantavirus.

인체의 혈액생화학 성분은 생리적인 상태나, 유전적 소인, 질병이나 기타 여러 가지 환경적 소언에 따라 달라진다. 따라서 임상에서는 참조치를 설정할때에는 성별, 연령별 또는 인종별 등에 의해 분류하기를 원하고 었다. Glycated hemoglobin 은 당뇨병 의 진 단, 치 료관 리에 이미 측정되어 사용된지가 오래이다. 또한 근년 에 glycated serum protein 측정 법 이 개 발 보급되어 또다른 장점을 갖는 방법으로서 각광을 받고 있다. 저자들은 창조치로서의 신빙성을 갖을 만한 일부건강한 한국인들의 후락토사민 농도를 새로운 방법으로 정도관리 상태가 양호한 가운데 측정하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 여러 가지 통계학적인 방법으로 분석하여 유용한 참조치로서의 최적화를 시도하여보았다. The chemical components of the human body are subjected to vary by physiological processes, genetic differences, diseases and various environmental factors. Therefore, separate reference values of the chemincal components for sex, age groups and other criteria are needed. Glycated hemoglobin is generally measured for the assessment of glycemic control in diabetes mellitus. Recently, however, the method for the measurement of glycated serum protein has drawn increasing attention. This study was udertaken to establish reference ranges for concentration of fructosamine among some healthy Korean and to compare this result with other reports.
