        康東偉, 王志成, 羊米林 (191-208) - 以感情承諾及領導-成員交換關系爲中心的_究

        本研究是通过实证分析来验证魅力型领导对组织成员的创新性行为及变化指向型组织公民行 为的影响关系,及其这个影响过程中感情承诺的中介效果和领导-成员交换关系的调节效果。民营 电子公司需要面对激烈的外部竞争,企业为了进一步适应外部环境的变化及提升公司业绩,对于领导风格,员工的创新行为,对公司的认同等行为的变化和改进非常重视。为了验证研究模型和假 设,我们把北京,天津,青岛这三个城市的5家民营电子公司的192名员工作为调查对象,共收集到 有效问卷175份,通过统计分析软件SPSS,AMOS及其Bootstrapping分析方法,对收集到的问卷进行 研究分析。研究结果如下:1,魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为有积极 的的影响。2,感情承诺在魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为影响关系中 有明显的中介效果。3,领导-成员交换关系在魅力型领导对感情承诺的影响中没有调节效果。通过 上述研究成果得知:如果想提升员工的创新工作行为和变化指向型组织公民行为,增强领导的魅力 型领导能力和创造有利于强化员工的感情承诺的环境十分必要。 Today’s fast developed corporate environment requires highly professional employees, and organizational structure becomes simplified and horizontal. So, individuals’ change-oriented organizational citizen behavior(C-OCB) and innovative work behavior(IWB) are considered as important factors to improve the organizational achievement. The charismatic leadership in organization becomes very necessary. The study showed the charismatic leadership, affective commitment can make organization members achieve the performance and innovation beyond the expection, and which effectively to reform the circumstance in the corporate and increase the effectiveness of the organization and its members. In addition, this research is to empirically investigate the impacts of charismatic leadership on change-oriented organizational citizen behavior and innovative work behavior. Moreover, the mediating role of affective commitment is also measured in present research. The relationship of variances were tested using SPSS, AMOS, and Bootstrapping. In conclusion, the results of the study have indicated that the charismatic leadership as an independent variable have significantly influence on both innovative work behavior and change-oriented organizational citizen behavior which as dependent variable. Also, based on the recent research, the affective commitment plays a mediated role in the relationship between the charismatic leadership and change-oriented organizational citizen, innovative work behavior. Finally, according to the results, some practical recommendations to develop the innovative work behavior for Chinese organizational members were suggested.

      • 웹페이지 코드 분리를 위한 리마커블 처리기의 설계 및 구현

        웹프로그래밍 환경에서 프리젠테이션 로직을 구성하는 서버처리 웹페이지에는 디자인을 위한 HTML 요소와 로직을 구현하기 위한 서버측, 클라이언트측 스크립팅 요소가 혼합되어 있다. 이와 같은 경우 스파게티 코딩에 의해 웹디자이너와 웹프로그래머간의 작업의 경계가 불분명해지고 디자인과 로직의 구성이 정렬되지 못하는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 웹페이지의 가독성과 재사용성을 향상시키기 위한 리마커블 코드 분리 모델을 제안한다. 이를 통해 웹페이지 수준에서 HTML 요소와 스크립팅 요소를 완전하게 분리하고 관련 연구와 차별화되는 플랫폼 독립적이고 언어 중립적인 웹페이지 모듈화 과정을 소개하고자 한다.

        소리의 공간 제어를 위한 구형 다채널 스피커 어레이 설계

        The objective of this paper is to design multichannel spherical loudspeaker array by considering various positioning methods such as Gaussian grid, Lebedev grid and packing method. For the spatial sound manipulation, which is to make desired sound field by controling multiple sound sources, the Kirchhoff-Helmholtz integral states that sound fields can be reproduced in terms of infinite control sources on the integral surface. But since we cannot control infinite number of sources for the implementation, we have to allocate finite number of sound sources which can approximately act as infinite number of sources. To manipulate sound field inside of a sphere (which is typical example of three dimensional array) by controlling sound sources on the surface, three methods of allocating sound sources, which are Gaussian grid, Lebedev grid and packing method, are reviewed. For each geometry, the performances of manipulation rendered by time-reversal operator and higher-order ambisonics are compared.       • 공동불법행위에 관한 연구

        A tort is not always composed of by the act of only one man but may be made up of by the act of several persons, which is called $quot;cotort$quot; and is prescribed in Article 760 of the Civil Code. Here in this provision are included three kinds of types. In this study, through the survey of the judicial precedents of two countries Korea and Japan, and by the reconsideration and the comparison of the contentions of theories, the development of the concept of the cotort has been made .an attempt centering around Article 760 of the Civil Code. As a result, the conclusions acquired from several important points at issue are as follows: A) It is considered that joint cognition-subjective joint one-is required as the requisite for organizing the cotort in a narrow sense. As compared with ther differences between Paragraph Ⅰ & Ⅱ of this Article, the way of the above-mentioned interpretation of this Article is found to be reasonable, and it is based on the consideration that the cotort cannot be consisted of between an intentional person and a negligent one. B) The joint liability imposed on the doer of the cotort is regarded not as unreal joint debt but as real joint one. It is because Article 760 of the Civil Code must be esteemed according to the context of it, and because the substantial balance among the debtors has to be kept. C) In our Civil Code, the distinction between the cotort in a narrow sense and the cotort done by unknown injurer is interpreted in a different way from the former Japanese Civil Code and the majority of theories. The establishment of the cotort corresponds to Paragraph Ⅰ of the Article 760 exclusively in case the doers have the subjective joint correlation, and in case the act has the objective joint correlation only, Paragraph Ⅱ. D) In case there is a cotort done by unknown injurers, it seems that, one of them who demonstrated that his act did not result in the damage, should be free from the joint debt.

      • 미역포자엽에서 추출한 황산화다당의 특성

        미역포자엽으로부터 황산화다당을 효율적으로 추출하기 위한 가수분해법과 황산화다당 추출물의 특성을 검토하였다. 효소분해법을 이용하여 미역포자엽으로부터 추출한 황산화다당의 수율은 85.23%로 매우 높게 나타났고, 평균분자량은 183 KDa으로 낮게 나타났다. 황산화다당 추출물의 황산기 함량은 27.56%로 높게 나타났다. 구성당 조성은 fucose 36.18%, mannose 28.40%, galactose 27.26%이었고, glucose, xylose, ribose 등은 미량 함유되어 있었다. 무기질 함량은 Na이 8,050mg/100g, K이 529mg/100g, Mg이 418.95mg/100g, Ca이 49.58mg/100g 순으로 높았으며, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn는 미량 검출되었다. 미역포자엽의 효소분해 1시간째 추출물의 점도는 85,000cP로 급격하게 증가하다가 그 이후 감소하였으며, 효소분해가 완료되는 5시간째 추출물의 점도는 15 cP로 급격히 낮아졌다. 평균분자량 또한 가수분해 1시간째는 620 KDa을 나타내었으나, 가수분해 3시간째에는 평균분자량이 183 KDa으로 저분자화 되었다. 효소분해로서 추출한 미역포자엽의 황산화다당액을 3개의 획분으로 정제하였으며, 황산기 함량은 USP-3 획분이 46.84%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 우론산 함량은 4.13%로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 각 분획물 모두 내인성 경로를 주로 저해하는 항혈액응고 활성을 나타내었고, 그 중에서도 USP-3 획분이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. In order to choose the manufacturing method for extracting sulfated polysaccharide from sporophylls of sea mustard (Undaria pinnatifida) were investigated by extraction method with hot water, acid and enzyme hydrolysis. The extract yields of hot water, acid and enzyme hydrolysis method were 15.83, 25.84 and 85.23%, respectively. The highest contents of uronic acid (21.30%) and sulfate (67.56%) from the hydrolysate were obtained by enzyme hydrolysis method. The monosaccharides of hydrolysate from sporophylls of sea mustard were mainly composed fucose (36.18%), mannose (28.40) and galactose (27.26%), and then proportion of xylose, glucose and ribose were composed of very small amount. The mineral of hydrolysate were mainly composed sodium (8,050mg/100g), potassium (529mg/100g), magnesium (418.95 mg/100g) and calcium (49.58mg/100g). For the molecular wight and viscosity of enzyme hydrolysate for 5hr were 183KDa and 15cP, and showed the lower than that of different hydrolysates. Activity of platelet-clotting inhibition in purified sulfated polysaccharide were the highest in USP-3 fraction.

      • 삼중화된 회로에서의 결함 감지를 위한 방법에 관한 연구

        SRAM-based FPGAs are very sensitive to single event upset(SEU) induced by space irradiation. To mitigate SEU effects, space applications employ some mitigation schemes. The triple modular redundancy(TMR) is a well-known mitigation scheme. It uses one or three voters as well as three identical blocks performing the same work. The voters can mask out one error in the outputs from the three replicated blocks. One SEU error in TMRed circuits can be masked but it needs to be detected for some reasons such as to analyze the SEU effects in the satellite or to recover the circuits from the error before additional error occur. In this paper, we developed a fault detection circuit and reporting system to detect a fault on the TMRed circuits. To verify our error detection circuit and reporting circuit, we performed an irradiation test at MC-50 Cyclotron. Experimental results showed that error detection circuit can detect a fault on the TMRed test circuit in radiation environment.
