stock corporation system has been developed as a typical management of enterprises in modern times. This system can be said to be the results of our efforts made in the field of economic administration of corporations. a corporation is expected to have as many stockholdersas possible to get large working capital. stockholders should not participate in the management of the corporations. They elect directions or other officers who conduct and business Thus corporation system is expected to realize distinct seperation between property ownership and management of corporations. of late, however, there is a tendency that basic items of the affairs of corporations are decided at the meeting of stockholders, and thus the management of corporations has actually been under the influence of stockholder meeting. In exercising voting rights a stockholder should be free to express his own opinion according to his own judgement on his interests. But there remains theoretically various points to be disscussed for a stockholder to exercise his voting rights. This paper deals with various problems raised when a stockholder exercises his voting rights. Especially a the writer intends to disscuss inconsistent voting act of same stockholder. Generally a stockholder has as many votes in the corporations as he has shares of stock. He may cast his votes Inconsistently at will. 1. It is described in the introductory statement that there occur theoretically various problems to be discussed when a stockholder exercises voting rights. 2. Voting rights of stockholders are discussed as in the following. a) The voting right of a stockholder is the most important of all the rights of his in the corporation. b) a vote is legally the most basic the organ of the organ of the enterprise a stockholder casts his vote personally. The voting right is in nature a sort of property right and can be transferred another person. c) Generally each share of stock has own right to vote in the corporation. But here are sevral exceptions a share without voting right. a share which has no right to vote on special occasions, a share which has several votes, and so on. d) Voting rights of stockholders are exercised by means of voting acts to express stockholders, opinions on various items of the affairs of the corporation. e) Legal nature of exercising voting rights is discussed in various aspects. f) It is clarified here that a stockholder should be qualitied before he exercises his voting right. g) Difference between a signed and an unsined share of stock is exemplified. h) How to exercise voting right and how to vote by proxy are detailed in the paper. i) Discussions are made concerning about the restraiint to exercising voting rights in various cases. j) consistent voting act of a stockholder is descrided in comparison with inconsisent voting. 3. Inconsistent voting ot a stockholder is discussed as a core part ot this paper as seen in tne following. a) A stockholder may cast his votes inconsistently He may devide his votes into both approving opposing ones at will. b) Inconsistent voting may be necessary in several cases as exemplified in the paper. c) There are several claims and theories on the matter of inconsistent voting act. some scholars denounce such inconsistent voting act. others give assent to such voting. And others give partial support to inconsistent voting. 4. The writer, in conclusion, claims that inconsistent voting be approved in korea, although there are number of claims on the matter.

과학기술의 불확실성 증대에 따른 사회적 참여 방안 강구

과학은 인류에게 혜택을 줌과 동시에 우리를 위험에 노출시키고 있다. 그러나 그동안 과학기술은 가치중립적인 분야를 탐구하는 영역으로 인식되어져 일반인들의 과학기술에 대한 참여가 배제되어왔다. 현대에 들어서 산업지향적인 과학기술활동은 사기업 등으로부터 연구비를 지원받아 이해관계의 중심에 서면서 가치중립적인 분야로서 지위를 상실한지 오래다. 더불어 현대 과학기술 활동은 일반 국민들의 생활에 막대한 영향을 끼치고 있고 연구비 재원도 국민 세금에서 나오는 경향이 큰바 이제 시민들의 과학기술활동 참여는 시대적 과제가 되었다. 문제는 사회적으로 올바른 과학기술 문화가 성숙되지 않은 관계로 불완전한 과학기술정보가 일반시민들에게 전달되어지고 있고 시민들의 과학기술 참여 통로 또한 부족하다. 이는 시민들의 과학기술 참여에 대한 방해물이 되고 있다. 과학기술의 불확실성을 제거하기 위한 사회적 참여방안을 제고하기 위해선 우선 과학기술사회의 윤리적 가치관 확립이 필요하다. 다음으로 정부에서도 활용 가능한 다양한 제도적 방안들을 도입해야 한다. 더불어 시민 참여 제도를 활성화 시키고, 과학기술 NGO 활동을 장려하고, 올바른 과학문화 및 과학기술 보도 문화를 정착시킬 필요가 있다. 사회와 유리된 과학기술은 의미가 없다. 일반시민들이 과학기술활동 과정에 활발히 참여하고 과학기술자들이 사회적 파급효과를 고려해 과학기술활동을 전개할 때 우리는 비로소 이 시대를 진정한 과학기술의 시대라고 부를 수 있다.

일반적으로 빈도해석을 진행할 경우 자료는 정상성을 가정하고 분석하게 된다. 그러나 최근 들어 기후변화 등의 원인으로 인하여 강우나 유출량이 변화하고 있어 변화하는 강우나 유출량을 고려해서 빈도해석을 해야 한다는 주장이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Bootstrap을 기반으로 개발된 SIR 알고리즘을 이용하여 홍수빈도해석을 수행하기위한 방안을 제시하였다. SIR 알고리즘은 우도함수를 고려하여 자료를 재추출하기 위해서 사용되어 왔으며, 본 연구에서도 최근에 변화하는 홍수량의 변화 양상을 고려하여 홍수량 자료를 재추출하기 위해서 적용되었다. 증가된 홍수 특성을 고려하여 재추출된 홍수량자료는 매개변수적 빈도해석을 함으로써 지속시간별 홍수량을 산정하였으며, 산정된 빈도별 홍수량들을 Bootstrap을 이용해서 재추출한 자료를 이용한 빈도해석 결과와 원자료를 이용하여 분석한 빈도해석 결과를 비교하였다. 비교결과 SIR알고리즘을 이용해서 빈도해석을 진행한 경우의 빈도별 홍수량이 가장 크게 나타났다. 따라서 홍수빈도해석시 현재까지의 변화하는 홍수량 패턴을 고려할 경우, 확률홍수량이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. Generally, stationary is considered as a basic assumption in frequency analysis. However, rainfall and flood discharge are changing due to the climate change and climate variability. Therefore, there is a new opinion that changing pattern of rainfall and flood discharge must be considered in frequency analysis. This study suggests the flood frequency analysis methodology using SIR algorithm which was developed from bootstrap could be used for considering climate change. Than is, SIR algorithm is selected for resampling method considering changing pattern of flood discharge and it has been used for resampling method with likelihood function. Resampled flood discharge data considering the increase of flood discharge pattern are used for parametric flood frequency analysis and this results are compared with frequency analysis results by Bootstrap and original observations. As the results, SIR algorithm shows the greatest flood discharge than other methods in all frequencies and this may reflect the increasing pattern of flood discharge due to the climate change and climate variability.

자궁내막간질육종중 저등급인 내임신파선 자궁간질근증은 매우 희귀한 질환으로서 최근 본원 산부인과에서 그 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A case of erdolymphatic stromal myosis in 35-year-old woman is presented. The encolymphatic stromal myosis is very rare and low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma with occasional local recurrence, which might be arisen from endometrial stroma, from adenomyosis, or, rarely from endometriosis. The clinicopatholigic finding and a review of literature on endolymphatic stromal myosis was described briefly.
