        헤어염색 시 전처리에 따른 모발의 변화에 대한 연구

        This is purposes to lessen hair damage and to prove importance of prior treatment when hair dyeing, this research goes into an in-depth look at what change it brings to the hair. Testings of her hair samples were done for a period 3 months, from January 2, 2008 to the end of March 2008. Hair samples were acquired from one healthy woman in her mid-20’s with no history of smoking and dieting, of using drugs, or receiving chemical treatment to her hair for the past 5 years. They were tied up 4 grams per sample and their ends were fixed with silicon respectively. Liquid type treatment was spread on each healthy hair and damaged hair sample according to its content - A-2(level 5),B-2(level 8), C-2(level 14). Tensile strength for healthy hair that had prior treatment compared to healthy hair without prior treatment was did not show a big difference, but the tensile strength for damaged hair that received prior treatment compared to damaged hair without prior treatment showed a significant difference. The tensile strength for hair with prior treatment showed higher values compared to that of the controls, but this was due to degeneration of protein caused by interwind of cortical fibers. Therefore, prior treatment of hair before hair dyeing can be a way to preserve the original condition of hair. For hair elongation, little change was seen for healthy and little damaged hair and significant change was seen for highly damaged hair. So prior treatment does have an effect on hair strand elongation. As the hair strand becomes damaged, cysteine cohesion gets weaker, making the strand lose and longer. Hair that received prior treatment before dyeing showed a lower coloration level overall, and healthier the hair, clearer and orderly were the gaps between cuticles. The scale-like formation of hair strands were quite stable, without exfoliation and cracks. Damaged hair with a high coloration level due to hair bleaching and coloring(natural washdown or heat treatment from heating caps) showed abrasion and coagulation. It appeared to be unstable, showing break offs and pressed down scales. The level of damage showed difference between those that had prior treatment and those that did not. It can be seen that cuticles of A-2 was less damaged than that of A-3, B-2 less damaged than B-3, and C-2 less damaged than C-3. This is probably due to skin’s moisturizing component and main amino acids protecting the outer skin. In conclusion, hair dyeing can cause damage to both already damaged hair and to healthy hair, and without prior treatment, hair dyeing can cause destructive effects to the hair which does not have regenerative ability. Therefore, it is best to get prior treatment when dyeing hair to lessen hair damage.

        헤어관리제품 구매성향 및 인식이 미용사와의 신뢰형성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 서울·수도권지역 미용실을 이용하는 남·녀 고객을 대상으로 헤어관리제품의 구매성향과 인식이 미용사와의 신뢰형성에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 고객에게 보다 효과적인 서비스와 만족도를 제공하고 아울러 미용실제품 판매수익을 높일 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다. 자료 수집은 미용실 고객을 대상으로 예비조사를 거쳐 총 918부의 설문지를 SPSS 20,0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성은 대학교 재학 또는 졸업의 학력에, 월 평균 100에서 300만원 미만의 소득을 가진 20-30대 여성으로, 직업은 서비스직과 사무직이 가장 많게 나타났다. 둘째, 헤어관리제품 구매성향은 7가지 요인으로, 헤어관리제품 인식은 3가지 요인으로, 신뢰형성은 단일차원으로 도출되었다. 셋째, 헤어관리제품 구매성향이 신뢰형성에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 충성적구매, 브랜드추구, 충동적구매, 편의지향형, 동조성구매성향이 높아질수록 신뢰형성의 만족도, 재방문의도, 구전의도가 높아지는 정의 관계를 보이고, 유행추구가 높아질수록 신뢰형성의 만족도, 재방문의도, 구전의도가 낮아지는 부의 관계를 보였다. 넷째, 헤어관리제품의 인식이 신뢰형성에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 미용실제품선호성향이 높아질수록 신뢰형성의 만족도가 높아지는 정의 관계를 보이며, 미용실제품선호, 유명인광고제품선호성향이 높아질수록신뢰형성의 재방문의도와 구전의도가 높아지는 정의 관계가 나타났지만, 시중제품선호가 높아질수록 구전의도는 낮아지는 부의 관계를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 헤어관리제품의 구매성향과 인식이 신뢰형성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 이를 통해 고객과 미용사와의 높은 신뢰형성은 고객의 충성도 및 미용실 판매 제품에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있고, 서비스 제공자의 입장에서는 이윤창출의 효과까지도 기대해 볼 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 미용사는 고객의 라이프스타일을 면밀히 분석하고 이해할 필요가 있으며, 조화로운 상담 기술 습득 및 관련 교육 등의 참여로 보다 효과적인 고객관리를 이끌고 동시에 미용실의 마케팅 관리방법에도 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 미용실의 홍보 및 제품 선호도 조사를 위한 다양한 제품체험 마케팅, 블라인드 테스트 마케팅 등 보다 다양한 변수들을 적용한 후속 연구가 있어지길 기대한다. This study, with the subjects of customers visiting hair salon in Seoul and metropolitan area, is intended to look into the effects of haircare products` purchasing tendencies and perceptions on the confidence building with the hairdressers, to provide the customers with more effective service and satisfaction. Further, it is meaningful to provide the basic materials that can increase sales revenue of the cosmetic product. The data was collected from the hair salon customers, and the final 918 copies of questionnaires following preliminary investigation were processed by SPSS 20.0 with the following findings. First, the subjects` demographic features showed the educational backgrounds of college students or graduates, the average monthly income of 1 million to 3 million Won, the women in their 20s to 30s, and the subjects occupations indicated mostly those of service and office workers. Second, the haircare products` purchasing tendencies were seven, the preferences for haircare products` perceptions were three, and the confidence building was a single factor. Third, as to the effects of haircare products` purchasing tendencies on confidence building, the higher the purchasing tendency in loyalty, brand pursuit, impulse, convenience orientation, and conformity, the higher the confidence building for satisfaction and recommendation intent, which is in the positive relation, with the lowering negative relation found in the fashion following type. The higher the purchasing tendency in loyalty, brand pursuit, confidence orientation, impulse, and conformity, the higher the confidence building for revisit intent, which is in the positive relation, with the lowering negative relation found in the fashion following type. Fourth, as to the effects of haircare products` perceptions on confidence building, the higher the perception in hairsalon product preference the higher the confidence building for satisfaction, which is in the positive relation, and the higher the perception in hair salon product and VIP product preferences, the higher the confidence building for revisit and recommendation intents, which is in the positive relation, with the lowering negative relation found in the market product preference. The study confirmed that the haircare products` purchasing tendencies and perceptions have significant effects on confidence building. The high confidence building among customers and hairdressers would improve the customer`s loyalty and satisfaction for the products sold at hair salons, with the expected profit creation for the service providers. Thus, hair dressers should carefully analyze and understand the customers` lifestyles, and they should pay attention to more effective customer management and hair salon marketing by acquiring balanced consulting skills and participating in the related programs. Additionally, a follow-up study which is applying more various parameters such as product experience marketing, blind test for a hair salon promotion and preference survey of products is expected to be conducted.

        저소득층 유 , 청소년의 스포츠바우처 참가와 자아존중감, 사회적 지지 인식 및 친사회적 행동 간의 인과관계

        The purpose of this study was to explore the causal relationship among sports voucher participation, self-esteem, social support cognition, and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class. The subjects of this study were 241 sampled adolescents participants of the lower income class who live in Gyeonggi-do, Chungchong-do, Gyeongsang-do, Jeolla-do province and have been participating in sports voucher programs for more than three months. Data were collected through questionnaires, were analyzed to test the hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling analysis methods. On the basis of the results analysed, the conclusions were drawn as following. First, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between sports voucher participation and self-esteem of adolescents of the lower income class. Second, the cause-and-effect relationship does not exist between sports voucher participation and social support cognition of adolescents of the lower income class. Third, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between sports voucher participation and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class. Fourth, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between self-esteem and social support cognition of adolescents of the lower income class. Fifth, the cause-and-effect relationship does not exist between self-esteem and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class. Sixth, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between social support cognition and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class.

        생활체육 지도자의 팔로워십과 팀장의 변혁적 리더십, 신뢰 및 조직성과 간의 구조모형

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among followership of leaders, transformational leadership, and trust in first line manager, and organization performance in sports for all organization. The subjects of this study were collected from 248 leaders of sports for all organization. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for transformational leadership had been developed by Burns(2004), the questionnaires for followership of employee had been developed by Carol(2002), the ones for trust had been developed by Chae(2004), and the organization performance had been developed and used by MeGee, Ford(1987) & Kyun(2005). The statistical methods such as Correlational Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. The following are conclusions brought through these analyzing methods and process in this study. Hypothesis Ⅰ has been proved of causal relationship model. Hypothesis Ⅱ has been proved of causal relationship model. Hypothesis Ⅲ has been proved of causal relationship model. Hypothesis Ⅳ has been proved of causal relationship model. Hypothesis Ⅴ has been proved of causal relationship model.

        Hollywood’s Progress and Limitations in the Representation of Asians: Focused on < Everything Everywhere All at Once >

        This article analyzes the film < Everything, Everywhere, All At Once > from a cultural imperialism perspective and discusses the progress and limitation of Hollywood’s representation of Asian. In addition, it scrutinizes the series of events surrounding the film < Everything, Everywhere, All At Once >, which won the Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Editing awards at the 95th Academy Awards, all through the lens of cultural imperialism. Since 2020, Hollywood has actively embraced Asian cinema, Asian filmmakers, and Asianess under the guise of promoting diversity, often positioning itself as a judge of other cultures. It can be argued that the awards given to Malaysian-Chinese actress Michelle Yeoh for Best Actress and Jonathan Ke Quan for Best Supporting Actor reflect an imperial gaze towards Asians within the United States, beyond the Asian characters depicted in the film. Hollywood endows artistic prestige upon Asian films or filmmakers that embody American ideals of Asianess and solidifies the archetypal Asian model minority, perpetuating a legacy of traditional family values and success. Furthermore, the moving acceptance speeches of the award-winning actors reveal the illusion of the American dream and reinforce Hollywood’s cultural imperialistic agenda. This article will also delve into the critical and practical stance that the Asian film industry should adopt in response to these phenomena.

        공공 여가스포츠 조직 관리자의 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십과 부하의 팔로워십 및 조직유효성 간의 인과관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship among transformational & transactional leadership, followership of employee and organizational efficiency of managers in leisure sports public organizations, The subjects of this study were 276 employees in leisure sports public organizations. Survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaire for transformational & transactional leadership was developed by Bass(1985, 1998), the questionnaire for followership of employees by Seteroff(2006) & Yoo(2006), and the questionnaire for organizational efficiency was developed and used by Tett & Meyer(1993), McGee & Ford(1987), Sin(2002) & Lee(1998). Statistical methods such as Correlational Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis were used to analyze the collected data for this research. The following are conclusions brought forth through these analyzing methods and process of this study. Hypothesis Ⅰ was held valid. Hypothesis Ⅱ was partly held valid. Hypothesis Ⅲ was held valid.

        간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식과 위험 인식이 COVID-19 예방행위에 미치는 영향

        The present study attempted to identify how the knowledge and risk perception of nursing students regarding COVID-19 impact COVID-19 preventive behaviors. This study collected data from May 1st to September 20th, 2021, using a self-reported questionnaire targeting 184 nursing students. The collected data were analyzed using Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple regression. The research results indicated that the knowledge(r=.15, p=.019) and risk perception(r=.13, p=.036) of nursing students regarding COVID-19 had a positive correlation with COVID-19 preventive behaviors. The factor that impacted the COVID-19 preventive behaviors of the subjects was COVID-19 knowledge, which had an explanatory power of 4%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an educational intervention program that enables nursing students to obtain the correct knowledge regarding COVID-19 and improves preventive behaviors. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식과 위험인식이 COVID-19 예방행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 간호학과 학생 184명을 대상으로 자가 보고 설문지를 이용하여 2021년 5월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식(r=.15, p=.019), 위험인식(r=.13, p=.036)은 COVID-19 예방행위와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 COVID-19 예방행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 COVID-19 지식이었으며 설명력은 4%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 올바른 지식을 습득하도록 하고 예방행위를 증진시키기 위한 교육중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

        수학 문제해결 과정에서 학습행위 형성 수준에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we summarize briefly some of the most salient features of Repkina & Zaika`s theory of learning action formation levels. We concretize Repkina & Zaika`s theory by comparing various points of view of Uoo, Polya, Krutetskii, and Davydov et al. In this study we are able to diagnose students` learning action formation levels in the process of mathematics problem solving. In addition we use interview method to collect various information about students` levels. As a result we suggest data related with each level of learning action formation, and characteristics of students who belong to each level of learning action formation.
