        뇌성마비 환자에서 파킨슨 증후군으로 오인한 근육강직증후군 - 증례 보고 -

        Stiff-person syndrome (SPS) or Stiff-man syndrome (SMS) is a rare disorder characterized by progressive muscle rigidity with painful spasm of axial and limb muscles causing impairment of voluntary movements which precipitated by generally non-provocative stimulations such as tactile, auditory or emotional stimulations. This symptoms might resembling chronic form of tetanus and can be misdiagnosed as Parkinson’s syndrome, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, psychosomatic illness, or anxiety and phobia. A definitive diagnosis can be made with a serologic test that measures the level of glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) antibodies in the blood and electromyographic findings. In our case, we present a cerebral palsy patient with SPS which was misdiagnosed as Parkinson's disease at first impression.

        전환장애를 가진 부인에 대한 가족상담의 효과 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 전환장애를 가진 부인에 대하여 MRI의 의사소통이론과 Murray Bowen의 가족체계이론을 적용한 가족상담의 효과를 밝히는데 있다. 본 연구는 자료분석을 위해 개방코딩을 사용하였고, 범주간 관련성을 밝히기 위하여 Miles와 Huberman에 의해 고안된 매트릭스와 네트워크를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 상담의 내용은 탐색하기, 내담자의 진술 촉진하기, 진단하기, 치료하기, 상담계획하기, 희망주기로 나타났다. 둘째, 전환장애를 가진 부인에 대한 가족치료의 상담 효과는 증상변화, 인지변화, 행동변화, 의사소통변화, 그리고 재결합의사의 변화로 나타났다. 셋째, MRI의 의사소통이론과 Murray Bowen의 가족체계이론을 적용한 상담은 전환장애를 가진 부인의 치료과정에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 전환장애 환자에 대한 개입에 있어서 가족체계와 기능적 의사소통 방식의 중요성을 보여준다. This study investigated the effectiveness of family counseling for a wife with conversion disorder. The therapist used MRI model and Murray Bowen's family systems theory to treat a wife with conversion disorder. This study used constant comparative analysis with open coding and matrix and network display developed by Miles and Huberman to show the results of the study. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the therapist utilized probing, promoting the client's statement, doing an examination, doing a treatment, planning counseling, and giving hope as therapeutic process. Second, the effectiveness of counseling included change of symptoms, cognitive change, behavioral change, change of communication method, and intention of the reunion between husband and wife. Third, the findings of the study showed that the counseling, which applied MRI model and Murray Bowen's family systems theory for a wife with conversion disorder, was effective. Therefore, the findings of the study revealed that the family systematic intervention and functional communication method were important to treat a wife with conversion disorder.

        아마혼방사와 스판덱스사를 이용한 28게이지 자카드 환편물 제조와 특성 평가

        To develop a new group of high-functional underwear and sportswear products, in this study, the jacquard circular knitted fabrics(28G) were manufactured with the rayon, hard twist cotton yarn, or cold polyester filament yarn such as contact-cooling fiber materials around spun blend yarn(linen/cotton, linen/rayon) and spandex filament yarn. The unique and desirable characteristics of linen fiber are cool-feeling, luster, antibiotic, abrasion resistance and thick-and-thin fiber bundles, which give texture to the knitted fabrics suitable for summer season. By processing steam heat treatment(105℃, 24min.) and decreasing yarn feeding speed to the 13rpm for LCY and RFY respectively, the knitting ability in the above-described yarns have been greatly improved. All of the knitted fabrics exhibited excellent surface appearance, tensile property, stretch, and color fastness of 4∼5 grade to washing, rubbing, and perspiration, except for sample No 4 and No 5, lacking of dimensional change in washing and drying. Also, the commercialization of the knitted fabrics was determinated by evaluation of knitting organization, knitting ability, mechanical property, color fastness, stretch, and dimensional stability. From the evaluation of appearance and other properties mentioned, the jacquard circular knitted fabrics were found to have the potential commercialization.

        한지사(韓紙絲) 양말의 제조와 특성 평가

        Hanji paper yarn has attracted considerable attention as a well-being textile material, as well as being used in many fashion materials. However, Hanji paper yarn has poor flexibleness, low elongation, and a rough surface leading to yarn breakage in the knitting process such as in the production of socks and inner wear. To improve the disadvantageous properties of the yarn, in this study, plied yarn with nano silver filament yarn was prepared and applied to sock production. Compared with cotton socks, the wear trial and toughness such as tensile property and abrasion strength of Hanji socks were inferior, but these problems can be solved. On the evaluation of antibiotic and deodorant efficiency, Hanji socks showed relatively good values and especially better value to the sports socks rather than men's socks. Also Hanji socks were excellent in the color fastness as a grade 4~5 in washing, rubbing, and perspiration, but were a grade 4 to light resistance which is not an important factor to commercialization. By reinforcing other yarn to the outer stitch of the foot part and substituting an antibiotic covered yarn(nano silver filament yarn/spandex) for conventional covered yarn, the optimum knitting conditions for eco-friendly and functional Hanji socks can be newly presented.

        고정식 상-하지 자전거에서의 유산소 운동이 성인 편마비 환자의 체성분에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고정식 상-하지 자전거를 이용한 고강도의 유산소 운동이 성인 편마비 환자의 체성분 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 성인 편마비 환자 24명을 대상으로 무작위 배치법을 이용하여 실험군 12명과 대조군 12명으로 나누었고, 실험군은 일반적 신경계 물리치료와 예비 심박수의 60%강도를 적용한 고강도 유산소운동을 1일 70분, 주 5회, 6주간 실시하였으며, 대조군은 일반적 신경계 물리치료를 1일 2회, 총 70분간, 주 5회, 6주간 실시하였다. 실험군에서는 중재 전에 비하여 골격근량과 단백질량에서 유의한 증가가 나타났으며, 골격근량은 대조군에 비해 더 많이 증가하였다. 대조군에서는 중재 후의 부종수치가 중재 전에 비하여 유의한 증가가 있었다. 따라서 고정식 상-하지 자전거를 이용한 고강도 유산소 운동은 성인 편마비 환자의 근육량 증가에 효과적인 치료가 될 수 있을 것으로 본다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of high-intensity aerobic exercise using an fixed upper and lower limb ergometer on body composition of stroke patients. Twenty-four stroke patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group or the control group. The experimental group was asked to conduct high-intensity aerobic exercise, 60% intensity of heart rate reserve, including general physiotherapy for 70 minutes a day, five times a week for six weeks. The control group was asked to conduct general physiotherapy for 70 minutes a day, five times a week for six weeks. Significant improvements in skeletal muscle mass and protein were observed after training in the experimental group. Greater gain of skeletal muscle mass was observed in the experimental group than in the control groups. The control group showed significant increment in edema after training. Therefore, high-intensity aerobic exercise using an fixed upper and lower limb ergometer will be effective in increasing lean mass of stroke patients.

        Hydroentangled nonwovens are alternatively called water-jet 'entangled' or 'spunlace' nonwovens. The hydraulic entanglement system is new technique for consolidating individual fibers in a web by means of high pressure water without the need for binder or/and other supplementary treatment. In recent, this system has been very interested in the field of nonwoven industry, since hydroentangled nonwoven fabrics have the patterned structure similar to woven fabrics and keep soft and drape characteristics. In this study, hydroentangled nonwovens have been made with 100% rayon and 50% rayon/50% polyester blended web and produced by a newly designed nonwoven system with different processing parameters. The manufacturing factors considered are injecting height, feeding speed, and passage number. Effect of processing parameters on the breaking strength of nonwovens has been investigated and it is compared with the morphological structure of nonwovens, i.e., aperture size and fiber density.
