        신(新) H/Device를 이용한 자연수의 수소동위원소비 측정

        In the hydrologic and hydrochemical studies of natural waters, oxygen and hydrogen isotope compositions of waters are very important to elucidate the origin and circulation pattern of water in the hydrologic system. The hydrogen isotope analysis of waters usually has been undertaken through the reduction of water to form hydrogen gas using pure metals (in general, zinc and uranium). In 1996, a new apparatus (H/Device) was developed to prepare the water samples (by the reduction with Cr metal) without some intrinsic problems that may yield incorrect and/or inaccurate data, and was installed at 1997 in the Center for Mineral Resources Research (CMR) in Korea University. However, the optimistic conditions of preparation and analysis of samples has not been established. In this paper, we introduce the efficiency of H/Device to obtain accurate hydrogen isotope values of water, and discuss both the optimum conditions including the effective reduction time and the probable mixing (memory) effect between successive samples. We obtained large amounts of a laboratory working standard (KUW; Korea University Water) with the average ${\delta}D_{SMOW}$ value of $-42.1{\pm}1.0$‰ $(1{\sigma})$.

      • 기침형 천식 환자에서의 단기 스테로이드 치료에 의한 기관지과민도 및 증상의 변화

        Cough variant asthma is characterized as a persistent, nonproductive cough with minimal or no wheezing and dyspnea. It can be over- looked or misdiagnosed and progressed to the classical asthma without proper treatment. However the treatment is still in controversy. Some patients are known to respond to bron- chodilators but others only to steroid. We eval- uated 20 patients whose chief complaint was persistent nonproductive cough lasting for more than 1 month and showing bronchial hyperresponsiveness to methacholine. The patients were divided into two groups, atopics and non-atopics, depending on their skin reactivity to 55 aeroallergens. Methacholine bronchial challenge test was done at concentration of 2.5 -50mg/ml and the severity of cough was quantified as symptom score depending on the times of cough attack and se- verity of night cough. The bronchial responsiveness to methacholine (PC20 FEV1) and symptom score were evaluated to see the effect of steroid therapy. After the oral prednisolone therapy for 2-3 weeks, therapy was maintained by the steroid inhalation. There was no significant differences of base- line symptom scores and bronchial responsivenesses to the methacholine(PC20 FEV1) between two groups. The duration required for optimal improvement of cough symptom was longer in atopic group than nonatopic group. It takes one week for symptomatic improvement in 6 of a non-atopic patients and 3 of 11 atopic patients. However, PC20 was not changed after 3 months of steroid treatment in both groups. The results show that steroid treatment for the cough variant asthma were very effective for relieving the symptom in short period. However, further long-term follow up studies are needed to evalnate the effect of steroid on the bronchial hyperresponsiveness in cough variant asthma.

        Measurement of Atmospheric Dry Deposition and Size Distribution of Particulate PCBs in 1999 at Seoul

        Ambient particle size distributions of PCBs and their dry deposition fluxes were measured at a site in Seoul to quantify dry deposition fluxes of PCBs and size characteristics of PCBs in the air, and to estimate ambient concentrations of gaseous PCBs and dry deposition fluxes. The dry deposition plate was used to measure dry deposition fluxes of particulate mass and PCBs and a cascade impactor and rotary impactor were used to measure ambient particle size distributions for small (Dp⁄9 µm) and large (Dp¤9 µm) particles, respectively. Six sample sets were collected from April to July 1999. The fluxes of particulate total PCBs (the sum of 43 congeners) ranged from 160 to 607 ng m-2 day-1. The size distribution of total PCBs was bimodal with two peaks in small particle size (Dp~0.6 and 6 µm, respectively) and, thus, mass concentration being dominant in small particles. The mean particulate PCBs concentration was 6.9 µg PCBs/g. The concentrations of PCB homologues in the gas phase were estimated based on the particle/gas partition coefficient (Kp) with the measured values of particulate PCBs in this study and they were comparable to those observed in other previous studies. Dry deposition fluxes were estimated by calculating dry deposition velocities.

        경험 메타버스 서비스에 있어 사용자의 선호도를 고려한 아바타 활용 방안 모색

        Efforts to build metaverse platform services and expand profit structure are developing in a more realistic direction. The metaverse, which has been centered on ‘creation and economy' and ‘discovery', will evolve into an ‘experience' metaverse, creating tangible business effects where satisfaction with the user experience leads directly to purchase. In this paper, the condition of the avatar used as a medium of economic activity between the metaverse platformer and the user and the business utilization plan were sought. In addition, a new ‘metaverse business model' was proposed based on ‘experience, discovery, creation and economy', and in particular, it was intended to lay the foundation for the experience metaverse to further develop in the form of ‘business experience'. In addition, a survey was conducted on the ‘application of metaverse service and avatar’ targeting the MZ generation, the main customer base of the current metaverse service. In order to provide a service that satisfies the user, it was concluded that the appearance of the avatar needs to be changed according to the purpose and function. Accordingly, we propose an ‘selective switch mode' that can change the avatar's appearance at the desired timing according to the ‘experience' and ‘purchase purpose' of each metaverse service area. In addition, by strategically utilizing the ‘Digilog’ psychology, we believe that it will be possible to promote the influx of new users while increasing the loyalty of existing users to the platform. Through the establishment of ‘avatar purchase system' by ‘selective switch mode' and ‘avatar decorating system' by ‘digilog' strategy, the experience metaverse, which has been focused on ‘digital twin experience' so far, is As it develops into ‘business experience', it is expected that the user experience can be further satisfied.

        청소년의 가정폭력 경험이 학교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향 - 발달자산의 매개효과를 중심으로

        This study aims to verify that the developmental assets mediate the relationships between domestic violence experienced by adolescents and school violence action, and also this study has been carried out to identify that there is a double mediating effect provided by external assets and internal assets. In order to get the answers, a survey of 1,330 male and female adolescents was carried out. And the relations among variables have been analyzed by using the SEM(structural equation modeling), and the medium effects have been verified by applying the phantom model-based bootstrapping as well. According to the study results, it has been verified that the internal and external developmental assets partially mediated the relationship between domestic violence against adolescents and school violence action, also it has turned out that the dual mediating effects of internal developmental assets through external developmental assets are bigger than the direct effects of domestic violence experience on school violence action. It suggests that the increase in the level of external assets is related to the increase in the level of internal assets, which results in reduction of school violence actions, so that the authors have concluded that the school violence actions can be reduced by building up external and internal developmental assets. According to the study results, it is required to intervene in the lives of adolescent, as well as to build programs for promotion of developmental assets in connection with families, schools, neighbors and schools, so that youth violence and delinquency can be reduced and successful growth can be maintained as well. 본 연구는 발달자산이 청소년의 가정폭력경험과 학교폭력 가해행동 간의 관계를 매개하는지, 그리고 외적발달자산과 내적발달자산의 이중매개효과가 있는지를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 중. 고등학교 남․녀 재학생 1,330명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 구조방정식모형(structural equation modeling, SEM)으로 변수 간 인과관계를 분석하고, 팬텀모형(phantom model)에 의한 Bootstrapping 방법을 적용하여, 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년의 가정폭력경험이 학교폭력가해행동에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 외적발달자산과 내적발달자산의 부분매개효과가 검증되었고, 가정폭력경험이 학교폭력 가해행동에 직접 작용하는 것보다는 외적발달자산을 통한 내적 발달자산의 이중매개효과가 더 큰 것으로 파악되었다. 외적발달자산 수준의 증가는 내적발달자산 수준의 증가와 관련되고 내적발달자산 수준의 증가는 학교폭력 가해행동의 감소와 관련되는 것으로 나타나, 외적․내적 발달자산의 조성을 통해 학교폭력 가해행동 감소에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사하였다. 따라서 가정폭력을 경험한 청소년의 폭력비행 감소와 성공적인 성장발달을 위해 가족, 학교, 이웃, 지역사회 등이 관련된 발달자산 증진 프로그램의 구축과 개입이 필요함을 보여주었다.

        솔로몬의 성전봉헌기도에서 나타난 ‘기도의 집’으로서 성전의 기능에 관한 소고

        본 논문은 솔로몬의 성전봉헌기도의 구성양식과 용어사용을 살피는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 특히 예루살렘 성전을 표현하는 여러 방식을 살 펴봄으로써, 성경적인 기도의 방향에 대한 이해를 돕는데 그 목적이 있 다. 솔로몬의 성전봉헌기도에서는 성전이 있는 도시의 이름이나 일반 적으로‘성전’을 지칭할 때 쓰이는 misvkan, heikal, miqdasv 등의 단어 들을 찾아볼 수 없다. 대신‘bayit (집)’,‘ maqom (장소)’등의 지극히 일반적 단어들이 쓰이고 있다. 이는 성전은 하나님이 선택하셨기 때문 에 거룩한 장소가 된다는 것을 의미한다. 이 기도가 전달하는 가장 중 요한 사항 중 하나는 기도하는 집으로서의 성전의 기능이다. 하나님은 하나님과 그의 택한 백성간에 언약을 상징하는 것 들 중 가장 중요한 언약궤가 있는 곳을 자신의 이름을 위해 선택했다고 선언하셨다. 그리 고 또한 이곳에서 드려지는, 그리고 이곳을 향해 드려지는 기도에 귀 기울이실 것을 약속하셨다. 유대인들은 여전히 솔로몬의 성전봉헌기도에 묘사된 것처럼 성전을 향해, 예루살렘을 향해 기도를 한다. 기독교인들에게는 진정한 성전이 신 예수님이 있다. 예루살렘 성전은 무너졌지만, 하나님의 집은 무너지지 않고 그리스도 안에서 완성되었 다. 그러므로 기독교인들은 자신들 의 기도를 하나님께 직접 말할 수 있게 되었다. 게다가 언제 어디서든 지, 사람들이 그리스도의 이름으로 모여 영과 진리로 기도한다면, 그 기도는 예수님이 말씀하신대로 응답받게 될 것이다. This article focuses on the format and the terminology of Solomon’s Temple Prayer. Especially, it invests in exploring the various ways to refer to the Temple. Thereby it helps to gain biblical notion concerning the orientation of the prayer. In the prayer, the name of the city, on which the Temple is located, and common biblical terms for the Temple such as misvkan, heikal, miqdasv, are not used. Instead, we can find mundane words such as ‘bayit(house)’ and ‘maqom(place).’ It means the Temple is sacred place only by God’s will. Moreover, the most important message which the Scripture conveys is the function of the Temple as House of Prayer. God announced that God choose this place, in which the Ark of Covenant is existing as the most prominent symbol of covenant between God and his people, as the place for His name. And He also made promise that He will be attentive to the prayers of the Temple and toward the Temple. For Jewish people, praying toward the Temple, toward Jerusalem, is still valid as it is described in Solomon’s Temple Prayer. For Christians, Jesus is the true Temple of God. Even though the Jerusalem Temple had been destroyed, the house of God had been not destroyed but fulfilled in Christ. Therefore Christians are able to address their prayer directly to God. Moreover, no matter when and where, the prayer will be answered as long as people gather in Christ name and pray in spirit and truth.
