        도로표시 규정 및 글라스비드 동향과 자율주행차량 시대를 대비한 제언

        야간이나 악천후에서도 높은 도로의 차선인식률을 유지하기 위해, 통상 재귀반사(retro-reflectivity) 특성이 뛰어난 고 굴절률의 글라스비드(glass bead)를 도로표시 페인트 위에 도포한다. 국가별로 일반 도로표시의 재귀반사 기준이 다르며, 국내는 백색광 기준으로 $240mcd/m^2{\cdot}lux$, 선진국들은 $250{\sim}300mcd/m^2{\cdot}lux$로 규정되어있다. 본 논문에서는 도로표시 관련 규정과 글라스비드에 대한 동향에 대하여 고찰하고, 향후 자율주행차량 상용화에 대비하여 규정 기준치 및 글라스비드물성 향상 필요성에 대하여 논의하였다. For maintaining high visibility of lane, the high refractive index glass beads with excellent retro-reflectivity are usually applied on the road marking paint. The retro-reflectivity standard of general road marking is different in each country; it is defined as $240mcd/m^2{\cdot}lux$ based on white light in Korea and $250{\sim}300mcd/m^2{\cdot}lux$ in developed countries. In this paper, the recent trends on the manufacturing technology of glass beads suitable for autonomous driving age as well as the road marking regulations has been reviewed. Also, in preparation for the commercialization of autonomous vehicles in the future, the necessity of raising the standard value and improving the glass bead properties were proposed.

        필사본 『향약구급방(鄕藥救急方)』의 유전(流轉)

        The existing point of view on Hyang’yak Gugeub-bang is as follows: Hyang’yak Gugeub-bang was first published by the Goryeo government’s Daejang Dogam office. This first edition remained in the early years of Joseon, as some of its contents were included in Hyang’yak Jeseng Jibseong-bang and Hyang’yak Jibseong-bang. It was also used as an original copy for Choi Ja-ha, who published duplicate copies of Hyang’yak Gugeub-bang. But a question is being asked regarding the existing point of view, as a omparative examination of these three texts reveals that during transmission (of handwritten versions) quite a few changes were made to the original text. First of all, the original author clarified (in the epilogue) that he was finalizing the edition with total of 53 chapters, yet the current version we have contains 57, most possibly a result of someone adding four extra chapters in mid-transmission. Survey indicates that someone first added chapters named ‘Bog’yak-beob(服藥法, Ways to take medicine)’ and ‘Yakseong Sangban(藥性相反, Differences in medicine’s effects),’ and the contents table in the current version was evidently created after such additions were made. Also found are other discrepancies in terms of ‘chapter titles’ between those in the Contents table and the actual titles in the Main section, which may have also been caused by further modifications by more than one individual. Then we can see that later ‘Suhab-beob(修合法)’ and ‘Bangjung Hyang’yak-mok(方中鄕藥目) Chobu(草部)’ chapters were added as well, without updating the contents table accordingly, which seems to be the reason for the current Contents table lacking those titles. The original date of the first ever publication of Hyang’yak Gugeub-bang during the Goryeo period is unknown. But it seems it had to have been after the publication of ‘Shin Sangseo-bang(愼尙書方, Prescriptions from Sangseo Shin).’ And later while being transmitted, Hyang’yak Gugeub-bang went through extensive changes, and the Daejang Dogam office created a publication based on all those handwritten versions. Choi Ja-ha must have possessed one of such handwritten versions, and published it in 1417, the version that we have today. In other words, the original copy he used in publishing his duplicate version of Hyang’yak Gugeub-bang must have been a handwritten version, and not the published one.

        삼상유도전동기 권선저항 측정이 효율 산출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        3phase induction motor consumes 40% of national electric power. so It is one of the most important electric device for the national power policy. The efficiency measurement is carried out by IEC standards. After the temperature rise test, It’s difficult to measure the winding resistance immediately. because of inertia and power cut-off time. Therefore, IEC standards suggest the measurement time. But during the measurement time, the winding temperature cools down. It causes the value of winding resistance is variable. Several conditions which possibly occurred by the measurement time of IEC 60034-1 are suggested. and The efficiency evaluation of 3phase induction motors is carried out by IEC 60034-2-1 with the several conditions. As the results, we find out the winding resistance rapidly goes down within 15 sec. so It proves that the winding resistance should be measured within 15 sec. for the efficiency evaluating of 3phase induction motor.

        Brunner`s gland adenoma is a rare tumor of duodenum. Patients are usually aymptomatic and most are discovered incidentally during the upper gastrointestinal (GI) series or esophagogastroduodenoscopy. These lesions are most commonly located in the duodenal bulb and clinical manifestations are variable. In symptomatic patients, the most common manifestations are GI hemorrhage and duodenal obstruction. On histologic examination, Brunner`s gland adenoma that causes clinical symptoms is composed of hyperplastic Brunner`s glands and contains mostly an admixture of glandular, adipose, and muscular tissues. We report a case of large Brunner`s gland adenoma causing upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in a 47-year-old woman which was successfully removed by endoscopic resection without complications such as bleeding or perforation. Microscopically, it was entirely composed of variable Brunner`s glands. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2008;52:106-109)

        훈민정음과 태극의 철학

        『훈민정음』 해례본은 한글의 창제 원리를 설명하면서 자연스레 그를 뒷받침한 철학을 제시하고 있다. 이는 한글의 철학이라 할 수 있겠는데, 그 내용을 보면 ‘태극’이라는 상징에 집약되어 태극의 철학을 이루고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이러한 사실이 알려져 있지 않다 보니, 우리나라를 대표하는 상징이 태극기임에도 불구하고 오늘날 태극의 철학은 그 내용이 빈곤한 상태에 머무르고 있다. 오늘날 태극 문양은 단지 음양론을 상징하는 것 정도로 여겨지는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 『훈민정음』 해례본에 담긴 우리 민족의 태극 철학이 어떤 것인지 그 구체적 내용을 밝혀 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 우선 태극의 형성과정을 5단계로 나누어 도상으로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 태극에는 생(生)과 성(成)의 두 차원이 있다는 사실을 최초로 밝혔다. 이는 어떤 존재가 이 세상에 태어난[生] 상태 그대로는 아직 완성된 [成] 것이 아니라는 뜻이다. 이처럼 아직 날 것 그대로인 생(生)의 차원으로부터 성숙하고 완성된 성(成)의 차원으로 올라서라는 것이 존재에게 부여된 천명이며, 이러한 천명이 부여된 존재가 사람이라는 것이 태극의 인간관이라고 할 수 있다. 태극에서 사람이 세우는 인극(人極)의 자리는 태극의 중심이다. 이처럼 자기를 초월한 곳, 하늘의 뜻을 따르는 자리에 인극을 세우면 주변의 만물은 이를 중심(기준)으로 원만하게 순환하며 서로 조화와 균형을 이룰 수 있다. 결국 사람이 나의 자리가 아닌 태극의 중심에 인극을 세웠을 때 그는 자기 존재를 고양시켜 더욱 성숙하고 큰 존재가 될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 조화와 균형을 통해 자기 주변의 모든 사물들 역시 한층 고양된 존재로 끌어올릴수 있다. 그는 하늘의 뜻에 따라 태극의 순환을 이루어 우주를 고양시키는 주체가 되는 것이다. 태극의 도상은 이와 같은 상태를 상징하는 것이다. 이상으로 『훈민정음』 해례본에 담긴 태극의 의미를 연구한 결과 태극은 단지 음양론을 상징하는 정도가 아니라 우주론과 인간관을 표현한 상징임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 훈민정음 해례본에 담긴 태극 철학의 내용과 상통하는 사상이 『정역』, 『천부경』, 동학 등에서도 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 15세기에 한글의 창제라는 일대사업을 계기로 한글 창제자에 의해 『훈민정음』 해례본에 집약되어 제시된 태극 철학이 이후로도 면면히 이어져 내려온 것으로 볼 수 있다 Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum Haerye edition(訓民正音 解例本) explains the principles for the creation of Han-geul and, at the same time, naturally presents the philosophy underlying it. It can be viewed as the philosophy of Han-geul, which boils down to the symbol of Tae-Geuk(太極) and, thus, constitutes the philosophy of Tae-Geuk. Nonetheless, this fact is not known and, therefore, we are still lacking adequate contents about the philosophy of Tae-Geuk despite Tae-Geuk-Ki(太極旗) is the symbol representing our country. Today the symbol of Tae-Geuk is simply considered as symbolizing the yin-yang(陰陽) theory. For that reason, this paper clarifies and offers the specific details of the philosophy of Tae-Geuk as contained in Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum Haerye edition. As a result of my research, I was able to present the 5 development steps of Tae-Geuk as diagrams. Based on this, the fact that Tae-Geuk is composed of the two levels - creation[生] & completion[成] - was unveiled for the first time. It means that a being in the state of creation[生] as it is born has not yet reached the state of completion[成]. By the same token, the innate duty of a being is to advance from the state of creation as it is born to the state of completion as it gets mature. The philosophy of Tae-Geuk on humanity is that human beings are born with such innate duty. At the heart of Tae-Geuk is the place where the self of human being is transcended in accordance with the divine will. If In-geuk(人極 ) is established at the heart of Tae-Geuk, all the surroundings will amicably revolve around this core principle and, then, will unite in harmony and balance. In the end, when a human being establishes In-geuk at the heart of Tae-Geuk, he/she advances himself/herself and, further, elevates all the surroundings to a far advanced level through harmony and balance as well. It means he/she advances the entire universe by achieving the circulation of Tae-Geuk in accordance with the divine will. The symbol of Tae-Geuk represents the state like this. In conclusion, as a result of my research on the true meaning of Tae-Geuk as contained in Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum Haerye edition, I discovered that Tae-Geuk is the symbol representing the philosophy of cosmology and humanity, not just symbolizing the yin-yang theory. Additionally, I confirmed that the ideas similar to the philosophy of Tae-Geuk also appeared on Jeong-yeok(『正易』), Ch『天符經』), Donghak(東學). This can be viewed as the philosophy of Tae-Geuk condensely contained in Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum Haerye edition by the creator of Han-geul, which was triggered by the unprecedented event of the creation of Han-geul in the 15th century, had been continuously passed down throughout our history.
