Aluminum and boron co-doped zinc-oxide (AZOB) transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering. We investigated the optical and the electrical properties of AZOB thin films as functions of the substrate temperature. A highly c-axis-oriented (002) plane was obtained in all AZOB thin films. The lowest electrical resistivity was 5.16 × 10−4cm in AZOB thin films sputtered at 500 ℃. An average transmittance above 85% was obtained in AZOB thin films sputtered at substrate temperatures above 300 ℃. The optical absorption energy edge of the AZOB thin films sputtered at temperatures above 300 ℃ showed a shift toward lower energy.

Menetrier's disease is a rare cause of thickened gastric wall. The differential diagnosis of diffuse gastric wall thickening such as lymphoma and adenocarcinoma should be expanded to include Menetrier's diseasee. The authors experienced a case of Menetrier's disease accompanied deep vein thrombosis, which was proved by operation and pathology. We carried out double contrast upper G-I series and computed tomography, and report with review of literatures.
Anti-reflection Coating of Cerium Oxide on a Plastic Substrate

Cerium oxide (CeO2) films are suitable for use as anti-reflective coatings for display panels, touchscreens, and silicon solar cells. The CeO2 films grown by using a reactive radio frequency sputteringmethod under various deposition conditions was investigated. The CeO2 films were deposited atroom temperature because the plastic substrate was too weak for use at higher temperatures. Thefilms exhibited a strong (111) preferred orientation with properties varying as a function of theprocess conditions. We present the properties of CeO2 anti-reflective coatings on plastic substrates.

To study how the various practice conditions influence to the serve of table tennis, the first and second grades every 10 students of middle school in K city were divided into three groups: constant, serial, and random group and examined the table tennis service achievement in acquisition stage, retention stage, and transfer stage for 4 weeks, got results the following. 1. In aquisition operation stage, constant group showed more excellent achievement than serial and random group. 2. In retention operation stage, there was no difference among constant and serial , random group(p>05). 3. In transfer operation stage, there was also no difference among constant and serial , random group(p>05). According to the conclusion of these results, statistically retention group doesn't show a noticeable significant difference in retention and transfer stage. But compared in the simple average value, it shows an excellent achievement. So table tennis leaders should try to find a solution for the problem of the table tennis serve. Therefore leaders of learning site have to prepare the ways to make learners experience various achievement problems.
피에조 마이크로스트립 안테나의 주파수 이동에 관한 연구

논문에서는 마이크로스트립 안테나 제작에 상용화되어 있는 에폭시계 FR-4 기판과 압전물질인 LiNbO3와 PVDF를 기판으로 사용하 여 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 제작하였다. 제작된 마이크로스트립 안테나에 DC 전계를 인가하였을 때 압전기판인 LiNbO3와 PVDF의 경우 실시간으로 주파수 이동을 구현하여 안테나 제작 후에도 물리적 변형을 가하지 않고 공진주파수와 대역폭을 이동 및 조정할 수 있는 단일형 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 제작하고 특성을 분석하였다. 압전 특성을 갖는 LiNbO3, PVDF 압전기판과 에폭시계 FR-4 기판을 사용하여 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 제작한 후 DC 전계를 인가함으로써 공진주파수의 이동을 확인하였다. 실험을 통하여 PVDF 압전기판에 400V/mm까지 DC 전계를 인가하였을 경우 최대 각각 17 MHz의 변화 값을 보였고 LiNbO3는 29 MHz의 변화를 보였지만 FR-4 기판에서는 아무런 변화가 없었다. 이러한 결과들로 부터 압전기판을 사용한 마이크로스트립 안테나는 안테나 제작 후에도 물리적 변형을 가하지 않고 공진주파수와 대역폭을 이동 및 조정할 수 있는 특성을 이용하여 최근 이동통신 분야에 많이 쓰이고 있는 마이크로스트립 안테나에 응용 가능하리라 사료된다.
Ru/RuO<sub>2</sub>전극에 성장한 PZT 박막의 특성에 관한 연구

The structural and electrical properties of PZT (lead zirconate titante) thin films grown on Pt (platinum) and Ru/Ru $O_2$(ruthenium/ruthenium oxide) electrodes were investigated. Thin films of PZT were deposited on a variety of electrodes using the rf-magnetron sputtering process. PZT films exhibited polycrystalline structure with strong PZT (100) plane and weak (211) plane for an optimizied Pt electrode and (100), (101), (111), (200), (210), (211) planes for Ru/Ru $O_2$. Switching polarization versus fatigue characteristic of Pt/Ti electrodes showed 20% degradation up to 1 $\times$ 10$_{9}$ cycles. No significant fatigue was observed in the films on Ru/Ru $O_2$ electrodes up to Ix109 test cycles. The results show that the new Ru/Ru $O_2$ bottom electrodes are expected to reduce the degradation of ferroelectric fatigue.
