소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 CMM과 ISO9001간의 비교 연구

Recently, CMM have been recognized as a critical factor to validate the competitiveness of software organizations, even if the organizations have already achieved the ISO9001 certification. Furthermore, the new version of ISO9001:2000 is being required instead of ISO9001:1994. Both CMM and ISO9001 have a common point that they pursuit quality improvement for the organizations processes and products. Therefore, it is important to understand the similarities of specific requirements between the two models in software organizations which attempt to employ both of the models. From this background, this paper compares CMM and ISO9001 by considering the versions in 1994 and 2000 of ISO9001. The results of this research are likely to help software organizations make a decision for a strategy to adopt CMM and ISO9001.
머신러닝 회귀 학습기를 이용한 COVID-19의 공유 자전거 이용률에 대한 영향 분석

최근 공유 경제와 함께 다양한 공유 서비스 성장하고 있으며 COVID-19 발생 이후 대중교통 대신 Personal mobility 를 선호하는 사람들이 증가하였고 사용률이 급격히 증가하며 보급률도 급성장하였다. 이에 따라 공유 Personal mobility 사용이 크게 증가하였지만 COVID-19 대유행 시 외출 감소에 따른 사용률 감소 영향도 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 서울특별시 공유 자전거의 사용률을 바탕으로 야외활동 주요 요인 중 하나인 기온을 반영하여 머신러닝 회귀분석기를 사용, COVID-19 발생과 일일 추가 확진자 수의 영향을 통해 감염병에 따른 Personal mobility 사용률에 대해 알아보고 분석한다.
태양전지 제작을 위한 Hollow Cathode Plasma System의 실리콘 건식식각에 관한 연구

This paper investigated the characteristics of a newly developed high density hollow cathode plasma (HCP) system and its application for the etching of silicon wafers. We used SF6 and O2 gases in the HCP dry etch process. Silicon etch rate of 0.5㎛/min. was achieved with SF6/O2 plasma conditions having a total gas pressure of 50mTorr, and RF power of 100 W. This paper presents surface etching characteristics on a crystalline silicon wafer and large area cast type multicrystlline silicon wafer. The results of this experiment can be used for various display systems such as thin film growth and etching for TFT-LCDs, emitter tip formations for FEDs, and bright plasma discharge for PDP applications.
합금화용융아연도금강판을 소재로 한 자동차용 Pre-sealed 강판의 물성에 관한 연구

It is very important to ensure the warranty against perforation corrosion of car body in the automotive industry because of higher quality demanded by customers. Pre-sealed steel sheets based on electrogalvanized substrates have been usually used to improve the corrosion resistance of the flange parts, which are known for the weakest parts of the whole automotive body against corrosion, by many European automotive makers. Due to widespread use of galvannealed steel sheets for automotive body in most Asian automotive makers, the test was performed to estimate the properties of the pre-sealed steel sheets based on galvannealed substrates, comparing with those based on electrogalvanized substrates.<br/> As a result, it was shown that anti-corrosion properties were dramatically improved with pre-sealed coating and the increase in corrosion resistance with GA-based pre-sealed steel sheet was higher than with EG-based steel sheet remarkably. Weldability, such as electrode life, was worsened by pre-sealed coating.

In this work, we used the PC1D simulator for simulation of solar cell and examined the effect of front-back surface recombination velocity, minority carrier diffusion length, junction depth and emitter sheet-resistance. As the effect of base thickness, the efficiency decreased by the increase in series resistance with the increase of the thickness and found decrease in efficiency by decrease of the current as the effect of the recombination. Also, as the effect of base resistivity, the efficiency increased somewhat with the decrease in resistivity, but when the resistivity exceeded certain value, the efficiency decreased as a increase in the recombination ratio. The optimum efficiency was obtained at the resistivity 0.5 Ω-cm, and thickness 100 ㎛. We have successfully achieved 10.8% and 13.7% efficiency large area(103mm × 103mm) mono-crystalline silicon solar cells without and with PECVD silicon nitride antireflection coating.
태양전지 응용을 위한 PECVD 실리콘 질화막 증착 및 열처리 최적화

- Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD) is a well established technique for the deposition of hydrogenated film of silicon nitride (SiNx:H), which is commonly used as an antireflection coating as well as passivating layer in crystalline silicon solar cell. PECVD-SiNx:H films were investigated by varying the deposition and annealing conditions to optimize for the application in silicon solar cells. By varying the gas ratio (ammonia to silane), the silicon nitride films of refractive indices 1.85 - 2.45 were obtained. The film deposited at 450oC showed the best carrier lifetime though the film deposition rate was not encouraging. The film deposited with the gas ratio of 0.57 showed the best carrier lifetime after annealing at a temperature of 800oC. The single crystalline silicon solar cells fabricated in conventional industrial production line applying the optimized film deposition and annealing conditions on large area substrate of size 125 mm×125 mm (pseudo square) was found to have the conversion efficiencies as high as 17.05 %. Low cost and high efficiency silicon solar cells fabrication sequence has also been explained in this paper.

밤바구미(Curculiodentipes) 유충의 cyclic AMP 농도와 CAMP-dependent protein kinase 활성도 변화

밤바구미 유충기의 whole body로부터 cyclic AMP(CAMP)를 추출하여 농도 변화를 측정하였고 cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase(PKA)를 부분 정제하여 활성도 변화를 조사하여 CAMP 농도와 PKA 활성도와의 소장관계를 비교하였다 CAMP 농도와 PKA 활성도는 HPLC와 liquid scintillation counter를 이용하여 측정하였다 CAMP 농도는 밤바구미 유충에서 월동전에 0.57 UMlg로 가장 높았고, 월동중에 0. 14 UMIS로 감소하였다가 월동후에 0.29 UMlg로 증가하였다 또한 PKA 활성도는 월동전에 2.56unit/mg로 가장 높았으며, 월동중에 0.62 unit/mg로 감소하다가 월동후에 07 unit/mg로 다시 증가하여 CAMP 농도 변화와 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 이는 월동전에 휴면에 대비하여 최대의 취식으로 지방체 축적이 가장 많았고, 월동중에는 지방체의 소비가 증대되.기 때문에 감소하였다가, 월동후 휴면 종결과 유충-번데기 탈피를 준비하기 위해 'CAMP 농도와 PKA 활성도는 다시 증가하였다.
