성폭력은 한 인간의 존재를 짓밟는 매우 끔찍한 범죄임에도 불구하고 오늘 우리 사회에서 성폭력 범죄 발생 빈도는 오히려 증가하고 있으며 교회여성 역시 성폭력 피해로부터 자유로울 수 없다. 그러나 교회는 오랜 가부장적 신학전통 아래에서 피해여성의 목소리와 경험에 대해 오히려 침묵을 강요하며, 피해자들을 적극적으로 이해, 수용하며 그들을 위한 지지공동체가 되지 못했던 것이 현실이다. 본 논문은 성폭력 피해 여성들을 위해 정립되어야 할 교회공동체의 목회신학과 역할에 대해 제언하고 있다. 2장에서는 성폭력 피해 여성의 심리를 분석하고 3장에서는 이들을 돕는 목회신학을 정립하기 위해 크리스티 누거(Christie Cozad Neuger)와 제임스 폴링(James Newton Poling)의 이론을 살펴볼 것이다. 누거는 성폭력 피해여성을 가부장적 신학과 교회의 전통 아래에서 해석하는 것을 비판하며, 상관관계적 나선 방법(corelational spiral)이라는 새로운 목회신학의 틀을 제시하였다. 폴링은 성폭력이 성권력 구조화를 거쳐 이루어지는 힘의 악용임을 이야기하면서 피해자와 가해자 모두를 품을 수 있는 사랑의 공동체의 특징들을 이야기하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사례분석을 시도하며 이어서 4장에서는 성폭력 피해여성을 위하여 한국교회에서 더욱 강조되고 이해되어야 할 교회공동체의 목회신학에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 여기서 제시하는 교회공동체의 목회신학은“저항-정의-치유-창조-변화의 목회신학”이다. 저항과 정의는 피해자와 공동체가 함께 폭력상황에 저항하기이다. 치유와 창조의 신학이란 피해자가 새로운 하나님 이미지와 신앙에 근거한 자신의 변화하는 삶의 이야기를 그려갈 수 있도록 공동체가 함께 품고 지지하게 하는 신학이다. 마지막으로 변화의 신학이란 피해자와 교회공동체 모든 구성원들에게 삶의 전 영역에서 건강한 사회와 자유로운 삶을 경험하도록 돕게 하는 신학이다. 그리고 이에 바탕을 둔 교회공동체가 실천할 수 있는 역할로써 지지집단의 구성, 성경공부와 예배 등 교회 전통이 가지고 있는 자원을 이러한 신학에 근거하여 활용할 것을 말하고 있다. 이러한 제언으로 한국교회는 성폭력 피해 여성들을 위한 목회신학을 정립하고 이들을 적극 이해하고 수용하며 지지하는 공동체로 나아갈 수 있게 될 것이다. Sexual violence is a terrible crime that destroys the life of an individual. The incidence of crimes of sexual violence in our society continues to climb, and women in church are no different from any other women regarding their vulnerability to sexual violence. However, the church is rather patriarchal due to its theological tradition and forces the victim of such violent crimes to be silent without their voices and experiences being heard. In reality, the church community is unable to actively understand and accept the victims of such crime. The aim of this study is to propose a pastoral theology and guidelines for the role of the church community in supporting victims of sexual violence. In chapter 2, I analyze the psychology of women as victims of sexual violence and review the theories presented in Christie Cozad Neuger and James Newton Poling in order to help establish guidelines in pastoral theology. Neuger criticizes traditional theology for its patriarchal church point of view. She has studied pastoral theology as applied to victims of sexual violence. In her book, she proposes a new framework for pastoral theology called the correlational spiral. On the other hand, Poling describes sexual violence as an abuse of power by the gender power structure. He also mentions the community`s characteristics of love that can support both perpetrators and victims. Based on this background, this study will attempt to analyze case studies. In chapter 4, I propose guidelines for the church community in Korea in dealing with female victims of sexual violence. The guidelines help understand and emphasize the practice of pastoral theology by the church community for female victims of sexual violence. I firmly believe that through these guidelines the church community of Korea can establish a pastoral theology that can understand and accept female victims of sexual violence and support them as a whole by the community going forward.

This study compared the daily stress of two(higher and lower) groups of young children, categorized according to level of emotional intelligence. The subjects' teachers provided information about the children's daily stress, using the Korea Preschool Daily Stress Scale ; mothers assessed the children's emotional intelligence using the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale for Young Children. The two major findings were as follows, First, there was no significant difference in daily stress between the two groups, except on one subcategory level: "appraisal and expression of self emotion." Second, compared to the girls, the boys showed a higher degree of daily stress.

문제: 2008년 수입예산의 편성을 위해 2개년도의 수입 구조를비교했을때검사공간의 부족외에 여러 내부적 요인과 동일 권역에 경쟁 건진센터의 건립 등 외부적요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 수입의 감소가 예견되고 있는상황이었다. 목적:해결가능한 내부적요인을 찾아 시정하고 외부적 요인에 대해서도 적극적으로대처하여 수입을 증가 시킬방안을실행한다. 의료기관: 서울에 소재한대학병원의 건강증진센터 질향상활동: 수입을 감소시키는 원인을 내부와 외부로 나누어 분석하고 개선할수 있는 방안을 찾아내고 실현 가능한 것을 시행하였다. 개선효과: 개선 활동후 건강검진 수입이 전년대비 27%, 수입이 가장 높았던 해와 비교 할 때 17%가 증가 한 것 으로 나타났다. 교훈: 수입감소를 유발하는 요인들을 여러경로를 통해 문제점을 수집 및 분석하고고객이 요구하는것을 파악하는것이 최우선이었다 그결과장비 신규구입과 건진 젠터 규모의 확대와 같은시설과장비의 개선, 해외의료 홍보, 텔레마케터의 양성과 교육등과 같이 여러부서에 걸쳐 협조가 필요한 사항과, 새로운 건진프로그램의 개발 및 영업력의 강화등부서 차원의 프로세스 개선과 교육을통해 고객에게 한걸음 더 다가가는 것이 가장중요한 요소로 나티났다.
