        비정질 합금의 소성에 미치는 조성분리 원소의 역할 : 실험 및 전산모사 연구

        A series of experiments demonstrated that an addition of Ag into $(Cu_{0.5}Zr_{0.5})_{100-x}Ag_{x}$ amorphous alloys alters the plasticity of the alloys in a systematic manner. Energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS) conducted on the $(Cu_{0.5}Zr_{0.5})_{100-x}Ag_{x}$ alloys exhibited the presence of compositional modulation, indicating that compositional separation had occurred. The presence of compositional modulation was also validated using a combined technique of molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulation. In this study, the effect of Ag on the compositional separation in $(Cu_{0.5}Zr_{0.5})_{100-x}Ag_{x}$ bulk amorphous alloys was investigated to understand the role played by the phase-separating element on the plasticity of the amorphous alloys.

        OFDM 시스템의 위상잡음 감쇄기법

        본 논문에서는 고속 데이터 전송을 위한 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 시스템에서 위상잡음 때문에 발생되는 ICI(Interchannel Interference)의 감쇄기법이 제안된다. 고차 변조방식으로 변조된 OFDM 시스템에서 3dB 대역폭이 넓은 위상잡음에 의하여 기존 CPE(Common Phase Error) 보상기법의 성능은 열화된다. 제안된 기법은 파일럿 부반송파와 이에 인접한 데이터 부반송파를 이용하여 유효한 ICI 계수를 추정한 후, 위상잡음에 의한 왜곡을 주파수 혹은 시간영역에서 보상한다. 또한, 효과적으로 유효한 ICI의 길이를 결정하기 위하여 위상잡음의 3dB 대역폭 추정기법이 제안된다. 제안된 위상잡음 억제 기법은 기존의 CPE 보상 방식에 비하여 비트 오류율 성능을 향상시킨다. In this paper, the reduction scheme of Interchannel Interference(ICI) caused by the phase noise in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) systems for archiving high data rates is proposed. The performance of conventional common phase error(CPE) compensation method is degraded by the phase noise with wide 3dB bandwidth in OFDM systems width a higher-order constellation. After estimating dominant ICI coefficients using pilot subcarriers and data subcarriers adjacent to pilot subcarriers, the proposed scheme compensates OFDM signals distorted by the phase noise using estimated coefficients in the time or frequency domain. Also, in order to determine the length of dominant ICI coefficients effectively, the estimation method of the 3dB bandwidth of the phase noise is proposed. The proposed phase noise reduction method is shown to improve the Bit Error Ratio(BER) performance compared with the conventional CPE compensation.

        OFDM 기반의 셀룰러 시스템에서 하향링크 셀 간 반송파 주파수 오프셋 추정 및 셀 탐색 기법

        본 논문에서는 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 기반 셀룰러 시스템의 하향링크에서 사용자 단말기, 특히 셀 경계에 위치한 사용자를 위한 셀 간 반송파 주파수 오프셋 추정기법을 제안한다. 인접 기지국에서 수신되는 신호로부터 셀 간 반송파 주파수 오프셋을 추정기법의 유도한 후, 추정된 반송파 주파수 오프셋을 이용하는 셀 탐색 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 셀 간 반송파 주파수 오프셋 추정 및 셀 탐색 기법은 개별적으로 셀 간 반송파 주파수 오프셋을 추징할 수 있으며 높은 검출 확률로 타겟 기지국을 확인할 수 있음을 모의실험을 통하여 확인한다. In this paper, an estimation method of intercell carrier frequency-offset(CFO) in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)-based cellular systems is proposed for a user's equipment(UE), especially at the cell boundary, in downlink channels. Also, after deriving an estimation method of intercell CFO from the signals received by adjacent base stations(BSs), we propose a cell-searching method using the estimated CFOs. It is shown by computer simulation that the proposed methods can uniquely estimate the intercell CFOs and identify the target BS with a high detection probability.

        I/Q 불균형에 의하여 왜곡된 OFDM 신호의 검출방식

        본 논문에서는 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 시스템에서 I/Q(In-phase/Quadrature) 불균형에 의한 영향을 분석하고 I/Q 불균형이 발생하는 경우에 신호를 검출하는 방식을 제안한다. 또한, 제안된 검출방법을 위한 채널 추정 방식 및 파일럿 신호를 설계하는 방식을 제안한다. OFDM 시스템에서 I/Q 불균형은 SIR(Signal to Interference Noise Ratio)을 감소시켜, 성능을 열화시키므로 강건한 검출방식이 요구된다. 제안된 검출방식은 기존의 방식과 달리, I/Q 불균형에 의하여 발생되는 OFDM 신호의 특성을 이용하여 신호를 검출함으로써 SIR 손실을 줄이며 I/Q 불균형에 의한 영향을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있다. In this paper, after analyzing the effect of I/Q imbalance in an OFDM system, the detection method of an OFDM signal distorted by I/Q imbalance is proposed. Also, the channel estimation and the pilot symbol design scheme are proposed for using the proposed detection method. Since I/Q imbalance in an OFDM system degrades the SIR and the BER(Bit Error Ratio) performance, the robust detection method is required for an OFDM system. the proposed detection method can effectively suppress the interference caused by I/Q imbalance using characteristics of an OFDM signal differently from the conventional method, and results in improving the SIR of a desired OFDM signal.

        In this paper, a software-based Digital Radio Modiale(DRM) receiver is implemented on a Digital Signal Processor(DSP). DRM stands for the European radio broadcasting standard to bring AM radio into digital radio, designed to work at frequencies below 30MHz. DRM can offer various data services such as text messaging and slideshow services as well as audio services. The DRM receiver implemented on the Tensilica DSP core performs well at low signal strength indication of -102dBm.

        쇼핑 가치 추구 성향에 따른 쇼핑 목표와 공유 의도 차이에 관한 연구 - 전자제품 구매고객을 중심으로

        The interplay between hedonic and utilitarian attributes has assumed special significance in recent years; it has been proposed that consumption offerings should be viewed as experiences that stimulate both cognitions and feelings rather than as mere products or services. This research builds on previous work on hedonic versus utilitarian benefits, regulatory focus theory, customer satisfaction to address two question: (1) Is the shopping goal at the point of purchase different from the shopping value? and (2) Is the customer loyalty after the use different from the shopping value and shopping goal? We surveyed 345 peoples those who have bought the electronic-goods within 6 months. This research dealt with the shopping value which is consisted of 2 types, hedonic and utilitarian. Those who pursue the hedonic shopping value may prefer the pleasure of purchasing experience to the product itself. They tend to prefer atmosphere, arousal of the shopping experience. Consistent with previous research, we use the term "hedonic" to refer to their aesthetic, experiential and enjoyment-related value. On the contrary, Those who pursue the utilitarian shopping value may prefer the reasonable buying. It may be more functional. Consistent with previous research, we use the term "utilitarian" to refer to the functional, instrumental, and practical value of consumption offerings. Holbrook(1999) notes that consumer value is an experience that results from the consumption of such benefits. In the context of cell phones for example, the phone's battery life and sound volume are utilitarian benefits, whereas aesthetic appeal from its shape and color are hedonic benefits. Likewise, in the case of a car, fuel economics and safety are utilitarian benefits whereas the sunroof and the luxurious interior are hedonic benefits. The shopping goals are consisted of the promotion focus goal and the prevention focus goal, based on the self-regulatory focus theory. The promotion focus is characterized into focusing ideal self because they are oriented to wishes and vision. The promotion focused individuals are tend to be more risk taking. They are more sensitive to hope and achievement. On the contrary, the prevention focused individuals are characterized into focusing the responsibilities because they are oriented to safety. The prevention focused individuals are tend to be more risk avoiding. We wanted to test the relation among the shopping value, shopping goal and customer loyalty. Customers show the positive or negative feelings comparing with the expectation level which customers have at the point of the purchase. If the result were bigger than the expectation, customers may feel positive feeling such as delight or satisfaction and they would want to share their feelings with other people. And they want to buy those products again in the future time. There is converging evidence that the types of goals consumers expect to be fulfilled by the utilitarian dimension of a product are different from those they seek from the hedonic dimension (Chernev 2004). Specifically, whereas consumers expect the fulfillment of product prevention goals on the utilitarian dimension, they expect the fulfillment of promotion goals on the hedonic dimension (Chernev 2004; Chitturi, Raghunathan, and Majahan 2007; Higgins 1997, 2001) According to the regulatory focus theory, prevention goals are those that ought to be met. Fulfillment of prevention goals in the context of product consumption eliminates or significantly reduces the probability of a painful experience, thus making consumers experience emotions that result from fulfillment of prevention goals such as confidence and securities. On the contrary, fulfillment of promotion goals are those that a person aspires to meet, such as "looking cool" or "being sophisticated."         본 논문에서는 주파수 재사용률이 1인 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 기반의 셀룰러 시스템을 위한 가상 스마트 안테나 개념을 소개한다. OFDM 기반의 셀룰러 시스템은 다중경로 채별에 강건한 장점이 있으나, 셀 경계에서 인접 셀에 의한 셀 간 간섭이 큰 단점이 있다. 본 논문예서는 다수의 기지국으로부터 수신되는 OFDM 신호의 심볼 타이밍 오프셋 추정 기법을 유도하고 준정칙 페이딩 채널에서 이러한 심볼 타이밍 오프셋에 의하여 형성된 조정백터(steering vector)을 이용한 가상 스마트 안테나 기반의 셀 간 간섭 제거 기법을 제안한다. In this Paper, a concept of virtual smart antenna (SA) is introduced for orthogonal Sequency division multiplexing (OFDM)-based cellular systems with a frequency reuse factor equal to 1. The OFDM-based cellular system is robust to multipath channels but has a disadvantage that the intercell interference (ICI) caused by adjacent base stations is large at the edge of a cell. In this paper, after deriving the symbol timing offset estimation scheme for the OFDM signal received from multiple base stations in a quasi-static fading channel, the ICI cancellation method based on virtual smart antenna is proposed using the steering vector formed by the symbol timing offset of the desired signal and interference signals.
