        중고시장의 고객만족경영: 셀잇(Sell-it) 사례를 중심으로

        As competition continues to increase, it becomes even more important for companies to improve customer satisfaction to survive. Many companies have tried to improve customer satisfaction in their own ways. This case study focuses on the market for used products, and introduces the case of the start-up company, SELL-IT, a company that has made great efforts to solve the problems commonly facing their customers and has been rewarded by improved customer satisfaction. Focusing on improving communications between buyers and sellers, the root of many problems in any market, SELL-IT has introduced a number of new systems to solve the problems that plague the secondhand market. This case study provides marketers with practical implications to improve customer satisfaction in the secondhand market. 기업 간의 경쟁이 격화된 상황에서 고객 만족을 향상하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 많은 기업은 각자의 방식을 통해 고객 만족 경영을 실현하려 한다. 본 사례연구에서는 중고거래시장에 초점을 맞추어, 중고거래에서 고객들이 봉착하게 되는 문제점들을 해결하고 고객 만족을 향상하고자 한 셀잇의 고객 만족 경영을 살펴보고자 한다. 셀잇은 기존 중고거래시장의 고질적인 문제점으로 지적되었던 커뮤니케이션 문제나 시스템 문제를 해결하고자 하였으며, 이러한 문제점을 해결함으로써 고객 만족 경영을 실현하고자 하였다. 본 사례연구에서는 이러한 셀잇의 사례를 통해 중고거래시장의 고객 만족을 향상하기 위한 실질적 방안을 제공하고자 한다.

        우황청심원이 정상인의 뇌혈류 및 혈압에 미치는 영향

        Uwhangchungsimwon(UC) has been used in the treatment of a wide variety of conditions including stroke, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, autonomic imbalance, mental instablity, etc in Korean traditional hospitals, In particular it is often initialy chosen for emergency care of acute stroke. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of UC on cerebral hemodynamics. Using transcranial Doppler ultrasound, we studied changes of mean flow velocity and pulsatility index(PI) of middle cerebral arteries (MCAs) from 11 health young volunteers who were administrated with 1 pill UC and 11 health controls who were not. We obtained hypercapnia with breath-holding and evaluated cerebrovascular reactivity with breath-holding index(BHI). Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate were measured using ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM). In UC administration group, the evaluation was performed during basal condition. and repeated at 20, 40, and 60 min after administration. In controls, the evaluation was performed at corresponding time intervals. Mean flow velocity in middle cerebral artery, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate did not change during the observation period and were not different between these two groups. However, administration of UC was associated with decreases in PI by $3.6{\sim}12.4%$ in BHI by $17.9{\sim}24.8%$ compared with pre-administration period. Decreases in PI and BHI with UC were significantly different compared with control group (p<0.05). These results indicate that UC decreases PI and BHI in cerebral artery, which is due to a dilation of cerebral resistance vessels.

        모바일 기술 및 웹을 활용한 콘크리트 품질시험 및 문서관리 시스템 개발

        Quality is an important keyword representing the corporate competitiveness and image in today' s construction industry. Especially in concrete construction, any problems or defects in fresh concrete can significantly degrade the entire quality and performance of the facility built. Thus, adequate quality inspection and testing must be exercised over the fresh concrete, if concrete with the required strength, durability and appearance is to be obtained. The testing of concrete delivered to the construction job site involves testing of fresh concrete and performing strength tests on hardened concrete. The principal tests conducted on fresh concrete include the slump test and tests for air and salt content. The temperature of fresh concrete should be checked out hot or cold weather concreting. The 7-day and 28-day strength of hardened concrete are also determined by compression tests on usually cylinder samples. However, it is very complex and time-consuming process requiring a lot of efforts to document those on-site concrete testing results and to accumulate their historical data. The primary objective of this study is to suggest a unique PDA and web-based system which enables an on-site quality manager to effectively conduct the concrete inspection and testing, automatically document and accumulate the collected historical data, and promptly obtain the approval from supervisors. Finally, it is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed PDA and web-based system would be able to improve reliability of the concrete quality inspection and testing data as well as significantly reduce the approval process. 공동주택 습식 공사의 주 재료인 콘크리트는 불량 발생 시 시공 후 개선이 어려울 뿐만 아니라 부실공사로 인한 건물 붕괴 등 대형 사고의 원인이 될 수 있으므로 콘크리트 품질시험의 중요성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 콘크리트 품질시험은 크게 품질시험 관리 조직이 수행하는 시험업무와 문서관리 업무로 구분된다. 콘크리트 품질시험 업무 후 발생되는 정보 및 문서의 양이 과다하고, 결재 시 잦은 이동을 해야 하는 비효율적인 업무 프로세스는 품질 관리원기 업무량을 증가시키므로 품질시험 업무의 투명성 및 품질 이력 데이터의 신뢰성을 저하시키는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 급속도로 발전하고 있는 정보기술을 콘크리트 품질시험 분야에 활용하여 품질시험 시 발생되는 정보를 수집하고, 품질시험 관련 문서관리 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 PDA 및 웹 기반 품질시험 관리 시스템의 프로토타입을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 품질시험 관련 조직의 업무량을 절감시키고 품질시험을 적시에 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 품질시험 업무의 투명성 및 품질 이력 데이터의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        O, O'-Diethyl DL-1-Aminobenzylphosphonate와 그의 유도체들을 포함한 p-Acetamidobenzenesulfonamide의 합성

        새로운 O, O'-diethyl-1-aminobenzylphosphonate와 그의 유도체들을 포함한 다음의 6가지의 p-acetamidobenzenesulfonamide를 합성하였다. O, O'-diethyl N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl) aminobenzylphosphonate, N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl) aminobenzylphosphonic acid, O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl) glycyl] aminobenzylphosphonate, O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl)-DL-alanyl] aminobenzylphosphonate, O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl)-L-leucyl] aminobenzylphosphonate, O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl)-L-phenylalanyl]aminobenzylphosphonate. 모든 화합물은 흰색 결정으로 얻었으며 적외선 분광법과 원소분석으로 확인되었다. Six new compounds of p-acetamidobenzenesulfonamides which contain O, O'-diethyl-1-aminobenzylphosphonate and their derivatives were prepared: O, O'-diethyl N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl) aminobenzylphosphonate, N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl) aminobenzylphosphonic acid, O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl) glycyl] aminobenzylphosphonate, O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl)-DL-alanyl] aminobenzylphosphonate, O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl)-L-leucyl] aminobenzylphosphonate, and O,O'-diethyl N-[N-(p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl)-L-phenylalanyl]aminobenzylphosphonate. All the compounds were obtained as white crystals and characterized by means of elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy.

        엠보싱 알루미늄 판재의 기계적특성과 스프링백 평가 (제1보)

        엠보싱된 알루미늄 판재는 표면적이 증가하여 방열효과가 뛰어나고 가공경화에 의해 굽힘강성이 증가하여 자동차 열차단기에 널리 사용된다. 하지만 판재의 특성상 주름발생률이 높아 프레스 성형에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 구조 알루미늄 판재의 프레스 성형성 평가를 위한 기초연구로 3차원 구조 엠보싱 콘 형상 판재의 기계적특성을 평가 하고 굽힘실험을 통해 프레스 가공 후 발생하는 스프링백을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 엠보싱 판재는 패턴의 방향에 따라 인장특성이 상이하다. 특히 평행 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 감소하며 대각 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 증가하게 되고 영률의 감소가 크게 나타난다. 그 결과 굽힘 성형가공 후에 스프링 백에 영향을 미친다. Embossed aluminum sheets were been used in heat insulation purpose for automative exhaust parts because of increasing their surface areas and stiffness reinforcement. However, there are many restrictions because of high rate of wrinkle occurrence on press working. We have performed the tensile and bending tests for embossed sheets to clarity its mechanical properties and springback characteristics. Embossed aluminum sheets showed a different flow stress after plastic yielding due to flattening the embossed cone shape. Above all, yield stress of parallel embossed specimen decreases while its diagonal one increases and the decrease of young’s modulus in the embossed sheets contributes to the increase of springback amount.

        다결정체의 탄소성 대변형해석

        Elastic-plastic finite element(FE) simulation was performed for polycrystalline solids subjected to plane strain tensile loading. Using Asaro's double slip crystal plasticity model, the polycrystalline solids were modeled by assigning different initial slip directions to each grain. From the FE calculations, the microscopic deformation characteristics of polycrystalline solids were analyzed. Moreover, the effect of grain size and grain boundaries on the deformation characteristics were clarified.

        Objectives: Chungpyesagan-tang is a famous oriental Objectives: medicine treatment frequently used to stroke in Korea. The objective of this study is to evaluate the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of Chungpyesagan-tang on stroke in rat. Methods: We compared the difference in regional cer Methods: ebral blood flow, nitric oxide (NO) synthesis between the control and the Chungpyesagan-tang-treated group after ligating middle cerebral artery. Results: In our study, cerebral blood flow increased more in the stroke rats which had been fed by Chungpyesagan-tang than in the control. Chungpyesagan-tang induced vascular NO synthesis, but had no effect on neuronal NO synthesis. Conclusion: The mechanism of Chngpyesagan-tang's therapeutic effect on ischemic stroke could be explained by increasing cerebral blood flow and vascular NO synthesis.

        MEMS 부품 제조를 위한 나노 리소그래피 공정의 3차원 분자동력학 해석

        The atomic force microscopy (AFM) based lithographic technique has been used directly to machine material surface and fabricate nano components in MEMS (micro electro mechanical system). In this paper, three-dimensional molecular dynamics (MD) simulations have been conducted to evaluate the characteristic of deformation process at atomistic scale for nano-lithography process. Effects of specific combinations of crystal orientations and cutting directions on the nature of atomistic deformation were investigated. The interatomic force between diamond tool and workpiece of copper material was assumed to be derived from the Morse potential function. The variation of tool geometry and cutting depth was also evaluated and the effect on machinability was investigated. The result of the simulation shows that crystal plane and cutting direction significantly influenced the variation of the cutting forces and the nature of deformation ahead of the tool as well as the surface deformation of the machined surface.

        보이드 성장을 고려한 재료의 성형한계에 대한 비 국소 해석

        In this paper, the strain localization of voided ductile material has been analyzed by nonlocal plasticity formulation in which the yield strength not only depends on an equivalent plastic strain measure (hardening parameter), but also on the Laplacian thereof. The gradient terms in yield criterion show an important role on modeling strain-softening phenomena of material. The influence of the mesh size on the elastic -plastic deformation behavior and the effect of the characteristic length parameter for localization prediction are also investigated. The proposed nonlocal plasticity shows that the load -strain curves converge to one curve. Results using nonlocal plasticity also exhibit the dependence of mesh size is much less sensitivity than that for a corresponding local plasticity formulation.

        Bumpless 접속 기술을 이용한 웨이퍼 레벨 3차원 적층 기술

        본 논문은 기존의 미세화 경향에 대한 bumpless through-silicon via (TSV)를 적용한 웨이퍼 레벨3차원 적층기술과 그 장점에 대해 소개한다. 3차원 적층을 위한 박막화 공정, 본딩 공정, TSV 공정별로 문제점과 그 해결책에 대해 자세히 설명하며, 특히 $10{\mu}m$ 이하로 박막화한 로직 디바이스의 특성 변화에 대한 결과를 보고한다. 웨이퍼 박막화 공정에서는 기계적 강도 변동 요인, 금속 불순물에 대한 gettering 대책에 대해 논의되며, 본딩 공정에서는 웨이퍼의 두께 균일도를 높이기 위한 방법에 대해 설명한다. TSV형성 공정에서는 누설 전류 발생 원인과 개선 방법을 소개한다. 마지막으로 본 기술을 적용한 3차원 디바이스에 대한 roadmap에 관해 논의할 것이다. This paper describes trends in conventional scaling compared with advanced technologies such as 3D integration (3DI) and bumpless through-silicon via (TSV) processes, as well as the characteristics of CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) Logic device after thinning the wafers to less than $10{\mu}m$. Each module process including thinning, stacking, and TSV, is optimized for 3D Wafer-on-Wafer (WOW) application. Optimization results are discussed with valuable data in detail. Since vertical wiring of bumpless TSV can be connected directly to the upper and lower substrates by self-alignment, bumps are not necessary when TSV interconnects are used.
