ICNP를 이용한 간호현상, 간호활동 분석 -정형외과 간호기록 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to establish the basic-data set for the electronic nursing records system by analysis of nursing phenomenas and nursing actions described in nursing records of orthopedic patients using the ICNP. Nursing notes for 1.421 days of 97 orthopedics patients who were discharged from a tertiary teaching hospital in Daegu were used. Narrative data from the nursing notes were collected. decomposed. and cross mapped with the concepts of the ICNP beta version. In total 11.442 statements were found in the process of decomposing the narrative data into single statement. These statements consist of 3.970(34.70%) nursing phenomena statements. 6.996(61.14%) nursing action statements, and 476(4.16%) other statements. Finally 312 unique statements were collected by integrating same or similar statements. These statements consist of 120 (38.46%) nursing phenomena statements. 154 (49.36%) nursing action statements. and 38 (12.18%) other statements. When this result was cross mapped with ICNP beta version. 77.0% of nursing statements were completely expressed. 17.0% of them were partially expressed. and 0.3% of them were not able to expressed at all. The findings of this study showed the usability of ICNP as terminology of electronic nursing records system. And the result of this study can be utilized for an ICNP-based electronic nursing records system and can help clinical nurses to spend more time on direct nursing.

조선 후기 하층 여성의 욕망실현 과정과 그에 대한 수용의 의미 - <화정선행록>의 시비 계섬을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 상층계급으로 편입되기 위해 노력하는 시비 계섬의 행위와 그 행위가 작품 내에서 긍정적으로 수용될 수 있었던 이유를 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. 계섬은 상층가문의 구성원이 되기 위해 일부러 흠결 있는 김성광을 배우자로 선택하여 그를 개과시키고, 가문의 경영 능력을 증명하여 정실로서의 지위를 인정받는다. 한편 작품에서는 겉으로 드러나는 계섬의 주체적이고 적극적인 노력뿐만 아니라 그 과정에서 계섬이 겪는 죄책감과 열등감 등 복합적인 내면적 갈등에도 충분히 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 독자들로 하여금 계섬에게 감정이입을 하게 만들어 계섬의 욕망이 정당하며, 그녀는 상층 구성원으로서의 지위를 누릴 자격이 충분하다는 점을 받아들이게 만든다. 이와 같은 계섬의 욕망실현 과정은 주변부적 존재에 대한 재발견으로서의 의미를 지닌다. 계섬의 결연이 해학적으로 그려지는 이유는 그녀가 조연이기 때문이며, 계섬이 지닌 실용적 능력은 시비로 살면서 익힌 생존 전략으로부터 비롯된 것이다. 하지만 이와 같은 주변부적 특성이 오히려 작품 내에서 계섬이 상층부로 쉽게 편입될 수 있는 정당화 논리로 작용하고 있다는 점은 중심과 주변의 경계를 무너뜨리는 효과를 가져온다.

관상용 Hosta 85 품종의 생장과 개화 특성

This study was conducted to investigate the leaf growth and flowering characteristics of 85 Hosta cultivars. The85 cultivars were grown in a pot in Useful Plant Resources Center in Yangpyeong, Korea. H. ‘Abiqua Blue Crinkles’, H. ‘Abiqua Drinking Gourd’, H. ‘Dancing in the Rain’, H. ‘Elegance’, H. ‘Inniswood’, and H. ‘Venus’ were classified as alarge size group (> 50 ㎝), while 27 cultivars including H. ‘Abby’, H. ‘Birchwood Parky’s Gold’, H. ‘Blue Cadet’, and H. ‘Blue Edge’ were classified as a small size group (< 20 ㎝). The others were classified as a medium size groups. 79% ofHosta cultivars had leaf variegation. Leaf variegation type was divided into 5 types (standard, marginata, mediovarigata,albomaculata, striata). Among them 31 cultivars including H. ‘Abby’, H. ‘Abiqua Moonbeam’, and H. ‘Atlantis’ has avariegation type of marginata in the leaf. 36 cultivars including H. ‘Abby’, H. ‘Abiqua Drinking Gourd’, and H.‘AbiquaMoonbeam’ bloomed in late May and 9 cultivars including H. ‘Black Hills’, H. ‘Boeun’, and H. ‘Fragrant Bouquet’ startedto flower on late August. Most flowers were below 3.0 ㎝ in length, while H. ‘Avocado’ was longest on 10.0 ㎝. Mostflowers have a lavender color group (63.5%), and 14 cultivars of Hosta showed white color group (16.5%). 12 cultivarsincluding H. ‘Blue Mouse Ears’, H. ‘Captain Kirk’, and H. ‘Fragrant Bouquet’ had the fragrance in their flowers. H. ‘CherryBerry’ and H. ‘Revolution’ had a colorful stalk, red and yellow, respectively. 국내외 개발된 Hsota 품종의 잎의 생육과 개화 특성을 조사한 결과, 식물의 크기는 H.‘Abiqua Blue Crinkles’, H.‘AbiquaDrinking Gourd’, H.‘Dancing in the Rain’, H.‘Elegance’, H. ‘Inniswood’, H.‘Venus’등 6종류가 가장 컸으며(대형 계통, 50㎝ 이상), H. ‘Abby’, H. ‘Birchwood Parky’s Gold’, H. ‘BlueCadet’, and H. ‘Blue Edge등을 포함한 27종은 소형 계통이다(6 ㎝ 이상 20 ㎝ 미만). 79%가 무늬를 가지며 무늬 형태는marginata (복륜), mediovarigata (중투), albomaculata (산반), striata (서반)이며, marginata 계통은 H. ‘Abby’, H. ‘AbiquaMoonbeam’, H. ‘Atlantis’등을 포함하여 31종류로 전체 비율중 36%로 가장 많았다. 개화기는 H. ‘Abby’, H. ‘AbiquaDrinking Gourd’, H. ‘Abiqua Moonbeam’등 36종류가 5월 말부터 개화였고, H. ‘Black Hills’, H. ‘Boeun’, H. ‘FragrantBouquet’등 9종은 8월 이후에 개화하였다. 꽃은 H. ‘Avocado’가 5.0 ㎝ 이상으로 대륜 계통이었으며, H. ‘Avocado’, H. ‘Fragrant Bouquet’, H.‘Fried Bananas’ 등 H. plantaginea 계통이 대부분 크기가 컸다. 꽃의 색은 꽃의 색은 6가지로 분류되며, white 계열은 25.9%, lavender 계열은 45.9%, purple 계열은 28.2%가 개화하였다. H. ‘Blue Mouse Ears’, H. ‘CaptainKirk’, H.‘Fragrant Bouquet’ 등 12종류는 개화시 향기가 있었다. H.‘Cherry Berry’와 H. ‘Revolution’은 각각 빨간색과 노란색의 꽃대를 가지고 있다.

Writing Tasks to Elicit Language and Creativity: Describe Completed Drawings vs. First Draw, Then Describe

This study investigated a new writing task that utilizes drawing to elicit students’ language and original thinking. Two forms of pictures were designed and administered to 118 children. One form was conventional and consisted of completed pictures, requiring students to simply describe the pictures in writing. The other form, which was new, comprised incomplete pictures, requiring students to first draw and then describe them in writing. The descriptions were scored for originality (to represent creative thinking) and vocabulary and text length (to reflect linguistic domains). The originality scores were higher for students who were given the unfinished pictures regardless of their writing proficiency. Vocabulary diversity and text length fluency depended on the level of writing proficiency: for poor writers, these abilities were facilitated when they were given completed pictures, while for good writers, the form variation made no difference. This study highlights that to stimulate original thinking, an unfinished picture form is useful because it affords students opportunities to express unique ideas regardless of poor or good writers.

진화에 대한 흥미와 수용 정도에 따른 고등학생들의 진화 개념 지위 차이 분석

The purpose of this research was to find out the conceptual status of evolution concept in termsof the interest and acceptance of evolution of high school students. We tested the interest andacceptance of evolution and then were distinguished subjects into 4 groups based on the testingresults which were which were 'both high interest and acceptance of evolution', "high interest andlow acceptance of evolution", low interest and high acceptance of evolution', "both low interest andacceptance". We had selected total 16 students as four students from each group and interviewedthem to find out their conceptual status on evolution concept. We analyzed the interview dataaccording to the framework developed specially in this research. The group both high acceptanceand interest of evolution showed that they had highest variety of (+) conceptual status and thegroup both low interest and acceptance of evolution that they had lowest variety of (+) conceptualstatus. The implication in this research confirms that high group in acceptance makes the conceptualstatus wider and it is stored in the shape of an image within the students' cognitive structure. Thisalso makes us realize that to teach evolution effectively, the acceptance and interest of evolutionshould be considered along with the need of the teaching-learning programs using various visualaudiolesson materials regarded to the evolutionary concept.

로맨스 웹소설 속 가상 역사의 구현 방식 연구 - 웹소설 <해시의 신루>를 중심으로 -

본고는 <해시의 신루>를 중심으로 로맨스 웹소설 속 가상 역사의 구현 방식에 대해 논의하였다. 문종과 현덕왕후의 관계를 모티프로 하여 남녀주인공의 애정서사를 그려낸 <해시의 신루>는 두문동 72현설화나 세종조 집현전 서운관 등 다양한 국가기관들의 업적을 폭넓게 수용하여 여러 중심사건을 형상화하였다. 그 과정에서 개입된 허구적 요소들은 남녀주인공의 계급차 로맨스를 형성하고, 적대세력의사정(私情)을 강조하고, 세자의 권력을 부각하는 방향으로 활용되었다. 이와 같은 역사와 허구의 결합과정에서 나타난 가상역사물로서의 특징으로는 첫째, 독자들의 빠른 몰입을 위하여 익숙한 주제를 반복하며, 역사의 재현보다 애정서사에 집중하는 로맨스 웹소설의 특성으로 인해 독자들이 직관적으로 받아들일 수 있는 현대의 문화관습을 적극적으로 차용하고 있었다는 점, 둘째, 역사적 인물을 등장시킬 때짧은 에피소드 형식을 취하여 독자의 피로도를 줄이고 서사의 긴장을 이완시키는 동시에 작품에 대한집중력을 끌어올릴 수 있는 장치로 활용하고 있었다는 점을 꼽을 수 있다.
