Physical properties of waterborne soft feel coatings for instrument panel were investigated. Soft feel coatings give warm and velvet touch for cold and hard plastic materials. Waterborne soft feel coating is composed with two parts. Part A contains polyester polyurethane dispersion (PE-PUD), OH-functional water dispersible polyurethane resin (PC-PUD) and OH-functional water dispersible alkyd resin (OH-PA). Part B contains hydrophilic hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HHDI). Soft feeling of coated panel was related with the amounts of PC-PUD and OH-PA. The physical properties of coated panel could be controlled by the NCO/OH ratio from Part A and Part B. Soft feeling was enhanced with relevant to PE-PUD content but the content of PE-PUD was limited because of weakening of coated film strength. For excellent touch and good property, the optimum composition of soft feel coat was PC-PUD(30%) and PE-PUD(20%). The results from all reliability tests satisfied soft feeling, scratch, chemical resistance and fogging.

폐콘크리트의 순환자원화 과정에서 발생되는 슬러지의 활용 방안을 찾기 위하여, 기본특성 분석과 고알칼리 상등수의 pH 중화실험을 수행하였다. 슬러지의 평균입도(d50)는 $42.4{\mu}m$이며, -$45{\mu}m$ (-325 mesh) 크기의 미립자가 전체 슬러지 질량의 60% 이상을 차지한다. 미립자의 주요광물은 백운모와 탄산염광물이었으며, 미립으로 갈수록 탄산염 광물의 비율이 늘어났다. 또한 미립으로 갈수록 중금속의 함량이 증가했는데, 토양오염 우려기준의 2지역 기준값 보다는 낮았다. 고액분리를 위한 응집제의 사용은 기존 공정에서 과량의 응집제를 사용하고 있어서 별다른 효과를 관찰할 수 없었다. 슬러지 pH (약 12)가 높기 때문에 산 첨가에 의한 중화효과가 미미하였지만, 슬러지가 포함하고 있는 높은 농도의 Ca이온으로 인해 $CO_2$ 가스를 주입하는 방법으로 8.5 미만으로 중화가 가능하였다. 또한 침전물에 대한 XRD 분석 결과는 고순도의 $CaCO_3$로 회수될 수 있음을 보여주었다. The characteristics analysis and pH neutralization test were carried out to use of slurry generated from recycling processes of construction wastes. D (5.0) of raw sludge was $42.4{\mu}m$ and over 60 % of sludge distribute under 45 um (-325 mesh). Muscovite and carbonate minerals were main minerals of fine particles, and the portion of carbonate minerals increased as particle size decreased. Although the more heavy metals were observed in the finer particle size, the contents was found to be less than Korean contaminated soil regulation (area 2). The effects of flocculants addition for accelerating solid-liquid separation were negligible because the slurry already contains excess of coagulant added in the waste concrete recycling process. It was difficult to neutralize the sludge supernatant due to high pH (about 12) by adding acids, but the introduction of $CO_2$ decreased the pH to 8.5, The precipitate recovered during $CO_2$ introduction was determined to be $CaCO_3$ with XRD, and it indicates that high pure $CaCO_3$ could be obtained during the process.

The finite element modeling of a ship for hull structural analysis on the basis of new harmonized common structural rules (CSR-H) is to be extended to the cargo holds in fore and after body of a ship. Unlike the parallel middle-body where the external and internal features of hull are equal along to the longitudinal direction of a ship, in fore and after body, the external and internal features of hull vary linearly or even irregularly in forms of a surface or a curve along to the longitudinal direction of a ship. Thus, it needs lots of design man-hours for the modeling for structural analysis. In order to save man-hours in initial structural design phase of a ship, the specified 3D CAD system has been adopted in shipbuilding industry. Through the interface between CAD and CAE (rule scantling and direct strength assessment), design man-hour in initial design phase can be saved even under the environment of CSR-H.
국내 허가된 유전자재조합의약품 품질시험에 사용되는 전하변이체 분석법 조사연구

Analysis on approval documents of recombinant DNA-derived biopharmaceuticals (172 items) marketed in Korea showed as followed. First of all, antibody drugs are about 37% among the biopharmaceuticals and most of antibodies as a major ingredient (about 92%) are humanized or human type. Second, charge variant assays using in quality (purity) test are distinctly different between antibody drugs and non-antibody drugs. The former prefer CEX and cIEF, the latter IEF and CZE. The preference difference may be related to size and complexity of target molecules. Third, the result of analysis on usage of 4 assays (CEX, CZE, IEF, and cIEF) in accordance with approval period indicated that cIEF usage got increased since 2010 and was about 50% after 2015. And finally, acceptance criteria of charge variant assays showed a few distinguished patterns independent of drug products. In the light of these facts, whether or not to establish a charge variant method and acceptance criteria as a quality test, and which method to use may depend on the characteristics of the product and analysis conditions of other manufacturers. In particular, in biopharmaceuticals that contain polymer proteins as the main component, such as antibodies, charge variant analysis is important, and the use of modern analytical methods such as the icIEF method is expected to increase.
미용사의 여가활동 인지 유형에 따른 근무형태와 여가실태

This study aims to present more efficient ways of leisure activities of hairdressers, to find out the type of work and leisure status according to the cognitive type of leisure activities of hairdressers. The survey was carried out for 235 questionnaires from hairdressers working in Seoul Province and analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 statistical program. Results are as follows: First, as the search result of demographic characteristics of research subjects, the most of them are unmarried women in their twenties with average monthly income of less than 1 million won (about $1,000) and academic background in or of junior college. Second, as the search result of research subjects' type of work, they were employees who work for hair salons more than a medium-sized with more than 6 staffs, working for 10 to 12 hours, the average day off holidays in a month were four the most. Third, as the search result of research subjects' level of cognitive of leisure activities, three factors have been identified for mentally stable, self-development and knowledge expansion. Fourth, as the search result of research subjects' cognitive type of leisure activities, they were classified into three groups: indifferents, self-development and emotional stability. Fifth, as the search result of research subjects' difference of type of work with the cognitive type of leisure activities, the results showed a significant difference in the average monthly income. Sixth, as the search result of research subjects' difference of leisure status with the cognitive type of leisure activities. According to the results of study, the cognitive type of leisure activities are as follows: First, induce the participation of indifferents to the leisure education program. Second, let the group of self-development have a chance to get some physical and mental rest with leisure. Third, let the group of emotional stability have a chance to utilize the opportunity of acquiring knowledge and education to promote the development of their own with leisure. Through this way, wishing all hairdressers enjoy a rewarding and efficient leisure for their better quality of life.
