Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of anti-oxidation of fractionated Pulsatilla koreana NAKAI (PK) extracts. And we examined to determine that a certain fractionated extract has the best anti-oxidative effects between the fractionated PK extracts. Methods: Anti-oxidative effects of fractionated PK extracts was measured by scavenging activities of DPPH, superoxide, nitric oxide (NO) and peroxynitrite radicals. And also scavenging activities of anti-oxidation in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated RAW 264.7 cell was measured. After these examination, we determined a fraction that has best anti-oxidative effects. Results: Fractionated PK extracts inhibited radicals effectively. Also in RAW 264.7 cell, intracellular oxidation has inhibited by PK extracts. In these tests, ethyl acetate (EA) fraction has the best anti-oxidative effects among PK extracts. Conclusions: This results demonstrate that PK extracts exhibit anti-oxidative effects. And EA fraction has the best inhibition effects among the six fractions of PK.
칙센트미하이의 창의성 시스템 모델 관점에서 광고 창의성에 대한 문헌적 고찰

인간은 오랜 역사를 거치는 동안 변화하는 환경 속에서 창의적 문제해결을 통해 발전해 왔다. 창의적 문제해결이란 사회 문화적 환경에 대해 적응적이고, 새롭고, 유용한 귀납적 성과를 의미한다. 칙센트미하이는 창의성이 개인의 머리 속에서만 발현되는 것이 아니라, 필드(사회), 도메인(문화)적 상황과의 상호작용에서 발생된다는 창의성 시스템 모델을 제안하였다. 광고 분야에서 중요한 주제 중 하나가 광고 창의성이며, 광고 전략 수립, 제작 및 협업 과정에서 창의성은 효과적, 효율적 광고 산출에 중요한 변수가 된다. 본 연구는 칙센트미하이의 ‘창의성 시스템 모델’에 기초하여 ‘광고 창의성은 크리에이터, 필드, 도메인의 상호작용에 의한 결과’임을 문헌연구를 통해 탐색적으로 조망하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 크리에이터(개인) 요소는 내적 동기, 인지, 성격의 하위 요인을 구분할 수 있는데, 이 요소들은 광고 창의성 발현에 중요한 동력을 제공하고 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 필드는 광고회사의 심리적, 물질적 지원, 사내 리뷰, 광고주나 소비자와의 상호 커뮤니케이션 등의 하위 요인으로 구분할 수 있는데, 이를 통해 창의적 산출물을 촉진하고, 평가하고, 선택하는 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 도메인은 관련 지식과 경험, 문화적 맥락 등의 하위 요인으로 구분할 수 있는데, 그것들을 체계적으로 보존하고, 다시 크리에이터에게 전달하는 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 광고 창의성은 크리에이터, 필드, 도메인의 다원적, 통합적 상호작용에 의한 결과라고 설명할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 광고 창의성의 학문적 논의가 개인 차원에서 확장하여 사회 문화적 차원 등 다양한 관점에서 활성화될 것을 기대한다. Humans have evolved through creative problem-solving in a changing environment over a long history. Creative problem-solving refers to inductive outcomes that are adaptive, original, and useful in socio-cultural environments. Csikszentmihalyi proposed ‘the systems model of creativity’ which explains that creativity is never only in the mind of the individual person, but occurs in interrelations with field(society) and domain(culture) systems. It is one of the most important topics in the field of advertising is advertising creativity, through advertising strategies, creative process, and collaborative task, are important variables to create effective or efficient advertisement. Based on Csikszentmihalyi's ‘the systems model of creativity’, this study is to shed light on the conceptualization of creativity in advertising as the result from the interaction of a system composed of creators, field and domain. This study uses method that captures the richness of the interviews with experts in the area of advertising through reviewing literature for analysis. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, creator can be divided to factors such as intrinsic motivation, cognition and characteristics. These factors were identified that have a significant effect on the creative process. Second, field can be divided into factors such as psychological or material support by advertising companies, in-house review, communication with advertisers and consumers. These factors have a role of promoting, evaluating and selecting the creative output created by creator. Third, domains can be divided into factors such as domain-related knowledge, experience, and cultural context. And have a role of preserving them systematically, delivering back to the creators selectively. In conclusion, advertising creativity can be explained as a result from the interaction of creators, field and domain like cosmos as a whole system.

In projects where mufti-project management is required and processes for production activities are repeated and linked, it is very difficult to input processes for activity repeatedly or analyze loads by process in a method of managing processes step by step. In this paper, based on the definition of activity and project process, the connection process can be automatically created for activity, schedule and resource management for each process, schedule and resource plan can be established for each detailed process, and load analysis can be provided in real time. It presents a project management system that can significantly improve the time and cost of project progress management, predict various problems that may occur during the project, and effectively allocate the necessary amount of resources in the right place.
헤어미용업의 서비스품질과 고객충성도의 관계에서 베이비부머세대의 조절효과

This study is to investigate the effects of the service quality of hairdressing business on customer in service industry. Especially, it is to examine whether the effects of the service quality of hairdressing business on customer loyalty differ according to the baby-boomer generation. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows. It is investigated that the responsiveness, the assurance, and the empathy of service quality each have statistically significant influences on customer loyalty. And the assurance of service quality is the most important factor that has the strongest influence on customer loyalty. Above all, the tangibility and the assurance of service quality each have a stronger influence on customer loyalty in the baby-boomer generation than in other generation. This result indicates that the service quality upon consideration of the baby-boomer generation may improve the management performance of beauty salon.
헤어미용업의 고용관계특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 경남지역을 중심으로

This study is to examine the effects of the employment relationship characteristics of hairdressing business on job satisfaction. And it is to investigate the differences of job satisfaction by employee’s individual characteristics. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows. It is examined that the labor security, the participation opportunity, and the co-worker``s relationship each have statistically significant influences on job satisfaction. And the participation opportunity is the most important factor that has the strongest influence on job satisfaction. The differences of job satisfaction by employee’s individual characteristics show that job satisfaction is higher in the 30s and the over 40s of age than in the 30s and it is higher in married person group than in unmarried person group. This result means that the best use of employment relationship characteristics may improve the management performance of beauty salon.
헤어미용업 종사자의 성격특성과 직무만족의 관계에 관한 연구

This study is to examine the effects of the hairdressing business workers` personality traits on job satisfaction. The results of empirical analysis are summarized as follows Only openness of personality traits doesn`t have a statistically significant influence on job satisfaction, but extraversion and agreeableness each have statistically significant influences on job satisfaction. Above all, it is investigated that agreeableness of personality traits is the most important factor that has the strongest influence on job satisfaction. Therefore this study suggests that it is necessary to improve the performance of hairdressing business by efficient human resource management that considers hairdressing business workers` personality traits and characteristics.
메스암페타민 자발섭취가 흰쥐 뇌조직 중 세로토닌 수용체에 미치는 영향

(+)-Methamphetamine (METH) is a psychostimulant, which has been the most popular abused drug in Korea. The rewarding mechanism in METH abuse has been reported to be mediated by dopaminergic system. Recently, it has been reported that dopamine releaser (phentermine) plays a dominant role in the discriminative stimulus effects of METH, whereas 5-HT releaser (fenfluramine) can strongly modify METH selfadministration. The present study is designed to assess the behavioral changes and the changes of the serotonin receptors in the brains of rats administered repeated or self-administered METH. The repeated administration of 1.0 ㎎/㎏/day METH for 12 days increased locomotor activities, and there was no difference between i.v. and i.p. treatment. Rats had actively acquired METH self-administration for 3 weeks at 0.1 or 0.2 mg/kg/injection. Whereas, it was taken few days to acquire sucrose pellet self-administration. The binding of [³H]-8-hydroxy-DPAT (5-HT_(1A) receptors) and [³H]-5-carboxytryptamine (5-HT_(1B) receptors) to brain sections was examined. Both passive administration and self-administration of METH did not change significantly the serotonin receptors levels in hippocampus, striatum and nucleus accumbens. These results suggest that serotonin receptors may not change in the acquisition period of METH self-administration, and we are trying to investigate the serotonin receptors levels of brain in rats maintained of METH self-administration.
