1987년 헌법 개정과 이후 개헌 논의의 정치적 상관성

본 논문은 1987년 제9차 헌법 개정 이후 단속적으로 이어져 온 개헌 논의 현상을 배경으로 하여, 제9차 헌법 개정의 역사적 맥락과 성격 및 특징을 분석하였으며, 이후 형성된 개헌 논의와의 정치적 상관성을 파악하기 위해 작성되었다. 역사적 연구방법론에 따라 1987년 개헌의 원인과 성격을 파악한 결과, 1987년 이후 형성된 제6공화국의 권력 구조는 6월 민주항쟁의 성과에 기인한 체제였음에도 불구하고 신군부의 정권재창출 시나리오가 반영되었을 뿐만 아니라 ‘3김’에게 정치적으로 최적화된 한계가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 제6공화국의 권력 구조는 신군부 정권의 연장과 야당 지도자들의 정치권력을 담보하려는 특성에 따라 이어져온 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 같은 측면에서 향후 개헌 논의는 제6공화국 헌정 구조의 성격과 한계를 이해하고 해소하기 위한 방향에서 전개될 필요가 있다. 또한 시민사회의 적극적인 참여와 국민적 소통뿐만 아니라 미래지향적 민족 생존 및 국가 번영 전략이 새로운 개정 헌법에 반영되어야 할 것이다. This paper were analyzed historical context, characteristics of the ninth amendment of the Constitution In 1987 were analyzed. Also analyzed the content of the constitutional discussion and the discourse about future - oriented values. According to the historical research methodology, it attempted to identify the character according to the cause and background of formation of the constitutional amendment in 1987. As a result, the power structure of the 6th republic under the revised Constitution was attributed to the democratic uprising in June but it reflected scenario to regenerate the regime of the new military authorities and the limitations of the three Kims. Therefore, it can be seen that the 6th republic were fundamentally implied a temporary character created on the constitutional structure to internally accept the extension of the new military regime and the combined oligarchy of opposition leaders. In the future, the revised constitutional debate needs to be developed in order to understand and resolve the character and limitations of this period.

전환기의 사상, 리얼리즘의 조건 : 김남천의 『사랑의 수족관』을 중심으로

『사랑의 수족관』에 대한 본 연구는, 그간 연구에서 통속적 장치로 간주된, 이 소설의 중심 서사인 연애 서사를 김남천의 계몽 의지가 형상화된 것으로 분석해 보았다. 제2차 대전의 발발과 동시에 사회주의자 김광준이 죽는다. 김광준은 사상을 매개로 세계와 대결했던 "세계사적 개인"의 면모를 갖춘 인물로 형상화되는데, 그의 죽음은 당대가 사상이 부재한 시대임을 보여준다. 이를 김남천은 제2차 대전과 연애를 병치시키는 구조를 통해 묘파해내는데, 조선의 경성인들은 제2차 대전을 "불안"이 아니라 "불편"으로 경험하게 된다. 이러한 일상적 개인들은 이경희로 형상화되었다. 재벌가의 딸인 이경희는 자신이 누리는 모든것이 노동자들의 착취에 기반한 것임을 목도하고, 탁아소 경영을 매개로 모순된 사회에 맞서 싸워 나가겠다고 결심한다. 그러나 그녀의 세계 이해는 계급적 조건에 한정된 것이었다. 따라서 그녀의 탁아소 경영은 그 한계에 봉착하게 되는데, 소설 속에서 이것은 은주부인의 음모에 빠져 김광호와의 결혼은 물론 탁아소 경영마저 무산될 위기에 처하는 것으로 형상화되었다. 이때 "표상"의 심급에 대한 강현순의 조언을 계기로 그녀는 위기를 돌파한다. 이를 계기로 그녀는 분열되지만, 이경희는 자신의 세계 이해를 객관적으로 바라볼 수 있는 "외부"를 획득하게 된다. 김남천은 연애 서사를 통해, 리얼리즘의 조건으로서의 "외부"를 형상화함으로써, 당대 "일상적 개인"으로서의 청년들을 "세계사적 개인"으로 호출하는 것이다. 연애의 서사는 곧 계몽의 서사였다. One of the reasons that An Aquarium of Love has been classified as a popular novel, is that the main outline in this novel is about the love affair between Lee-KyoungHee and Kim-KwangHo. Critics, therefore, have considered the writer's view of the world in this novel except the love affair because they have thought it as a popular thing even though it is the main narration. As a result, this novel has been criticized as the retreat of the writer's view of the world and so on. This manuscript, however, investigates that 'a love affair' which is the main narration in the novel is the literary shape projected the writer's view of the world, not a conventional love arousing our interest only. "A love affair" is the practical compromise of the writer to set up the "wavering" subject through the turning point caused by World War Ⅱ in this novel. Lee-KyoungHee's belief, which is based on whole morality, "wavers" when she becomes entangled in a conspiracy. It means her belief has a theoretical basis, which is the epistemology of "outside" that it can be said the condition of realism. She realizes she casts her eyes on objects randomly and she gains the polysemy of things. With this, the writer, Kim-NamCheon, is able to establish the whole morality which he has stuck to his opinion from the beginning on the epistemological basis. As a new principal agent, he can overcome the turning point which the War brought. therefore the love affair is a narative of the Enlightenment

다발성 Kirschner 강선을 이용한 제 5중족골 기저부 골절의 수술적 치료

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical and radiographic results of internal fixation using multiple Kirschner wires (K-wires) for the fifth metatarsal base fracture. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 14 patients with a displaced fifth metatarsal base fracture. We measured the distance of fracture displacement on the foot oblique radiograph pre- and post-operatively. We evaluated the clinical results using the visual analog pain scale at six weeks and three months postoperatively and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) mid-foot score at six months postoperatively. Results: In our series, 10 cases were zone I fracture and four cases were zone II fracture. We achieved anatomical reduction and bony union in all of our cases. The average time to bone union was 43 days. The degree of pain around the fifth metatarsal base was significantly decreased after surgery. The average AOFAS score was 95 at six months postoperatively. Conclusion: Multiple K-wire fixation is a relatively simple fixation method for displaced fifth metatarsal base fractures. If we place a K-wire into the medial cortex of the fifth metatarsal, we could prevent proximal migration of the K-wire.

MIMO OFDM 기반 무선랜 시스템에서의 새로운 프리앰블 구조

In this paper, we propose a new preamble structure for channel estimation in a MIMO OFDM-based WLAN System. Moreover, both the backward compatibility with IEEE 802.11a system and low overhead are considered for the preamble design. Simulation results show that the proposed preamble has low overhead and is obtained the good performance gain for channel estimation. 본 논문에서는 MIMO OFDM 기반 무선랜 시스템에서 다중 채널 추정을 위한 새로운 프리앰블 구조를 제안한다. 또한 기존의 OFDM 기반 무선랜 시스템인 IEEE 802.11a 시스템과의 호환성 문제와 더불어 프리앰블에 따르는 오버헤드 (overhead) 를 줄이는 방안을 함께 고려한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안한 프리앰블 구조가 적은 오버헤드를 가지면서도 좋은 채별 추정 성능을 얻음을 알 수 있다.

국내건설기업의 해외 프로젝트 입찰단계 우선집중역량 분석

국내건설기업의 해외건설수주액은 2005년 109억 달러에서 2012년 649억 달러로 단기간에 큰 폭으로 상승하였다. 하지만 양적인 성장에 비해 질적인 뒷받침이 따라가지 못하고 있다는 우려가 크다. 본 연구는 국내건설기업이 해외 진출 시 프로젝트 수주 뿐 만이 아니라 성공적인 프로젝트의 실행을 위해 우선적으로 확보해야 할 역량을 도출하였다. 단계별 역량 평가를 위해 사전 영업 단계, 입찰 준비 단계, 본 입찰 단계, 계약 단계의 4단계로 입찰 단계를 정의하였다. 실무자 면담을 통해 단계별 세부 업무를 도출한 뒤, 국내건설기업의 해외 입찰 담당자 및 해외 현장 투입 인원을 대상으로 세부 업무별 중요성 및 현재 보유 역량에 대해 Likert 7점 척도를 활용한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문값의 IPA 분석 결과, 국내건설기업이 우선적으로 확보해야 할 역량은 내부적 역량으로 철저한 리스크 검토, 합리적인 입찰팀 구성, 현실적인 가실행예산 산정, 외부적 역량으로 발주처 니즈 파악, 현지화 전략, 협력 체계 구축으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 활용하여 향후 국내건설기업이 프로젝트의 수주 뿐 만이 아니라 실행 단계에서의 수익률 향상을 위한 입찰 전략의 방향을 설정하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Overseas construction orders of domestic companies had been increased significantly in a short period from $10.9 billion in 2005 to $64.9 billion in 2012. However experts are concerned that quality of growth will not support quantitative growth. This study suggest concentrate competencies for not only winning in bid but also successful execution of domestic companies. 4 Steps which are Pre-Marketing, Bid-Preparation, Bidding, Contract Phase are defined for competency assessment. After drawing specific tasks by phase, survey asking importance and capability of the tasks to the person in charge of bidding and site was conducted by utilizing Likert 7 point scale. According to the result of IPA analysis, domestic construction companies need to ensure internal competencies; Project risk review, Bid team organization, and external competencies; Client needs grasp, Localization strategy, Cooperation establishment. Hearafter domestic construction companies will be able to utilize the result of the study for setting bidding strategy for winning in bid and improving earning rate.

특정 AP를 이용한 안드로이드 기반 모바일 보안 메신저 구현

안드로이드를 탑재한 스마트 폰에서 사용자 그룹간의 통신 메신저를 사용하는 경우 해킹 또는 검열에 의한 개인 정보 유출이 최근 큰 문제 중 하나로 대두되고 이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 일반적으로 기업에서는 내부 메신저에 복잡한 보안 절차를 적용시키고 있으나 이는 기존의 업무 효율성을 저하시키는 결과를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 특정 AP(Access Point)에 접근한 클라이언트만 통신 할 수 있도록 특정 그룹만의 폐쇄된 메신저를 구현함으로써 업무효율성을 높이면서도 보안을 강화할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 일반적 방식과 달리 서버에서 데이터를 보관하지 않으며, 클라이언트가 특정 AP와 접속이 단절되는 순간 메신저의 내용을 자동으로 삭제하도록 구현되어 있어 보안 및 검열문제를 해결하고 있다. 제안된 방법은 안드로이드 메신저로 구현하여 그 유효성을 검증하였다. Personal information leakage is one of the great recent issues, which can be caused by hacking or censorship when a messenger program is used between user groups in Android-based smartphones, In order to solve these problems, companies generally apply complex security procedures inside the messenger, but which degrade the efficiency of work. This paper proposes a method which can improve work efficiency and strengthen security by allowing only the clients that can access a particular AP, and implementing a closed messenger group. The proposed method is validated by implementing on the Android-based smartphones.

Synthesis and Characterization of Poly(arylene ether)s Containing Benzoxazole Pendants from Novel Aromatic Difluoride Monomer

A study was done on the synthesis of new poly(arylene ether)s and poly(arylenesulfide) with rigid benzoxazole pendants using nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction. As a new aromatic monomer, 1,4-bis(2-benzox-azolyl)-2,5-difluorobenzene [I] w as synthesized in three steps starting from 1,4-dibromo-2,5-difluorobenzene. A model reaction of difluoro monomer [I] with two equivalents of m-cresol or thiophenol in a typical ether con-densation reaction conditions gave very high yields ( > 93%) of the desired disubstituted product, suggesting the feasibility of polymer formation in these reaction system. Monomer[I] was polymerized with bisphenols and bisbenzenethiol in NMP using K2CO3 as base. The molecular weight of the resulting polymers, however,seemed relatively low according to their solution viscosity values ( ηinh = 0.15-0.29 dL/g). The poly(arylene ether)s were soluble in several common organic solvents including chloroform, pyridine and N,N'-dimethylfor-mamide. The poly(arylene sulfide) was, however, ony soluble in strong acids like sulfuric acid and trifluoro-acetic acid. The glass transition temperatures were found to be 175-215 $^{\circ}C.$ These polymers were stable up to 380-420 $^{\circ}C$ in both nitrogen and air, as determined by the temperature that a significant weight loss began to appear on TGA.

열화상 이미지와 환경변수를 이용한 콘크리트 균열 깊이 예측 머신 러닝 분석

This study presents the estimation of crack depth by analyzing temperatures extracted from thermal images and environmental parameters such as air temperature, air humidity, illumination. The statistics of all acquired features and the correlation coefficient among thermal images and environmental parameters are presented. The concrete crack depths were predicted by four different machine learning models: Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Random Forest (RF), Gradient Boosting (GB), and AdaBoost (AB). The machine learning algorithms are validated by the coefficient of determination, accuracy, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The AB model had a great performance among the four models due to the non-linearity of features and weak learner aggregation with weights on misclassified data. The maximum depth 11 of the base estimator in the AB model is efficient with high performance with 97.6% of accuracy and 0.07% of MAPE. Feature importances, permutation importance, and partial dependence are analyzed in the AB model. The results show that the marginal effect of air humidity, crack depth, and crack temperature in order is higher than that of the others.

업계기고 - 화성탐사선의 카메라 렌즈 설계

17세기부터 시작된 인류의 화성탐사 역사는 광학 망원경의 발달과 함께 점점 발전하기 시작하면서 21세기에 이르러 마침내 화성에 무인 탐사선을 보내게 된다. 본고는 2012년 8월 성공적으로 화성에 착륙한 화성 탐사로봇 'Curiosity(큐리오시티)'에 탑재된 17개 카메라에 대한 설명과, 2004년 화성 탐사로봇에 탑재되었던 'Opportunity(오퍼튜니티)', 'Spirit(스피릿)'의 카메라 렌즈 설계에 대한 것으로 2006년 SPIE 출판사에서 출간한 'Camera Lenses FromBox Camera to Digital'의 발췌문으로 구성되어 있다. 미항공우주국(NASA)은 이들 카메라의 렌즈 설계를 위해 ZEMAX 광학설계 소프트웨어를 사용했으며, 국내에서도 많은 광학 설계 엔지니어들이 ZEMAX를 사용하고 있다. 멀지 않은 미래에 대한민국의 광학설계 기술이 우주탐사 역사에 한획을 그을 수 있기를 기대해 본다.

삼차신경통(三叉神經痛) 환자 1례(例)에 대한 증례보고(證例報告)

In the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, it is known that the operative mothods, such as neurovascular decompression, rhizotomy etc. are the most effectious therapies on its pain control. But, due to some side effects and complication, the healing by the first intention of trigeminal neuralgia has been the pharmacotherapy. The cabamazepine is the most common agent, but it is not often effectious in some cases, and attenuated as time goes, engaged in some symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea, vomit, etc., and caused in aplastic anemia, thus it has much deficacies in being the first intention. Recently we have experienced a 77-year old woman who had suffered from the severe trigeminal neuralgia for 21 years, and her condition and pain control were improved through the Korean medical treatments, so we report it for the better treatment.
