The aim of this study is to overcome solubility of poorly water soluble drugs. We prepared solid dispersion containing nanoparticle of improvement of dissolution property pranlukast by using spray dryer. This solid dispersions formulated to improvement of dissolution using eudragit(R) L100 as a water soluble for the solid dispersion using poloxamer as a surfactant. Characterization of pranlukast solid dispersion analyzed by particle size analyzer, DSC, XRD, TGA and FT-IR. particle size analyzer was used to investigate size of pranlukast in solid dispersions. DSC and XRD were used to analyze the amorphous of solid dispersions. TGA was used to analyzer the changed weight of pranlukast and solid dispersions. FT-IR was used to analyzer the salt formation by hydrogen bond between pranlukast and eudragit(R) L100. The in vitro test was carried out to find about improvement of dissolution rate of pranlukast solid dispersion in intestinal juice(pH 6.8), controlled experiment compared pranlukast solid disperion with conventional drugs(Onon(R)). This studies displayed improvement of dissolution of prepared solid dispersion by using spray drying, poorly water soluble of pranlukast as orally pharmaceutical formulation.
인진(茵蔯) 에탄올추출물이 ${\alpha}$-MSH로 유도된 과색소 형성에 미치는 영향

Melanogenesis is induced mainly by ultraviolet radiation of sunlight and ${\alpha}$-Melanocyte stimulation hormone (${\alpha}$-MSH) which binds to a specific G protein coupled receptor. ${\alpha}$-MSH and cAMP-elevating agents are known to melanin syntheisis and dendrite outgrowth. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanism of melanogenesis inhibition in B16/F10 cells by ethanol extract of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba. In the present study, ${\alpha}$-MSH led to a stimulation of melanin synthesis that appeared to result from an increased tyrosinase activity and melanin content. However, the ethanol extract of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba inhibited the ${\alpha}$-MSH-induced tyrosinase activity and melanin content. In control conditions, B16/F10 cells displayed a fibroblastic appearance while ${\alpha}$-MSH treatment promoted the emergence of small and numerous dendrites from the plasma membrane. The ethanol extract of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba abolished the ${\alpha}$-MSH-induced dendricity. Regarding protein levels of the melanogenic enzymes, the amounts of tyrosinase were increased after incubation with ${\alpha}$-MSH. The treatment of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba ethanol extract decreased the ${\alpha}$-MSH expression levels of tyrosinase. Based on these findings, it is likely that the ethanol extract of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba exerts its depigmenting effects in B16/F10 cells through the suppression of tyrosinase expression, which are key enzymes for melanogenesis.
이앙전작 청예작물 재배에 관한 연구 2 . 수도전 청예옥수수의 예취 시기가 초장 , 수량 , 일반조성분 및 토양의 pH , 유기질 함량에 미치는 영향

To investigate the reasonable utilization method of paddy field in southern district ,this experiment was carried out to detect the effect of cutting stage on the grass height, yield and chemical composition of green crop cultivated in the paddy field which was idle and on the pH and organic matter of Soil. The results obtained were as follows. 1. Grass height of yellow corn cut on June 20 was 231.29㎝ on the green basis and highest among the treatments. Grass height of yellow corn cut on June 1 was 174.77㎝ on the green basis and shortest among the treatments. In the cutting stage, significant differences were found out between treatments (P$lt;0.05). However there were no difference between grass height of yellow corn cut on June 15 and June 20 on the green basis. 2. In the ratio of leaf to stem, leaf was generally higher than stem. However treatments cut on June 1 and June 20 have slightly less leaf than treatments cut on other cutting stage. 3. In the green yield, treatment cut on June 20 produced the highest yield (8969.33㎏ per l0a) among treatments. Treatment cut on June 1 produced the lowest yield(7296.67㎏ per l0a)among treatments. There were significant, differences (P$lt;0.05) between cutting stages in the green yield. Yield was increased as the cutting stage was late. 4. In the dry matter yield, treatment cut on June 1 produced the lowest yield(796.08㎏) and treatment cut on June 20 produced the highest yield among treatments. Dry matter yield was generally increased as the growth stage progressed. 5. In the chemical composition, treatment cut early was high in crude protein content and low in crude fiber content of soiling corn. However crude fiber content of soiling corn was increased as the growth stage progressed.. 6. pH of soil was higher in the field fertilized after than in the field fertilized before. pH of soil was progressively decreased as the cutting stage was prolonged and was lower than that of soil fertilized before. 7. In the organic matter content of soil, treatments cut on June 5 and June 10 were lower in organic matter content than before fertilization. Other treatments were similar to organic content of soil fertilized before. Therefore according to this experiment, it may be concluded that there were no influences on the cultivation of rice when soiling crop (corn) was cultivated in the paddy field before transplanting rice.

The failure mode of steel road wheels in a vehicle is cracks from ventilation hole through to contact plane on steel wheel’s disc plate. But a number of cracks of Cornering Fatigue Limit Test is on contact plane near to wheel nut mounting area, even though it’s satisfied with specified cycles. So this paper searches out causes to improve durability and reliability of C.F.T by uni-axial bending moment test. The verified cause is a “fretting” on contact area of steel wheel. In result, this paper suggests a solution to prevent a fretting by inserting a damping shim, 0.7㎜ between steel wheel contact areas. Therefore this paper makes it possible to move crack position of C.F.T in steel wheel from contact plane to vehicle’s failure mode.

There are two methods to treating onychomycosis. They are oral therapy and topical therapy. In this study we investigated the topical therapy. Penetration enhancer is necessary for effective topical dose of nail. KOH, NaOH and NaBH4 that have a potentiality as a penetration enhancer were dissolved in distilled water at 3% w/v concentration. And then nails are treated with penetration enhancers. The nail swelling rate(%) is calculated by using the nail weight of before and after experiment. The nails treated with penetration enhancer are fully dried and then we observed the surface of nails by using SEM and AFM. The three potential penetration enhancers showed high nail swelling rate and the surface of nails was more lifted than non-treating group or control group. So three penetration enhancers as enhancing the drug penetration are excellent.

There are two methods that are administration of oral formulation and application of topical agent for the treating onychomycosis. In this study, drug effectively was penetrated by chemical modification of nail for the topical treatment. For the modification of nail, penetration enhancer, acids, bases, mordants, reducing agents, oxidizing agents etc, have been used. And we calculated the nail swelling(%) by weighing the nails before and after being treated with penetration enhancer and expected the absorption of drug. Moreover we examined the drug absorptivity and changes of nail morphology, according to conducting the fluorescence staining and H&E staining. Finally, it is not easy that drug is penetrated through the nail. Because the nail is made of dead keratin multilayer which is tightly packed. Treated with some penetration enhancers used in this study, we confirmed the effective drug penetration by modifying the nail morphology.
