        근대5종 대학선수의 슬관절 등속성 기능평가 및 진단 연구

        본 연구는 근대5종 선수를 대상으로 하지관절인 무릎관절의 등속성 근관절 기능을 측정하여 슬관절의 주동근(신근력)과 길항근(굴근력)이 균형을 이루고 있는지를 진단, 평가하는데 있다. 본 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 서울 소재 K대학교 재학생 근대5종 선수 중 8명을 선정하였으며 선수경력 평균 9년 이상인 자를 대상으로 하였다. 근대5종 선수의 슬관절 등속성 기능평가를 하기 위해 피험자의 체성분을 측정 후 등속성 근관절(60°/sec, 240°/sec)를 수행하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 좌측과 우측 슬관절 근력비(좌우비)의 균형여부 평가 결과, 신근력의 대퇴사두근에서는 좌측과 우측간에 비교적 정상적인 균형을 이루고 있으나 굴근력의 햄스트링근에서는 좌측에서 상대적으로 상당히 약한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 좌,우 양측 균형을 위해서는 슬관절의 햄스트링 근력강화 트레이닝이 필수적인 것으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 동측 슬관절의 근력비(굴신비)의 균형여부 평가 결과, 신근력의 주동근인 대퇴사두근은 대체로 정상에 가까운 수준을 보이고 있으나 굴곡근의 주동근인 좌, 우측 햄스트링근은 상당히 약한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 좌측과 우측 모두에서 슬관절의 햄스트링 근력강화 트레이닝이 필수적인 것으로 평가되었다. 선수 개인별 분석결과를 종합해보면, 본 연구에 참여한 근대5종 선수들은 지속적인 웨이트 운동과 같은 근력강화 트레이닝을 실시하되, 일정 주기별로 슬관절의 근기능 검사를 통해서 동측 근력비와 양측 굴신비의 불균형 여부를 평가하고, 이에 대한 적절한 근력 보강트레이닝, 특히 햄스트링근의 보강 트레이닝이 철저히 요구됨을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is an analysis and diagnose isokinetic function of knee joints in modern pentathlon college athletes. The subjects of this study were 8 college athletes(9years over) of K university in Seoul. In order to evaluate the isokinetic function of the knee joints of the modern pentathlon athlete, the isokinetic test (60 ° / sec, 240 ° / sec) was performed after measuring the body composition of the subject. The results of this study are as follows. First, the balance between the left and right knee strength ratios (left to right ratio) was evaluated to be relatively normal balance between the right and left quadriceps muscles, but relatively weak in the hamstring muscles of the left flexor muscles. Therefore, it is estimated that hamstring strengthening training of the knee is essential for both left and right balance. Second, as a result of evaluating the balance of muscular strength (flexor/extensor ratio) of the isolateral knee, the quadriceps muscle of the extension muscle is near the normal level, but the left and right hamstring muscles of the flexor muscles are significantly weak. Therefore, it was evaluated that hamstring strengthening training of the knee was necessary in both the left and right side. In conclusion, the athletes perform strength training such as continuous weight training, and evaluate the imbalance of isolateral strength ratio and bilateral flexor- extensor ratio through the strength examination of the knee at regular intervals. In particular, it was confirmed that adequate hamstring strength training was required.

        저항성 운동이 제2형 당뇨병 중년여성의 골격근 지수, 근체력, 당화혈색소 및 심혈관질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was effects of resistance exercise on skeletal muscle index, muscle fitness, HbA1c and cardiovascular risk factors in middle-aged women with type II diabetes mellitus. The subjects of this study were middle-aged women who were suffered from type II diabetes mellitus. The subjects consisted of the resistance exercise group(n=8), and control exercise group(n=8). Resistance exercise group had exercised 3 times a week for 12 weeks with elastic-band. The changes of body composition, skeletal muscle index, HbA1c and cardiovascular risk factors in each group were measured and analyzed at pre- and post- exercise program for verifying exercise effectiveness. The results of the study are in the following. First, resistance exercise showed no effectiveness on decrease of body fat percentage, muscle mass and skeletal muscle index. Second, resistance exercise was effective on increase of muscle strength and muscle endurance. Third, resistance exercise was effective effectiveness on decrease of fasting blood glucose and HbA1c. Forth, resistance exercise was effective on decrease of triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol. In conclusion, resistance exercise had the positive effects on muscle fitness enhancement, blood glucose control capacity and cardiovascular disease prevention in type II diabetes mellitus.

      • 유산소 운동과 근력 저항운동이 비만 중년여성의 신체구성 및 혈중 지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of aerobic exercise and weight training on the body composition and blood lipid profiles of the obese midle-aged women. The subjects were composed of 28 obese middle-aged women. Each group was divided into 3 groups ; aerobic exercise group(N=9), weight training and aerobic group(N=11), control group(N=8) respectively. The programs of exercise groups were aerobic exercise (HRmax 45-60%) and weight training(1RM: 50-60%) for 8 weeks. The results were as follows: 1. In case of mixed exercise group and aerobic exercise group. The weight, body fat, trigliceride in pre - exercise were significantly decreased than those in after-exercise. But the control group was not significant different between pre and after test. 2. In case of mixed exercise group, The HDL-C, WHR in pre - exercise were significantly decreased than those in after-exercise. But the control group and aerobic exercise group was not significant different between pre and after test. 3. Total cholesterol and the LDL-C in pre - exercise were significantly decreased than those in after-exercise. 4. There were interaction in the weight, body fat, WHR, TG, HDL-C between group and treatment, but there were no interaction in the total cholesterol, LDL-C between group and treatment.

        일회성 유산소운동이 대사증후군의 혈관탄성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일회성 유산소 운동이 대사증후군의 용적맥파 분석시 혈관 기능을 대변하는 혈관탄성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 National Cholesterol Education Program의 성인 진단 기준(Adults Treatment Panel, ATP Ⅲ)에 해당하는 중년여성 22명을 대상으로 최대심박수 60%의 운동강도에서 트레드밀 걷기를 40분간 실시하였다. 운동 전, 후 맥파분석은 광전용적맥파 분석 시스템을 이용하였다. 운동 전에 비해 운동 후에 동맥 혈관의 신전성을 나타내는 탄성지수(Elastic Index), 대동맥의 신전성을 나타내는 구혈탄성지수(Ejection Elastic Index) 및 세동맥의 혈관저항을 나타내는 중복확장지수(Dicrotic Dilation Index)는 유의하게 증가하였다. 유산소 운동은 대사증후군 환자의 혈관탄성 증가와 혈관저항 감소에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 일회성 유산소운동이 대사증후군 환자의 동맥경화 진행 억제에 효과적으로 작용한다고 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to effects of acute aerobic exercise on vascular function by pulse wave velocity analysis in the metabolism patients. The subjects of this study consist of metabolic syndrome 22 middle-aged women by Adults Treatment Panel(ATP Ⅲ) criteria on National Cholesterol Education Program. We have performed on a treadmill walking at HRmax 60% exercise intensity for 40 minutes. plethysmogram waveform analysis wave were measures to Digital Arterial Pulse Wave Velocity. The Elastic Index, Ejection Elastic Index Dicrotic Elastic Index were significantly increase pre exercise compared to after exercise. These results suggested that acute aerobic exercise was effects on vascular elastic function in metabolic syndrome patients.

      • 규칙적인 운동이 성인 여성의 심혈관 질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect regular exercise on cardiovascular disease factors in adults women. The subjects of this study was 514 adults women, around 30-59 years old, who had participated in health counseling held by C Public Health Promotion Center. We divided them into two groups; Exercise group(n=237) was regularly exercised 30minutes, 3-5 times per week over three months. Control group(n=277) was did not exercise at all. We measured out body max index(BMI), total cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose, figure of stress and prevalence of obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes between groups. The results were as follows: First, BMI, total cholesterol, blood glucose were significantly lower for exercise group. But the systolic and diastolic blood pressure and figures of stress were lower for exercise group, but no significant differences. Second, the prevalence of obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes were significantly lower for exercise group. In conclusions regularly exercising peoples were significantly lowered in cardiovascular disease risk factors and prevalence of related with cardiovascular disease than non-exercising peoples.

        방학 중 4주간 운동 프로그램이 비만 청소년의 체력, 생화학적 지표, 자존감 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate to effects of exercise program on physical fitness, biochemical index, self-esteem, and interpersonal-relationships in obesity adolescents during the vacation period. The subjects were comprised of 16(boy, n=7; girl, n=9) obesity adolescents(BMI; body mass index =95th percentile). Exercise program has performed the aerobic exercise(30 minutes), resistance exercise(20 minutes), and ball exercise(30 minutes) per day, 3days per week. Exercise program had exercised 3 times a week for 4-weeks. The results were as follows; After 4 weeks of exercise program, body weight(P<.05), BMI(P<.05), and % fat(P<.05) were significantly decreased. Muscle endurance(P<.001), flexibility(P<.01), and balance(P<.01) were significantly increased. Rest heart rate(P<.05), systolic blood pressure(P<.01), diastolic blood pressure(P.05), and -GTP(P<.05) were significantly decreased. Self-esteem(P<.001), and interpersonal-relationships(P<.001) were significantly increased. In conclusions, exercise program showed beneficial effects on body composition, physical fitness, rest heart rate, blood pressure, -GTP, self-esteem, and interpersonal-relationships in obese adolescents.

        여고생의 운동부하검사시 심폐기능과 심박수 회복에 대한 비만의 영향

        The purpose of this study was to effect of obesity on cardiopulmonary functions and heart rate recovery at grade exercise test for high school girl`s. The subjects were composed of obese group(n=13) and normal group(n=14) in high school girl`s. Each groups completed an grades exercise test with Bruce protocol. Heart Rate Recovery(maximum heart rate-heart rate at recovery state) and the percent of heart rate reserve{(heart rate at recovery state-resting heart rate)/(measured maximum heart rate-resting heart rate)×100} were evaluated during three minutes after maximum exercise. The results were as follows: First, in the cardiopulmonary function, VO2max were significantly lower older obese group than normal group. HRrest were significantly higher older obese group than normal group. HRmax were significantly higher older obese group than normal group. Second, Heart rate recovery response in 1min, 2min and 3min after grades exercise test were significantly lower older obese group than normal group. %Heart rate recovery were not significantly different between obese group and normal group. In conclusion, obese group was lower compared to normal group in cardiovascular function. Also, in after grades exercise test show that delayed heart rate recovery.

        12주간 자전거 타기 운동이 중년 남성의 체력과 대사증후군 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to effects of cycling exercise on the health fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors in the middle aged-men. Subjects were composed of cycling exercise group(n=15) and control group(n=15). Cycling exercise group have performed on a bicycle at RPE 12-15 of exercise intensity for 40-60 minutes with going for work attendance and leaving work respectively. Cycle exercise was consisted of 4-5times per week was continued to 12weeks. The results were as follows: 1) VO2max, muscular strength, and were significantly increase in comparison with pre cycling exercise, but flexibility were no significantly different than pre cycling exercise. 2) Weight, %fat, circumference, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, TG were significantly decrease in comparison with pre cycling exercise, and HDL-C were significantly increase in comparison with pre cycling exercise These results suggested that cycling exercise has effects on fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors in the middle aged-men.

        규칙적인 운동이 성인 남성의 건강관련 체력, 심혈관계 질환 위험인자 및 혈관염증인자에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 성인 남성 중 3개월 이상, 주 3~5회 이상, 1회 운동시 30분 이상 규칙적으로 운동을 실시하는 운동군 71명, 대조군 91명, 계 162명을 대상으로 운동이 건강관련 체력, 심혈관계 질환 위험인자 및 혈관염증인자에 미치는 영향과 성인 남성의 건강관련 체력과 심혈관계 질환 위험인자, 혈관염증인자 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 심폐지구력, 근력, 근지구력, 유연성은 운동군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 혈당과 중성지방은 운동군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 낮게 나타났지만 체질량지수, 수축기와 확장기 혈압, 총콜레스테롤, 저밀도지단백 콜레스테롤, 고밀도지단백 콜레스테롤은 집단간에 유의한 차이가 나타나지않았다. 셋째, 백혈구는 운동군이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 낮게 나타났지만 혈소판과 알부민은 집단간에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 심폐지구력은 수축기와 확장기 혈압, 백혈구와 음의 상관관계, 근력은 체질량지수와 양의 상관관계, 백혈구와 음의 상관관계, 유연성은 수축기 혈압, 백혈구와 음의 상관관계를 보였다. The purpose of this study was to investigated effects of regular exercise on the health-related fitness, cardiovascular disease risk factors, and vascular inflammation factors of male, and to analyze correlation between health-related fitness and cardiovascular disease risk factors, vascular inflammation factors of male. The group were divided into two groups; Exercise group(n=71) was regularly exercised 30 minutes, 3-5 times per week over three months, control group(n=91) was did not exercise at all. The results were as follows: 1) The cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility of exercise group was significantly higher than those of control group. 2) The blood glucose and TG of exercise group was significantly lower than those of control group. However, BMI, SBP, DBP, T-Chol, LDL-C, HDL-C was not significant different between groups. 3) Exercise group was significantly lower than control group on WBC. However, platelet and albumin was not significant different between groups. 4) It was showed that the cardiorespiratory endurance was negatively correlated with SBP, DBP, WBC, the muscle strength was negatively correlated with BMI, and positively correlated with WBC, the flexibility was negatively correlated with SBP, WBC.
