Dental caries is a chronic disease that causes the destruction of tooth structure by the interaction of plaque bacteria, food debris, and saliva. There has been attempts to induce remineralization by supersaturating the intra-oral environment around the surface enamel, where there is incipient caries. In this study, supersaturated remineralized solution "R" was applied to specimens with incipient enamel caries, and the quantitative ananlysis of remineralization was evaluated using microradiography. Thirty subjects volunteered to participate in this study. Removable appliances were constructed for the subjects. and the enamel specimen with incipient caries were embedded in the appliances. The subjects wore the intra-oral appliance for 15 days except while eating and sleeping. The removable appliance were soaked in supersaturated solution "R", saline, or Senstime® to expose the specimen to those solutions three times a day, 5 minutes each time. After 15 days, microradiography was retaken to compare and evaluate remineralization. The results were as the following: 1. The ratio of remineralized area to demineralized area was significantly higher in the supersaturated solution "R" and Senstime® than in the saline (p<0.05) 2. Remineralization in the supersaturated buffer solution "R" occurred in the significantly deeper parts of the tooth, compared to the Senstime® group containing high concentration of fluoride.(p<0.05) As in the above results, the remineralization effect of remineralized buffer solution "R" on incipient enamel caries has been proven. For clinical utilization, further studies on soft tissue reaction and the effect on dentin and cementum are necessary. In conclusion compared to commercially available fluoride solution, remineralization solution "R" showed better remineralization effect on early enamel caries lesion. so it is considered as effecient solution for clinical application

트랜스휴머니즘 시대 의학의 윤리적 고찰— 한스 요나스의 책임윤리를 중심으로 —

Trans-humanism brings about the anxiety on the liberal eugenics. However, our future need not only for us to criticize trans-humanism but also to reflect our duty. So a variety of ethical critics against trans-humanism must pay much attention to the duty of human as subject of technology. Hans Jonas demonstrated his philosophy about the characteristic of technology and its subject. And he suggested the ethics of responsibility owe a duty to responsibility in technical all-pervading world. Therefore Hans Jonas’s ethics of responsibility can play significant role of the discussion of trans-humanism. The anxious aspect against trans-humanism can also appear in medicine which deal with human’s life and health. As medical technology has been developing, its excessive intervention into patient’s life have generated ethical questions about whether medicine artificially controls the life and death. So in this paper, I will apply the argument on trans-humanism to medicine in the aspect of Hans Jonas’s ethics of duty, especially related to the futile treatment for terminal patients. This study demonstrates life’s finiteness and the right of death in view of the ethics of responsibility. 현대의 과학기술에 기초한 인간향상을 지향하는 트랜스휴머니즘은 그 사유 속에 내재된 것으로 의심되는 생명경시와 우생학의 가능성으로 인해 다양한 우려를 낳고 있다. 그러나 이러한 우려의 관점에서 트랜스휴머니즘이 인간 존엄성을 침해하고 과학기술을 비인간화 할 수 있다는 비판을 받을 수밖에 없다하더라도, 또한 인간이 불가피하게 기술의 주체가 될 수밖에 없다는 점을 고려한다면, 이미 도래한 패러다임에 대한 비판이 그 패러다임의 거부를 위한 근거가 될 수는 없다는 점은 분명하다. 현 상황에서 출발하는 인간사회의 예상 가능한 미래의 트랜스휴먼에 대한 실존적 물음에 답하고자 한다면 인간의 윤리적 의무와 태도를 동시에 논의하여야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 트랜스휴머니즘의 발전가능성과 회피불가능성을 전제할 수밖에 없는 것이고, 이러한 논의의 기초위에서야 비로소 진정한 비판 가능성을 검토할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문은 한스 요나스(Hans Jonas)의 책임윤리를 트랜스휴먼시대의 윤리적 통찰을 위한 방법론으로 검토하고, 더 나아가 이를 연명의료의 영역에 적용해보고자 하였다. 책임윤리는 인간 개체에 대한 생물학적 개입을 가장 적극적으로 시도하는 의학의 윤리적 책임을 직접적으로 제기하고 개선할 수 있는 개념을 제공한다는 관점에서 더욱 특별하다. 따라서 본 논문은 트랜스휴먼 시대의 비판적 성찰로서의 책임윤리가 의학의 영역에서도 단절됨 없이 적용 가능하다는 점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 동향은 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 스마트TV 개발동향 및 시장전망에 대하여 알아보고, 스마트TV 검색 서비스에 대하여 소개한다. 스마트TV 검색 서비스는 사용자가 입력한 키워드 검색문의 의미를 해석하여 사용자가 의도하는 콘텐츠를 정확하게 찾아주는 시맨틱 기반 검색 서비스와 동일한 콘텐츠를 시청하고 있는 커뮤니티를 검색하여 콘텐츠에 대한 의견과 정보를 공유하는 소셜 네트워크 기반검색 서비스로 나누어 살펴본다.

첫 현장실습을 앞둔 치위생과 재학생의 불안에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to provide the basis for psychological management direction of students ahead of their first field practice by grasping the degree of anxiety and confirming the relationship between departments satisfaction and practice expectations. A survey was conducted on dental hygiene students ahead of their first field practice and 135 people were selected as final analysis subjects. Data analysis investigated general characteristics, department satisfaction, field practice expectation and pre-education satisfaction and statistical analysis was conducted through mean(±SD), one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression analysis method. As a result, the anxiety level was high in the lower group of performance in the previous semester, and the department satisfaction and pre-education satisfaction were high in the group with low anxiety level. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that department satisfaction, field practice expectation, pre-education satisfaction, and anxiety were negatively correlated, and the higher the practice expectation, the lower the anxiety. Therefore, in order to lower the level of anxiety before field practice, it is necessary to come up with measures to increase interventional pre-education, department satisfaction and field practice expectation. 본 연구는 일부 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 불안의 정도를 파악하고 학과 만족도 및 실습기대감과의 연관성을 확인해 봄으로써 첫 현장실습을 앞 둔 학생들의 심리적 관리 방향에 대한 기초를 제공하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 첫 현장실습을 앞둔 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 최종분석대상자는 135명이며 일반적 특성, 상태불안, 학과 만족도, 현장실습 기대감, 사전교육 만족도를 조사하였고 평균과 표준편차, 일원배치 분산분석, 다중선형회귀분석방법을 통해 통계분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 직전학기 성적 하위 군에서 불안수준이 높았고, 불안수준이 낮은 군에서 학과만족도와 사전교육 만족도가 높았다. 상관분석 결과 학과만족도, 현장실습기대감, 사전교육 만족도와 상태불안과는 음의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 실습기대감이 높을수록 상태불안이 낮아지며 실습기대감이 낮을수록 상태불안이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 현장실습 전 상태불안 수준을 낮추고 임상실습 기대감을 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다.

정보화 시대가 도래함에 따라 세계 각국의 많은 나라들이 전자정부 구현에 많은 관심을 가지고 있으며, 이미 몇몇 선도 국가들은 다양한 민원서비스 및 행정서비스를 인터넷에서 국민들에게 편리하게 제공하고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 전자정부 서비스는 보다 많은 편리성을 제공하는 반면에 중요한 개인정보나 국가기밀이 누출될 수 있는 보안 취약점을 가지고 있기 때문에 많은 국가들이 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 보안 인프라를 구축하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 선도국가들의 전자정부 구축동향을 알아보고 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 전자정부 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 보안요구사항을 제시한다. According as information society has been raised, many countries of the world have taken a lot of interests in e-government implementation. The several guidance countries already have offered people various administrative service and popular enmity service in the Internet conveniently People can use e-government service more conveniently by the Internet, but important personal information or state secret can be leaked in the Internet. Because of these security vulnerabilities, a lot of countries are constructing security infrastructure that can protect personal information. In this paper, we examine e-government construction trends of the several guidance countries, and propose security considerations to provide safe and reliable e-government service.
