성폭력 범죄가 피해자뿐만 아니라 사회에 미치는 심각성을 고려한다면 이에 대한 예방이 무엇보다 중요하며 성폭력범죄에 대한 대책은 여러 가지 측면에서 이루어질 수 있다. 성폭력 범죄의 예방을 위해서는 무엇보다도 성범죄 발생에 대한 일반인들의 선입견과 편견이 포함된 성범죄 발생에 대한 인식을 확인하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 성폭력피해 예방을 위한 기초적인 자료를 마련하기 위해 성폭력 범죄에 대한 일반 성인들의 인식과 실제 성폭력 피해자의 실제 사례에서 나타나는 현상을 비교 조사하였다.

This pape4r aims at examining the political power structure in North Korea which adheres to its own style of socialism all the more in spite of the new international situation seeking opening and reform. Centered on the revised constitution in 1992, I analyzed the systematic power including the Labor Party and other state organizations as well as the practical power represented by the family, Kim IlSung and Kim Jung Il. the following sums up main characteristics of the power structure. First, the uniform ruling system centered on the Labor Party. As a source of national power, the leading role of the Party is emphasized on the revised constitution. This is a self-defense mechanism to reflect the collapse of communist parties all over the world. Thus various state organizations do not have any substance and merely follow the policies dicated by the Party. Secound, Kim Il-Sung's one-man ruling system through Junche Ideology. This Identity Idelogy is the ruling though to back up his unitary rule systemically. The changed constitution focuses on the ideology as the supremest idea to guide political activities in North Korea. In the pase, Juche Ideology was regarded as "the creative adaptation to reality following Marx-Leninism", but the new constitution puts it as "the revolutionary thought to realize the publics independence on the basis of man-oriented world view". Third, the hereditary system of power from Kim Il sung to Kim Jung Il. this father-son succession is a feudalistic method of transferring power unprecedented in other socialist countries. The choice of his son as an heir is not only to prevent beforehand any possible political confusion or chaos after his death, but also to continue the revolution led by Kim Il sung so far. As a proof to cement Kim Jung-Il's future system, the newly established constitution reveals his concrete guidelines. the succession became visible when he was chosen as the chief of the defense committee at the sixth meeting of the 9th people's Congress on april 9, 1993. In conclusion, the political power structure in North Korea is cimposed of the Chosun Labor Party and the hoint rule between Kim Il-Sung and Kim Jung-Il who govern the Party.

Purpose: To report glare disability measured by a glaremeter. Methods: Glaremeter values were measured in 270 normal eyes and 100 pseudophakic eyes. The normal eyes were classified into 3 age groups (teenage to 60’s) with 90 eyes in each group. The pseudophakic eyes were classified into the monofocal IOL (intraocular lens) and multifocal IOL implanted groups with 50 eyes in each group. Glaremeter values of each group were measured using a glaremeter under photopic (82.2 ± 5.1 cd/m2) and mesopic (5.5 ± 0.3 cd/m2) conditions. Results: The highest mean glaremeter value in the normal eyes was 8657.34 ± 691.04 mm2 under the photopic condition and 8837.97 ± 805.83 mm2 under the mesopic condition in the oldest group. The glaremeter value of the multifocal IOL implanted group was 9390.87 ± 846.7 mm2 under the photopic condition and 9799.87 ± 823.72 mm2 under the mesopic condition, which was significantly higher than the normal eye and the monofocal IOL implanted groups (p < 0.05). Conclusions: In the normal population, the mean glaremeter values were increased according to age, and a significant increase was observed in the multifocal IOL implanted group. The present study results provide good basic data for cataract and presbyopia refractive surgery predicted to produce glare disability inevitably. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2012;53(7):953-959

The human desire to gaze at oneself like Narcissus in Greece mythology has led to the invention of the mirror. The reflection effect goes beyond the physical function to include psychological aspects that include the inner world. As a result, the utilization of the reflection effect in contemporary jewelry highlights possibilities of a new molding expression. Reflections project through all surroundings and follow the surface of the object to set the figure as it is. Thus, it adds difference in the form of jewelry and creates a modified figure. Modified or distorted figures arouses playfulness and curiosity of the audience looking at the piece. In conclusion, the distortion of the figure adds concentration upon the piece, which may lead to the expansion of the interaction between the artwork and the audience. The studies on the maximization of the reflection effect through physical methods and continued attempts portray the possibility of the creation of a variety of visual effects. The research objective of this study is to categorize and analyze the cases of contemporary jewelry artists who have shown this possibility according to their different reflection effects. 그리스 신화 속 나르키소스처럼 자신의 모습을 바라보고 싶어 했던 인간의 욕망은 거울의 발명을 이끌었다. 비추어 본다는 것은 물리적인 기능을 넘어 내면세계를 내포하는 정신적 요소도 담고 있기도 하다. 따라서 반사효과를 현대 장신구에서 활용하는 경우 새로운 조형표현의 가능성을 보여준다. 반사는 주변의 모든 것들을 투영하며 물체의 표면을 따라 그대로 상이 안착되기 때문에 장신구의 형태에 변화를 주어 변형된 상을 만든다. 변형되거나 왜곡된 상은 작품을 바라보는 관람자들의 유희성과 호기심을 불러일으킬 수 있다. 상의 왜곡은 결과적으로 작품에 대해 보다 집중하게 만들어주며, 이는 작품과 관람객 사이의 소통 확장을 기대할 수 있다. 반사효과를 극대화할 물리적 방법의 연구와 계속되는 시도는 현대 장신구의 다양한 시각적 표현을 만들어 낼 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 이러한 가능성을 보여준 현대장신구 작가들의 사례를 반사효과에 따라 구분하여 분석한 것이 이번 논문의 연구목표라 할 수 있을 것이다.
