The technical characteristics of the offshore plant construction welding field are mainly composed of multi-layer welding of the parts having improved shape due to limitation of heat welding on the heavy plate compared to the shipbuilding industry. It is a very big problem to secure or nurture them, and efforts are being made to automate or mechanize them. In this paper, we will develop a robotic teaching algorithm for direct teaching that is necessary to develop portable welding robot based on high power density module of direct teaching method.

The latest vehicle yields a superior safety and reduction of driving burden by monitoring the driving state of vehicle and its environment with various sensors. To detect other vehicles and objects of the rear left and right-side blind spot of driver, provide the information about a existence of objects inside the blind spot, and give a signal to avoid collision, this study proposes the intelligent outside rear-view mirror(IOSRVM) system. This task has substantially complicated several factors. For example, the size, geometry and features of the various vehicles which might enter the monitored zone is varied widely and therefore present various reflective characteristics. This study proposes the optical system and optimal configuration of IR array sensor, controller design to detect and judge a presence of other vehicles and shows the results of the performance evaluation of developed system.

The conventional transmission path analysis method has the advantage that it is possible to predict the excitation force and analyze the contribution according to the transmission path, so that the problem can be clearly identified. However, in order to avoid interference between transmission paths, it is required to separate the powertrain from the vehicle, which adds to the cost. In order to improve this, this study performed the prediction of the electric vehicle compressor excitation force using the blocked force TPA technique. This predicted blocking force can be used to predict the sound pressure inside the vehicle or design the compressor mount.
