Succinylcholine Chloride로 근이완된 견에 있어서 Doxapram Hydrochloride에 의한 회복효과

This study was performed to evaluate the effects of doxapram after succinylcholine treatment. Succinylcholine was administered intravenously at a dose rate of 0.07 mg per kg of body weight and then ten minutes after the injection of succinylcholine doxapram was administered intravenously at a dose rate of 2 mg per kg of body weight. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Recovery time in dog given doxapram after succinylcholine treatment was shortened comparing with control group. 2. The changes in respiratory rate revealed a maximal increase immediately after the injection of doxapram. Thereafter respiratory rate gradually decreased, and revealed normal levels 20 minutes after the injection of doxapram. 3. The changes in heart rate revealed a maximal increase immediately after the injection of doxapram. Thereafter heart rate gradually decreased, but remained above the levels of control group. 4. Although arrhysthmias were observed after treatment of succinylcholine, these were disappeared after doxapram treatment. And there was no another change on electrocardiograms.
소 및 家兎에 있어서 Chamber內 受精에 관한 硏究

Hydrogel chambers made from polymerized 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate were used for in chamber fertilization. To determine whether sperm motility was preserved in the Hydrogel chamber, chambers which have rabbit sperm or frozen-thawed bovine sperm were transplanted inside of mouse peritoneal cavity and sperm were observed after recovering the chambers in the due time. As a result, it was determined that preservation of sperm motility was good. To determine whether in chamber fertilization was possible, chambers which have rabbit oocytes and sperm were transplanted inside of mouse peritoneal cavity and eggs were observed after recovering the chambers at 84 hr of preservation. As a result, the fact fertilization and culture was occurred inside of the chamber was determined.
Common Marmoset(Callithrix jacchus)에서의 복부 초음파에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to construct fundamental information about the ultrasonographic diagnosis for extrinsic and intrinsic abdominal disease. Normal ultrasonography of liver, gall bladder, spleen, kidney, urinary bladder, stomach, pylorus, duodenum, and heart of 5 common marmoset(Callithrix jacchus) were determined by use of ultrasonography. One common marmoset was autopsied at the time of euthanasia which is performed 24 hours after ultrasonography, and above mentioned organs were measured actually. In ultrasonography of common marmoset, the gall bladder was 8.2 cm long, and 3.4 cm wide. The width of spleen was 4.3 mm. The right kidney was 22.2 mm long, 16.1 mm wide, and 9.3 deep. The ultrasonographic measurements of the left kidney in calves was similar. The urinary bladder was 8.6 mm long, and 5.0 mm wide.
Cynomolgus Monkey(Macaca fascicularis)에서의 복부 초음파에 관한 연구

In ultrasonography of cynomolgus monkey, the gall bladder was 17.5 cm long, and 6.6 cm wide. The width of spleen was 8.8 mm. The right kidney was 35.5 mm long, 23.7 mm wide, and 15.2 mm deep. The ultrasonographic measurements of the left kidney in calves was similar. The urinary bladder was 27.7 mm long, and 20.5 mm wide.

본 연구는 앞 뒤 진동기기를 이용한 자세별 진동운동이 신체질량지수와 신체조성의 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 20대 남녀 41명을 대상으로 총 4개 군으로 나누어 4주 동안 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 각각 서기자세군(10명), 기마자세군(10명), 네발기기자세군(10명), 복합운동군(10명)으로 구분하여 실시하였으며, 운동 전 후 신체질량지수(BMI), 엉덩이에 대한 허리둘레 비(WHR), 체지방량 변화를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 서기자세군, 기마자세군, 네발기기자세군 그리고 복합운동군에서 모두 신체질량지수, 엉덩이에 대한 허리둘레 비, 체지방량이 감소하였지만 복합운동군에서만 모든 항목에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 이를 통해 여러 가지 자세를 혼용한 진동운동이 비만 조절에 효과가 있는 것으로 확인 할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the change of Body Mass Index(BMI) and body composition after having performed vibration exercise equipment at different ground conditions. The subjects were divided into 4 groups; Standing Group(SG)(n=10) and Horseback riding Group(BG)(n=10), Four point kneeling Group(FG)(n=10), Complex position Group(CG)(n=11). The period of intervention was for four weeks. Such as BMI and Waist Hip Ratio(WHR), Body Fat Ratio(BFR) were measured before and after exercise. The results from the above three measurements, only the CG showed significant differences. We were able to confirm that obesity change through complex position combines vibration exercise.

Effect of Substituents on ??C-NMR Spectrum was investigated by quantumchemical calculation. The CNDO/2 calcutions have been applied on molecular models for the monosubstituted benzens. The chemical shifts on NMR spectrum was found to be related primarily to the formal charge density of carbon in benzene. Total energy and dipolemoment were secondary factors affect chemical shift. The calculated formal charge densites have been changed remarkable according to the kind of substituent.

The M-O-NO₂absorption bands of metal nitrates on infrared spectra were observed at room temperature. The bnads were shifted to higher frequency according to the decrease of polarizing powers of metal atoms. Especially, the bands of asymmetric strectching vibration(υ3 mode) were assignd to the metal ion, Al³(2550cm-¹), K+(2805cm-¹), Ca²+(2761cm-¹), Fe³+(2426-¹), Co²+(2424-¹), Ni²+(2420cm-¹), Zn²+(2405cm-¹), and Pb²+(2398cm-¹), respectively.

The principle of the Isothermal Capacitance Transient Spectroscopy[ICTS] were explained to measure the electronic trap levels in oxide ceramics. The measurement apparatus and the theory of the ICTS were described in detail. The trap energy evaluation was performed for the ZnO varistor and BaTiO3 ceramics. The grain boundary interface trap levels were detected at -5$0^{\circ}C$~6$0^{\circ}C$ in the case of ZnO varistor and PTCR samples, and the bulk trap levels were detected at 2$0^{\circ}C$~60~ in BaTiO3. The trap energy levels of the above samples could be directly determined by ICTS measurement.

These days the development of sensibility and accurate usage of the Korean language are regrettably weakened to the disadvantage of healthy growth of young pupils in Korea because of blind concentration on learning foreign language, computer and so on. In order to solve these problems the present study has focused on analyzing many reference books in Korea and finding out effective ways for activating ornal narration of fairy tales. 1. Profound and concrete ways in terms of theory and practice should be presented in order to diffuse oral narration of fairy tales all over the country. 2. Through a lot of reading fairy tales and steady practice on the oral narration anyone has to be confident of becoming an excellent oral narrator, who has been mistakenly believed to be talented by birth. 3. Kindergarten and elementary school authorities across the country should institutionally and financially support their teachers concerned for the thorough activation of oral narration of fairy tales among young pupils. 4. The mistaken idea that oral narration of fairy tales is out of date and is not in line with social change should be completely corrected at home and in the society of Korea.
가정중심 학습방법의 학습이 자기 주도적 학습능력과 가정학습수행에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study of investigate the effects of home-based study skill on children's self-directed learning capacity and homework performance. The experimental design used in this study is pretest-posttest control group design, and 68 elementary school students in their fifth grade are sampled as subjects of this study. They are randomly classified and assigned to two groups: training group and control group. The specific hypotheses for this study were as follows: 1. Home-based study skill will have positive effect on self-directed learning capacity. 2. Home-based study skill will have positive effect on homework performance. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, Home-based study skill improves students' self-directed learning capacity. Second, Home-based study skill improves students' homework performance.
