The intracranial arachnoid cyst is distinctly uncommon and they have unusual clinical course. The plain skull series were usually shown bulging of the overlying skull due to progressive collection of cerebrospinal fluid in cystic cavity. Pre-operative diagnosis is unlikely to be made. The predilection sites of this lesion are usually convexity of hemisphere, cisterna chiasmaticus, especialy forming along the axis of main cerebral artery. The authors report a case of intracranial arachnoid cyst arisen along the Sylvian fissure combined chronic subdural hematoma following sustained mild head injury. The pathologic diagnosis was arachnoid cyst, since the removed cyst wall was normal arachnoid tissue.

Spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage is classically considered a rare and fatal disease because the early diagnosis is very rarely made during the life, and there is scant mention of the problems of spontaneous hemorrhage into the cerebellar hemisphere. However our opininons indicate that its frequency is greater than is generally thought although it is considered a rare lesion. The purpose of this paper is to record our present opinions concerning the possible early diagnosis and surgical management of the spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage. We believe that it is possible by clinical examination alone to make or strongly suspect the diagnosis in life during the early stage before irreversible damage occurs and that emergency surgical intervention is strongly indicated. The patient is a 38 year old man admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Catholic Medical Center on Nov. 3, 1976 with severe headache, vomiting, dysarthria and mental confusion. On examination, he was disclosed mental confusion, repeated vomiting, constricted pupil, horizontal nystagmus, inability to stand, dysarthria and neck stiffness, We confirmed the diagnosis under the cerebellar hemorrhage involving the cerebellar vermis and both cereballar hemispheres by means of vertebral and carotid angiography, conray ventriculography, and cerebrospinal fluid examination. We underwent suboccipital craniectomy with the evacuation of hematoma at the vermis and both cerebellar hemispheres after 48 hours of onset of illness and his postoperative course was good except for mild cerebellar dysfunction signs and he was discharged on 45th hospital days.

This study aims at identifying the genre and type of 'Sushinki'. The author, Kanbo(于寶), wrote and edited 'Sushinki', based upon his collection of materials that had been long compiled in a marrer that is consistent with his belief in literature. He pursued the pleasure of literature by bringing in such issues as going beyond the empirical world slinging into the realm of God. He created this work based on both written and orally inherited narratives, which is classified as podigious narratives. This work is composed of 464 pieces of which 158 episodes are about good and bad omens, 53 episodes are about unveiling a creature of metamorphosis, and 50 episodes are about mystic immortal hermits in the mountains. All of these pieces well represent the psyche of Chinese from the 4th century who had aspirations of anticipating the future due to the uncertainties caused by dialing was and escaping from the world by spiritual practice. This work is typical of its romantic attributes as represented by the depiction of natural - born super heroess, disciplined figures with clairvoyant capabilities, spiritualistic figures communicating with God, superhuman characters who attain extraordinary power after experiencing death a sense of karma, changes and omens, resuscitation·metamorphosis·paradise, stories about human will or Gods intervention errors, and bad luck Considering the authors perspective, the storyteller has an Animistic view on the world, projecting the principle of change and rejuvenation based on a cyclic structure. In this study, 'Sushinki' is compared with Korean narratives to identify she genealogy or differences between this works Shamanistic narrative with relevance to Taoism and its Korean counterparts.

WTO 가입이 중국 농업에 미치는 영향 : 농업구조조정 압력의 증대

1. WTO 가입이 중국농정에 미치는 주요 영향으로서 농업보호정책의 전환이 거론되고 있다. 중국농업의 생산성은 십 수년간의 고도경제성장 하에서 여타산업에 비해 급속하게 약화되었다 농가의 생산의욕 유지와 농 · 공간 소득격차의 축소를 위해, 1994년 경 부터 중국은 수 천년에 걸친 농업수탈 정책으로부터 농산물가격지 지정책으로 전환하고 있다. 그러나, 국내농업보호의 삭감을 조건으로 하는 WTO 가입은 이러한 정책을 계속 시행하는 것을 어렵게 하고 있다. 2. 농촌인구가 전체인구 중에서 차지하는 비율이 약 70% 수준인 중국은 농산물가격 지지정책을 실시할 수 있는 경제력을 갖추고 있지 않다. 중국은 아직까지 WTO 회원국이 아님에도 불구하고 과중한 재정부담 때문에 1999년부터 농업정책의 전환을 시도하였다. 향후 농업의 생산성과 국제경쟁력을 향상시키기 위해서는 생산비를 절감해야 한다. 이를 달성하기 위해서는 농업잉여노동력의 농외이출, 비교우위가 있는 농산물의 육성, 농업기술의 개발과 기반정비 등이 필수적이다. 3. WTO 가입이 중국농산물 교역에 미치는 영향 중 하나는 곡물 등 농산물의 수입증가라고 생각된다. 비관세조치의 관세화나 관세율의 언하 등이 가입조건으로 되어 있는 상황에서 콕물 등 중국농산물의 국내가격이 국제가격보다 높은 수준을 유지하고 있기 때문이다. 다만 중국 곡물 생산의 반자급(半自給)적 성격, 거대한 노동력 고용의 장, 외환사정, 국제곡물 시장의 공급가능 능력 등이 중국 곡물 수입증가에 대한 제약 요인으로 작용할 것이며, 장기적으로 보아도 높은 국내자급률을 유지하지 않을 수 없을 것으로 보인다. 4. WTO 가입에 의해 중국은 회원국들로부터 최혜국 대우를 받을 수 있게 된다. 따라서 잠재적 비교우위에 있는 노동집약적 농산물의 수출이 늘어날 가능성이 있으며, 또한 수출 기회를 적극 활용해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 1999년 의 국제시장가격에 비해 40-80% 싼 돼지고기, 쇠고기, 양고기 및 사과, 배 등의 품목 외에도 화훼나 농수산가공품 등 곡물이외의 노동집약적인 품목은 잠재적 비교우위에 있는 것으로 판단된다.

]This paper is a study on Si(詩), Bu(賦), Myeong(銘) to understand How Taoism appears and what it means in Nammyeong(南冥)'s literature. 'Sinmyeongsado(神明舍圖)' is a picture which shows how to train human nature according to a theory of 'Chamdonggyae(參同契)'. 'Inigido(人理氣圖)' is a picture which shows the way of training mind and body under environment, and it is based on a theory of 'Hwangjeonggyeong(黃庭經)'.Training human nature is for recovering the original nature. Literature of training human nature includes recovering nature as controling feelings and controling feelings as training nature. The former is sometimes shown as a figure of Nammyeong strolling like a Taoist hermit with super natural powers in a poem or talking about Taoist wisdom as reading Taoist scripture against temptation. The other is expressed as Nammyeong training nature and then recovering the original nature in Bu and Myeong.Training mind and body is for protecting it against environment. Literature of training mind and body includes the way of preserving mind as taking care of body and the way of preserving body as preserving one's mind. The former is shown as a figure that he takes medicine and takes care of his health in Si and Bu. The other is expressed as a figure of his being lost in meditation and living like a Taoist hermit in a Utopia, or a figure of holding a Taoist ceremony with concentration in a poem.There is a figure of Taoist training and a trace of trying to live a Taoist life in Nammyeong's literature. But there is no choice but to has a limit for him as a Taoist, because he always had a realistic duty as a Confucianist.
