본 연구에서는 한국인의 주식인 쌀밥과 각종 잡곡밥에 함유된 토코페롤의 8가지 이성질체의 함량을 HPLC를 이용하여 분석하였다. 쌀밥에서는 8가지 이성체중 3개의 이성체가 검출되었고, 보리밥에서는 2개, 팥밥에서는 5개, 콩밥은 7개 그리고 여러 가지 곡류의 혼합인 잡곡밥에서는 6개의 이성체가 검출되었다. 본 연구결과 쌀밥에는 alpha-토코페롤 외에도 alpha-, gamma-토코트리에놀이 검출되었고 그 값을 합한 토코트리에놀 함량은 alpha-토코페롤보다 더 높은 것으로 나타나 쌀밥의 비타민 E 영양가치는 일반적으로 알려진 것보다 더 높을 것으로 추정된다. 분석된 토코페롤 이성체의 총합인 비타민 E의 함량은 콩밥>잡곡밥>팥밥>쌀밥>보리밥의 순서로 나타나 콩밥과 잡곡밥의 영양적 우수성을 증명하였다. 따라서 매일 섭취하는 주식인 밥을 쌀밥에서 콩밥이나 잡곡밥으로 대치할 경우, 각종 성인병의 예방효과가 뛰어난 것으로 알려진 토코페롤과 토코트리에놀의 이성체를 골고루 꾸준히 섭취할 수 있으므로 쌀밥에 콩 등의 잡곡을 혼합하는 것이 건강증진을 위해 매우 중요한 사안으로 사료된다. The objective of this study was to characterize and determine contents of vitamin E isomers (alpha-, beta-, gamma-, delta-tocopherols and tocotrienols) in different steamed rice dishes, with or without other grains. Five different rice dishes were evaluated for the vitamin E nutritional value as major Korean staple foods. They were plain steamed rice (SR) and steamed rice mixed with barley (SRBa), red bean (SRRB), black bean (SRBB), or multi-grains (SRMG) containing a mixture of black rice, barley, red beans, and black beans. Vitamin E isomers were extracted from five grams of freeze-dried samples with hexane after saponification. An analytical method, using a normal-phase HPLC with a UV detector, was developed and used to determine the amount of each vitamin E component. The results showed that SR contained three vitamin E isomers (alpha- tocopherol, alpha-tocotrienol, and gamma-tocotrienol). Alpha-tocopherol and gamma-tocotrienol were de-tected from all samples while only SRBB contained beta-tocopherol and beta-tocotrienol. SRMG showed the highest (3.9 μg/g dry wt) and SRRB showed the lowest alpha-tocopherol (1.3 μg/g dry wt) contents. SRBB contained about 5 to 16 times more gamma-tocopherol (19.7 μg/g dry wt) than others. These results suggested that adding black bean or multi-grains can dramatically improve the vitamin E nutritional values compared to the plain steamed rice (SR). Information obtained from this study can be directly related to the amount of vitamin E intake and can be used to balance the diet for Koreans.

Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) in electric railway operation has become increasingly important. The components within very high power electronic, and the circuits for treating low-level signals, comprise complex system that must coexist and be highly reliable. To study it, It were included how much the HEMU-400X generates EMI and it has an effect on the power conversion units which resulted from Power Line Disturbance (PLD) phenomenon by contact loss during its running. In this study, the dynamic characteristic of a contact wire and pantograph suppling electrical power to high-speed trains are investigated. The analysis of the loss of contact based on Power Simulator program software is performed to develop power line disturbance model suitable for high speed operation. It is confirmed that a contact wire and pantograph model are necessary for studying the dynamic behavior of the pantograph system.

In this study, the dynamic characteristic of a contact wire and pantograph suppling electrical power to high-speed trains are investigated. The analysis of the loss of contact based on Power Simulator program software is performed to develop power line disturbance model suitable for high speed operation. It is confirmed that a contact wire and pantograph model are necessary for studying the dynamic behavior of the pantograph system.

The conventional transmission path analysis method has the advantage that it is possible to predict the excitation force and analyze the contribution according to the transmission path, so that the problem can be clearly identified. However, in order to avoid interference between transmission paths, it is required to separate the powertrain from the vehicle, which adds to the cost. In order to improve this, this study performed the prediction of the electric vehicle compressor excitation force using the blocked force TPA technique. This predicted blocking force can be used to predict the sound pressure inside the vehicle or design the compressor mount.

A design algorithm for trajectory prediction of ego vehicle is proposed using the vehicle inner states. The objective of the proposed algorithm is to ensure the safety of the ego vehicle before collision by obtaining the predicted trajectory in advance. In this study, the vehicle’s inner information, which is longitudinal/lateral acceleration, yaw rate, and longitudinal velocity, is used to calculate the predicted trajectory. The vehicle trajectory can be calculated by integration of combination of velocity and yaw rate, etc. The proposed algorithm is verified by the simulation using the experiment using test vehicle.

A design algorithm for the adaptive cruise control system is proposed using the flexible relative distance. The current ACC systems use only the preceding car as the target vehicle. In this case, an accident can be occurred by a sudden cutin vehicle or sudden switching of the primary target gives a driver and passengers an unpleasant feeling. In this study, the ACC system is proposed by considering the flexible relative distance between ego vehicle and target vehicle. The relative distance between ego vehicle, surround vehicles and preceding vehicle is generated by relative speed and ego vehicle’s speed. This system can overcome the limitations of the current ACC, such as side collision and unpleasant feeling of a driver and passengers. The performance of the proposed system is verified with the commercial software.

HVDC 시스템은 장거리 교류 송전 선로에서 생기는 전력시스템 안전성 문제나 전력손실의 문제를 해결하여 주는 기술적인 해결책이 될 뿐만 아니라 빠른 전력조류제어를 통하여 조류의 흐름을 능동적으로 제어할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 CUI 구현이 강한 EMTP-RV를 이용한 제주-해남 HVDC 시스템의 모델링을 확립하고 과도현상을 분석하기 위한 선행연구로 정상상태에 따른 시뮬레이션을 구현하였다.

일반적으로, RGB 영상의 높은 주파수 영역은 잡음으로 인해 색평면 간 서로 낮은 상관도를 가지고 있기 때문에 이러한 고주파수 성분은 색평면 간 예측의 효율을 저하시키는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 RGB 비디오 코딩에서 색평면 간 예측의 효율을 높이기 위해 기저 색평면을 적응적으로 필터링 하는 방법을 제안한다. 색평면 간 상관도에 따라 적응적으로 기저 색평면을 필터링함으로써 색평면 간 예측 성능을 높일 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘을 통해 우리는 H.264/AVC High 4:4:4 Intra Profile에 비해 평균 14.71%의 비트율 감소와 0.93㏈의 PSNR 향상 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
빅데이터 플랫폼 기반 도로 시설물 안전관리 모니터링 시스템

This study suggests ways of supporting system for facility managers rapid decision making by the development of service model based on IoT Bigdata Platform for real-time safety diagnosis of urban facilities; bridges. First, this study investigated and analyzed the legal system trends of national SOC management. After that this study defined the necessary technologies for development of IoT Bigdata Platform, and suggested a service model to consistently support the various and massive information collection, storage, analysis and visualization. Using the model in this study, a smart monitoring system for effective safety management of urban facilities can be built and a risk-aware facility maintenance system can be constructed. Also, the findings could be used as a initiative tool for the development and construction of an intelligent service platform for the safety of urban facilities in the future such as Digital Twin.
