Software architecture has been praised as an important tool for designing and managing a software project. Even with this importance, software architecture has not been used much in real practice. This lack of practice may be due to the difficulties of deriving and defining quality attributes. Software architecture has its value in using quality attributes in selecting and designing software in development life cycle. To overcome this difficulties, QAW(quality attribute workshop) is introduced and explained. QAW is created by CMU which is highly recognized its advanced research and practice in software engineering, and applied in many project successfully.

자주적인 민주화과정을 밟지못하고 행정국가에로 성장한 한국행정은 그 변천에 있어서 항상 위로 부터의 타율적·정치적 요인으로 이루어졌고 밑으로부터 한국의 사회, 경제적 요인의 자생적인 발전, 변천에 따라 상부구조로서의 행정이 변하는 것이 아니라 일반국민대중과는 언제나 관계없이 소수지배자의 이념적 모형 또는 강요에 따라 위로부터 타율적으로 뒤집어 씌워졌던 것이다. 현대사회에 있어 보다 능동적인 시민으로써 행정에 적극적으로 참여하고 산업화, 도시화 과정에서 양산된 사회문제의 해결에 기여하고 사회발전을 이룩할 수 있는 시민참여의 문제가 광범위하게 다루어 져야할 중대한 문제로 대두되었다. 시민참여란 상당히 포괄적인 개념이다. 그리고 참여란 행정의 모든 과정에서 성립될 수 있는 것이므로 행정의 전과정(즉, 정책의 기획준비 단계에서부터 입안, 기획, 사업결정, 실시, 환류과정)에 걸친 시민참여를 다룬다는것은 너무 광대하기 때문에 본고에서는 보다 직접적으로 시민들의 이익과 관련이 있는 서어비스 전달과정에 시민이 참여하여 시민들의 문제를 해결하고, 한편으로는 시민들이 행정기관의 업무에 협조를 제공하는 서어비스 전달에 있어 시민참여로 범위를 축소시켰다. 방법론에 있어서 한국행정에서는 아직까지 시민참여의 문제가 그리 활발하게 연구되는 상태에 있다. 그래서 짧게 요약하여 전개해 본다.

Yeats의 "Among School Children"에 나타난 Imagery연구

The main purpose of this essay is to elucidate the imagery in Yeats’s "Among School Children" and to know the poet’s view of life. This poem treats with the problems between body and soul and the real world and ideal one symbolized by dance, tree, bird, scarecrow, etc. The scheme of this poem is developed by ‘the stream of consciousness’. Each stanza is chained by a series of imagination and association. This poem is classified as a romantic poem and its development is flowed from the ordinary life to his philosophical vision. From the first stanza to the fourth stanza the speaker recalls the lover image such as ‘Ledaean body’, ‘paddler’, ‘Ledaean kind’, ‘pretty plumage’. And the sixth stanza ‘bird’ image appears. The lovers, nuns and mothers images symbolized by passion, piety and affection are transient and mutable. The philosophical doctrines of Plato. Aristotle and Pythagoras are not useful but ‘old clothes upon old sticks to scare a bird’. Labor as Unity of Being is blossoming or dancing where the body and soul and the real world and the ideal one coexist. Thus, we cannot know the dance from the dancer. We must see life as Unity of Being.

IT investment decisions have been very difficult to managers due to their high failure rate. Nonetheless, many firms have tried to use IT resources as a strategic weapon and to relate them to the competitive advantage of their own firms. Historically some firms have been successful in using IT as a competitive advantage while some others were not. Observing this perplexing problem, researchers raised the issue of IT investment processes as an important success factor for IT projects. Even in practice, implementing proper IT investment processes become acknowledged as a necessary way of managing IT investment. This paper emphasizes the importance of IT investment processes, especially the role of IT architecture. IT architecture provides the blueprint for IT investment and also set a ground for measuring the performance of IT towards mission achievement.

업무와 정보기술의 정렬과 통합 : 문헌검토와 프레임워크

본 논문은 정보기술 관리에 있어서 성과 및 효율성 향상을 위해 최근 도입되고 있는 ITA/EA 방법에서 업무-정보기술의 통합과 정렬 문제를 다루고 있다. 통합과 정렬은 많은 문헌과 실무 보고서에서 그 중요함이 지적되었으나 구체적으로 다루어지지는 않았다. 본 논문은 다양한 프레임워크에 대한 검토와 비교분석을 통해 통합과 정렬이 어떻게 개념화 될 수 있는지를 보여준다. 또한 이러한 맥락아래서 어떻게 필요한 모델링 기법과 도구를 선택 적용할 수 있는가 하는 문제를 다룬다. 이 문제를 위하여 우리나라의 ITA/EA 추진방식에 적합한 모델링 기법 및 도구의 분류체계가 제안된다.

C2 스타일의 아키텍쳐 기술을 지원하는 ADL 지원도구의 개발

최근, 소프트웨어의 재사용성, 생산성, 그리고 품질을 높이기 위한 방법으로서 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발(CBD:Component-Based Development) 방식이 빠르게 확산되고 있다. CBD를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 응용 컴포넌트들이 서로 정확하게 결합하여 작동할 수 있는 아키텍쳐를 기반으로 하여 컴포넌트의 생성과 합성 작업이 이루어질 수 있어야 한다. 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐는 아키텍쳐 기술 언어(ADL:Architecture Description Language)를 사용하여 기술되어야 정확하고 엄밀한 아키텍쳐 모델링이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 도메인 아키텍쳐 기반의 CBD에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 ADL 지원도구의 시스템 아키텍쳐를 제안하고, 제안한 시스템 아키텍쳐의 각 구성 요소들에 대하여 기술한다. 그리고 C2 스타일의 아키텍쳐 기술을 지원하는 UCI(University of California in Irvine)의 C2SADL을 변경하여 재정의한 ADL과 지원도구로서 개발 중인 ADL 지원도구의 설계 및 구현 방법을 기술한다. 본 연구팀이 개발 중인 ADL 지원도구는 본 논문에서 제안한 ADL 지원도구의 시스템 아키텍쳐의 일부 구성 요소들을 구현한다. Recently, component-based development (CBD) is rapidly spreading as a way of improving the reusability, productivity, and quality of software. For CBD to be effective in achieving such design objectives, the creation and integration of components must be based on a well-defined architecture that guides the correct composition and cooperation of application components. Software architecture must be described using an architecture description language (ADL) to ensure the correctness and preciseness of architecture models. In this paper, we propose the system architecture of an ADL tool set that can effectively support the use of CBD based on the domain architecture and we describe each component of the proposed system architecture. We also modify and redefine C2SADL that was developed to support the use of the description of C2 architectural style by UCI (University of California in Irvine) to facilitate the integration of separately described architecture models, and introduce the method of design and implementation of our ADL processor that partially implements the proposed ADL system architecture.
