회귀분석은 변수들간의 관계를 파악하는데 유용하게 사용된다. 여러개의 모집단을 비교할 때, 여러 모집단이 갖는 각각의 회귀직선의 기울기가 같은지 검정하는 것이 필요할 때가 있다. 본 논문에서는 순차기울기를 추정한 후 ANOVA의 F-검정법과 Kruskal-Wallis (1952)검정법을 이용한 방법을 각각 제안하였다. 또한, 몬테카를로 모의시험 연구를 통해 본 논문에서 제안한 두 가지 방법과 Park과 Kim (2009)이 제안한 기존 방법의 검정력을 비교하였다. Regression analysis is useful to understand the relationship of variables; however, we need to test if the slope of each regression lines is the same when comparing several populations. This paper suggests a new parallelism test for several linear regression lines. We use F-test of ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis (1952) tests after obtaining slope estimator from a sequential slope. In addition, a Monte Carlo simulation study is adapted to compare the power of the proposed methods with those of Park and Kim (2009).

This paper explores meanings of a main female character in Madame Freedom (2013), a media performance of Hyo-jin Kim and Hyung-su Kim. This research investigates characteristics of the heroine in its original novel and movie; and examines what the roles of dances and media workings are respectively and what the choreographer utilizes the original works in Madame Freedom. This paper argues that the media work shows a Korean housewife``s passion, sexuality & freedom; ambivalent interpretations; and strategic reconstruction of particularity and universality. These provide a way to produce diverse interpretations by exploring complex relations of novel, movie, and media performance.

NIL, S-FIL과 같은 각인 기술(Imprinting lithography)를 적용하기 위한 투명하고 단단한 복제 틀(replica hard mold)을 제작하여 고가의 원판(master)와 패턴이 형성되는 기판과의 접촉을 근본적으로 방지해 경제적인 공정이 가능함을 제안한다. 실리콘 웨이퍼(Si wafer)와 같은 원판(master)과 패턴 형성 시 사용되는 기판과 직접적인 접촉을 방지하기 위해 우선 액상 공정을 이용하여 비접착성 표면처리된 고분자 복제(polymer copy)를 매개체(carrier)로 단단한 복제 틀을 제작한다. 이렇게 제작된 단단한 복제 틀(replica hard mold)는 유리와 거의 같은 강도와 투명도를 나타내며, 각인 공정(imprinting process)에서 석영 틀, 실리콘 웨이퍼(quartz mold, Si wafer)과 같이 값비싼 원판(master)의 직접 사용을 대체하여 성공적으로 패턴을 구현할 수 있다. We suggest here a cost-effective replica fabrication method for transparent and hard molds for imprinting lithography such as NIL and S-FIL. The process starts with the use of a replica hard mold from a master, using a polymer copy as a carrier. The polymer copy as a carrier was treated by soluble process for forming anti-adhesion layer. Duplicated hard molds can eliminate direct contact between a hard master and a patterned polymer on a substrate and the generated contamination of a master during the imprinting process. The replica hard mold exhibits the glass-like properties introduced here, such as transparency and hardness, make it appropriate for nanoimprint lithography and step-and-flash imprint lithography.
유무연 용융도금 리본에 따른 결정질 실리콘 태양전지 모듈 열화거동

Usage of heavy metal element (Pb, Hg and Cd etc.) in electronic devices have been restricted due to the environmental banning of the European Union, such as WEEE and RoHS. Therefore, it is needed to develop the Pb-free solder plated ribbon in photovoltaic (PV) module. This study described that degradation characteristics of PV module under damp heat (DH, $85^{\circ}C$ and 85% R.H.) condition test for 1,000 h. Solar cell ribbons were utilized to hot dipping plate with Pb-free solder alloys. Two types of Pb-free solder plated ribbons, Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu (SAC305) and Sn-48Bi-2Ag, and an electroless Sn-40Pb solder hot dipping plated ribbon as a reference sample were prepared to evaluate degradation characteristics. To detect the degradation of PV module with the eutectic and Pb-free solder plated ribbons, I-V curve, electro-luminescence (EL) and cross-sectional SEM analysis were carried out. DH test results show that the reason of maximum power (Pm) drop was mainly due to the decrease fill factor (FF). It was attributed to the crack or oxidation of interface between the cell and the ribbon. Among PV modules with the eutectic and Pb-free solder plated ribbon, the PV module with SAC305 ribbon relatively showed higher stability after DH test than the case of PV module with Sn-40Pb and Sn-48Bi-2Ag solder plated ribbons.

IPTV 서비스는 통신/방송 융합서비스로서 데이터 스티림이 송출되는 H/E 센터로부터 QoS 가 보장되는 IP망을 통해 디지털 영상 방송이나 양방향서비스를 가입자 단말까지 제공하는 서비스이다. 본 고에서는 IPTV서비스를 제공하기 위한 Network 요구조건에 대해 설명하고, IPTV 서비스와 같은 1:n 통신에 적합한 멀티캐스트 기술 및 프로토콜에 대해 살펴본다. 이와 아울러 데이터 스트림을 송출하는 헤드엔드센터 내의 시스템에 대해 알아본 후 마지막으로 향후 해결해야 할 IPTV 관련 중요한 이슈사항에 대해 언급한다.
사람 적혈구 알데히드 탈수소효소의 정제와 특성에 관한 연구

Aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) isozymes of human erythrocyte were separated and purified. ALDH having low K_m value (74.6 μM) and high K_m value (174 μM) for acetaldehydde were named low K_m, ALDH and high K_m ALDH respectively. For low K_m, ALDH, both NAD^+ and NADP+ could be used as coenzyme, but high K_m ALDH used only NAD^+. Their molecular weights were determined according to pore-gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and found that low K_m ALDH was 269,000 dalton and high K_m, ALDH 273,000 dalton. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that they were both homotetramer, composed of four identical subunits. The molecular weight of subunit of these two isozymes were 59,500 and 60,600 dalton respectively. Both, high K_m and low K_m ALDH showed esterase activity as well as dehydrogenase activity. They were very stable at 35℃ and optimum pH of both isozymes were 9.5. isoelectric point of low K_m ALDH was 5.5.

This study was performed to compare the processing aptitudes of the rice muffins produced from the seven rice varieties, including Goami, Goami 2, Deuraechan, Baegjinju, Seolgaeng, Haiami and Hanareum, along with the use of hydroxypropyl methylcelluloses (HPMCs) as a replacement for the egg white. The water binding capacity of rice flours was significantly higher than that of wheat flour, but its fat binding capacity was lower than that of wheat flour (p<0.05). In the viscosity of the batter, Goami and Baegjinju were lower than that of the wheat flour. There was no significant difference in the specific gravity of Seolgaeng and the batter of wheat flour. The pH of all varieties except Goami 2 was higher than batter of wheat flour(p<0.05). Haiami flour produced higher muffin volume and specific volume compared with the wheat flour muffin. The textural characteristics, the muffins produced by Haiami and Hanareum flours had significantly lower hardness than the wheat flour muffin after 30 hours. All rice varieties except Gaomi 2 showed no significant difference compared to the wheat flour muffin in color, taste and texture (p<0.05). Furthermore, flavor of muffins produced from the Seolgaeng, Haiami and Hanareum flours tested higher than the wheat flour muffin. It was concluded that the rice varieties of Seolgaeng, Goami, Haiami and Hanareum were considered to be the most suitable rice cultivars for the rice muffins.

This case report describes a baby who received a laparoscopic gastrostomy tube insertion, which was dislodged accidentally at $16^{th}$ postoperative day. After the dislodgement, cutaneous tract rapidly closed, and reinsertion seemed to be impossible. However, gastrostomy tube was reinserted safely with fluoroscopy-guided Seldinger's technique under local anesthesia with sedation. This is the unique method of modified Seldinger's technique for reinsertion of gastrostomy tube under local anesthesia and sedation for accidentally dislodged gastrostomy tube. This method was thought to be safe, easy and useful technique for gastrostomy reinsertion after dislodgement of gastrostomy tube.
