IT기술의 발달과 가상세계에 대한 수요 급증, 그리고 COVID-19의 유행함에 따라, 현재의 사회의 데이터 사용량은 유래가 없을 정도로 급증하고 있으며, 이를 처리하는 데이터 센터의 증설 필요성 또한 급증하고 있다. 데이터 센터는 쉴 새 없이 가동되며 운전에 있어 많은 전력을 소비한다. 전력의 소비가 늘어날수록 온실가스 배출 증가로 인해 환경에 악영향을 미치므로, 데이터 센터의 증가는 필연적으로 기후 환경에 영향을 미친다. 데이터 센터의 전력 사용량을 줄일 수 있는 대표적인 기술은 폐열 에너지 이용과 외기 공조이다. 본 총설에서는 두 가지 기술에 대한 주요 국가의 사례들을 분석하여 한국에게 유익한 기술 방향에 대해 검토하였다. 한국의 외기공조 기준이 완화됨에 따라, 한국에서 외기 공조 시설은 증가하는 추세이다. 하지만 폐열 에너지 이용에 대한 한국 정부의 실질적인 지원이 매우 제한적이다. 다른 나라의 데이터 센터의 폐열 에너지 회수에 대한 정책 사례를 분석하여, 한국데이터 센터의 폐열 에너지 회수의 활성화를 위한 정책을 제안을 하였다. 더 나아가, 데이터 센터의 전력량을 줄일 수 있는 여러 방법을 모색하고 제안하였다. As the COVID-19 pandemic and interest in the virtual world rapidly increase, the data usage in the current society is rapidly increasing to an unprecedented level, and the need for expansion of data centers to handle it is also rapidly increasing. Data centers operate continuously and consume a lot of power in operation. As electricity consumption increases, the increase in greenhouse gas emissions adversely affects the environment, so the increase in data centers inevitably affects the climate environment. Typical technologies that can reduce power consumption in data centers are waste heat energy utilization and outdoor air conditioning. By analyzing the cases of major countries for the two technologies, the technological direction beneficial to Korea was reviewed. As Koreas outdoor air conditioning standards are relaxed, the number of outdoor air conditioning facilities in Korea is increasing. However, the Korean governments practical support for waste heat energy utilization is extremely limited. By analyzing policy cases for waste heat energy utilization in data centers in other countries, policies for revitalizing waste heat energy utilization in Korean data centers were proposed. Furthermore, several ways to reduce the amount of power in the data center were explored and proposed.

N/A Objectives: Cerebral infarction as a macrovascular complication in patients with diabetes mellitus is frequent. However, mechanisms for the development of cerebral infarction were not well known until today. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the relationship between the fibrinogen Bβ448 polymorphism and fibrinogen levels in patients with cerebral infarction, and 2) to assess usefulness of fibrinogen Bβ448 polymorphism as a marker of cerebral infarction in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: We studied 60 diabetes mellitus patients, 26 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction, 17 cerebral infarction patients, and 121 normal controls, Fibrinogen Bβ448 genotype was determined by the PCR-RFLP method using restriction enzyme Mnl I. Results: Fibrinogen levels in each patient group were not significantly different from one another. Fibrinogen Bβ448 genotype frequencies of the patient groups did not significantly differ from those of the normal controls. Conclusion: This study didn't show the relationship between the fibrinogen Bβ448 polymorphism and fibrinogen levels in patients with cerebral infarction. Moreover, these data didn't suggest the fibrinogen Bβ448 polymorphism as a marker of cerebral infarction in patients with diabetes mellitus. Further studies are needed to find the other polymorphic sites of fibrinogen gene which can affect the levels of fibrinogen.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각한 또래애착이 진로정체감에 미치는 직접적인 영향과, 공동체의식, 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년 정책연구원이 2015년에 수행한 6차년 한국아동 · 청소년패널조사자료 가운데 중학교 1학년 남, 녀 학생 2015명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 AMOS 22.0를 활용하여 본 연구의 변수들의 구조적 관계를 검증하였으며 IBM Statistics 22.0을 사용하여 구조적 분석을 위한 기초통계와 상관관계를 파악하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 또래애착은 공동체의식과 학교생활적응, 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을, 공동체의식과 학교생활적응도 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공동체의식과 학교생활적응은 청소년의 진로정체감에 대한 또래애착을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 또래와의 긍정적인 애착을 형성하기 위한 집단활동과 교수학습프로그램의 활용, 청소년의 공동체 의식과 진로정체감의 확립을 위한 양질의 체험프로그램 구성, 지역사회연계 전문가의 지식과 기술을 활용한 프로포노 봉사활동 참여기회의 제공 등의 청소년의 진로정체감을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 함의와 제한점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effects of Peer Attachment perceived by adolescents on the Career Identity, while verifying the mediating effect of Sense of Community and School Adjustment. To do so, the subjects of this study were 2015 middle and high school students of the sixth year data of Korean Child and Youth Panel Study(KCYPS) conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute in 2015. Data analysis was conducted using AMOS 22.0 to verify the structural relationships of variables in this study, and the basic statistics and correlations for structural analysis were obtained using IBM Statistics 22.0. After the analysis, First, peer attachment perceived by adolescents has a positive effect on sense of community, school adjustment, and career identity, as well as the sense of community and school adjustment also showed a positive effect on career identity. Second, peer attachment perceived by adolescents appeared to affect the career identity mediated by the sense of community and school adjustment. Based on these results, the author proposed practical implications a way to enhance career identity which include the Use of group activities and teaching and learning programs for positive attachment to peers, and the establishment of high quality experience programs for adolescents" sense of community and career identity, and providing opportunities to participate in the Pro Bono volunteer activities using the knowledge and skills of the community related experts as well as limitations of the study.
