지체부자유학교 체육교사의 교직선택 동기와 교직관의 관계 연구

본 연구는 지체부자유학교 체육교사의 교직선택 동기와 교직관의 차이를 배경변인에 따라 분석하여 관계를 파악함으로써 학생의 성공적인 학습효과와 나아가 교직의 질을 증진시키는데 필요한 기초 자료를 얻고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 규명하기 위해 전국의 지체부자유학교 체육교육을 담당하고 있는 교사 79명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다, 이상의 과정을 통해 얻어진 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체부자유학교 체육교사는 여자교사, 초등 전담교사, 국 공림학교 교사, 대학을 졸업한 교사, 장애인 친지가 있는 교사, 일반 및 기타자격증을 가진 교사일수록 긍정적 교직선택동기를 많이 고려한다, 둘째, 지체부자유학교 체육교사는 여자교사, 초등전담교사, 국 공림학교, 장애인 친지가 있는 교사, 특수체육교원자격증을 소지한 교사일수록 교직관에 대한 인식이 긍정적이다. 셋째, 지체부자유학교 체육교사의 교직선택 동기와 교직관의 관계는 교직관의 하위영역인 성직적, 노동직적, 전문직적 교직관이 높을수록 교직선택 동기는 긍정적이다.

청소년의 또래애착이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각한 또래애착이 진로정체감에 미치는 직접적인 영향과, 공동체의식, 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년 정책연구원이 2015년에 수행한 6차년 한국아동 · 청소년패널조사자료 가운데 중학교 1학년 남, 녀 학생 2015명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 AMOS 22.0를 활용하여 본 연구의 변수들의 구조적 관계를 검증하였으며 IBM Statistics 22.0을 사용하여 구조적 분석을 위한 기초통계와 상관관계를 파악하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 또래애착은 공동체의식과 학교생활적응, 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을, 공동체의식과 학교생활적응도 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공동체의식과 학교생활적응은 청소년의 진로정체감에 대한 또래애착을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 또래와의 긍정적인 애착을 형성하기 위한 집단활동과 교수학습프로그램의 활용, 청소년의 공동체 의식과 진로정체감의 확립을 위한 양질의 체험프로그램 구성, 지역사회연계 전문가의 지식과 기술을 활용한 프로포노 봉사활동 참여기회의 제공 등의 청소년의 진로정체감을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 함의와 제한점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effects of Peer Attachment perceived by adolescents on the Career Identity, while verifying the mediating effect of Sense of Community and School Adjustment. To do so, the subjects of this study were 2015 middle and high school students of the sixth year data of Korean Child and Youth Panel Study(KCYPS) conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute in 2015. Data analysis was conducted using AMOS 22.0 to verify the structural relationships of variables in this study, and the basic statistics and correlations for structural analysis were obtained using IBM Statistics 22.0. After the analysis, First, peer attachment perceived by adolescents has a positive effect on sense of community, school adjustment, and career identity, as well as the sense of community and school adjustment also showed a positive effect on career identity. Second, peer attachment perceived by adolescents appeared to affect the career identity mediated by the sense of community and school adjustment. Based on these results, the author proposed practical implications a way to enhance career identity which include the Use of group activities and teaching and learning programs for positive attachment to peers, and the establishment of high quality experience programs for adolescents" sense of community and career identity, and providing opportunities to participate in the Pro Bono volunteer activities using the knowledge and skills of the community related experts as well as limitations of the study.

로보어드바이저 사용의사에 대한 근거이론적 접근

본 연구는 로보어드바이저에 대한 투자자의 인식을 알아보기 위해 주식 투자 경험이 있는 20-50 대의 17 명의 사용자를 연구 참여자로 한정하여 약 1 시간의 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 질적 연구 방법 중 하나인 근거이론 분석 방법으로 개방 코딩을 진행하였으며 이를 통해 범주화된 개념을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출한 개념들을 축 코딩 하고 패러다임형 모형에 적용하여 이론적 구조를 제시하였다. 그리하여 본 논문은 로보어드바이저에 대한 신뢰 판단이 로보어드바이저 사용에 대한 인식을 형성하고 이는 로보어드바이저의 사용 의사 결정으로 이어진다는 패러다임을 제시하였다. 도출한 범주들을 바탕으로 선택 코딩을 진행해 로보어드바이저의 사용의사에 대한 4 가지 핵심 범주를 생성할 수 있었으며 이는 정보 수집의 대리, 정보 해석의 대리, 의사결정의 보조, 의사 결정의 대리로 구분될 수 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 그리하여 본 연구는 국내 주식 투자자가 인식하는 로보어드바이저에 대한 탐험적 연구를 진행하였을 뿐만 아니라 로보어드바이저에 대한 신뢰판단에서부터 로보어드바이저에 대한 인식, 사용 의사를 아우르는 이론적 틀을 제시하였다는 시사점을 갖는다.

노인들의 근력운동 프로그램이 건강관련 체력 및 대사증후군 요인에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 노인요양시설에서 생활하는 고령자를 대상으로 12주간 실시한 근력운동 프로그램(주 3회, 회당 60분)이 노인들의 건강관련 체력 및 대사증후군 요인에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 실시되었다. 총 27명의 대상자(운동군 15명, 대조군 12명)가 참여하였으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 12주간의 근력운동 프로그램은 노인의 건강관련 체력요인을 유의하게 증가시켰으며, 특히 근력 및 평형성, 그리고 유연성의 증가가 보행능력을 크게 향상시켜 낙상을 예방하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그리고 노인요양시설에서 근력운동이 노인들의 혈압과 혈당을 유의하게 감소시켜 대사증후군의 위험인자를 긍정적으로 개선시킴으로써 건강수준을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of stength exercise program(60 minutes/day, 3 times/week) on health-related fitness and the factor of metabolic syndrome in the older at senior care facilities during 12 weeks. Twenty-seven volunteers were recruited for the study and divided into two groups: 15 persons(82.6yrs) undertook a continuous 12 weeks strength exercise program(EG), and 12 persons(78.9yrs) served as a control group(CG). Therefore, the strength exercise program leads to a genuine increase in health-related fitness and decrease in the factor of metabolic syndrome in the older adults. The well planned strength exercise seems to be an important intervention to improve function fitness in this population.

조직 내 학습자의 미술창작 및 관람 경험이 성취욕구에 미치는 영향:창의적 사고, 심리적 안정의 매개효과

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of art creation and viewing experiences of adult learners within an organization on their desire for achievement and the mediating effect of creative thinking and psychological stability in these influence relationships. Methods 350 office workers from companies located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected as the research subjects, and based on 317 copies of data finally collected for a total of 117 days from February 1 to May 28, 2021 through a self-report questionnaire. Correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed to analyze the relationship between variables. Results First, as a result of examining the correlation between art creation and viewing experience, creative thinking, psychological stability, and desire for achievement, all variables had a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with each other. Second, as a result of examining the effect of art creation and viewing experience on desire for achievement, both creative experience and viewing experience had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the improvement of the desire for achievement of adult learners in the organization. This viewing experience had a stronger influence on the improvement of desire for achievement than the viewing experience. Third, as a result of examining the mediating effects of creative thinking and psychological stability among the effects of art creation and viewing experience on desire for achievement, both creative thinking and psychological stability showed statistically significant partial mediating effects. Conclusions In today s increasingly diversified and complex organizational environment, cultural and artistic activities, represented by art activities, were acting as a fundamental driving force for nurturing key talents of companies. According to these results, for various adult learners within the organization of modern society, today s companies and organizations are providing various services to improve the welfare of members and help develop their capabilities, in addition to the Mecenat activities that support the cultural and artistic activities of other institutions. So, Artistic experience should be provided. 목적 본 연구는 조직 내 학습자들의 미술창작 및 관람 경험이 성취욕구에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향관계 속에서 창의적 사고와 심리적 안정의 매개효과를 규명하는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 서울과 경기권에 소재하고 있는 기업체를 다니는 직장인 350명을 연구대상으로 설정하였으며, 자가보고식 설문을 통해 2021년 2월 1일부터 5월 28일까지 총 117일간 최종적으로 수집된 자료 317부를 바탕으로 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하여 변인 간 관계를 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 미술창작 및 관람 경험, 창의적 사고, 심리적 안정, 성취욕구의 상관관계를 살펴 본 결과 모든 변수들은 상호 간 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적인 상관관계를 갖고 있었다. 둘째, 미술창작 및 관람경험이 성취욕구에 미치는 영향을 파악한 결과, 창작경험과 관람경험 모두 조직 내 성인학습자들의 성취욕구 향상에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 창작경험이 관람경험보다 성취욕구의 향상에 더욱 강한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 미술창작 및 관람경험이 성취욕구에 미치는 영향 속에서 창의적 사고와 심리적 안정의 매개효과를 살펴 본 결과, 창의적 사고와 심리적 안정은 모두 통계적으로 유의한 부분매개효과를 보였다. 결론 오늘날과 같이 점차 다변화되고 복잡화되는 현대 사회의 조직 환경 속에서 미술활동으로 대변되는 문화예술 경험은 기업의 핵심인재들을 육성하기 위한 원천적인 동력요소로 작용하고 있었다. 이러한 결과에 따라, 현대 사회의 조직 내에 속한 다양한 성인학습자들을 위해 오늘날의 기업과 조직들은 타 기관의 문화예술활동을 지원하는 메세나 활동 외에도 조직 구성원들의 복지 차원과 역량계발의 차원에서 다양한 미술활동 경험을 제공할 필요성이 있다.
