        진동감시를 통한 트러스 구조물의 진단

        본 논문에서는 모의실험을 이용하여 진동감시를 통한 거대 구조물에서의 비파괴 손상탐지의 타당성을 입증하였다. 트러스 형식의 구조물에 대한 비파괴 손상탐지 이론을 정립하였다. 이 이론의 타당성 조사를 위하여 16개의 격간과 246개의 요소로 구성되어 있는 3차원 트러스 구조물을 유한요소로 모델링 하였으며, 이 모델을 이용하여 모의 손상을 가하였다. 손상의 경우는 총 4가지로 대상 구조물의 한 곳에서 손상이 발생한 경우부터 세 곳에서 손상이 발생한 경우까지를 고려하였다. 주어진 모달 매개변수를 이용하여 미세 손상 뿐 아니라 큰 손상에 대해서도 결과가 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper the feasibility of Nondestructive Damage Detection (NDD) in large structures is demonstrated via simulating vibration monitoring of such structures. The theory of NDD for truss type structures is formulated. To examine the feasibility of the theory, a finite element model of a 3-D truss structure, which consists of sixteen bays and includes 246 elements, is developed to simulate damage. Four damage cases are simulated numerically and the cases range from the structure being damaged in one location to the structure being damaged in three locations. For the given modal parameters, this study reveals very good results for small amounts of damage as well as large damage.

        손상평가와 구조물 신뢰성과의 연계

        구조물에 대한 비파괴 손상평가는 손상 전과 손상 후의 동적 특성으로부터 손상의 위치와 그 크기에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 기존 구조물의 시스템 신뢰도를 추정하기 위해서는 이러한 비파괴 손상평가의 결과가 부재요소의 파괴확률에 반영되어야 한다. 구조 부재의 파괴확률은 각 부재의 파괴함수로부터 신뢰성 이론을 이용하여 구할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 부재의 파괴확률로부터 직접 구조 시스템의 파괴확률을 구할 수 있는 식을 제안하였다. 손상평가와 신뢰성평가 분야의 연계는 철골조 단층 프레임의 수치해석 모델에 인위적인 손상을 가하여 손상 전과 손상 후의 모달 변수를 이용하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다. Nondestructive Damage Evaluation (NDE) techniques yield the damage location and its size from the modal characteristics of pre-damaged and post-damaged structures. To predict the system reliability of the aging structure, results from the NDE are integrated into the element/component failure probabilities. The element/component failure probabilities can be calculated from failure functions for each element/component with the aid of techniques from a structural reliability analysis. In this paper, a method to estimate the system reliability of a structure that is based on the reliabilities of elements/components in a given structure is presented. The efficacy of the combination of the nondestructive damage detection and the structural reliability evaluation is demonstrated using pre-damaged and post-damaged modal data obtained from numerical simulations of a rigid frame.

        고온 유리 성형 공정을 위한 직육면체형 Sodium 히트파이프의 실험 연구

        To enhance isothermal characteristics of glass-farming surface, a rectangular parallelepiped heat pipes was fabricated, tested, and analyzed. The working fluid was sodium and the wall material was stainless steel 304. The dimension of the heat pipe was 210 (L) $\times$ 140(W) $\times$ 92(H)mm. A lattice structure covered with screen mesh was inserted to promote return of working fluid. The bottom side of heat pipe was heated electrically and the top side was cooled by liquid circulation. The temperature distribution at the bottom surface was of major concern and was monitored to determine isothermal characteristics. A frozen start-up of rectangular parallelepiped liquid metal heat pipe was tested. The operating mode of the sodium heat pipe was affected by the temperature of cooling zone, input heat flux, and the operating temperature of heat pipe. The heat pipe operated in a normal fashion as long as the heat flux was over 5.78W/cm$^2$, and the inside wall temperature of condenser part was above 95$^{\circ}C$ The maximum temperature difference at the bottom surface was observed to be 32$^{\circ}C$ when the operating temperature of the heat pipe was operating normally around 50$0^{\circ}C$. The result showed that a sodium heat pipe was very effective in reducing significantly the temperature difference in the glass-forming surface.

        정적 변형률을 이용한 플로팅 구조물의 손상탐지

        최근 물 가까이에서 생활하고 여가를 보낼 수 있는 친수공간에 대한 욕구가 증가하면서 플로팅 구조물에 대한 관심이 커져가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정적 변형률을 이용한 플로팅 구조물의 손상탐지기법을 제안하였다. 손상을 탐지하기 위한 손상지수는 기존의 모달 변형에너지를 이용한 손상지수 법을 변형률을 적용할 수 있도록 확장하여 손상 전과 손상 후의 변형률로 나타내었으며, 손상지수 계산 후 손상부위를 결정하는 손상탐지는 패턴인식을 이용하였다. 제안된 이론의 정확성과 타당성은 플로팅 구조물의 축소모형을 제작하고 계측된 변형률 데이터에 적용하여 검증하였다. Recently, people’s desire for the waterfront space has been increasing, and more people want to spend their leisure time close to the water. This paper proposes a damage detection technique using the static strain for the floating structure. An existing damage index, in which the modal strain energy was utilized to identify possible location of damage, is expanded to apply the static strain. The new damage index is expressed in terms of the static strains of undamaged and damaged structures. After calculating damage index, the possible damage locations in the structure are determined by the pattern recognition technique. The accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method is demonstrated by using experimental strain data from a scale model of floating structure.

        The Effects of Job Stress of Construction Workers on Construction Accidents and Turnover Intention

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors and effects of job stress of construction workers on construction accidents and turnover intention in order to improve the field work environment of construction industry which shows higher industrial accidents than other industries. To this end, research models and hypotheses were established based on previous research, and the questionnaire was distributed to 10 construction companies in Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungcheong provinces. The 301 data collected were performed statistical analysis such as basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and logistic regression analysis using the statistical package (IBM SPSS 22). The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, job stress has a significant effect on accident occurrence. Among the sub-factors of job stress, there was positive (+) influence on work culture and relationship conflict between peers, and organizational system had negative influence. Job demands, compensation incompetence, and job instability were not statistically significant. Therefore, it is necessary to concentrate on the factors of work culture, organizational system, and relationship conflict in the construction site. Second, job stress has positive effect on turnover intention. Job stress, inadequacy of compensation, and work culture were positively related to turnover intention. Third, job demands have a slightly greater impact than compensatory inadequacies. The factors that make the job turnover more important are the excessive job burdens such as respect, internal motivation, responsibility rather than expectation non-conformity, time pressure, increase of work load. Therefore, in order to reduce the turnover intention of the construction worker, it is necessary to pay attention to improvement of the job requirement. Fourth, the worker’s job stress could overcome by exercise and fatigue elimination, work environment management, and self-opening for others. It is necessary to establish a work environment management system for counseling and intimacy formation to open up the exercise and fatigue relief program of the workers at the construction site and to open themselves between the workers and the supervisors.

        혼잡성의 선행변수와 점포혼잡성 및 쇼핑감정의 관계

          This paper studies on the influence of customers" perceived time pressure, familiarity, and privacy in the department stores on two dimensions of perceived crowding : human and spatial crowding, and tries to identify the relation among two dimensions of perceived crowding, two dimensions of shopping emotions and repatronage intention.<BR>  The result is as follows.<BR>  First, in relation to time pressure, familiarity, privacy and crowding, time pressure influences positively on human crowding and spatial crowding, while familiarity influences positively on human crowding and negatively on spatial crowding. And privacy influences negatively only on spatial crowding. The result shows that customers" perceived psychological time pressure, the familiarity toward stores, and the level of perceived privacy play a significant role in perceiving crowding.<BR>  Second, human crowding and spatial crowding influence two dimensions of shopping emotions: positive shopping emotions and negative shopping emotions. Especially human crowding influences positively on positive shopping emotions while spatial crowding influence positively on negative shopping emotions, which means that shoppers visiting stores feel negative shopping emotions toward spatial crowding, but that shoppers" crowding in stores can arose positive shopping emotions which intrigue interest and liveliness.<BR>  Third, the result shows that shoppers" positive shopping emotions influences positively on repatronage intention. In conclusion, arousing positive shopping emotions results in satisfaction, which increases repatronage intention, and is used as a significant variable to keep patronage.<BR>  Based on the findings, I would like to suggest a few implications to develop marketing strategies in the stores.<BR>  First, consumer behavior under time pressure leads to reduce product search activities, which tends to make customers choose products with past experience to reduce shopping time. So the retailers have to try to cut down time on shopping by displaying products winning popularity and preference, seasonal products, etc. in front of the stores, and providing information or maps of the floor in places good to see.<BR>  In relation to familiarity, the retailers will have to develop strategies which enhance familiarity toward the stores through various promotion activities such as providing various information, free sample products or coupons, and sample drinks or taste.<BR>  In relation to privacy, the retailers will have to give priority to secure appropriate shopping space. But if they can"t secure enough physical space, they need to devise psychological strategies. For example, decorating the shopping area with bright-toned colors, comfortable music, partial lighting and fragrance could help to secure psychological personal space.<BR>  Second, the result shows that spatial crowding influences positively on negative shopping emotions, while human crowding influences positively on positive shopping emotions. So, the retailers will have to make shoppers activate by promoting a proper level of human crowding by holding various events or performances, and securing facilities which can attract shoppers. They will also have to reduce shoppers" negative actions resulting from spatial crowding by broadening aisles in the store or making the ceiling look high or using bright lighting or colors.   본 연구는 특정소매점포 내에서 소비자들이 지각하는 시간압박, 친숙성, 프라이버시가 지각된 혼잡성의 두 가지 차원인 인적, 공간적 혼잡성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보고, 지각된 혼잡성의 두 가지 차원과 쇼핑감정의 두 가지 차원, 그리고 재이용의도와의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다.<BR>  연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시간압박은 혼잡성의 두 가지 차원에 모두 정(+)의 유의한 영향을, 그리고 친숙성은 인적 혼잡성에는 정(+)의 영향, 공간적 혼잡성에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 프라이버시는 공간적 혼잡성에만 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혼잡성의 두 가지차원 중에서 인적혼잡성은 긍정적 쇼핑감정에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석을 바탕으로, 효과적인 마케팅전략을 수립하기위한 몇 가지 실무적인 시사점을 제시한다면 다음과 같다.<BR>  첫째, 소매점포에서는 시간압박을 느끼는 구매자를 위해 인기선호상품, 계절상품 등의 점두진열이나 매장안내, 매장위치도를 보기 쉬운 장소에 비치하는 등 구매에 소요되는 시간을 줄여주고 다양한 촉진활동과 지역사회를 위한 봉사활동 등으로 소매점의 전반적인 이미지상승을 유발시켜 자연스럽게 점포에 대한 친숙성이 높아지도록 하여야 할 것이다.<BR>  둘째, 백화점과 같은 소매점포에서는 다양한 이벤트나 공연, 혹은 쇼핑객들을 유인할 수 있는 시설의 유치 등으로 적정수준의 인적혼잡성을 유발함으로써 쇼핑객들에게 활성화 작용을 일으키도록 해야 할 것이다. 또한, 공간에 대한 혼잡성으로 인하여 쇼핑객들이 부정적 쇼핑감정을 느끼지 않도록 점포 내 통로를 넓히거나 천장이 높게 보이도록 하고 실내를 밝은 조명이나 색상을 사용해 쇼핑객들의 공간적 혼잡성으로 인한 부정적 행동을 감소시켜야 할 것이다.

      • 환경 모니터링 센서 네트워크에서의 이상 데이터 검출을 위한 시스템 설계

        센서 네트워크는 IoT, 스마트 팜 등의 다양한 분야에 활용되고 있다. 그러나 센서 자체의 결함과 환경적인 요인으로 인해 데이터의 변화가 발생하는 단점을 가지고 있다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 센서 네트워크에 중앙 서버를 배치하고 중앙 서버에 STL Module를 추가한다. STL Module은 센서로부터 측정된 데이터를 분석하고 이상 데이터를 검출하여 제거한다. 중앙 서버에 추가적으로 Web Server를 구축하여 관리자가 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있다.

        모드 유연성의 변화를 이용한 바닥구조의 손상탐지

        This paper presents a methodology to detect and locate damage in a slab structure. The methodology utilizes damage<br/> indices based on the changes in the distribution of the modal compliance of the slab structure due to damage. The<br/> changes in the modal compliance distribution are obtained using the mode shapes of the pre-damaged and post-damaged<br/> states of the structure. The moment-curvature relationships and the mean expression for the sum of bending moments<br/> are utilized to formulate the damage index. The basic elements of the approach are summarized, and the validity of the<br/> proposed method is demonstrated using a finite element model, a laboratory model, and a real slab.
