        전방십자인대 재건술 환자에 대한 비손상측과 손상측 간의 하지 근수축 특성 비교

        Background: The purpose of this study was to identify the comparison of the muscle contractile properties on lower extremity between non-injury and injury in subjects with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). Methods: Twenty-four subjects on the post-operative ACLR participated in this study. Measurement method were using tensiomygraphy to analyze the displacement maximum(Dm) and contraction time(Tc) on the both quadriceps. Results: Compared difference of the Dm between non-injury and injury, the rectus femoris (RF) and vastus lateralis (VL) increased significantly (p<.01). However, vastus medialis (VM) no significantly difference between non-injury and injury. Compared difference of the Tc between non-injury and injury, the RF increased significantly (p<.01) but VL and VM no significantly difference between non-injury and injury. Conclusions: These findings suggest that occurred muscle atrophy of the RF and VL and change properties of muscle fibers on the RF from fast muscle fibers to slow muscle fibers on the injury side of post-operative ACLR. Therefore, when apply to rehabilitation of lower extremity for post-operative ACLR, we should consider the enhance of RF and VL on injury side.

        혈전이 있는 축대칭 동맥류에서의 산소전달현상

        국부적 저산소증(localized hypoxia)은 산소공급의 저하로 인하여 조직세포를 파괴하고 관강압력에 대한 동맥류 벽의 저항을 현저하게 감소시킨다고 보고되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동맥류 파열의 원인이 되는 저산소증의 기전을 이해하기 위하여 혈전의 두께에 따라 세 가지의 축대칭 동맥류 모델을 구성하여 동맥류 내 혈전을 통한 정상 층류유동 (steady laminar flow)에서의 산소전달현상(O$_2$transport phenomenon)을 유체-고체 열전달 현상과의 유사성을 이용하고 Fick의 법칙을 적용하여 해석하였다. 전산해석을 통해서 혈전이 형성된 혈관에서 산소농도는 혈관 벽에서 가장 낮게 나타났으며 혈전의 크기가 증가할수록 저산소농도(low $O_2$concentration) 영역이 혈관 벽 가까이 넓게 분포되어 저산소증의 가능성이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다 본 연구를 통해서 동맥류 내의 혈전은 구조와 크기에 따라 산소의 흐름에 주요한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. Localized hypoxia, due to the diminished $O_2$supply, is reported to cause necrosis of the arterial cell and to significantly decrease resistances to physiologic distending pressures. In the present study, in order to understand the mechanism of localized hypoxia which might result in the rupture of the aneurysm. $O_2$ transport phenomena across intraluminal thrombus in axisymmetric aneurysms under steady laminar flow condition were numerically analyzed using the Fick's law and the analogy with the fluid-solid heat transfer. For computational models, varying the thickness of intraluminal thrombus, numerical results showed that for the axisymmetric aneurysm with intraluminal thrombus. $O_2$ concentration became minimal at the aneurysm wall. With increased thickness of the intraluminal thrombus in the aneurysm. regions of low $O_2$ concentration were widely distributed near the aneurysm wall, which resulted in the possibility of localized hypoxia. The present study verifis that intraluminal thrombus influences $O_2$ transport to the aneurysm wall. depending on its size and structure.

      • 파일럿 패턴을 이용한 무선 QAM 송수신 기술 연구

        Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(QAM) is well known a bandwidth efficient modulation scheme. However, its use for mobile communications has been limited due to noise and signal distortion. Recently, the QAM scheme is emerging as a new modulation scheme for a band-limited wireless system. In this paper, we propose an iterative decoding algorithm assuming QAM signal for a narrow-band mobile channel. The Algorithm is based on the EM(Expectation Maximization) Algorithm, and the performances of the proposed decoder are assessed using computer simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed decoder perform better compared to that of other schemes.

        아라키돈산 유도 염증모델에서 LED 광조사에 의한 관한 연구

        To investigate the differential expression of genes by 635nm LEDs irradiation in arachidonic acid-treated human gingival fibroblasts, cDNA microarray was carried out. Human gingival fibroblasts were primary cultured and arachidonic acid was treated to induce inflammation. 635nm of wave length was used for LEDs irradiation. The experimental group was categorized into four group ; control, only LEDs irradiation group, only arachidonic acid-treated group and arachidonic acid-treated with LEDs irradiation group. The expression of 8,078 genes were increased and the expression of 7,103 genes were decreased in only LEDs irradiation group. For arachidonic acid-treated with LEDs irradiation group, the expression of 6,815 genes were increased, while the expression of 8,031 genes were decreased comparing with only arachidonic acid-treated group. IL-13alpha2 receptor was the most expressed gene in LEDs irradiation group comparing with control, followed by MMP3. Genes which the most down regulated was BIRC3 in LEDs irradiation group. PLAB genes was the most up-regulated in arachidonic acid treated with LEDs irradation group, followed by ranked RARRES1. Considering the classification by cell function, genes associated with signal transduction were the most affected by LEDs irradiation, followed by the genes associated with nucleoside, nucleotide and nucleic acid metabolism. In arachidonic acid treated with LEDs irradiation, genes associated with signal transduction and protein metabolism were affected. Taken together, LEDs irradiation could affect various biological process and could identify many genes related to LEDs irradiation, which could be used for clinical application.       • 축대칭 복부 대동맥류에서의 맥동유동의 모델해석

        A coupled Fluid-Structure, Structure-Structure interaction study was performed to evaluate locally the influence of Von Mises stress and radial displacement of the complex interaction between blood flow and wall dynamics in the abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA) including thrombus under a pulsatile flow condition. In more dilated models, Von Mises stress and radial displacement in the arterial wall increased at the ± 1.2D in the AAA models without thrombus, but those were increased from ±1.3D to ±2D field in the thrombosed AAA models. The present study showed that the relationship between thrombosed geometry and dilatation of the aneurysm had an effect the Von Mises stress and radial displacement by the fluid-structure and structure-structure interactions.

        웹기반 수업을 지원하는 데이터베이스 시스템의 로킹 기반 트랜잭션 관리기법

        WWW라는 인터넷 서비스로 인해, 네트워크 인프라는 폭발적으로 성장되었고 웹기반 기술은 상상을 초월하는 속도로 발전을 이루어 왔다. 그 기술은 사회 각분야에 많은 영향을 미쳤고, 교육분야도 예외가 아닐 수 없다. 한편 요즘 교육현장에서는 토론이 가지는 장점으로 인해 구성주의적 관점과 수행평가 측면에서 더욱 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 원격교육 차원에서 웹기반 토론 수업은 매체를 통한 상호작용으로 인해 면대면 토론이 가지는 특성과 많은 차이가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 웹기반 토론 수업을 할 때의 고려점을 살펴보고, 사용되는 지원 시스템의 개발시 고려 요소와 개발 방안을 살펴보기로 한다.

      • 감귤 생산가격 관측 시스템의 웹 인터페이스 구현

        본 논문에서는 제주 감귤 관측 시스템의 웹 인터페이스를 구현하여 생산량과 가격을 단기 혹은 장기적으로 예측해볼 수 있도록 한다. 기후 표본 등의 방대한 자료들이 계속 축적되어 효율적으로 관리되어야 하며 이러한 자료들을 기반으로 관측 모형이 변화할 수 있어야 함은 물론 사용자들에게 편하고 빠른 접근을 지원하여야 한다. 이를 위해 자료들을 정리하여 데이터베이스에 입력하고 데이터에 대한 오프라인 분석과 온라인 모형 계산을 분리하여 접근에 있어서의 효율성을 기하였다. 결국 본 논문에서 구현된 웹 시스템은 농업 관측 시스템의 원형으로 사용될 수 있다. This paper implements a web interface of Cheju orange observation system thus enables predicting the product or value of oranges. For this purpose, a great deal of data such as climate, sample, and so on should be accumulated and managed. In addition, observation model should be programmed and modified with ease as well as users can access this system comfortably and fast. We meet this requirement by converting raw data into database as well as discriminating the off-line analysis and on-line model calculation. As a result, the web program prototypes implemented in this paper can be appliec to another agricultural observation system.
