        생쥐 피부창상의 치유과정에 미치는 Glucan의 효과

        In an attempt to investigate the effect of glucan, i.e., RES stimulating agent, on the repair process of skin wound, we made simple skin wound in mice and then glucan was given intraperitoneally at dose of 10mg until taking specimen. The specimen were taken from wound area at various intervals and histological and enzym histochemical stains were done for the light microscopic examination. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The glucan-treated wound showed more proliferation of macrophages and granulation tissue with decreased acute inflammatory exudates in the early than did control wound. 2. The glucan-treated wound showed more increase of acid and alkaline phosphatase and α-naphthyl acetate esterase activities than did control wound, but no changes in ATPase activities. From these results, it may be concluded that glucan promotes repair process of skin wound.

        皮膚의 扁平上皮細胞癌과 基底細胞癌에 있어서 Fibronectin 의 免疫組織化學的 分布

        Immunohistochemical staining for fibronectin and factor Ⅷ-related antigen were performed on 7 cases of basal cell epithelioma and 6 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin by using of avidin-biotin-peroxidase(ABC) technique. The results were obtained as follows. 1. All cases of basal cell epithelioma showed positive staining for fibronectin. The fibronectin was more prominent in adenoid basal cell epithilioma than in solid basal cell epithelioma. 2. 4 cases of squamous cell carcinoma showed positive staining for fibronectin, while 2 cases were negative. The fibronectin was more prominent in basal cell epithelioma than in squamous cell carcinoma. 3. Both basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma showed negative staining for factor Ⅷ-related antigen except for stromal vessel.

        This paper presents an way of improvements of current performance management system for local job centers in Gyeonggi province. It is widely assumed in the management literature that performance management can bring benefits to organizational system. The specific design of performance management systems needs to be undertake with a view to avoiding some common problems that can arise from performance management. There is no easy and simple way of doing this, but in designing performance management systems and measures, PES officials should account for how they have avoided the following common problems. Among these, there has been most concern in relation to PES over ‘creaming’ and ‘ parking’, practice of focussing on jobseekers who are easy to place into work, while ignoring those who require more help. This paper suggested that performance indicators need to be carefully designed, reflect the importance of context and that emphasis should be placed on aligning indicators with goals of PES of aiming at a successful transition from unemployment to employment, taking a special interest that the transition to employment takes place fast, being focused on transitions from ALMP to employment, opening access to large share of vacancies through the PES information system, making sure that registered vacancies are filled, achieving satisfaction among customers. In addition, we make recommendations for improving performance management for local job center in Gyeonggi as followings: a strong level of senior management and political commitment, setting challenging but achievable targets, the combination of qualitative and quantitative measurement and management techniques and availability of time and robust data which allows the performance of cost-benefit analyses. Lastly, we suggest that proposed performance management is to be implemented under strong relationships beteen Gyeonggi job founation of Gyeonggi provicial government and local job center of municipalities in order to contribute to local labour market performance.

        반창고를 이용한 유방 부피의 측정법과 이를 이용한 한국미혼 여성의 유방 부피 계측지

        Breast size, shape, symmetry and scars are a major area of concern as a result of the variable mammoplasties. The size and shape of the breasts of a woman may differ significantly. Therefore individual breast volume should be determined prior to operation. Using the adhesive plaster, the authors developed a means of measuring the breast volume, which was simple, not time-consurming, economical and accurate. Utilizing this method, we measured, the breast volume in relation to the physical constitutions (weight, height & chest circumference) in 22 Korean nulliparous women. The results are as follows 1) mean values of breast volume right breast : 222.59±82.63cc left breast : 213.55 ±75.09cc all breast : 218.12 ±78.19cc 2) The right breast is larger than the left in 15 women, but the volume difference is not significant. 3) Breast volume is related to the weight & the chest circumference in the physical constitutions, but not to the height.

        自家肋骨移植과 側頭筋轉移를 이용한 일측성 안면발육부전의 矯正例

        In recent years, according to the develpment of the medical techniques and growing of the national income, patients with congenital and acquired facial and cranial anomalies tend to visit the plastic clinics in great number. Regardless of the cause, facial asymmetry and unbalance were disqualified for external appearance and restricted mantal status as well as general social activities. Correction of facial asymmetry has been studied by numerous scholars furthermore, autogenous bone or cartilarge graft, dermis-fat graft, tube or local flap and silicone fluid injection had been used. Adult male patient with facial asymmetry due to the developmental insufficiency of zygomatic bone, zygomatic arch, maxilla and mandible furthermore, masetter muscle and neigbouring soft tissue was operated by autogenous rib graft on the mandible and zygomatic region, and by ipsilateral temporalis muscle transfer on the zygomatic arch and the cheek. The end result was satisfactory.

        울금 분말을 첨가한 어묵의 품질특성

        본 연구는 높은 생리활성효과로 인해 높은 섭취관심도에도 불구하고 식품소재로서의 활용도가 낮은 울금을 어묵제조에 부재료로 첨가하여 제품화의 가능성을 살펴보았다. 울금 분말을 어묵 제조 부재료인 밀가루 양 대비 0, 1, 3, 5, 7%를 첨가한 어묵을 제조한 다음, 수분, pH, 색도, 절곡 검사, 조직감 특성, 관능적 특성 및 관능 기호도를 측정, 평가하였다. 울금 분말을 첨가한 어묵의 수분 함량은 울금 분말의 첨가 여부 및 첨가량의 증가에 관계없이 각각 71.35~72.97%의 범위를 나타내었으며, pH는 울금 분말의 첨가량 증가에 따라 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 울금 분말을 첨가한 어묵의 L값(lightness)은 낮아졌으며, a값과 b값은 높아지는 경향을 나타내어 각 시료간 매우 유의적인 차이를 나타내었다. 울금 분말 첨가 어묵의 절곡 검사 결과는 울금 분말 첨가유무와 첨가량 증가에 관계없이 AA로 측정되었으며, 어묵의 조직감의 특성 중 강도(strength)는 울금 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 높아졌으며, 탄력성(springiness)은 울금 분말 첨가량 증가에 따라 낮아졌고, 응집성(cohesiveness)은 울금 분말 7% 첨가구만 유의적으로 높게 측정되었다. 울금 분말 첨가 어묵의 관능 특성 중 색의 진한 정도는 울금 분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 색이 진한 것으로 평가되었으며, 울금 냄새의 정도는 울금 분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 매우 강하게 평가되었고, 생선 비린내는 울금첨가량의 증가에 따라 매우 약하게 평가되어 울금 특유의 냄새가 비린내가 감소시키는 것으로 평가되었다. 구수한 맛의 정도는 울금 분말 무첨가구가 가장 강한 것으로 평가되었으며, 울금 분말 7% 첨가구가 가장 낮은 점수를 나타내었다. 반면, 느끼한 맛의 정도는 울금 분말의 첨가량 증가에 따라 감소하는 것으로 평가되어 울금 분말 무첨가구가 가장 강하게 평가되었으며, 관능적 조직감의 항목 중 강도와 탄력성은 울금 첨가 유무와 첨가량 증가에 따른 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 울금 분말 첨가량에 따른 어묵의 관능적 기호도는 어묵 제조시의 부재료인 밀가루 양 대비 3%의 울금 분말을 첨가하는 것이 냄새, 맛, 전체적인 기호도의 측면에서 가장 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 이상의 결과로써, 어묵의 제조시에 울금 분말을 첨가하는 것은 외관(색)의 기호도를 높이고, 생선 특유의 비린내를 감소시키며, 느끼한 맛을 감소시키므로 제품화의 가능성이 충분할 것으로 생각된다. 그 중에서도 어묵 제조시에 첨가하는 부재료인 밀가루 양 대비 3%의 울금 분말을 첨가하는 것이 가장 적합할 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to investigate rheological and sensory characteristics of fish paste prepared with Curcuma longa L. powder (0, 1, 3, 5, 7%). The moisture content of the fish paste ranged from 71.35 to 72.97%. Increasing the amount of Curcuma longa L. powder in the fish paste tended to decrease the pH value and the folding test good score in all samples. Increasing the amount of Curcuma longa L. powder in the fish paste also tended to decrease the lightness (L) in the hunter color value, but to increase the redness (a) and yellowness (b). For the textural characteristics, the addition of Curcuma longa L. powder increased the strength and decreased the springiness. In a sensory evaluation, the addition of 3% Curcuma longa L. powder had the best score in taste and overall preference. Therefore, this results suggest that adding 3% Curcuma longa L. powder would be feasible for making Curcuma longa L. fish paste.
