        The authors identified 833 Salmonella culturcs collected from various parts of the country in 1972. The procedures for the morphological and biochemical tests and for the serological determinations were performed by means of the conventional screening methods recommended by the National Center for Disease Control in U.S.A. The results of the laboratory tests were summerized as follows: 1. Of 833 Salmonella cultures, 1 S. paratyphi A, 1 S. nitra, 1 S. kiel, 1 S.abortus equi, 6 S. paratyphi B, 5 S. abony, 4 S. caledon, 13 S. typhimurium, 2 S. coeln, 1 S. oranienburg, 1 S. thompson, 1 S. bonn, 1 S. gabon, 1 S. colorado, 1 S. richmond, 2 S. berta, 20 S. enteritidis, 1 S. regent, 1 S. london were identified besides 769 cultures of S. typhi. 2. The antibiotics sensitivity tests by means of Ericsson's disc method using seven kinds of antibiotics were carried out, I.e. chloramphenicol, ampicilIin, which were widely in common use in the country and the results were compared with that of Salmonella cultures isolated in l971 as shown in table 4.

      • Salmonella 균 분리용 증균배지(增菌培地)의 비교실험

        The practical significance of using a seIective enrichment procedure for detecion and enumeration of salmonella is well recognized, There are still various selective enrichment media has been communly used. Early years selenite broth was recomnended as an enrichment rnedia for the isolating of salmonella. Hajna introduced a modified tetrathionate broth and demonstrated the greater efficiency to compare with the previous enrichment media. Raj also described. That the new medium calIed dulcitol selenite enrichment and has been found to be very satisfactory, especially general implication in food poisoning. Authors tried to compare these 3 enrichment media for isolating salmonella. 1. When salmonella strains svere inoculated 1~10(*6) celIs per tube to these 3 enrichment media, mostly similar results were obtained between selenite broth and DS broth. In. these 2 enrichment broth were showed 10(*7)/ml-10(*8)/ml cells of all tested salmonella strains. But in the case of TT broth it was found that the growth was l0(*3)/m-10(*4)/ml cells for tested strain. 2. When E. coli, Proteus, Citrobacter were inoculate 10~10(*6) ceIls per tube to these 3 enrichment media. It was suggested that DS broth was showed mare inhibitory action than that of selenite broth. TT broth showed high inhibition to these 3 organisms tested. 3. It was generally known that the incubation time is influenced to the frequency of salmonella detection. For this tendency, DS broth and selenite broth were showed similar results within 24 hrs to 48hrs incubation to the test. But DS broth showed more inhibitory action to E. coli and Proteus than that of selenite broth. 4, When 1~10 cells were inoculated(per tube) to these 3 enrichment media, DS broth was found to be more sensitive than that of selenite broth.

        교사/동료 피드백이 영어쓰기에 대한 학습자 인식에 미치는 영향 : 쓰기 수준별 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there are differences in English writing feedback use between high proficiency and low proficiency English students. The subjects are 62 university students. They took part in writing lessons that were conducted weekly for about 15 weeks, including pre- and post-tests. The researcher collected each participant's composition and provided the assigned feedback technique. In addition, two questionnaires (pre- and post-) were conducted in order to analyze the effects of the experimental treatment regarding the students' interest, self-confidence, and expectations for teacher feedback. The major findings of this study are: (1) High proficiency and low proficiency English students produce significant improvement in English writing skills. (2) High proficiency and low proficiency English students had a significant improvement in self-confidence and interest in writing. (3) Both teacher and peer feedback facilitate students' motivation in English writing. According to the study, the role of teacher and peer feedback are essential in writing skills.

        Android Platform에서의 확장된 TIP 기술

        TIP기술은 2차원 그림 또는 한 장의 사진으로부터 기하정보를 추출하여 3차원 입체 효과를 만들어 영상 내부를 내비게이션 할 수 있는 기술로써, 게임, 엔터테인먼트, 교육, 홍보 등 다양한 응용분야에서 활용 가능한 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 android platform상에서의 OpenGL ES Library를 이용하여 확장된 TIP기술 적용 및 구현 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 전경객체의 추출이 어려운 상황을 감안하여 보다 사실적 장면 구성이 용이하도록 사용자의 선택에 의한 소실점을 이용하고, OpenGL ES Library 를 이용하여 3차원 배경 모델을 획득한 후 이미지를 텍스처 매핑하여 3차원 가상공간을 완성한 후 카메라의 시점변환을 통해 이미지 내부를 내비게이션이 가능하도록 한다. 실험영상은 android platform상의 device에서 촬영한 이미지를 사용하여 android 2.1 및 OpenGL ES 1.0기반으로 구축된 제안 기술로 android platform의 스마트 device에서 적은 비용과 시간으로 다양한 응용개발에 적용 가능하도록 구현하였다. TIP technology enables navigation of the internal contents of images by extracting geometry information from two-dimensional drawing or a picture and generating three-dimensional effects from extracted information. The technology can be applied to a variety of practical fields including game, entertainment, education, public relations and so on. This paper proposes extended application of TIP technology and realization method for smart devices using OpenGL ES Library for Android platform. Considering problems associated with a foreground object extraction, the proposed method uses vanishing points chosen by the user to facilitate more realistic scene configuration. Then, method acquires three-dimensional background model using OpenGL ES Library, develops three-dimensional virtual space and enables image navigation via camera viewpoint conversion. The experimental image is made on Android 2.1 and OpenGL ES 1.0 using the image taken on devices built on the Android platform. Thus, the proposed technology can be implemented to various smart devices built on the Android platform at lower cost and in less time.

        텃밭 가꾸기를 활용한 진로인식 교육이 정신지체 초등학생의 진로태도 및 진로 자기 효능감에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of career awareness education using gardening on career attitude and career self-efficacy of the elementary school children with mental retardation. In this study, four elementary students with mental retardation. in a special classes in general school were participated. Their career attitude and career self-efficacy are significantly less than general students'To determine the career attitude and career self-efficacy for participants, a pretest was conducted with test paper developed by this researcher. Then the career awareness education that included gardening were developed. Using the case design, the pre-post test for the career attitude and career self-efficacy were conducted before and after interventions. Also, the changes of the career attitude and career self-efficacy were examined through the use of observation paper and impression of the career awareness education As a result, career awareness education using gardening was effective in improving career attitude and career self-efficacy of the elementary school children with mental retardation These results were discussed with quality of life of students and considerations for the future research were provided. 이 연구의 목적은 텃밭 가꾸기를 활용한 진로인식 교육이 정신지체 초등학생의 진로태도와 진로 자기 효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것 이였다. 이 연구의 대상은 경기도 여주군에 소재한 Y초등학교 특수학급에 입급된 고학년 정신지체 학생 4명으로 진로태도와 진로 자기 효능감이 또래 학생보다 현저히 낮다. 각 대상학생의 진로태도와 진로 자기 효능감을 알아보기 위하여 사전 검사를 실시하고 이를 위해 텃밭 가꾸기를 활용한 진로인식 교육을 수립하여 실시하였다. 사례연구로 사전-사후검사를 이용하여 진로인식프로그램에 따른 진로태도와 진로 자기 효능감의 변화를 측정하였고, 양적인 자료 뿐 만아니라 질적인 자료인 관찰과 소감을 통해 알아보았다. 그 결과, 텃밭 가꾸기를 활용한 진로인식 교육은 대상학생들의 진로태도에 효과적이며, 진로 자기 효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 진로인식 교육의 궁극적인 목적인 학생의 삶의 질과 관련하여 논의 하였으며 후속 연구를 위해 고려해야 할 점을 제시하였다.

        중년 여성의 갱년기 증상과 우울에 관한 연구

        This study was done for the purpose of analyzing the relationship between menopausal symptoms and depression. Data were collected by a questionnaire from November 28 to December 30, 1995. The subjects were 134 women between 40-61 years of age. The instruments used for this study were The Menopausal symptom scale by Neugartom and Depression scale by Zung. The results of the study were as follows. 1. Mean score of menopausal symptoms was 1.59. Mean score orders of experienced symptoms were $quot;Back pain and joint pain$quot;(2.02), $quot;General weakness$quot; (1.98), $quot;Nervousness$quot; (1.96). The most serious menopausal symptom was psychosomatic symptom.(1.88). Total score orders of experienced symptoms was 27.9 and over 90.3% of women complained menopausal symptom. 2 Mean score orders of depression was 39.13. It was normal range of depression. 85.1% of the women were normal range of depression and 14.2% of women mild depression. 3. The relationship between menopausal symptoms and depression was statistically significant(r=0.5307, P=0.000). When the relationship among three dimensions of menopausal symptoms were explored the psychosomatic symptom(r=0.4090, P=0.000), Physical symptom(r=0.319, P=0.000) were statistically significant. 4. General characteristic variables were significantly related to the level of menopausal symptoms as follows ; environment of living (F=2.89, p=0.038), religion (F=4.18, P=0.007), times of birth (F=2.66, p=0.043). The analysis of this study have implication for management of middle aged women's health, to solve the nursing problems, and to prevent and relieve climacteric symptoms.
