The curriculums of language education consist of need analysis, goal, objective, materials, method of teaching-learning and evaluation. Curriculum have two features. First is the variousness of curriculum for the various and heterogeneous learners. Second is the standardization of curriculum for the various program. But many curriculums of Korean programs home and abroad are without any order. They have not embodied the variousness and standardization harmoniously. Now national standardization of curriculums for KFL are needed to fix the kinds of standard levels, criteria for evaluation, concrete objectives of each levels in speaking, hearing, reading, writing, grammar and culture. This standardization will contribute the development of KFL programs and criteria of language evaluation in the age of language competition. As we introduce the merits and demerits of curriculums of major KFL programs, we propose the six ideal structures of curriculums. They consist of prior condition of course, topics, circumstances, discourse(speaking, hearing, writing, reading), grammar (sentences and expressions, vocabulary, pronunciation, orthography) and culture. Also we proposed the methods of teaching-learning, constructing materials, and evaluation.
