The Evolution of Workflow Managment consists of rhe automation of business procedures or "workflows" during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another in a way that is governed by rules or procedures. Workflow technologies have evolved from image management system, document management system, relational or object database systems, and electronic mail system. Workflow Management system has the benefits to improve better efficiency, process control,flexibility, business process. Automation of many business processes results in the elimination standdardizing working methods. Consistency in the processes leads to greater predictability in levels of response to customers and software control over processes enables their re-design in line with changing business needs, In this present study, we implement Electronic Approval System which is a kind of Workflow Management system using static and dynamic flow control information on the web environment.

The macro-scale and meso/macro-scale simulations for press forming of CFRP sheet using ABAQUS S/W were both implemented to study the influence fiber orientation on the formability of CFRP sheet. The Hashin damage criterion was used to predict the fiber failure in the forming process. The properties of plain woven fiber fabric were obtained from the tensile test and bias extension test. The forming experiments with rectangular punch was carried out to validate the numerical results.
엠보싱 알루미늄 판재의 기계적특성과 스프링백 평가 (제1보)

엠보싱된 알루미늄 판재는 표면적이 증가하여 방열효과가 뛰어나고 가공경화에 의해 굽힘강성이 증가하여 자동차 열차단기에 널리 사용된다. 하지만 판재의 특성상 주름발생률이 높아 프레스 성형에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 구조 알루미늄 판재의 프레스 성형성 평가를 위한 기초연구로 3차원 구조 엠보싱 콘 형상 판재의 기계적특성을 평가 하고 굽힘실험을 통해 프레스 가공 후 발생하는 스프링백을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 엠보싱 판재는 패턴의 방향에 따라 인장특성이 상이하다. 특히 평행 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 감소하며 대각 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 증가하게 되고 영률의 감소가 크게 나타난다. 그 결과 굽힘 성형가공 후에 스프링 백에 영향을 미친다. Embossed aluminum sheets were been used in heat insulation purpose for automative exhaust parts because of increasing their surface areas and stiffness reinforcement. However, there are many restrictions because of high rate of wrinkle occurrence on press working. We have performed the tensile and bending tests for embossed sheets to clarity its mechanical properties and springback characteristics. Embossed aluminum sheets showed a different flow stress after plastic yielding due to flattening the embossed cone shape. Above all, yield stress of parallel embossed specimen decreases while its diagonal one increases and the decrease of young’s modulus in the embossed sheets contributes to the increase of springback amount.
Fracture of Sic Fiber- Reinforced Glass Composites

The relationship between the mechanical properties of uniaxially aligned SiC fiber (∼50 vol%)/Pyrex composites and the properties of composite constituents was studied. The ultimate flexural strength increased with an increasing in fiber hardness. The influence of interfacial stress on the ultimate strength was also observed for the composites failed with fibrous fracture behavior. A relatively high measured interfacial stress contributed to the high ultimate strength and proportional limit. The sample of Tyranno fiber-reinforced pyrex which fractured in a brittle manner showed a car bon-rich interfacial layer of ∼100 thickness. The presence of a carbon-rich interfacial layer does not necessarily cause a fibrous fracture behavior.

Diabetic microangiopathy is a major contributing cause of mortality in patients with diabetes. Despite of conventional therapy to improve hyperglycemia and to control blood pressure, the incidence of diabetic nephropathy is reaching epidemic proportions world wide. Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) has been implicated in the pathogenesis of a number of kidney diseases characterized by glomerulosclerosis and tubulointerstitial fibrosis. TGF-β-inducible gene-h3(βig-h3) is a kind of recently identified TGF-β induced gene products. TGF-β is secreted in a latent form and requiring extracellular modification to become biologically active. In vitro, exposure of proximal tubular cells to high glucose concentrations leads to increased TGF-β1 and collagen expansion as it does in mesangial cells. Biologically active form of TGF-β plays a pathogenetic role in diabetic renal disease and βig-h3 may be a useful index of TGF-β1 bioactivity in the kidney. Level of beta2-microglobulin is useful as a parameter to detect the degree of tubular injury and alterations in tubular handling of proteins in patients with proreinuria and glomerular diseases. We measure blood and urine concentrations of TGF-β in diabetic microangiopathy patient. Since there is a substantial evidence for a cause and effect relatioship between upregulation of TGF-β and the progression of diabetic kidney disease, future studies will be needed to establish specific targets along these pathyways at which to intervene.
