스포츠사진에 나타난 여성이미지의 젠더적 맥락성 연구 : 2012년 런던올림픽을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 스포츠사진이 언론매체를 통해 보도되는 여성이미지의 젠 더의 맥락성과 이데올로기를 연구하려 하였다. 이를 위해 2012년 런던올 림픽 경기 기간에 종합 일간지와 스포츠신문의 보도된 사진을 분석하고 사진의 제 목을 통해 언어적으로 묘사하고 있는 사진에 대해서 해석하고 텍스트분석을 시도 하였다. 또한 올림픽기간에 스포츠 사진이 가지는 특성과 성 불평등 및 여성이미 지를 규명하려 하였으며, 이를 위하여 보도사진의 의미와 특성을 분석하는데 목적 이 있다. 연구결과 스포츠 사진이 언론매체에 에로티시즘과 성 상품화을 통한 마케팅이 이루어지고 있으며, 선정성과 결합된 인간의 지적요구의 일정인 에로티시즘이 나 타났다. 여성스포츠나 여성 운동선수의 운동행위보다는 특정 신체부위나 복장 등 을 강조하는 사소화(trivalization)나 성격이 아닌 미모 등 스포츠와 무관한 특성에 기사의 초점을 맞춤으로써 스포츠 장면에서의 의미를 축소하는 한계화 (marginalization)가 이루어지는 방식, 여성 운동선수의 신체를 성 상품화 (sexualization)하는 방식으로 나타났다. 스포츠 사진에 함축된 이데올로기는 과감 한 노출 사진을 통해 성 상품화를 강조한 기사의 제목과 내용을 통해 볼거리를 제 공한다. 또한 여성의 우는 모습을 통해 여성의 나약함과 함께 성적 차이를 강화시 켜 여성 나약함을 표현되는 경우가 많음을 알 수 있었다. This research studies the gender context and ideological traits of women′s image through media. The study analyzes the pictures on sports newspapers and general newspapers the London Olympics in 2012. The analysis of the image also includes the captions which accompany the images. Through this examination we have the following three conclusions. First, the newspaper company use women′s pictures are marketing tools. Secondly, these pictures emphasize the models specific body parts and costumes rather than their sports performance. Lastly, both the male and the female pictures focus on sexuality instead of physicality.

광범위한 반월상 연골 손상에 대한 최근의 치료는 수많은 연구와 임상적 접근을 통해 정상적인 반월상 연골의 기능을 회복하기에 이르렀다. 냉동 보관된 반월상 연골의 동종이식은 연골의 정상적인 회복을 위한 유용한 방법중 하나이다. 저자들의 첫 4례의 동종연골이식은 관절경의 도움으로 시행하였고, 이후 22 예에서는 최소한의 관절 절개를 이용하였다. 또한 모든 동종 연골 이식에서 반월상 연골의 안정성과 회복을 위해 반월상 연골에 골교를 부착하여 고정하였다. 전방 십자 인대 재건술은 반월상 연골 동종이식술시 동시에 시행하였다. 내측 반월상 연골은 일명 Key-hole technique을 사용하여 골터널에 의한 관절 연골의 침습을 최소화하려 하였다. 우선 반월상 연골의 골교를 원통형으로 만들고 수혜자의 슬관절의 전방 십자 인대의 내측연을 따라 골 터널을 만들어 반월상 연골의 골교를 press-fit하도록 한다. 삽입된 반월상 연골은 일반적인 반월상 연골 봉합술로 관절경을 이용하여 봉합한다. 외측 반월상 연골은 내측 반월상 연골과는 달리 반월상 연골의 골교를 반원통 모앙으로 만들고 수혜자의 슬관절의 전방 십자 인대의 외측연을 따라 반원통 모양의 골 요지를 만든다. 반월상 연골을 골 요지에 얻고 인도 봉합사를 경골의 전면으로 뽑아내 이를 묶음으로써 고정을 한다. 삽입된 반월상 연골은 내측 반월상 연골이식술과 같은 방법으로 봉합한다. 저자들은 이와 같은 방법으로 관절 연골의 침습을 최소화하고 비교적 정확한 위치에 반월상 연골을 이식할 수 있었다. The current treatment of extensive meniscal injuries has resulted in numerous investigations and clinical trials to restore normal meniscal functions. A cryopreserved meniscal allograft transplantation is one of the successful methods available to restore the meniscus. All the procedures of 26 cases were performed in an minimal open fashion, though initial four cases were done with the aid of arthroscope. In all of the grafts, we used a bone bridge which was attached to meniscus for better stability and healing. Anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions were also performed simultaneously with the meniscal procedures. We attempted to minimize articular cartilage by employing so called the "Key-hole technique" for the medial meniscus transplantation. First, the meniscal cartilage bone bridge was shaped into a cylinder and a bone tunnel was made just beside the medial border of the anterior criciate ligament insertion of the recipient knee joint, and the bone bridge of the meniscal cartilage was push to press-fit. The inserted meniscal cartilage was sutured by the usually employed technique under arthroscopic control. The lateral meniscus was shaped different to the medial meniscus in that the bone bridge was semicylindrical and the bone trough was made beside the lateral border of the anterior criciate ligament insertion of the recipient knee joint. The meniscus was put into the bone trough and the leading suture was extracted anterior to the tibia and tied the knot. The inserted meniscus was sutured in the same manner as the medial meniscus transplantation. By the above described method, the authors were able to minimize the articular cartilage invasion and transplant the meniscus with relative accuracy.

Plate/Plate, Truncated Cone/Plate 센서를 이용한 시멘트반죽 유변학적 특성에 대한 개선된 측정

Plate/plate 및 Truncated cone/plate 감지부를 이용한 시멘트반죽의 유변학적 특성 을 측정함에 있어 관련된 오차에 대한 실험 및 이론적 분석이 보고된다. 주요인자로는 감지 부 직경과 상하 감지부 사이의 간격이 고려되었다. Cone/plate 감지부의 원추끝을 깍아 간 격의 크기를 늘린 Truncated cone/plate 감지부의 토르크 분포에 대한 이론적 분석결과 원 추 간격이 0.7mm 까지 절단되더라도 8.5%의 오차범위내에서는 cone/plate 감지부의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 판단된다. 실험결과는 샘플주변의 상대습도가 결과에 영향을 끼치고 감지 부의 기하학적 요인에도 매우 민감함을 보여준다. 이결과는 정지시간을 포함한 오랜실험기 간동안 미소변형하에서 유변학적 특성을 연구하는데 도움이 될것으로 판단된다.

내측 반월상 연골 후각의 비정상적 부착 - 1례 보고 -

내측 반월상연골의 전각부는 경골의 전면에 부착되어 있으며 횡인대에 의하여 외측 반월상연골 전각부와 연결되어 있다. 후각부는 후방 십자 인대 경골부착부 바로 전방에 견고하게 부착되어 있다. 관절경 검사상 반월상연골의 후각부가 경골의 정상적인 부위에 부착되어 종지되지 않고 전각부 하방까지 부착부위가 연장되는 반월상연골이 관찰되어 저자들은 이와같은 비정상적인 내측 반월상연골 1례 를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The anterior horn of the medial meniscus is attached to the anterior surface of the tibia. The anterior horns of the medial and lateral menisci are connect with the transverse ligament. The posterior horn of the medial meniscus is firmly attached to the posterior aspect of the tibia just anterior to the insertion of the posterior cruciate ligament. The authors incidentally found an anomalous insertion of posterior horn of medial meniscus into the anterior horn area during arthroscopic examination in the symptomatic knee joint, which had been ruptured anterior cruciate ligament, and report with literature review.
