      • 뇌졸중 후 중추성 통증 환자에 대한 동서협진이 진통과 재활에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : In order to study the effectiveness of East-West pain treatment on central poststroke pain(CPSP), we evaluated its effect on alleviation of pain and rehabilitation of CPSP Patients who were treated with electroacupuncture and west pain treatment for four weeks. Methods : Twenty four patients diagnosed by their pain characteristics of central pain from stroke were treated with sympathetic nerve block, gabapentin, amitriptyline, and electroacupuncture for four weeks. Pain intensity through the visual analogue scale(VAS), and improvements of mobility and rehabilitation through the modified Barthel index(MBI) and Rankin scale(RS), respectively, before and after pain treatment were also assessed. Results : VAS pain scores were significantly improved from 7.7±1.7 to 4.4±2.0 with pain treatment(p<0.05). In accordance with improvement of pain scores, RS and MBI scores were also improved from 2.88±0.95 to 2.13± 1.01 and from 83.0± 16.9 to 94.7±9.5(p<0.05), respectively, with pain treatment(p<0.05). Conclusions : It was suggested that the active pain treatment was contributed to the rehabilitation of CPSP patients, resulting in improvement of quality of life of CPSP patients. Futhermore, East pain treatment in combination with West pain treatment may be useful modality to alleviate CPSP.

        추황배(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Chuhwangbae) 과피로부터 1종의 Sterol과 3종의 배당체 화합물의 단리·동정

        본 연구에서는 배의 유용성 증명을 위한 일환으로 배의 화학성분을 분자수준에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 배 과피 MeOH 추출물을 용매분획하여 얻은 EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성분획을 대상으로 Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, 그리고 ODS colmn chromatography와 HPLC를 이용하여 정제 및 단리하였다. 그 결과, EtOAc-산성 분획과 EtOAc-중성 분획으로부터 각각 2종씩의 화합물을 단리하였다. 단리된 화합물 1-4는 1H- 및 13C-NMR 분석을 통하여 각각 (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (화합물 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone(piceoside, 화합물 2), β-sitosterol (화합물 3), 그리고 β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (화합물 4)로 동정되었다. 단리된 3종의 배당체 화합물(화합물 1, 2, 4)들은 본 연구에 의해 배로부터 처음 동정되었으며, 화합물 3은 추황배로부터 처음 동정되었다. 본 연구결과가 배 함유 성분연구는 물론 배의 기능성 해명 연구에도 추후 중요한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. We isolated and identified antioxidants from acidic and neutral ethyl acetate fractions of the peel of pear (Pyrus pyrifolia N. cv. Chuhwangbae). We isolated 4 compounds from the methanol extract, by using 3 different types of column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, and octadecylsilane) and preparative HPLC. We identified the isolated compounds as (S)-(+)-2-cis-abscisic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (compound 1), 1-[4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]phenyl ethanone (picroside, compound 2), β-sitosterol (compound 3), and β-sitosteryl 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (compound 4) by nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. We are the first to report the identification of compounds 1, 2, and 4 from pear.

        Overlay 기반의 WiBro와 WLAN 이종망 연동을 위한 Vertical 핸드오버 구현 및 성능 측정에 관한 연구

        유비쿼터스 사회를 위한 미래 네트워크는 다양한 이종 무선망이 혼합된 형태가 될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별 무선망의 특징을 최대한 활용하여 1,270,000㎡ 면적의 KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) 대학교 캠퍼스에 IEEE 802.16e/WiBro와 IEEE 802.11/WLAN 를 복합적으로 설치하여 건물외부에서는 WiBro, 건물내부에서는 WLAN으로 자동 스위칭 되는 Vertical 핸드오버 System을 구축하고 이동 성능을 분석하였다. 이종망 통합 과정에서 제조사 및 통신사업자의 사정으로 인하여 Mobile IP를 지원하지 않는 라우터들이 존재하였고, 특히 현재 WiBro에 사용되는 ACR(Access Control Router)은 Mobile IP를 지원하지 않기 때문에 이를 해결하기 위하여 Overlay 기반의 Mobility 기법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제로 대규모 통신망을 구현하고, 이에 대한 성능시험을 시행한 후 handover delay 시간 분석을 통한 현장 적용 가능성 및 개선 필요사항을 도출하였다. 그 결과 이종망간 핸드오버 시간은 평균 2.58초로써 일반 데이터 서비스는 이종망간 연속성이 보장됨을 확인하였고, 음성∙영상과 같은 실시간 서비스는 중간에 지연시간이 발생하나 응용서비스 세션 자체는 유지됨을 확인하였다. The future network is forecast with the fact that the form where the various heterogeneous wireless networks. In this paper we build both IEEE 802.16e/WiBro and IEEE 802.11/WLAN network on the KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) campus(1,270,000m2) as well as established the vertical handover system which supported WLAN in the building and WiBro outside the building. A Mobile IP is considered for the efficient vertical mobility function in IEEE 802.16/WiBro and IEEE 802.11/WLAN environment. However, during the deployment of WiBro, only some of the ACRs(Access Control Router) can support the Mobile IP function. Therefore, WiBro network can not support the mobility function for the mobile node. In this paper, we implement an overlay-based Mobile IP function and measure the performance through a field trial. Moreover, we evaluate the possibility of commercial deployment and suggest areas that need to be improved. The average handover time between WiBro and WLAN was 2.58 seconds. As a result, the user application session maintained but real time applications were delayed during the handover time.

      • 男女 大學生 籠球授業 滿足度에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to examine the contentment for wind surfing class, 62 of male-student and 54 of female-student were paricipated in questionnaire which based on the necessary, contentment, curriculum, facility and teaching method and etc. The results are following like this : For a question asking about the contentment of basket ball class there were significant difference between male and female student. About the question for curriculum of basket ball class there were not significant difference male and female student. On the question about facility it can not find the significant difference between male and female student. In addition female-student and male-student agreed to the question about teaching method. Lastly they were demaneded to write something about improvement. They required to development of facility and incidental facility. Especially female student want to have special program for womens'. Therefore it must be needed to extend the facility, incidental facility and improved curriculum for the better basket ball class.

      • 복합적인 레지스트 패턴 붕괴현장의 역학적 해석

        패턴의 선폭이 100nm이하로 작아짐에 따라 패턴이 부러지고, 휘고, 떨어져 나가는 현상이 발생하는데 이러한 현상을 패턴 붕괴 현상이라고 하며, 반도체 생산과 수율에 많은 영향을 미친다. 패턴 붕괴 현상은 리소그래피 과정 중 현상 후 세척액을 건조하는 과정에서 주로 발생하며 세척액의 표면장력에 의한 모세관 현상이 주된 원인으로 알려져 있다. 패턴 붕괴 현상을 시뮬레이션하기 위하여 패턴이 세척액에 의해서 균일한 압력을 받을 때와 집중 압력을 받을 때의 역학적 모델을 세우기 각각의 모델을 통하여 선폭과 패턴간의 거리에 따른 임계 높이/선폭비 (aspect ratio) 를 계산하여 실제 실험 결과와 일치하는 모델을 선정하였다. 또한 패턴 내부에 생기는 stress 에 의한 부러짐 현상과 패턴 과 레지스트 패턴 하부 층 사이의 접착력 부족으로 발생하는 떨어짐 현상을 해석하였다. High aspect ratio resist patterns with dimensions below 100 nm often bend, break or tear. These phenomena are generically called "resist pattern collapse". Pattern collapse is a very serious problem in fine patterning of less than 100 nm critical dimension (CD), so that it decreases the yield. In order to mechanically analyze this phenomenon and create its simulator, two models have been made and compared. In this paper, various approaches with various analyses are made to understand pattern collapse. Also, the critical aspect ratio for 100 nm node, that determines whether pattern collapse happens or not, can be calculated with these approaches. Finally, tear type caused by insufficiency of adhesion strength between the substrate and the resist is analyzed with a point of view of the surface free energy.

        The purpose of this study is to provide ways of developing sport tourism by Investigating the trends, previous studies and theoretical background of the tourism and economic effects of big sport events, with reference to related previous literature, journals, reports, materials related to sport tourism and survey results published by Korea National Statistical Office. The Following is the conclusion suggested based on results of the study. First, participation by people of the community needs to be promoted. Especially, big sport events require systems that make possible active participation and support by people of the community. Those systems may include means of forming and collecting opinions such as open briefing, public hearings and seminars, organizations for management or consultation whose member include representative of the community, and volunteering service systems as established and strengthened as can be seen in foreign countries. Second, pre-and post evaluation system should be introduced. Like in other events big sport events have their own final and process purposes. The latter is related to the way of forming and managing sport event organizations, while the former is about ultimate results pursued by sport event. The better accomplishment of the final purpose requires understanding how sport event. The better accomplishment of the final purpose requires understanding how sport events incorporate aspects of tourism. The understanding can be made through evaluation effects of sport events before, during and after the events. Third, whether criteria of the purpose accomplishment of sport events are fulfilled can be determined through the financial analysis and economic efficiency evaluation of the events, the investigation of thoughts and attitudes by people of the community, the examination of perceptions and types of tourists and the evaluation of economic effects of those events. These processes need to be performed with consistency before, during and after sport events. Fourth, products of sport tourism need to bo developed continuously. Big sport events may attract a great attention from mass media around the world by using a variety of tourist information strategies including cultual events celebrating the ground-breaking, construction or opening of port stadiums, pam tours inviting foreign reporters and journalists which I turn lead to the production of relevant, appealing special shows, and programs showing real tastes of Korean culture. Supportive events related to Korean traditional musics, dances, martial arts, foods, pure arts and literature should be also provided to raise the atmosphere and images of sport event as well as inform this nation's history and culture. Firth, sport tourism marketing should be strengthened. Generally sports and tourism have been treated separately. But it is mow recognized that the two parts are closely correlated. such correlation between sports and tourism should be more developed. on which relevant marketing business need to be promoted.

      • 벼 멸구에 對한 Carbofuran의 殺蟲效果에 미치는 環境要因의 影響 (Ⅰ) 土性, 有機物, pH.溫度 : Effect of Environmental Factors on the Biological Toxicity of Carbofuran against the Brown Planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens STAL) Ⅰ.Soil Texture, Organic Matters, pH and Temperature

        A study was conducted to determine the effects of environmental factors which were soil texture, organic matter, pH and temperature on the biological toxicity against the brown planthopper BPH, (Nilaparvata lugens STAL) when carbofuran 3% granule was applied in artificial controlled pots. The experimental results are shown as follows; 1.Soil texture did not affect the biological toxicity of carbofuran on the BPH until 7 days after treatment (DAT) of carbofuran 3%G, but thereafter loam type soil showed the higher efficacy than those of sandy loam and clay loam. 2.The lower contents of organic matters in soil, the higher mortality of the BPH. 3.Soil pH did not affect the mortality of the BPH until 4 DAT, but !he lower pH in soils, the higher mortality from 14 DAT. 4.When sprayed with BPMC, MIPC, carbaryl and diazinon, the effects of temperature on the mortality of the BPH showed that the higher temperature, the higher mortality at 1 DAT, but the reverse was the case at 4 DAT. In case of application with carbofuran and diazion granules, the mortality of carbofuran were decreased at 20℃ and that of diazinon at 20-25℃.

      • 철 결핍성빈혈이 혈청 지질 및 렙틴농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigates the changes in serum lipid and leptin of iron deficiency anemia female gymnasts who excessive training and weight control. The mean age of subject was 17.6 years old. Their mean height was 158.4±4.76cm and mean weight 48.7±4.70kg. Mean body fat percent was 21.2±3.01%, and body mass index was 19.5±1.30 kg/m^2. The mean value of energy and iron intake were 1367.2±360.9 kcal(74±38.0% of the Recommended Dietary Allowance) and 7.1±2.7 mg(38.6±15.8% of RDA), The rate of te 3 major nutrition (P : F : C) was 63 : 26 : 11%. It showed that high fat intake rate. The hemtological status showed hemoglobin(2.3±1.0g/dl), Ferritin(46.7±32.l ng/ml), sTfR(2.8±1.4 mg/L) was low, but in a normal range. Mean serum triglyceride concentration and LDL-cholesterol, Atherogenic index was normal rage, but iron deficient group was higher than normal group(P<.05). Mean Insuin concentration was significantly lower than normal group(P<.05).
