동시대 도예의 장소 특정성 연구

역사의 시작부터 현재에 이르기까지 인류사에 등장하는 모든 유형의 도자는 주어진 환경과 장소에 따라 형태와 쓰임이 다른 ‘장소 특정적’ 성격을 지닌다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 도예의 장소 특정성에 관해 연구함으로써 도예의 영역을 넘어 동시대 미술과 문화로 그 담론을 확장해나가는 동시대 도예의 경향을 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 장소와 공간에 관한 이론과 장소 특정적 현대도예 작품들을 연구하였다. II 장은 배경 연구로서, 모더니즘의 공간으로부터 동시대 미술에서의 ‘장소성’의 회복까지의 일련의 변화과정을 이 푸 투안(Yi Fu Tuan)의 이론을 대입시켜 설명하고, 권미원의 장소 특정적 미술(Site-Specific Art)의 계보를 기술하였다. Ⅲ 장에서는 포스트모더니즘의 영향 아래 전개된 현대도예에 대한 정리와 함께, 김예성, 이연숙, 야스민 스미스(Yasmin Smith) 등 도예의 언어로 장소 특정적 작업을 활발히 진행하는 국내외 작가들의 최근 작업사례를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 일상과 현실의 장소에서 행해진 장소 특정적 현대도예 작업의 탐구과정을 통해 그 안의 서사들이 도예계를 넘어 우리 사회와 미술 안에서 확장된 담론으로서 기능함을 발견하며 동시대 도예의 새로운 가능성을 가늠하게 한다. From the beginning of history to the present, all types of ceramics appearing in human history have a site-specific character that differs in form and use depending on the given environment and place. The purpose of this study is to understand the tendency of contemporary ceramics to expand its discourse beyond the realm of ceramics to contemporary art and culture by studying the specificity of the location of these ceramics. To this end, theories about place and space and site-specific contemporary ceramic works were studied. Chapter II is a background study, explaining the changes from the space of modernism to the restoration of the place in contemporary art by substituting the theory of Yi Fu Tuan, and Miwon Kwon s The genealogy of Site-Specific Art was described. In Chapter Ⅲ, along with a summary of the contemporary ceramic art developed under the influence of postmodernism, the recent cases in the language of ceramic or clay works such as Kim, Ye-sung, Lee, Yeon-sook, and Yasmin Smith are analyzed. In this study discovers that the narratives within the ceramic art world function as an expanded discourse within our society and art through the exploration process of site-specific contemporary ceramic works performed in everyday and real places. It allows us to gauge the new possibilities of contemporary ceramics.

노년기 여가스포츠 참여가 사회통합감에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 서울 및 경기 지역 노인복지관 이용자를 대상으로

본 연구는 노인들의 사회적배제를 막고 사회통합감을 높이기 위한 방안으로써 여가스포츠의 활용성을 검토하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기지역 노인복지관 18개 기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며 수거된 306개 설문지를 분석하였다. ‘혼자하는 여가스포츠’ 유형과 ‘함께하는 여가스포츠’ 유형을 구분하여 노인들의 여가스포츠 참여 정도, 여가스포츠 참여유형에 따른 사회퉁합감 수준 비교, 여가스포츠 참여정도가 사회통합감에 미치는 영향력에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상 노인들은 전반적으로 ‘혼자하는 여가스포츠’에 더 많이 참여하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성이고, 배우자가 있으며, 경제적수준이 높을 경우 ‘함께하는 여가스포츠’에 더 많이 참여하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전반적으로 여가스포츠는 사회통합감 증진에 기여하며, 그 중‘함께하는 여가스포츠’ 참여의 영향력이 상대적으로 더 크다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 노인들의 사회적 배제를 막고 사회통합감을 높이기 위해 여가스포츠 참여를 활성화시킬 수 있도록 노력해야 하며, 특히 ‘함께하는 여가스포츠’를 통해 노인들간 교류를 증진시키는 방안을 고민해야 함을 알 수 있다. 노인복지 차원에서 노인 여가스포츠 활성화를 위한 정부의 적극적인 정책적 뒷받침이 요구되는 시점이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the applicability of leisure sports as a way to prevent social exclusion of the elderly and to enhance the sense of social integration. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 18 institutions of senior welfare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, and 307 questionnaires was collected and analyzed. After distinguishing between 'leisure sports alone' and 'leisure sports together', we analyzed participation level of leisure sport in elderly, comparison of social integration level according to types of participation in leisure sports, the effect of participation level of leisure sports on social integration. The results of the study are as follows. Fisrst, the elderly participated more in 'leisure sport alone'. Second, when a elderly were women, with spouse, at high economic level, they were more involved in 'leisure sports together'. Third, leisure sports contubute to promoting social integration, particularly the influence of participation in 'leisure sports together' was relatively larger. The results of thus study suggest that participationof leisure sports should be activated to prevent social exclustion of the elderly and to enhance sense of social inegration, and it is necessary to think about ways to promote social exchanges among elderly people through 'leisure sports together'. In addition, it is time for the government to actively support the policy in the welfare of the elderly.

진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 사회적 태만에 미치는 영향: 심리적 임파워먼트와 심리적 계약위반의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 대한 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 심리적 임파워먼트와 심리적 계약위반를 매개로하여 사회적 태만에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 그 차별적 프로세스를 실증하고자 하였다. 종업원 500인 이상 국내 기업에 종사하는 직장인 중 상사를 둔 구성원 279명을 대상으로 AMOS를 이용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십은 심리적 임파워먼트에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십은 심리적 계약위반에 각각 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 사회적 태만과의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트은 부(-)의 영향을 심리적 계약위반은 정(+)의 영향을 나타냈다. 매개효과를 검증한 연구 결과 첫째, 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십 모두 사회적 태만에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진성리더십은 심리적 임파원먼트와 심리적 계약위반을 매개로 사회적 태만에 영향을 미치는 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십은 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다. 이를 통해 진성리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 심리적 임파워먼트와 심리적 계약위반을 매개로 하여 사회적 태만에 미치는 영향관계가 입증되었다. 결과에 대한 함의가 논의되었으며 이론적·실무적 시사점과 향후 연구 방안을 제안하였다. This study sets out to identify the effects of authentic and transformational leaderships on social loafing through the mediations of psychological empowerment and psychological contract breach and to verify how these effects differ. A total of 279 employees working under supervision at domestic companies with more than 500 employees were studied using AMOS to verify the research model and hypotheses. Analysis results showed that, first, neither authentic leadership and transformational leadership directly influence social loafing. Second, authentic leadership was found to affect social loafing through the complete mediation of psychological empowerment and psychological contract breach. Third, transformational leadership was found to have a mediated effect on social loafing via psychological empowerment but not via psychological contract breach. These findings confirm how authentic and transformational leaderships influence social loafing with psychological empowerment and psychological contract breach as mediators. The meanings of these findings are discussed including their theoretical and practical implications, and suggestions for future research are proposed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the level of participation in the sport activity, self-esteem, self control, stress, internet addiction of adolescents. The structural equational model was employed for analysis. The theoretical model was established based on the previous researches related physical activity and internet addiction. In order to collect data surveys were conducted in the 5 middle schools located in Seoul and Kyung-gi area, 667 questionnaires were analyzed for the study. The results of the structural equation model were congruent with the theoretical expectations. The level of participation in the sport activity influenced on the level of internet addiction mediating self esteem, self control and stress. In conclusion, various theoretical and practical implications for decreasing the level of internet addiction of adolescents.

다문화가정 아동청소년의 교육포부에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 논문은 다문화가정이 증가하는 현 시점에서 다문화가정 아동청소년의 학교적응과 향후 진로 설정의 기반이 될 수 있는 교육포부(educational aspiration)를 증진시키기 위한 방안을 찾기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 여성가족부에서 전국규모 표본조사를 통해 수집한 2012년 전국다문화가족 실태조사의 다문화청소년 데이터와 부모 데이터를 매칭시켜 활용하였다. 선행연구에 근거하여 다문화가정 아동청소년의 교육포부에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 개인, 가족, 사회 특성 변인들을 설정하였으며, 위계적회귀분석을 통해 이러한 변인들이 교육포부에 미치는 영향력에 대해 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 다문화가정 아동청소년의 한국어능력이 높고 우울수준이 낮고 학교공부에 대한 고민이 많을수록, 부모와의 관계만족도가 높고 부모가 자녀에 대해 지니는 교육기대가 높으며 부모간 양육 및 교육갈등이 적을수록, 교육지원 이용경험이 많고 사회복지시설이용은 적을수록 교육포부 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 가족요인의 상대적 영향력이 가장 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 앞으로 다문화가정아동청소년의 교육포부 수준을 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 가정에서 부모의 교육기대 수준을 높이고 자녀와의 관계를 증진시키려는 노력이 필요하며, 학교와 사회를 통해 다문화가정 아동청소년의 상황에 적합한 진로지도가 이루어질 수 있도록 지원해야 함을 알 수 있다. This study was conducted to find out the ways to improve the educational aspirations of the youth from the multicultural family, which can be the basis for the school adaptation and the future career set. The data of the youth and parents from the multicultural family, which was 2012 Multicultural Families Nation Wide Survey collected via the national wide sample survey by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, were used. The personal, family and social factors that presumably affect the educational aspirations of the youth from the multicultural family were set based on previous studies, and the impacts of these variables were verified through a hierarchical regression analysis. The results were as follows. The youth from the multicultural family who had good Korean language proficiency, the low level of depression and less worried about school work had the high level of educational achievement needs. The good relationship of parents and children, the high educational expectation of parents about their children, and the low level of parental conflict about the child education had a positive effect on the educational achievement needs of the youth from multicultural family. On top of this the educational supports provided by the community and the using experiences of social work services had meaningful effects on the increase of the educational aspirations of the youth from the multicultural family. It is important to increase parental educational expectation about children, promote the relationship of parent and children, and provide the appropriate career guidance in the context of multicultural families in order to increase the level of the educational aspirations of the youth from the multicultural family.

조손가정 아동의 심리사회적 적응 상태 및 심리사회적 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인

The purpose of this study is to identify level of psychosocial adjustment of grandchildren of grandparent headed families comparing children of normal families and examine the factors that influence on the psychosocial adjustment of grandchildren of grandparent headed family. In order to collect data, surveys were conducted in the 15 social w chare centers and 33 commun exacuctedcenters located in Seoul and Kxunggi area, 112 questionnaires were analyzed for the study. The results were as follows. Firstly, the level of psychosocial adjustment of grandchildren of grandparent headed families was lower than children of mormal families. Secondly, the physical health problem was the most effective factor on the pschosocial adjustment and the sollows. Firstly, was the secondly effective factor. With aanve study results, he rcould, waslude that the social system for imprnvement of physical health and school adjustment of grandchildren of grandparent headed family should be provided.

지역사회 주민들의 발달장애인 접촉경험과 인식 연구

발달장애인의 실질적인 사회통합을 위해서는 무엇보다 지역사회 주민들의 발달장애인에 대한 인식변화가 중요하며, 발달장애인과의 접촉경험은 발달장애인에 대한 이해를 높이기 위한 효과적인 방안으로 거론된다. 본 연구는 발달장애인 접촉경험과 발달장애인에 대한 인식 수준의 관계를 살펴보기 위해, 발달장애인친화 마을공동체 사업을 수행한 의왕시 지역주민들을 대상으로 통합방법론을 활용하여 양적 질적으로 분석하였다. 지역주민 256명이 참여한 설문조사 결과 조사대상자들의 발달장애인 접촉경험과 발달장애인에 대한 인식수준은 정적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마을공동체 사업 참여 경험을 지닌 15인의 지역사회 주민을 대상으로 실시한 FGI 분석 결과, 발달장애인과의 접촉을 통해 발달장애에 대한 이해를 높이고 발달장애인과 교류하면서 이들을 자연스럽게 받아들이는 모습을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 또한 발달장애인의 사회통합을 위해 지역사회에서 이들을 적극적으로 받아들이려는 노력과 함께 발달장애인 당사자와 가족도 사회에 참여하려는 의지를 지닐 필요가 있다는 의견이 제시되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 기반하여 발달장애인에 대한 인식을 개선하기 위한 제도적 실천적 방안을 제안하였다. For the practical social integration of the developmental disabled, it is important to change the perception of the developmental disabled people in the community, and the experience of contact with the developmental disabled is considered as an effective way to improve understanding of the developmental disabled. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the experience of contact with developmental disabilities and the level of awareness of developmental disabilities, and the integrated methodology was used to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the residents of Uiwang City who carried out community project for the developmental disabled. According to the survey conducted by 256 local residents, the level of awareness of the developmental disabilities and the experience of contact with developmental disabilities of the subjects showed a positive correlation. FGI analysis conducted on 15 community residents who have experience in community projects showed that it was possible to understand the developmental disability and to accept them naturally while interacting with the developmental disability through contact with the developmental disabilities. And it was suggested that the parties and families with developmental disabilities should have a willingness to participate in society as well as efforts to actively accept them in the community for social integration of people with developmental disabilities. Based on the results of the study, institutional and practical measures were proposed to improve the awareness of people with developmental disabilities.

대학생들의 여가스포츠활동 참여 수준이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

The Purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the level of participation in the leisure sport activity, self-esteem, depression, college adjustment of college students. The structural equational model was employed for analysis. The theoretical model was established based on previous researches related physical activity and college adjustment. Data from the survey which was done by college students who participated in the physical test for the 「2011 Korean Youth Global Expedition」. 379 questionnaires of returned were used for analysis. The results of the structural equation model were congruent with the theoretical expectations. The level of participation in the leisure sport activity influenced on college adjustment mediating self esteem and depression. In conclusion, various theoretical and practical implications for improving participation in leisure sport activity of college students by changing college educational environment and activating physical activities in the community.

현대 메이크업에 나타난 포스트모더니즘적 특성에 관한 연구
