직무분석 기반 특수목적 빙상 영어 교육에 대한 연구

최근 2018 동계올림픽을 비롯하여 동계 스포츠의 국제화에 대한 관심이 많고 특히 우리나라에서 강세를 보이는 빙상의 경우, 빙상 지도자의 영어 의사소통 능력이 특히 요구된다. 본 연구는 빙상 영어 수업에 대한 자기 인식 조사와 직무 분석을 실시하고 이에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 단기간에 효과적인 빙상 영어 수업을 제공할 수 있는 방법 제안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 빙상 지도자 27명이 설문에 응하였다. 설문에 응한 빙상 지도자들은 대부분 본인의 영어 실력에 자신감이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 빙상 지도자들을 위한 영어 수업이 필요하다고 생각하고 있었으며, 빙상 지도자들을 위한 영어 수업은 말하기나 듣기에 초점을 둔 다양한 활동 중심의 수업을 원하였다. 이후 DACUM 위원회를 구성하여 영어가 필요한 직무들을 선정한 후 난이도와 필요 기능을 평가하였고, 빙상 지도자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 빙상 지도자들의 직무별 영어 교육 필요성에 대한 설문 결과를 보면, ‘국제대회에서의 심판이나 의사소통,’ ‘외국인 스키어들과 대화/정보교류,’ ‘기술지도’ 임무에서 가장 많은 영어가 필요하다고 생각하는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study aims to provide skating ESP(English for Specific Purposes) education model for skating instructors in Korea. For this purpose, a total of twenty-seven professional skating instructors were surveyed according to a questionnaire, which asked about their English skills and perspective of the importance of English study and English skating class. The main results are as follows: most skating instructors’ confidence in their English is low; majority of them answered that English study is needed for skating instructors; a majority of them want English teaching that focused on speaking and teaching activities. After that, skating instructors jobs were analyzed using the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum Method). A DACUM committee extracted the duties and tasks which require English education and conducted a survey that targeted skating instructors. When interpreting the study on ESP Skating English Education based on job analysis, it was evident that the English language would be essential for enabling effective communication with judges during national sports competitions, information exchange with foreign skaters, and for technical skating instructions.

스포츠영화에 대한 감정반응이 구전의도 및 참여의도에 미치는 영향

For purpose of this study, 220 answers were applied to analysis among distributed 287 questionnaires with exception of lightly qualified answers in the target of Users of university . The date was analyzed by the Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, Exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Structure equation model analysis in accordance with the purpose of the study by using SPSS Version 14.0, AMOS 7.0 Following results were obtained through above analysis. First, Positive Emotion had significant influence on mouth intantion. Second, Negative Emotion had not significant influence on mouth intantion. Third, Positive Emotion had significant influence on participation. Fourth, Sport Behavior had not significant influence on participation. Fifth, mouth intantion had significant influence on participation.

프로배구관람객이 지각하는 외국인선수 이미지가 재관람 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향

공공스포츠센터 서비스회복공정성이 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to prove that the appropriate fit between service failure and recoveru strategy can efficiently maximize customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, by using the prepared scenario through comprehensive approach concerning how the expectation level of service recovery has influence on perceived faimes, satisfaction and behavioral intention of service recovery based upon size in case of service failure. For purpose of this study, 496 answers were applied to analysis among distributed 600 questionnaires with 104 exception of lightly qualified answers in the target of user public sports center. The date was analysed by the Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis Exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Structure equation model analysis in accordance with the purpose of the study by using SPSS WIN Ver. 12.0 and AMOS 7.0. Following results were obtained through above analysis. First, perceived recovery justice has an effect on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention second, customer satisfaction and restaurant satisfaction have positive influence on behavioral intention. the results will be helpful for them to develop a further service failure and recovery framework. For service marketing mangers, the results will suggest specific guidelines for establishing service recovery strategies.

퍼블릭골프장 이용고객의 선택속성과 이용만족 및 재이용의도와의 관계

The purpose of this research for relationship of selecting attribute, use satisfaction and reuse intention of customers at Public-Golf course is to learn. To achieve this purpose subject was selected by Public for customers to use the golf course in Incheon. Total 700 surveys were distributed and 616 samples were finally used after eliminating 84 incomplete samples. The data was analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation model analysis in accordance with the purpose of the study by using SPSS Version 14.0, Amos 7.0. Following results were obtained through above analysis: First it was shown that selecting attribute of customers at Public-Golf course had significant influence on use satisfaction. Second, it was shown that selecting attribute of customers had significant influence on reuse intention Third, it was shown that use satisfaction had significant influence on reuse intention.

공공스포츠센터 지각된 서비스 품질 환경이 고객의 내적반응과 외적행동에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 공공스포츠센터 지각된 서비스품질환경이 고객의 내적반응 및 외적행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 스포츠센터 회원을 대상으로 총 450부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 자료나 무응답이 있는 설문지를 제외하고 416부가 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 14.0Ver 과 AMOS 6.0을 이용하여 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출 하였다. 첫째, 서비스품질환경이 고객의 내적방응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스품질 환경이 외적행동에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객의 내적반응이 외적행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 질 높은 공공스포츠센터 지각된 서비스품질은 고객의 내적반응을 높일 수 있고 공공스포츠센터와 소비자가 우호적 관계의 기반 위에서 공동의 이익을 창출하기 위하여 고객들이 머물 수 있는 서비스 환경을 만들고자 노력하여야 한다는 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relation about Perceived service quality, customer internal response satisfaction and the behaviors of public sport centers. For purpose of this study, 416 answers were applied to analysis among distributed 450 questionnaires with exception of lightly qualified answers in the target of Users of public sport centers. The date was analyzed by the Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, Exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Structure equation model analysis in accordance with the purpose of the study by using SPSS Version 14.0, Amos 6.0. Following results were obtained through above analysis. First, the Perceived service quality had significant influence on customer Internal Responses. Second, the Perceived service quality had significant not influence on not Behaviors. Third, customer Internal Responses had significant influence on Behaviors. Therefore, the strategy of apparel sports center should be focused on providing high quality service environments as well as product quality and promoting a positive experience with hospitality supplied by service environments. Another critical significance of this study is to provoke department stores to establish the service environments based on friendly relationships between the market and the consumer.

공공스포츠센터 직원의 경력특성, 몰입, 직무성과 관계분석

The date was analyzed by the Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, Exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis, Correlation analysis, Structure equation model analysis in accordance with the purpose of the study by using SPSS Version 14.0 Following results were obtained through above analysis. First, career commitment had significant influence on the public sports center career characteristics. Second, job performance had significant influence on the public sports center career characteristics Third, job performance had significant influence on the career commitment.

14살령의 중성화 수컷 개가 혈뇨와 배뇨통으로 내원하였다. 복부초음파 검사에서 편측성 수신증과 요관 벽이 국소적으로 두꺼워진 수뇨관증이 진단되었다. 수술적 탐색으로 좌측 근위 요관에서 요관 유래의 관내 종괴가 확인되었으며, 종괴 절제술이 실시되었다. 요관 종괴는 조직학적 검사를 통해 유두상 이행세포암종으로 진단되었다. 환자는 안정적으로 회복되었으나, 수술 3개월 후 또 다른 종괴가 우측 신장에서 발견되었다. 신장 종괴에 대한 세포학적 검사 결과 간엽세포종양으로 진단되었다. A 14-year-old, castrated male mixed-breed dog weighing 9 kg was presented for hematuria and dysuria. Abdominal ultrasound showed unilateral hydronephrosis and hydroureter with focal thickening of the ureteral wall. Surgical exploration revealed an intraluminal mass arising from the proximal left ureter. Mass resection was performed. Histopathology of the ureteral mass was consistent with a papillary transitional cell carcinoma. The patient recovered well post-operatively, but was diagnosed with another tumor three months later, this time in the right kidney. Fine-needle aspiration cytology of the renal mass revealed an epithelial cell tumor with mesenchymal features.

전기화학 캐퍼시터용 PVC기반 가교 음이온교환 멤브레인의 제조 및 특성

본 연구에서는 싸이크론 헥산에서 PVC와 트리에틸디아민 (TEDA), 1,4-디메틸피페라진 (DMP) 및 1,4-비스(이미다졸-1-일메틸)벤젠을 각각 치환반응시켜서3가지 형태의 PVC 멤브레인, AEM-1, AEM-2, and AEM-3를 제조하였다. AEM-1, AEM-2, and AEM-3멤브레인의 성공적인 제 조 여부를 이온전도도(S/cm), 물함수율 (%), 접촉각, 이온교환능력 (m eq /g), 열분석, SEM 및 XPS 분석 통하여 확인하였다. 또한, 제조된 가교 음이온 PVC멤브레인을 사용하여 유기전해질에서 전기화학 캐퍼 시터 실험을 수행한 결과, 제조된 AEM-1, AEM-2 AEM-3 멤브레인의 경우 유기전해질에서 충/방전 실험결과 매우 안정적임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 치환반응 후에 용매 캐시팅법으로 제조된 PVC기반 멤브레인 (AEM-1, AEM-2, 및 AEM-3)의 경우 유기전기화학캐퍼시터 (슈퍼캐퍼시터)용 분리막으로 사용될 수 있다. Three-type PVC membranes denoted by AEM-1, AEM-2, and AEM-3 with a cross-linked anion-exchange group were prepared by substitution reaction of PVC with triethyldiamine (TEDA), 1,4-dimethylpiperazine (DMP), and 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene (BIB) in cyclohexanone, respectively. We confirmed the successful preparation of the AEM-1, AEM-2, and AEM-3 via ionic conductivity (S/cm), water uptake (%), contact angle, ion-exchange capacity (m eq /g), thermal properties, SEM and XPS analysis, respectively. The electrochemical capacitor experiments using PVC membrane with cross-linked anion-exchange group in organic electrolytes were performed. The prepared AEM-1, AEM-2 AEM-3 have a good stability by charge and discharge performance in organic electrolyte. As a result, the AEM-2 and AEM-3 membrane based on PVC prepared by the solvent casting method after substituent reaction is suitable for the use as a separator in organic electrochemical capacitor (supercapacitor).
