N/A Background: Glomerular endothelial cells should participate in the process of glomerular disease by expressions of HLA antigens and adhesion molecules. However, few have been known about the regulation of the expression of these molecules in human glomerular endothelial cells(HGEC). The aim of this study was to evaluate the expressions of VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and HLA-DR to see if there are any cytokine-dependent or time-dependent differences. Methods: HGEC were isolated and cultured from the normal portion of the kidneys removed due to renal cell carcinoma, which was confirmed by factor VIII and fluorescent-labeled acetylated LDL. The effects of cytokine on the cell surface expression of VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and HLA-DR were measured by ELISA. Results : ICAM-1 was increased by IL-1 α, TNF- β and IFN- γ. VCAM-1 was increased by IL-1 α and TNF- β, not by IFN- γ. IFN- γ only increased expression of HLA-DR. Basal expression of ICAM-1 was higher than VCAM-1 and HLA-DR. The time course of expression was different according to adhesion molecule. Conclusions : These data showed that the expression of adhesion molecules and HLA-DR in HGEC were regulated differentially by inflammatory and immune-regulatory cytokines.

The 2-way valve was manually worked for fluid controling. In this case, the problems of pressure control and security of worker was existed. 3-way auto change valve makes the fluid flow to become fine and auto change, work efficiency and quality are increased. The 3-way auto change valve needs air flow analysis for application on industry. In this study, the 3-way auto change valve was analyzed on fluid flow of maximized velocity, minimized velocity, air pressure and air density by changing entrance air velocity. The results was that the maximum velocity lineally increased according to increase entrance velocity and Maximum pressure increased non-lineally.

고분자 글루테닌 서버유닛(high molecular-weight glutenin subunit, HMW-GS)은 밀의 가공적성을 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 우리는 Agrobacterium 동시 형질전환법을 이용하여 한국 밀 품종인 ‘조경’으로부터 밀 HMW-GS을 암호화하는 Glu-1Bx7 유전자를 가지는 marker-free 형질전환 벼를 생산하였다. Glu-1Bx7 유전자의 종자 특이적 발현을 위하여 밀 Glu-1Bx7 유전자 자체 프로모터를 벡터 내에 삽입하였다. 동시 접종을 위해서 오직 Glu-1Bx7 유전자와 hygromycin phosphotransferase II (HPTII) 저항성 유전자만으로 구성된 두 종류의 발현 카셋트를 독립적으로 Agrobacterium EHA105에 도입하였고, Glu-1Bx7와 HPTII가 도입된 각각의 EHA105 Agrobacterium을 3:1 비율로 혼합하여 벼 캘러스에 접종하였다. 216개의 HPTII 저항성 형질전환체 중에서 벼 게놈에 Glu-1Bx7과 HPTII가 모두 삽입된 24개의 형질전환 라인을 획득하였다. Glu-1Bx7와 HPTII가 벼 게놈에 도입된 것을 Southern blot을 통해서 다시 확인하였다. 형질전환 벼 T₁ 세대의 종자에서 밀 Glu-1Bx7 유전자가 전사와 번역되어 오직 Glu-1Bx7만을 가지는 marker-free 식물체를 T₁ 세대에서 성공적으로 선발할 수 있었다. High-molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) have been shown to play a crucial role in determining the processing properties of the wheat grain. We have produced marker-free transgenic rice plants containing a wheat Glu-1Bx7 gene encoding the HMG-GS from the Korean wheat cultivar ‘Jokyeong’ using the Agrobacterium-mediated co-transformation method. The Glu-1Bx7-own promoter was inserted into a binary vector for seed-specific expression of the Glu-1Bx7 gene. Two expression cassettes comprised of separate DNA fragments containing only Glu-1Bx7 and hygromycin phosphotransferase II (HPTII) resistance genes were introduced separately to the Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 strain for co-infection. Each EHA105 strain harboring Glu-1Bx7 or HPTII was infected to rice calli at a 3:1 ratio of Glu-1Bx7 and HPTII, respectively. Then, among 216 hygromycin-resistant T0 plants, we obtained 24 transgenic lines with both Glu-1Bx7 and HPTII genes inserted into the rice genome. We reconfirmed integration of the Glu-1Bx7 gene into the rice genome by Southern blot analysis. Transcripts and proteins of the wheat Glu-1Bx7 were stably expressed in the rice T₁ seeds. Finally, the marker-free plants harboring only the Glu-1Bx7 gene were successfully screened at the T₁ generation.

This study is about to constructing BOM for managing and integrating information, which is drawing, technical data, attribution, design, ordering, cost, weight, process, service ,etc. based on train"s system, elements, substructure, assembly, components, parts during whole train"s lifetime of the next generation. The BOM is the mostly basic structure information as hierarchical data what are parts consisted specific products. The BOM was utilized as essential elements for collectively managing through informing all of the business activity from ordering to suppling. The BOM in railroad is consist of two parts. One is Engineering BOM for design, the other is Production BOM for production, which are utilized in development calculating the quantity of materials. Also the Maintenance BOM is applied to suppling parts and managing malfunction in railroad corporation like the Seoul Metro. There are many kind of BOMs, because of the special character for each step. Therefore We have need to develop BOM which is able to integrate drawing, technical data for helping good circulation between RAMS applied maintenance using database and helpful know-how for development and production. Also the BOM of the next generation must be consisted regard to whole life-cycle.

The simultaneous occurrence of primary gastric lymphoma and adenocarcinoma is rarely reported. We here report a case of synchronous double primary tumor of advanced gastric cancer and diffuse large B cell lymphoma. A 65-year-old woman underwent an esophagogastroduodenoscopy for the evaluation of abdominal discomfort of two months` duration. The endoscopic examination showed an ulcerating tumor in the gastric antrum and thickened folds in the fundus and the microscopic examination revealed an adenocarcinoma in the antrum and a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the fundus. She has had total gastrectomy and CHOP chemotherapy with rituximab. Since the cases of synchronous double primary gastric tumors have been increased on the recent medical advances, when a gastric tumor is detected for the endoscopic examination, an endoscopist has to make every endeavor not to miss another tumor in the stomach. 쌀가루는 많은 식품 가공에 이용된다. 그러나 밀가루 반죽이 빵과 면을 포함한 많은 식품 가공 제품에 적합한 반면에, 쌀로 만든 반죽은 신장성과 탄력성이 부족하다. 고분자 글루테닌 서브유닛(HMW-GS)은 밀의 가공 적성을 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서, 우리는 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium) 동시 형질전환법을 이용하여 한국 밀 품종인 ‘조경’으로부터 HMW-GS를 암호화하는 밀 Glu-1Dy10 유전자를 발현하는 marker-free 형질전환 벼 식물체를 개발하였다. 오직 Glu-1Dy10 유전자와 HPTII (hygromycin phosphotransferase II) 저항성 유전자만을 포함하는 분리된 DNA 조각들로 구성된 두 가지 발현 카셋트(cassettes)를 독립적으로 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium) EHA105 에 도입하였다. Glu-1Dy10 또는 HPTII를 함유하는 EHA105 를 각각 3:1 비율로 벼 캘러스에 접종하였다. 290개의 하이그로마이신(hygromycin) 저항성 T0 식물체 중에서 우리는 벼 게놈에 Glu-1Dy10과 HPTII 유전자가 모두 삽입된 29개의 형질전환 라인을 획득하였다. 우리는 Glu-1Dy10 유전자가 벼 게놈 내로 도입된 것을 Southern blot 분석을 통해 다시 확인하였다. 형질전환 벼 종자에서 Glu-1Dy10의 전사(Transcripts)와 단백질을 semi-quantitative RT-PCR과 Western blot 분석을 통해서 확인하였다. 최종적으로, 오직 Glu-1Dy10 유전자를 갖는 marker-free 식물체를 T1 세대에서 성공적으로 선발할 수 있었다. IPA 기법을 활용한 NCS 기반 절삭가공분야의 실무과목에 대한 교사인식

이 연구는 NCS 기반 기계 절삭가공분야 실무과목에 대한 교사들의 인식을 분석하여 교육 환경 개선 방향에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS 기반의 기계 절삭가공분야 실무과목에 대한 교사의 인식을 분석한 결과, 전반적으로 중요도와 실행도의 분석 결과 전체 중요도 평균(4.17)과 실행도 평균(3.83)에 대한 인식 수준 차이가 발견되었다. 둘째, 개별 실무과목의 IPA에서는 선반가공, 밀링가공, 컴퓨터 활용생산, 측정의 4개 영역 중 밀링가공과 컴퓨터 활용생산의 2개 과목은 현상유지 영역에 해당하였으로 이 영역이 학교 현장에서 적절히 운영되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 개별 실무과목의 능력단위 별 IPA에서 현상유지 영역에 해당하는 능력단위는 14개였으며 이에 해당하지 않는 점진개선 영역(8개), 초과달성 영역(4개), 중점관심 영역(3개)의 능력단위에 대해서는 교육 여건의 검토가 필요하다. 연구의 결론을 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 절삭가공분야의 실무과목에 대하여 교사가 인식하는 중요도에 비하여 실행도가 전반적으로 낮은 이유를 밝히기 위한 후속 연구가 요구된다. 둘째, 중요도에 대한 인식이나 실행도를 개선하기 위한 구체적인 방안에 대해 심도 있는 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to analyze teachers perceptions of practical subjects in NCS-based machine cutting process and to provide basic data on how to organize related curriculum and improve educational environment. Based on the findings, the conclusion is as follows.First, as a result of analyzing teacher s perception of NCS-based working subjects in the field of mechanical cutting, overall analysis of importance and performance revealed that there was a difference in recognition level between overall importance average (4.17) and performance average (3.83). It became. Second, in the IPA of each practical subject, the two subjects of milling and computerized production among the four areas of turning, milling, computerized production, and measurement were the status quo, and thus, they were properly operated at the school site.
