          스포츠마케팅 PBL 수업 운영 연구

          This study aims to be helpful for the improvement of class and academic area by applying the sports marketing PBL(Problem-Based Learning) class to the current learning environment where the learner-centered class is emphasized through cooperative learning by improving the problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills, and communication skills of learners. Also, by applying the improved PBL program to the sports marketing class by improving the existing PBL program, this study aims to provide not only the developed contents and performance of learner-centered class, but also the problems shown in each stage and solution measures. If the sports marketing PBL class is performed, the learners would not have lots of difficulties. It would not be difficult for them to perform the sports marketing tasks within media environment and experiences in daily life such as sports market, sports consumer, enterprise, and STP strategies. As it is difficult to be completed within a short time, it would be necessary to develop the class module by performing it each semester. It would be also necessary to additionally provide lectures helpful for the operation of team projects on top of lectures led by professors. 본 연구는 학습자들에게 문제해결과 대인관계능력, 의사소통능력을 향상시키고 협동학습을 통한 학습자 중심 수업이 강조되고 있는 현재 스포츠마케팅 PBL 수업 적용에 대하여 연구를 진행하고 이에 따른 결과를 학문적 영역과 수업개선에 도움을 주고자 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 기존의 PBL 프로그램을 개선하여 스포츠마케팅 수업에서는 개선된 PBL 프로그램을 적용하면서 학습자중심수업의 개발 내용과 성과만이 아니라 각 단계에서 나타난 문제점과 해결방안에 대해서도 도움을 주고자 한다. 스포츠마케팅 PBL 수업을 진행한다면 학습자들은 어려움이 많지 않을 것이라 판단된다. 스포츠 시장, 스포츠 소비자, 기업, STP 전략 등 일상생활에서의 경험과 미디어환경 안에서도 스포츠마케팅 과제를 수행하는데 어려움이 없을 것으로 사료된다. 단기간에 완성되기는 어려우며 매 학기 진행하여 수업 모듈을 개발할 필요성이 있고 교수 강의 외에 팀 프로젝트 운영에 도움을 주는 강의도 추가적으로 제공될 필요가 있다.

          스포츠 광고의 형태 변화와 지역 브랜드화 연구

          The study has been conducted on the change of the form of sports advertising and regional branding. The change of advertising form has been carried out through mass media historically, and virtual advertising is currently underway. The advertisement in the multi-media era has expanded opportunities for companies to participate in, it has attracted the participation of potential consumers and led to the vitalization of the sports market. With the development of information technology, the advertisement in the media market is also keeping pace with the times, and the contents for the continued participation of sports viewers has been developing. Regional branding is an important factor strengthening competitiveness through various elements such as society, culture, economic power, and tourism. In this study, it referred to the role and expected effect of the sports science center. The sports science centers are operating in cities and provinces, and producing players through the center is thought be that the personal brand value of one player is much greater than the home-team image of professional sports team. The professional teams are operated by participating of the big companies and creates value by enhancing the companies' images. Like this, if the center raises an excellent player and produces a lot of players representing the region are released, it can be recognized as a new brand in the region and it can create a market economy. 본 연구는 스포츠 광고의 형태 변화와 지역 브랜드화에 관하여 연구를 진행하였다. 광고형태의 변화는 역사적으로 매스미디어를 통한 광고가 진행되어 왔으며 현재는 가상광고가 진행되고 있다. 다매체 시대에 광고는 기업이 참여 할 수 있는 기회가 확대되었고 잠재적인 소비자들의 참여 또한 유도할 수 있었으며 스포츠시장 활성화를 가져왔다. 정보통신기술의 발달로 미디어시장 중 광고도 시대에 흐름에 맞춰 가고 있으며 스포츠 시청자들의 지속적인 참여를 위한 콘텐츠가 개발되고 있다. 지역 브랜드화는 사회, 문화, 경제력, 관광 등 다양한 요소들을 통해 경쟁력을 강화시키는 중요한 요인들이다. 본 연구에서는 스포츠과학거점센터의 역할과 기대효과에 대하여 언급하였다. 시도에 스포츠과학센터가 운영되고 있으며 센터를 통한 선수 배출은 프로스포츠 구단의 연고지 이미지보다 한 선수 개인의 브랜드 가치가 더 클 수도 있다고 생각된다. 프로스포츠 구단은 대기업의 참여로 운영되고 있고 기업의 이미지를 제고하여 가치를 창출 하고 있는 것처럼 우수한 선수로 거듭날 수 있도록 거점센터를 통한 많은 선수 배출은 해당 지역을 대표하는 선수가 된다면 그 지역의 새로운 브랜드로 인식 될 수 있으며 시장경제를 창출 할 수 있다고 판단된다.

        • 생체전기 임피던스(Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis ; BIA) 법을 이용한 체수분의 평가

          Total body water(TBW) measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA) ware made in 60 healthly adults aged 30-50y. The purpose of this study was to evaluate BIA measurements for total body water. whole body impedance(R_(Whole)$gt; was measured using the traditional method and segmental impedance resistance were measured using the new technique. The new electrode method was characterized by upright posture, eight tactile electrode, segmental measurements and utilization of automatic electronic switches, in comparison with the conventional methods. Total body water was highly correlated (r = 0.980 , P$lt; 0.0001)with height²/body impedance. R whole was 535.4 ± 77.5Ω. The sum of the serial segmental resistances (R_(RA), + R_T + R_(RA), 592 ± 84.4Ω was about 65 Ω highter than R(w). Measurements of body resistance are non-invasive, rapid and easy to use. For these reasons the measurement of body resistance requires further investigation, including cross validation studies and is a potentially valuable technique for assessing body composition in paediatric population, obesity patients and varied disease patients.

          공동주택 리모델링 사업의 동의율 확보 제약요인에 관한 연구

          최근 공동주택 리모델링을 둘러싼 여건의 변화는 리모델링과 관련된 제도적인 변화와 거주민의 요구사항의 변화에 있다. 이 중에 제도적 변화를 제외하고 리모델링의 추진에 대한 단지 내 주민들의 의사를 어떻게 조정할 것인가가 주요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 재건축의 대안으로서 리모델링에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있지만, 그 동안의 연구들이 대부분 리모델링의 활성화에만 주력하면서 리모델링의 시행에 따라 제기될 수 있는 여러 문제점들에 대해서는 상대적으로 관심이 부족한 경향이 있었다. 그 중 주민 동의율 확보의 저해요인은 리모델링의 사업추진 및 승인과정을 어렵게 하고 있어 리모델링 사업주체와 관할 행정당국은 미처 예상치 못한 새로운 난제에 직면하고 있다. 그러므로 리모델링 사업의 활성화를 위해서는 주민의 동의율 확보를 위한 대책과 방안제시가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 리모델링 사업추진시 주민들이 중요하게 생각하는 요인들을 규명하여 사업추진시 제약요인을 분석함으로써, 동의율을 확보하는데 효율적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Until now, the domestic construction market has been formed focusing on new construction and reconstruction in the apartment industry. Recently, however, the remodeling market for old structures have shown a tendency towards land shortage and land price increases in the major cities : the reinforcement of regulations regarding reconstruction ; expenditure reduction and the solving of environmental problems by regarding old structures is pursuing low costs and maximum efficiency. The interest in remodeling is increasing, however, remodeling has not been successfully initiated in the apartment division for a reasonable period of time. Consequently to acquire mutual agreement for remodeling from the residential occupants. In order to evaluate profitability, it is necessary to set priorities and reasonable criteria for remodelling and to this end, it is also required to assess each fact of remodelling in view of both customers and supplied.

          표피성장인자의 창상치유에 대한 효과

          Background : Epidermal growth factor(EGF), a potent stimuant of epithelialization, has been noted to increase the thickness of the epidermis, increase the epithelial cell proliferartion and keratinization, and accelerate wound contraction. Objective : Our purpose was to evaluate the efficacy of topic 1 application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) in the healing of full-theckness excision and burn wound. Methods : Full-thickness excision and burn wound were male in the back of the male Wistar rat. Recombinant human epidermal growth factor was apolied twice a day and the size of the wound was measured with planimetry every other day for 21 days. The keratinocytes of the circumcised foreskir were cultured in different concentrations of recombinant human epidermal growth factor and proliferation of the keratinocytes was evaluated. Results : 1. Regardless of wound types or base types, wound heal in the experimental groups (rhEGF 10, 30, 50 g/g) was generally better than that in the control or vehicle group. 2. The duration of wound healing was decreased as followa in order, in full-thickness excision wound, rhEGF 50 g/g, group, rhEGF 30 g/g group, rhEGF 10 g/g group, vehicle group, and control group and in full-thickness burn wound, rhEGF 30 g/g group, rhEGF 50g/g group, rhEGF 10g/g group, vehicb group, and control group. 3. In the biopsy specimen taken from the wound at 9th and 13th day, neodermis, neovascularization, the thicknesa and maturation of the collagen bundes and reepithelialization were more increased in the experimental groups than in the control or vehicle group. 4. In vitro culture of epidermal cells showed similar proheration in the concentration of rhEGF higher than 10 ng/rnl. Conclusion . These findings suggest that topical application of ecombinant humanepidermal growth factor is effective in the healing of full-thickness exoision and burn wound.(Kor J Dermatol 1995; 33(1): 76-84)

          병원건축물 리모델링의 경제적 타당성에 관한 연구 - 삼성제일병원을 중심으로 -

          병원건축물 리모델링에 대한 경제적 타당성 연구를 통하여 리모델링에 대한 효율성을 신축과 비교하여 평가방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 경제적 타당성에 대한 평가방안을 제시하기 위해 기존의 건축분야의 경제적 평가기법들과 부동산분야의 감정평가기법들을 조사하여 특징과 문제점을 분석한 후 연구의 기본 방향을 설정하였다. 이를 토대로 타당성 평가방안의 개념과 절차를 수립하고, 기존연구와 자료를 조사분석하여 단계별 방안을 제시하였으며 실제사례를 적용하여 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 효율적인 병원건축물의 리모델링에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. Recently our country need to change about hospital building operation and business change.The recent real estate development projects are made in very complex due to the diversity of development method or its legal aspects. Under such a real estate investment, the review of investment yield rate is fundamentally important for the one that invests and the one that finances it. Previously, the focus was in the review of the time to turn the surplus or the plan for making repayment of the borrowings, and without the analysis of sufficient investment yield rate. For a simple issue of finding the most advantageous project method, there is a need for reviewing the taxation issues, fund procurement method, legal aspects, policy analysis aspects and others. Therefore, the real estate investment is now likely to encounter the form of having the time of venture as well. In conclusion, the scientific and reasonable decision making in investing on the real estate does not suggest the absolute evaluation standard but the need and the use are more and more demanded.

          아토피피부염 환자의 민간요법에 관한 연구

          Background: Alternative medicines may be defined as forms of therapy or examination that have no scientific basis and where no effect or diagnostic reliability have been demonstrated by scientific methods. Many patients with atopic dermatitis try various forms of alternative medicine, and several studies about the use of alternative medicine in the patients of atopic dermatitis were performed in western countries but not in Korea. Object: This study was performed to evaluate the use of alternative medicine in atopic dermatitis patients. Methods: 188 patients of atopic dermatitis attending our outpatient clinic responded to questionnaires on the use of alternative medicine and the past history of atopic dermatitis. Results: 136 of 188 patients (72%) reported previous or current use of one or more forms of alternative medicine. Herbal remedies (32.4%) were used most frequently, and health food preparations, spa therapy, and diet changes were also commonly used. The most common motif of using alternative medicine was $quot;just want to try every possible treatment$quot;(48.6%) and main information sources were people without same skin disease (relatives and friends)(50.0%). The majority (75.2%) reported they do not use the alternative medicine now because of the poor result. The use of the altemative medicine was related to the disease duration, and the cost of the, atopic dermatitis treatment. Conclusions: The use of alternative medicine in atopic dermatitis is commonplace and shouid be of concern to dermatologists,
