        온라인 커머스 서비스 혁신을 위한 비즈니스 생태계적 접근

        At a time when the e-commerce market is experiencing accelerated growth, with advancements in information and communications technology (ICT), the problems of distribution of counterfeit products and consumer confusion caused by non-face-to-face purchases have increased. Hence, amid intensifying competition, it has become important for e-commerce companies deliver product information more efficiently, provide differentiated services, and secure credibility for consumers by reducing consumer damage from buying counterfeit products. However, even though consumer confusion and the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit products are intensifying in such a market scenario, there are no services that aim to solve such problems. This study examines the conventional e-commerce industry in South Korea through a political, economic, social, and technological (PEST) analysis, based on in-depth interviews with consumers, to derive the pain and gain points of the industry. As a result, the inherent problems of the e-commerce industry were revealed. Through a service value network perspective, services aimed at resolving such issues were derived, and the e-commerce business ecosystem needed to solve this problem was deduced. The findings revealed that the artificial intelligence-based service support platform has become a major driving force within the e-commerce innovation ecosystem by enabling a new way to create and secure value using ICT. This entails a new exchange mechanism and transaction architecture and a new organizational structure that breaks the barriers between industries.

        20~30대 직장인의 음주 이유와 의미 -근거이론적 분석을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 근거이론적 분석을 통해 20~30대 직장인의 음주 이유와 의미를 분석하고자 했다. 이를 위해 음주에 적극적으로 참여하는 20~30대 직장인 10명을 대상으로 심층 면접을 진행했다. 심층 면접 분석결과 89개의 개념과 48개의 하위범주, 18개의 상위범주를 도출했으며, 이를 바탕으로 패러다임 모형을 형성했다. 인과적 조건은 즐거움 강화, 보상 및 도피, 유대관계 형성 및 유지, 업무에 의한 필요, 맥락적 조건은 가족 구성원으로서 역할, 직장인으로서 역할, 중재적 조건은 음주에 대한 인식 및 태도, 함께 하는 사람과의 유대, 술의 특징 인식, 장소의 특징 인식, 중심현상은 적극적 음주 참여로 나타났다. 작용/상호작용 전략은 동질성 인식, 본능적으로 변화, 통제 불능 상태로 나타났으며, 이에 따른 결과는 유대 강화, 정서적 쾌락, 아쉬움, 과함에 대한 반성으로 분석됐다. 대부분의 선행연구가 음주 참여와 음주 문제와 관련된 선택적 속성의 인과 관계를 연구한 반면, 본 연구는 20~30 직장인의 음주 인식에 대한 가설적 이론을 도출했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study attempted to analyze the reasons and meanings of drinking alcoholic beverages of office workers in their 20s and 30s through grounded theoretical analysis. To this end, an in-depth interview was conducted with 10 adults act ively participating in drinking. As a result of in-depth interview analysis, 89 concepts, 48 sub-categories, and 18 high-category categories were derived, and based on this, a paradigm model was formed. Result showed that causal conditions included enhance enjoyment, reward and escape, build and maintain ties, work needs, contextual conditions consisted act as a family member, role as a worker, and intervening conditions included aware of and attitude toward drinking, ties with people, the recognition of the characteristics of alcohol, the recognition of the characteristics of places, and the phenomenon appeared to be active drinking participation. Results also indicated that the action/interaction strategy included homogeneous awareness, instinctive change, and out of control, and the results were analyzed by strengthening bonds, emotional pleasure, regret, and reflection on excess. While most previous studies have studied causality of selective attributes related to drinking participation and drinking problems, this study is significant in that it draws a comprehensive hypothetical theory of overall drinking enjoyment.

        계층분석기법(AHP)을 이용한 문화예술 협동조합 설립과 운영 요인의 중요도 분석

        In this research, in order to establish the sustainable operating system of the cultural art cooperative association, the significant factors of the foundation of the cultural art cooperative association and operation are drawn through local and foreign case studies, the expert interview and evaluations. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on the drawn factor, the weighted value is calculated. A total of 21 significance factors which influence the foundation of the cultural art cooperative association and operation are divided into four areas: the entrepreneurship and business environment in the establishment level; organization and process in the operational level. Four dimensions are in the order of weight as follows: organization > entrepreneur- ship > process > business environment. The research discovered that the important factors are ‘democratic management’ and ‘member benefits’ in the organization part; ‘voluntary’ and ‘commitment’ in the entrepreneurs part; ‘financial stability’ and ‘policy influence’ in the process part; ‘specific business plans’ and ‘union structure’ in the business environment.

        에너지 산업 혁신 및 신산업 활성화를 위한 서비스 전략 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of innovation in the energy industry and of the strategic service initiative. The latter needs to be implemented to promote the energy industry that has been changing structurally due to climate change and energy efficiency trends throughout the world, as well as to create a new energy industry through convergence with key technologies in the 4th Industrial Revolution. First, this study analysed tendencies and trends in the energy industry at home and abroad and identified issues and problems in the Korean energy industry to identify the direction of service strategies and the strategic service initiative. Interviews with experts on the energy industry were conducted to determine the agenda and its service strategies for innovation in the energy industry, and a questionnaire survey was performed with the experts regarding the importance and urgency of each agenda item. With importance and urgency we conducted quadrant analysis and established seven strategic agenda items. The items to be implemented for the agenda derived from the expert interviews were listed for the strategic service initiative and analytic hierarchy process analysis were used to identify the priority. The results showed the importance of each area’s service strategy to promote a new energy industry in the following order: Energy Management System, Smart Grid, Demand Response, commercialization support platform, and energy certification technology. This study holds significance as it presents a service direction in a broad framework to promote a new energy industry in response to the rapidly changing competitive situation in the energy industry, Furthermore, this study is expected to serve as a cornerstone to establish policies in the future, as it presents practical strategies to innovate and promote the industry and derive priorities in the strategic service initiative.

        Kano-Timko 모델과 잠재적 고객만족지수를 이용한 국악공연 개선방안에 관한 연구

        국악공연은 타 공연예술 장르와 비교하여 낮은 유료관객 비중, 관람객 연령대의 편중 등 여러 가지 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 선행연구들에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 소비자에 대한 분석이 필요함을 지적하였지만, 주로 일원적 차원에서 공연 서비스 품질이 관람 만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 머물렀다. 그러나 소비자들의 기대를 충족시키기 위해서는 소비자의 만족 요인을 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라, 공연 이전에 서비스 실패가 발생할 수 있는 요인들을 파악하여 대응방안을 마련하고 지속적으로 관리해나가는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 Kano-Timko 모형을 이용하여 국악공연 서비스 품질요인을 분류하고, 잠재적 고객만족지수를 통해 국악공연의 서비스 실패 지점을 확인하고 우선 개선순위를 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 국악공연의 출연진 실력, 작품 완성도, 직원의 친절함에서 서비스 실패가 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 국악공연기관 및 단체가 국악공연에서 발생하고 있는 서비스 실패에 대한 사전적 대응방안을 마련하고, 고객의 만족을 이끌어 내기 위한 효과적인 운영 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 서비스 실패의 개념을 적용하여 일원적 차원에서만 파악되었던 공연 서비스 품질을 Kano모형을 바탕으로 분류하고자 했다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있을 것이다. Many Korean traditional music such as Jongmyo Jeryeak and Pansori are listed as UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage and are recognized for their value. However, compared to other genres, Korean traditional music shows various problems such as low proportion of paying audiences and bias of audience age. Previous studies in the performing arts point out that in order to solve these problems, it is necessary to analyze consumers. Existing previous studies on the Korean traditional music performance remained mainly to grasp the influence of performance quality of service on viewing satisfaction at the one-dimensional level. However, in order to meet consumer expectations, not only the satisfaction factor but also the reasons why performing art consumers do not consume performances. In addition, it is important to identify the factors that can cause service failure before the performance, to prepare countermeasures and to manage them continuously. In this study, the Kano-Timko model was used to classify the quality factors of Korean traditional music performances, and to identify the priority points of service failures of Korean traditional music performances through the potential customer satisfaction index. Through the results of this study, Korean traditional performing organizations and organizations will be able to prepare proactive countermeasures for service failures occurring in Korean traditional music performances and establish effective operational strategies to derive customer satisfaction. In addition, it is important to apply the concept of service failure in order to classify the performance quality of service that was identified only in a one-dimensional manner based on Kano model.

        구조방정식을 이용한 스마트폰 게임의 지속적 사용의도와 추천에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

        최근 스마트폰 사용자의 급격한 증가는 스마트폰게임 시장의 큰 성장을 가져왔으며 고 부가가치 시장으로서의 입지를 굳히고 있다. 이에 새롭게 부각되는 스마트폰게임에 대한 다각적인 연구가 야기되고 있으나 기존 연구가 스마트폰 이전의 휴대폰을 대상으로 연구가 대부분 이루어져 스마트폰 중심의 새로운 확장 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 선행연구를 통해 도출한 스마트폰게임의 구매영향요인을 토대로 구매의도, 구매행동, 만족, 추천, 지속사용 간의 영향관계를 알아봄으로서 추천과 지속사용에 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 스마트폰 사용자 커뮤니티 등을 통해 수집한 설문응답자료 293부를 분석에 이용하였으며 변인들 간의 영향관계 분석에 이점을 가진 구조방정식 모델을 채택하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 핵심 요인들은 차후 스마트폰게임 관련 비즈니스 시장에서 좀 더 효율적으로 개발을 수행하고 보다 가시적인 성과를 거둘 수 있는 유용한 시사를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. Recently, a sharp increases of users of smartphone is not only cause an rapid growth smartphone-games market, but also secured it's position as a high value market. thus have to begets a multilateral study to the smartphone of newly-rising. however the earlier studies were researched previous smartphone, despite extended research is needed for smartphone-games. therefore the study's purpose is to draw a main factors it has a decisive effect for recommendation and sustainable-usage through recognizing the cause-and-effect relationship with purchase intention, purchase action, satisfaction, recommendation, and sustainable usage that based purchase-effect-factors of smartphone-games. for this study the questionnaire of 293 was taken. and structural equation model was adopted to analyze this study.

        도서정보 기반의 고객 맞춤형 큐레이션 서비스 및 비즈니스 모델 연구

        This study checks the conceptual definition of domestic book curation which is still in the beginning stage, the necessity of developing service and business, domestic and overseas case of relevant service. Further, the problem of book recommendation service and the difficulty anticipated in the embodiment of service are investigated together and the business model as new IT service is suggested to supplement them. Specifically, the collection of book information and customer information (interest and purchase pattern) and the procedure of mining the collected information and the process of embodying visualization was presented in the sector of service in the first place. Then, the technical transfer of developed solution and the construction cost and the method to impose commission over contents sales are presented in the sector of business. Diverse social and economic effects are expected to realize by developing and utilizing such services, namely, promoting the distribution of excellent book which were kept in dead storage so far due to lack of marketing support, recommendation readers the proper books which are convenient and necessary.
