풍수이론과 기업입지요건에 관한 융합적 연구

본 연구는 풍수이론에 기반을 둔 기업의 입지요건에 관한 융합적 연구이다. 이 연구의 목적은 풍수사상에 근거한 양택 입지 선정 요인을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 입지론에 관한 서양의 이론적 배경과 동양의 이론적 배경을 살펴보고 경제적 입지요인과 풍수적 입지요인에 관한 선행연구를 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 연구모형을 설정하고 연구 가설을 세웠다. 그리고 가설을 입증할 설문지를 만들어 설문 조사를 통하여 데이터를 축적하여 통계적 분석 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그에 따른 연구의 결과는 첫째, 경제적 요인이 입지선정에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 독립변수 가운데 지역, 교통, 산업, 자연요인이 입지선정에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경제적 요인가운데 생활, 문화, 교육요인은 기각되었다. 둘째, 풍수적 요인이 입지선정에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 독립변수 가운데 용맥, 물길, 사신사가 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 경제적 입지요인 고려도가 81.7%로 높았으며, 풍수적 입지요인 고려도는 64.5%으로 나타나서 경제적 입지요인을 바탕으로 풍수적 입지요인도 고려의 대상이 됨을 보여주었다. 두 요인이 융합적으로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This is a converged study on the factors for the corporate sites based on feng shui theory. The purpose of the study is to find out the factors for choosing the good places based on geomancy. To do this, first looked at the theoretical background of the West and the East on location theory, and then examined the prior study of economic location factors and goemantic location factors. Based on this research, set up a research model and established research hypotheses. Then, a questionnaire was created to prove hypotheses, and data were collected through the survey and analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. The results of the research are as follows. First, the analysis of the impact of economic factors on location selection revealed that among independent variables, regions, transportation, industry, and natural factors have a statistically significant positive effect on location selection. Second, analysis of the effects of geomantic location factors showed that among independent variables, the yongmaek, the waterway, and the sasinsa margin had significant positive effects. Third, the economic position of consideration was 81.7%, and the geomantic position of consideration was 64.5% to show that geomantic location factors was also considered based on economic location factors. Two factors were working together.

인터넷이 급속도로 발전해 가에 따라 그 활용 분야가 확장되고 보편화되어 가고 있다. 그 중 최근 대두되고 있는 분야가 바로 통신 서비스 분야이다. 이를 위해 등장한 것이 VoIP인데 IP위로 음성 데이터를 전송하는 것을 목적으로 한다. VoIP를 지원하기 위한 프로토콜로는 크게 ITU-T에서 제안한 H.323과 IETF에서 제안한 SIP를 들 수 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 통신 서비스를 위해서는 음성 데이터를 패킷 망에서 전송하는 기능 외에 터미널의 이동성을 지원하고, QoS를 보장할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때, 상기한 두 프로토콜은 음성 데이터를 패킷 망에서 전송하기 위한 다양한 기능과 서비스를 제공하고 있는 반면 호스트의 이동성 및 QoS 보장을 위한 방안에 있어서는 미비한 것이 현재 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점의 해결을 위해, Mobile IP 위에서 동작하도록 확장된 자원 예약 프로토콜을 기반으로 하여 VoIP를 구현함으로써 호스트의 이동성과 QoS를 보장하도록 하는 방안에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

종북프레임과 민주주의의 위기

2013 was a year that not only marked the first year of the Park Geun-hye registration, but also witnessed the so-called ‘Following-North’ frame (in ideologial conflicts) taking shape and gaining influence. The primary function of this frame, is in fact not to energize the animosity against the North (North Korea) primarily, but to be used in attacking opponent political factions with the accusation that it is indeed helping the ‘enemy.’ From the standpoint of all conservative parties throughout the Korean society, any faction ‘following the North’ should be regarded essentially as an anti-ROK(Republic of Korea) element and should be crushed for that reason alone. This ‘Following-North’ frame continued to gain popularity thanks to the conservative press. The conservative faction of Korea will most surely continue to use this frame as much as it can, in order to consolidate its supporters and ‘warn’ the public of the instability of the North Korean Kim Jeong-eun regime. One thing is certain: As this frame continues to gain strength, the democracy will be increasingly threatened. This is a frame that is used to crush not only the enemy ‘outside’ as in desperate times like the Korean war, but also monitor, locate and oppress enemies ‘inside,’ even at the cost of breaching the integrity of law and proper procedures. It is indeed from a culture and atmosphere based upon a wartime sentiment. Efforts to secure human dignity, maintain autonomous control over one’s life, and restore social community should continue, in order for us to overcome the aforementioned offensive way of life, and restore unity and coexistence as the everyday way of life. This ‘Following-North’ frame, the epitome of hatred cultivated by war, conflict, dissension that continued for over 60 years, should be overcome in order for democracy to thrive once again.

1919년 3월 1일 만세시위, 연대의 힘

In 1919, on the first day of March, people poured out to the streets and shouted “Manse!”, which was a call for the liberation of Korea from Japanese occupation. Those shout-outs were staged in total of seven cities in Korea: Seoul, Pyeong’yang, Jinnampo, Annam [of Pyeong’an Nam-do province], Seoncheon, Euiju [of Pyeong’an Buk-do province] and Weonsan [of Hamgyeong Nam-do province]. Interestingly enough, with the exception of Seoul, all of them were located in the northern part of the peninsula. Of course, the shout-outs were not contained in those areas. In the following two weeks these Manse shout-outs spreaded, and in mid-March they began to occur in the middle and southern parts of the country as well. They eventually became sort of a daily event for the Korean people. It is an important question nonetheless that demands an adequate answer regardless of how many years have passed since that fateful day. The pursuit of such answer will hopefully lead us to find a unique quality that the March 1st Movement manifested in abundance, which would be the power of solidarity. Religious solidarity between the Cheondo-gyo sect and the Christians, and the solidarity between religion and the students, all enabled the first wave of shout-outs calling for the liberation of Korea, and led people of an occupied state to the streets and alleys demanding freedom.

스토킹과 그 가해자에 관한 소고

본고에서는 스토킹 문제와 관련된 심각성을 인식하고 사건의 발생 및 특징과 함께 가해자에 대한 이해를 도모하기 위하여 국내외 연구들을 고찰하고자 시도하였다. 스토킹에 관련한 지금까지의 논의들을 고찰하는 것은 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향을 수립하는데 기초자료가 될 것이라 판단된다. 고찰 내용은 크게 네 부분으로 구성하였다. 첫째, 스토킹의 실태 및 사건의 특징과 함께 피해자들이 겪게 될 고통 및 가정폭력과의 관계성에 대해서 언급하였다. 둘째, 가해자와 피해자와의 관계에 입각해서 스토킹의 유형과 그 특징을 살펴보았고, 셋째는 가해자들의 동기 및 스토킹유발요인에 대해 기술하였다. 넷째는 스토킹에 대한 대책을 제언하는 것으로 마무리 하였다. 보다 구체적으로 실태 및 특징부분에서는 외국연구와 국내연구결과를 비교하였고, 가정폭력과의 연계성에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 스토킹의 유형과 관련된 특성들의 경우 연구자들 간의 비교를 통하여 세분해서 기술하였고, 가해자 특징의 경우 스토커들이 지니는 동기 및 행동특성에 대해서 고찰하였다. Although the stalking had negative dffects on victims, their families, and society, it was still underestimated. Moreover, many researches showed that the cases of stalking had been steeply increasing. For this reason, the purposes of this paper were to review the process of stalking and perpetrator`s characteristics. This article was consisted of four parts. Specifically, the realities of stalking, its processes and negative effects on victims, the relationships between stalking and domestic violence were reviewed in first part. The types of stalking and its characteristics were examined in second part. Third, the psycho-social factors affecting on stalking were reviewed. Forth, what to do for preventing stalking was discussed.
