        This paper presents model reduction method of multivariable systems using orthogonal transformation based on dominant pole retention method in time domain. The reduced model which is designed by presented method preserves stability if the original system is stable and computational advantages are obtained through the use of orthogonal functions.

        This study, to examine the interrelation between the physique physical fitness and the game records by identifying ideal physical state, measured physique and fitness of weight lifters. It was also proposed for this date to help select middle school players. The results were as follows; 1) The interrelation between the physiqueㆍfitness of middle school students and the game records. (1) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the physique and the snatch records, there were statistically meaningful interrelation in the sitting height, the left right arm, the left right calf, the left right leg, the breast, the waist, and the hips. (2) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the fitness and the snatch records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the left right grasping power, the Back muscular strength, the vertical jump, the standing long jump, and the truck extensor. (3) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the physique and the clean and jerk records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the sitting height, the left right upper arms, the left right leg, the left right calf, the breast, the waist, and the hips. (4) Seeing the degree of interrelation of fitness and the clean and jerk records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the left grasping power, the Back muscular strength, the standing long jumo, and the truck extensor. 2) The interrelation between the physiqueㆍfitness of high school students and the game records (1) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the physique and the snatch records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the sitting height, the left right upper arms, the left right leg, the right calf, the breast, and the hips. (2) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the fitness and the snatch records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the left right grasping power, the vertical jump, and standing long jump. (3) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the physique and the clean and jerk records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the sitting height, the left right upper arms, the left right leg, the right calf, and the gips. (2) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the fitness and the snatch records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the left right grasping power, the side step, and the Berpee test. (3) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the physique and the clean and jerk records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the sitting height, the left right upper arms, the left right leg, the right calf, the breast, the waist and the hips. (2) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the fitness and the snatch records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the left right grasping power, the Back muscular strength, the vertical jump, and standing long jump the truck extensor, the trunk flexor, and the side step. (3) Seeing the degree of interrelation of the physique and the clean and jerk records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the sitting height, the left right upper arms, the left right leg, the right calf, the breast, the waist and the hips. (4) Seeing the degree of interrelation of interrelation of the fitness and the clean and jerk records, there were statistically meaningful interrelations in the left right grasping power, the vertical jump, and the standing long jump the turck extensor, the trunk flexor, and the side step.

      • 변압기 보호를 위한 월쉬 필터의 설계

        This paper deals with digital filter designed via Walsh function. The proposed method proves the relation between Walsh and Fourier coefficients from the sinusoidal characteristics of Walsh function. Then using the above method, we could find the fundamental wave and desired harmonics simply and quickly.

      • DNA 수준에서의 형별법 확립이 시급한 HLA-Cw

        조혈모세포 이식시 HLA 대립유전자 형벌이 갖는 중요성은 주지의 사실이고, 최근에는 타인간 조혈모세포이식이 활발히 진행되고 있어 더욱 정확한 HLA 대립유전자 형벌이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 HLA-Cw 항원은 자연살해세포와 상호 작용할 뿐만 아니라, HLA -A,B 항원과 마찬가지로 항원성 펩타이드를 세포용해성 T 림프구에 제시하여 면역 반응에 관여하고, 한가지 항원만이 검출되는 비율이 약50%나 되므로, HLA-Cw 대립유전자 형별은 필수적이라 하겠다. 그러나 HLA-Cw 항원은 HLA-A,B 항원과 비교하여 10%정도가 세포 표면에 표현되므로, 동종항체 형성률이 낮아 35종류 이상의 대립유전자가 존재하여도, 8종류 (Cw1-8) 의 표현형에 대한 항체만이 사용되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에 의하면 한국인에 존재하나 혈청학적인 방법으로 검출할 수 없었던 대립유전자가 약 20%에 달하고, 50%이상의 출현빈도를 보이는 Cw3 대립 유전자는 서로 다른 아형을 갖고 있다. 다시 말해, 현재의 HLA-Cw 대립유전자 형별법은 위음성률이 높고 부정확하므로 면역세포인 조혈모세포의 이식성공률을 놓이기 위해서는 DNA 수준에서의 형별법이 시급히 요청된다. In hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HPSCT), the identification of HLA allele is very important. Recently, the unrelated hemopoietic stem cell transplantation (UHPSCT) is briskly progressed, and more accurate identification of HLA allele is required. By means of conventional serology, HLA-Cw cannot be phenotyped precisely. And in approximately 50% of the case, only one HLA-Cw molecule can be determined, so the accurate identification is very indispensible in HLA-Cw alleles. Especially, HLA-Cw molecules are interacted with class I receptors expressed on natural kill cells. Like HLA-A and -B, HLA-Cw molecules can present the fragmented antigens to cytotoxic T lymphocytes, which can be participated in immune response Therefore, the typing of HLA-Cw allele is indispensable in immune response. But HLA-Cw molecules are expressed to a low molecules (10%) compared to HLA-A, -B antigens. Although over 35 types of HLA-Cw allele are present, only 8 types (Cw1-Cw8) of HLA-Cw antibody have been used because evaluated rates of alloantibody are low. In this study, with the ARMs-PCR method, we identify 18 HLA-Cw alleles and over 20% of HLA-Cw alleles have not been identified by serology in normal Koreans (n=241). The most frequent HLA-Cw allele is HLA-Cw*03 which consists of different subtypes. And among them two subtypes, Cw*0303 and Cw*0304, comprise more than 50%. In conclusion, the conventional serology method may not detect an additional allele or may determine the allele incorrectly. It is suggested that DNA-based method is an urgently required step to increase the success rate of hemopoietic stem cell transplantation.

      • 축소 플랜트를 이용한 PID 제어기 설계

        In this paper, a simple method is developed for desiging a single loop PID contriller using a computer oriented algebraic approach which is based on general polynomial. Specifically, the proposed PID controller can approximately achieve an arbitrarily specified closed-loop response, which satisfies time domain specifications such as rising time, overshoot and settling time. The design technique is straightforward, and the paramaters of the PID controller are determined by solving a set of linear equations using the least squares method. It does not involve any trial and error proceduer, hence the difficulty of the conventional approach can be avoided.

      • 블럭펄스 變換에 의한 大規模시스템의 파라미터 推定에 관한 硏究

        This paper presents a method of parameter estimation of large scale systems via block pulse transformation(BPT). Concerned with this problems, MAP (Maximum a posterior) measurement functions are used for converting parameter estimation problems to optimal control problems. And hierarchical control theories are also used for obtaining low order tow point boundary value problem(TPBVP) solutions. Due to forward and backward integral operational matrix of BPT, we simply obtain TPBVP solutions, estimated values of unknown parameter in large scale systems, from algebra equations.

      • Walsh함수 단일항전개에 의한 대규모 시스템의 비집중형 최적제어

        This paper presents a method of decentralized optimal control for time invariant large scale systems via Single Term Walsh Series. In coordinator of decentralized optimal control, the interaction prediction principle approach of Takahara is used as the vehicle for large scale system. The main reason for this is that the prediction method require very little second-level calculation. In the subsystems of that, it is well known that the optimal control of a large scale system with quadratic performance criteria often involves the determination of time varying feedback gain matrix by solving the matrix Riccati differential equation, which is usually quite difficult. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, this paper is introduced to Single Term Walsh Series. The advantages of proposed method are simple and attractive for the control of large scale system in computation.

      • 드릴링 작업중의 切削速度制御에 관한 연구

        드릴링 작업주의 제어변수와 제한조건들 사이의 수학적 모델을 결정하였고 절삭속도를 제어변수로 선정하였다. 기존의 범용 드릴링 머시인을 속도 가변모우터, 드릴동력계 및 μ-computer를 이용하여 작업중 절삭속도제어가 가능한 시스템으로 변환하였다. 완성된 작업중 절삭속도 제어계에 대해 절삭실험을 실시한 결과, 공절삭시간 및 실절삭시간이 상당히 줄어들어, 드릴링 절삭공정의 효율성 향상이 입증되었으며 기계도 안전영역에서 사용할 수 있었다. In order to improve the efficiency of drilling process, the mathematical model of drilling process is established and conventional upright type drilling machine has been modified as an on-line cutting velocity control system with μ-computer. The machining tests show that the system is very efficient in reducing air cutting time and metal cutting time, and is reliable in several operating conditions.

      • FEM에 의한 Al07075/CFRP 적층재의 탄성계수 해석

        As for the properties on both the aluminum and the CFRP which are used to make A17075/CERP multi-layered hybrid composites, CRALL(carbon reinforced aluminum laminate). For CRALL specimen, FEM analysis is compared with experimental results. It is shown that the rule of mixture is well agreed with experiment result in A/C 0001 layered 1 ply. However, differences are conceivable in A/C 0003 and A/C and A/C 0005 because of the effect of fiber volume fraction. In the A/C 0001 specimen case, the elastic modulus of the unnotched and circular notched CRALL specimen by FEM analysis are agreed with the experimental results, but that of A/C 0003 and A/C 0005 specimens had high CFRP volume fraction doesn't agree with experimental results.

      • 상태천이 행렬의 계층적 접근방법에 의한 대규모 시스템의 최적제어

        This paper presents the modified hierarchical approach which decomposes the state transition matrix into several sub-equations for the optimal control of the large-scale systems instead of decomposing systems directly. The proposed algorithm takes the solutions of the low order matrix differential equation. The algorithm utilizes the modified interaction prediction principle in the upper level and the single term Walsh function in the low level respectively. The employed algorithm whose rationality is checked in the simulation takes a simple form in comparison with the conventional hierarchical optimal control methods.
