        대학 태권도선수의 자기리더십이 자기관리에 미치는 영향

        This study is to clarify impact of university Taekwondo players" self-leaderships on self management and recognize the difference between Poomsae Player and Gyerugi Player, providing fundamental data in order to improve their competition for games. The results were as follows; First, difference of leadership between Poomsae Player s and Gyerugi Players appears significant difference in terms of setting goals, self-strengthening, and self-expectation. In addition, difference of between both players self-management showed significant differences in terms of people management and physical management. Second, the impact of self-leadership on mental management which is sub-factor of self-management is as follows. For Gyerugi players, self-leadership"s setting goals, self-criticism affect mental management significantly. For Poomsae players, self-leadership"s setting goals, self-expectation appear to affect mental management in order. On result of self-leadership on people management which is a sub-factor of self-management, for Poomsae players and Gyerugi players, setting goals both affects people management significantly. On result of self-leadership on physical management, for Poomsae players, self-expectation affects physical body management. For gyerugi players, self-expectation, self-blaming affect physical management. Result of self-leadership"s impact on training management, for Poomsae players setting goals, self-criticism, self-strengthening affect training management.

        스포츠센터 동호인의 자기관리행동이 자기통제력에 미치는 영향

        This research investigates how sports center users’ self-management affects their self-control. This research will provide fundamental data that identify ways to popularize sports centers and contribute to positive community development of sports through individual change. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical data in order to increase program development for self-control and to provide training resulting in positive change to self-management. There are five sports centers between D metropolitan city and G city. We surveyed users who are from these five sports centers. We explained the object of this study to two graduate students, who already had a prior education, and one researcher. Survey subjects carried out the survey by one of the non-probability sampling, the sampling method in an independent location. We gathered data from 569 subjects and utilized SPSS 18.0 program of Windows in order to draw a conclusion with frequency analysis and factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, it shows that the sports center members who displayed good self-management and self-control are statically correlated. Second, it shows that the sports center members who displayed good self-management and its sub factors such as willpower management and life management, intrinsic behavior, and physical management have a positive outcome to self-control of impulsive behavior. Third, it shows that the sports center members who displayed good self-management and its sub factors such as willpower management and life management, intrinsic behavior, and physical management have a positive outcome to self-control of task completion. Fourth, it shows that the sports center members who displayed good self-management and its sub factors such as willpower management and life management, intrinsic behavior, and physical management have a positive outcome to self-control of self-centeredness. Fifth, it shows that the sports center members who displayed good self-management and its sub factors such as willpower management and life management, intrinsic behavior, and physical management have a positive outcome to self-control of negative emotions.and a behavioral commitment, and in a cognitive commitment, a behavioral commitment, a sincerity and an ability, we could verify significant correlations. Third, It proved that player s concentration is influenced by a behavioral pattern of training and instruction, a democratic behavioral pattern, and an authoritative behavioral pattern, which are the sub-factors of leaders leadership. This conclusion shows that a leader s leadership and confidence are very crucial factors when it comes to takwondo players concentrating on the game and maintaining their best game handling ability in the competition. Therefore, there is a need for developing various programs and applying them with taking interest in and caring for takwondo players.

        The Effect of Self-Efficacy of Those in Their 30s and 40s for Public Value on the Appearance Management Behaviors

        Purpose: Women in their 30s and 40s are most active in terms of their professional life, and it may be said that the public value of social activities is quite large. Self-efficacy for the public value influences interpersonal rela-tionships in professional life and is also an important factor manifested through the appearance management behaviors. The purpose of this study is to examine and understand the effect of self-efficacy on the appearance management behaviors for the women in their 30s and 40s. Method: In this study, a total of 577 copies were used for the final statistical analysis data. For the question-naire’s questions for the development of the scale of this study, a survey method was used for the women in their 30s and 40s for an empirical study. Self-efficacy was used as three factors of physical self-efficacy, social self-efficacy, and task difficulty preference, and appearance management behavior was used as five factors of cosmet-ic management, skin care, weight management, hair care, and clothing management. Results: First, among the sub-factors of self-efficacy among the women in their 30s and 40s, and as for the physical self-efficacy and social self-efficacy, it turned out that there was a significant negative (-) correlation concerning skin care , hair care and clothing care among the appearance management behaviors. Among the sub-factors of self-efficacy, and as for the preference for the level of task related difficulty, it turned out that there is a significant positive (+) correlation concerning plastic management and weight management among the appearance management behaviors. Second, as for the effect of self-efficacy on weight control among the appearance management behaviors, so-cial self-efficacy and the preference for the level of task-related difficulty turned out to have statistically significant effects. Among the appearance management behaviors, and as for clothing management, it turned out that there was a statistically significant effect for physical self-efficacy, social self-efficacy and the preference for the level of task related difficulty. The rest of the factors did not turn out to be significant. Conclusion: As the women s social activities have increased, the public value socially speaking has increasingly grown, and it is considered that it is very important for women to take care of their appearance Therefore, it is expected that this study will examine women s self-efficacy and well understand women s interest, so that they can be well-activated in the marketing of the beauty market and the fashion market.

        레슬링 선수의 자기관리가 집단 응집력과 선수만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 레슬링 선수의 자기관리가 집단 응집력과 선수만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대한레슬링협회에 등록된 선수 250명을 대상으로 자기관리, 집단 응집력, 선수만족도 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 바탕으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 자기관리와 집단 응집력, 선수만족의 하위요인은 대부분 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기관리의 대인관리, 정신관리는 집단 응집력의 대부분 하위요인에 정적영향을 주었고, 자기관리의 몸관리와 훈련관리는 집단 응집력의 대부분 하위요인에 부적영향을 주었다. 구체적으로는 대인관리가 집단 사회, 개인사회, 개인과제에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 자기관리의 대인관리, 정신관리는 선수만족도 하위요인에 정적영향을 미쳤고, 자기관리의 몸관리와 훈련관리는 선수만족의 하위요인에 부적영향을 미쳤다. 구체적으로는 대인관리가 선수만족도의 전체 요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 정신관리는 과제수행과 상호작용, 훈련관리는 상호작용 요인에통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 집단 응집력은 자기만족에 정적영향을 주었고, 집단 응집력의 집단사회, 개인사회, 개인과제 요인은 선수만족의 과제수행, 상호작용, 지도성 요인 대부분에 통계적 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 레슬링선수의 자기관리가 집단 응집력과자기만족도에 주는 역할을 확인하였고, 개인종목임에도 불구하고 집단 응집력이 선수 만족도에 밀접한 영향을 주고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of wrestler’s self-management on group cohesivenesson and player satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, data were collected through self-management, group cohesion, and player satisfaction questionnaires for athletes registered with the Korean Wrestling Association. The collected data were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0, and the statistical significance level was .05. As a result, first, it was found that most of the sub-factors of self-management, group cohesion, and player satisfaction had a significant correlation. Second, interpersonal management and mental management of self-management had a positive effect on most sub-factors of group cohesion, and body management and training management of self-management had a negative effect on most sub-factors of group cohesion. Specifically, interpersonal management had a statistically significant effect on group society, individual society, and individual tasks. Third Personal management and mental management of self-management had a positive effect on the sub-factors of player satisfaction, and body management and training management of self-management had a negative effect on the sub-factors of player satisfaction. Specifically, interpersonal management had a statistically significant impact on all factors of player satisfaction, mental management had a statistically significant impact on task performance and interaction, and training management had a statistically significant impact on interaction factors. Fourth Group cohesion had a positive effect on self-satisfaction, and group society, individual society, and individual task factors of group cohesion had a statistically significant effect on most of the task performance, interaction, and leadership factors of player satisfaction. In other words, the role of the wrestler's self-management on group cohesion and self-satisfaction was confirmed. If a method that can lead to group cohesion at the same time as self-management is devised and applied to players, it can provide basic data for them to experience a high level of player satisfaction and lead a positive life as a player in the future.

        농구선수들의 자기격려-낙담과 자기관리, 자아존중감, 운동지속의지 간의 인과분석

        본 연구는 남·여 고등학교, 대학교 농구선수들의 자기격려-낙담, 자기관리, 자아존중감, 운동지속 의지 간의 인과관계를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 자기격려-낙담을 외생변인으로 설정하고, 자기관리, 자아존중감을 매개변인으로, 운동지속의지를 내생변인으로 이론모델을 설정하고 이를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 전국 남․여 고등학교, 대학교 농구선수들을 전수조사 하였으며, 자료수집은 자기평가기입법을 통해 총 450부의 표본을 수집하여 387부의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 조사도구는 자기격려-낙담 척도, ASMQ 자기관리 척도, 자아존중감 척도, EAQ 운동지속의지 척도를 사용 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, Cronbach"s a 검사, t-test, 일원변량분산분석과 Scheffe의 사후검증, 상관분석, 중회귀분석, 그리고 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 거쳐 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 농구선수들의 성별, 소속별, 경력별, 팀 역할별, 시작동기별 자기격려-낙담, 자기관리, 자아존중감, 운동지속의지 변인에는 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 자기격려와 자기낙담, 자기낙담과 대인관리, 훈련관리, 몸관리, 긍정적 자아존중감, 부정적 자아존중감, 운동지속의지간에는 부적(-)상관을 나타내고 있으며, 이외의 모든 변수들 간에는 정적(+)상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 자기격려는 대인관리, 훈련관리, 긍정적 자아존중감 요인은 운동지속의지에 영향을 미치며, 자기낙담은 대인관리, 훈련관리, 몸관리, 부정적 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 훈련 관리는 긍정적 자아존중감, 부정적 자아존중감에 영향을 미치며, 몸관리는 부정적 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 부정적 자아존중감은 운동지속의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과는 농구선수들의 자기격려-낙담, 자기관리, 자아존중감, 운동지속의지간에는 인과적 관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀져 운동선수들의 경험이 높을수록 운동지속의지의 수준이 높음을 의미하는 결과라고 할 수 있다. This study was conducted for the purpose of verifying a causal relationship among male · female high school, college basketball players’ self encouragement discouragement, self management, self esteem and intention of exercises adherence. As for the subjects of research, this study conducted a complete enumeration survey targeting male․female high school, college basketball players throughout the nation and for data collection, this study collected total 450 questionnaires through self-report method and used 387 sheets for final analysis. This study obtained following conclusions. First, variables of self-encouragement-discouragement, self-management, self-esteem, intention of exercises adherence differed significantly by basketball players’ gender, team they are belonging, career, one’s role in team, motive of start. Second, this study found that self-encouragement and self-discouragement, self-discouragement and interpersonal management, training management, body management, positive self-esteem, negative self-esteem and intention of exercises adherence are showing a negative(-) correlation, and a positive(+) among all other variables. Third, selfencouragement affects interpersonal management and training management, and positive self-esteem exerts an influence on the intention of exercises adherence, and self-discouragement turned out to have an impact on interpersonal management, training management, body management and negative self-esteem. And training management affects positive self-esteem and negative self-esteem, and body management was revealed to have an impact on negative self-esteem. Lastly, negative self-esteem turned out to have an influence on the intention of exercises adherence.

        노인 당뇨병환자의 자기관리 실태 및 방해요인

        Background: Diabetes has a critical effect on elderly diabetic patients’ quality of life. Elderly diabetic patients have many difficulties in diabetes self-management because their physical, psychological and social functions are decreased as a result of the aging process. Therefore, we evaluated the current status of self-management and barriers in elderly diabetic patients Methods: The sample was 124 elderly diabetic patients(over 61 years) who visited a hospital and two senior welfare centers in Seoul from July to August 2006. The results of the study were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, T-test, and hierarchical regression. Results: 1) Diabetes self-management was composed of insulin injection, diet, exercise, foot management, smoking and drinking alcohol. An average score of self-management in the elderly diabetic patients was 4.5784. In demographic variables, only job status showed a significant effect on self-management. 2) Barriers such as 'forgetting taking diet and medication', 'being interrupted by others', and 'lack of family and social support' were significant factors in diabetes self-management. 3) These barriers for diabetes self-management were still significant in the case of controlling demographic and clinical variables. Conclusion: Diabetic educator should identify the significant factors that affect patient's self-management such as whether they have a full-time job, or the type of their job. In addition, diabetes education should focus on assertiveness training to deal with various interpersonal barriers and empowerment for enhancing patient's self-efficacy.         양궁선수들의 자기관리와 자신감과의 관계

        본 연구는 양궁선수들의 성별과 소속팀, 그리고 수행수준에 따라서 자기관리와 자신감과의 차이가 있는지, 자기관리가 자신감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 제25회 대통령기 전국 남녀 양궁선수권대회에 참가한 고등학교, 대학교, 실업팀에 소속된 선수들이다. 자기관리는 운동선수 자기관리행동 설문지 그리고 자신감은 한국형스포츠자신감 설문지를 사용하여 t-검증, 일원변량분석, 그리고 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 성별에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 차이가 없었으며, 소속팀에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 자기관리의 하위요인인 정신관리, 자신감의 하위요인인 사회적지지, 코치의 지도력, 신체적/정신적, 준비에서 차이가 나타났다. 실업팀 선수들이 자기관리 및 자신감이 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었으며, 수행수준에 따른 자기관리 및 자신감은 자기관리의 하위요인인 훈련관리, 정신관리, 자신감의 하위요인인 사회적지지, 코치지도력, 신체적/정신적 준비에서 차이가 나타났다. 또한 우수선수들이 자기관리 및 자신감이 뛰어난 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 자기관리가 자신감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 능력입증과 사회적지지는 훈련관리, 대인관리가 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 코치지도력은 정신관리, 몸관리가 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 신체적/정신적준비는 훈련관리, 정신관리가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between archers` self-management and self-confidence according to the gender, belonging team and to verify the effects of self-management on their confidence. Subjects were selected among, the archers, who had participated in the 25th Presidential Men`s and Women`s National Archery Championship Tournament from high schools, universities and amateur archery teams. The questionnaires for sport man`s self management and confidence were used. Such statistical methods ad t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis by stages were done. According to the results, by gender, there was no significant difference in self-management and confidence. By belonging team, self-management showed difference in mental management, a subordinate factor of self-management, and confidence showed difference in public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental status, subordinate factors of confidence. Especially, it was learned that amateurs showed good in self-management and confidence. By performance level, self-management showed difference on training, management and mental management, subordinate factors of self-management, and confidence showed difference in public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental status, subordinate factors of confidence. In particular, it was learned that the best archers showed good in self-management and confidence. In conclusion, reviewing the influence of self-management on self-confidence, competency recognition and public encouragement were influenced by training management and human relations management. Coach leadership was influenced by mental and physical management and physical/mental status were influenced by training management and mental management.

        제주대학교 학생들의 자기관리역량 인식 분석

        This study is aimed to analyze the awareness of students' self-management competencies and the students' satisfaction with the class about 'self-management and future preparation' which is developed and operated by Jeju National University from 2011 to 2014. Through this study, the subjects' self-management competencies and its sub-skills of awareness and satisfaction of the students by demographic variables were as follows. First, based on recognition by college, the average of professionalism of Social science college and natural sciences college is higher than other college, and by grade awareness, the average of self-management competencies and all sub-skills of senior was higher than the average of the other grades and was statistically significant. The self-management competencies of male students and the average of emotional self-control skills are higher than girls' students by gender awareness, and the emotional self-control skills of students who have not experienced military service in awareness according to whether or not military service is performed. The average was higher than the other students and was statistically significant. Second, by satisfaction among the instructor, class contents, class utilization, and class management, the instructor' passion was high in the field of instructors. The classroom environment was high in class contents, the listening was high in class utilization, and the team composition was high in class management in 'self-management and future preparation'. As a result of this study, universities that want to manage classes related to self-management competencies will be able to refer to the design and operation of class by grade and major in connection with the results of students' core competencies diagnosis. In addition, it should be noted that the students' ability to satisfy the lecture may be a factor in the class management such as the ability of instructor, lecture room environment, listening, and action learning method. This study is meaningful to study about the result of running a class of self-management competencies education introduced when it leads to the curriculum of the university. As a basic research of the core competencies-based university curriculum, it will be possible to refer to universities that intend to introduce self-management competencies into the curriculum in the future, and it will become basic data in the follow-up study of self-management competencies classes is there. 이 연구는 2011년부터 2014년까지 제주대학교가 개발하고 운영한 대학생의 자기관리역량 향상 교양수업인 ‘자기관리와 미래준비’ 에 대해 재학생들의 자기관리역량에 대한 인식을 조사하고 ‘자기관리와 미래준비’ 교양수업을 경험한 학생들의 수업만족도를 분석하였다. 이 연구를 통해 조사대상자의 인구통계학적인 변인별 수강생들의 자기관리역량 및 하위영역에 대한 인식과 수업만족도는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단과대학별 인식에서 사화과학대학과 자연과학대학생들의 직업의식의 평균이 다른 단과대학에 비해 높았고, 학년별 인식에서 4학년의 자기관리역량 및 모든 하위영역의 평균이 다른 학년의 평균보다 높았고, 통계적으로 유의 하였다. 성별 인식에서 남학생의 자기관리역량과 정서적 자기조절의 평균이 여학생에 비해 높았고, 군복무 여부에 따른 인식에서 군복무를 경험하지 않은 학생의 정서적 자기조절 능력의 평균이 다른 학생에 비해 높았고, 통계적으로 유의 하였다. 둘째, ‘자기관리와 미래준비’ 교양수업 수강생들을 대상으로 교수자, 수업내용, 수업활용, 수업운영에 대한 만족도는 교수자 영역에서 교수자의 열정이 높았고, 수업내용에서 강의실 환경이 높았고, 수업활용에서 경청이 높았고, 수업운영에서 팀 구성이 높았다. 이 연구 결과, 자기관리역량 관련한 수업을 운영하려는 대학들이 학생들의 핵심역량진단 결과와 연계하여 학년별 및 전공별 수업 설계와 운영에 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 수업 운영에 있어 교수자 능력, 강의실 환경, 경청, 액션러닝 강의방식 등 수강생들이 강의 만족 요인으로 작용될 수 있다는 것을 참고해야 할 것이다. 이 연구는 대학교육과정에 선도적으로 도입한 자기관리역량 교양수업을 운영한 결과에 대한 연구라는 데 의의가 있다. 핵심역량 기반 대학교육과정에 대한 기초연구로서 앞으로 자기관리역량을 교육과정에 도입하려는 대학교에 참고할 수 있으며 자기관리역량 교양수업 후속연구에 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

        자율관리어업공동체의 지위와 역할에 관한 연구: 법적 관점에서의 논의

        본 연구는 공유자원의 자치관리에 있어서 핵심적인 역할을 하는 어업인 자치조직이 이전에 관리를 위해 규제자 역할을 하였던 정부와 유사한 지위에 있는지, 그 역할은 어떠한지를 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해서 자치조직인 자율관리어업공동체가 갯벌의 관리권과 사용권의 주체인지에 대한 분석을 선행하고, 관련된 실정 법률을 분석하였다. 공물관리권과 공물사용권의 주체로서 자율관리어업공동체의 지위를 검토한 결과 공물사용의 특허사용으로 공물사용권의 주체가 될 수 있지만, 공물관리권의 주체가 가능한지는 개별 법률을 통해 관리권한의 위임 여부를 판단해야 했다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 자율관리어업공동체 내에서 필요한 관리권한은 부여받았으나, 공동체 간 관계에서 필요한 관리권한은 제한적으로 갖고 있었다. 그렇기 때문에 공동체간 마찰의 경우 여전히 정부가 조정자로서 자리매김하고 있는데, 이 점은 바로 자율관리어업 정책의 한계이면서 한국의 공유자원 자치관리의 특징적인 모습이다. 공유자원 자치관리제도의 안정성과 견고성을 높이기 위해 자율관리어업 정책의 법적, 제도적 보완이 필요하며, 이를 통해 정부주도 자치관리의 가능성을 보여주는 한국형 모델을 세워가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to determine whether self-governing organizations composed of fishermen with a key role in the management of common-pool resources might play a similar role in government previously served as regulator. First, for legal status of Self-Management Fishery Community, tidal flat management rights and usage rights were analyzed. Related real estate laws were then analyzed. After examining the legal status of Self-Management Fishery Community regarding public property management rights and public property usage rights, patent use of public property was the subject of public property usage right. On the other hand, the delegation of management authority should be judged through individual laws to determine whether the subject of public property management was possible. As a result of the analysis, the required management authority was granted within the Self-Management Fishery Community. However, necessary management authority was limited in inter-community relations. Therefore, in case of friction between communities, the government is positioned as a coordinator. This is the limit of Self-Management Fishery policy. It is a characteristic feature of Korea's common-pool self-governing. To improve the stability and robustness of self-governing institution, legal and institutional complement of Self-Management Fishery policy is needed. This can lead to the establishment of a Korean model that shows possible government-led self-governing.

        레슬링선수의 성취목표지향성, 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 관계

        본 연구는 레슬링선수들의 입상유무와 소속팀 그리고 선수경력에 따라서 성취목표지향성과 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 차이를 밝히며, 성취목표지향성과 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 관계를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 제26회 회장기전국레슬링대회에 참가한 실업팀, 대학교, 고등학교에 소속된 409명의 남자선수이다. 조사도구는 성취목표지향성 질문지(TEOSQ), 운동선수자기관리 질문지(ASMO), 스포츠자신감 질문지(SSCQ)를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 통계방법은 기술통계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 일원 다 변인분석, 단일적 분산분석, 상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 성취목표지향성에서 입상경험이 있는 선수, 실업팀, 선수경력이 많은 선수가 과제지향성 점수가 높게 나타났다. 자기관리에서 입상경험이 있는 선수가 대인관리, 정신관리 그리고 훈련관리의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 실업팀이 그리고 선수경력이 많은 선수가 몸관리, 대인관리, 정신관리 그리고 훈련과리의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 스포츠자신감에서 입상경험이 있는 선수가 신체/정신적 준비의 자신감 점수가 높게 나타났다. 실업팀이 능력입증, 사회적지지, 코치지도력 그리고 신체/정신적 준비의 자신감 점수가 높게 나타났으며, 선수경력이 많은 선수가 코치지도력, 신체/정신적 준비의 자신감 점수가 높게 나타났다. 성취목표지향성, 자기관리 및 스포츠자신감의 관계에 있어서 과제지향성이 자기관리의 하위요인 대인관리, 훈련관리, 몸관리 그리고 정신관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 과제지향성과 자아지향성 모두 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기관리의 훈련관리, 대인관리, 몸관리는 능력입증과 사회적지지를, 몸관리와 대인관리는 코치지도력을 대인관리, 몸관리, 정신관리 그리고 훈련관리는 신체/ 정신적 준비의 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among amateur wrestlers` achievement goal orientation, self-management and sport self-confidence according to the performance level, belonging team and career and to verify the effects of achievement goal orientation, self-management on their sport self-confidence. Subjects were selected among the amateur wrestlers, who had participated in the 26th Presidential National Wrestling Tournament from highschool, university and amateur Wrestling team. Using TEOSQ, ASMO and SSCQ, multivariate analysis were performed 409 men participants. The results of analysis are follows; In achievement goal orientation, there was no significant difference in task orientation by performance level, team and career. Higher performance level, amateur and higher career wrestler showed good in task orientation. In self-management, higher performance level wrestler showed good in interpersonal relationship management, mental management, training management, a subordinate factor of self-management, amateur and higher career wrestler showed good in physical conditioning, interpersonal relationship, mental and training management, a subordinate factor of self-management. In sport self- confidence, higher performance level wrestler showed good in physical/mental readiness, a subordinate factor of self-confidence. Amateur wrestler showed good in competency recognition, public encouragement, coach leadership and physical/mental readiness. Higher career wrestler showed good in coach leadership and physical/mental readiness, a subordinate factor of self-confidence. Wrestlers sport self- confidence was influenced by achievement goal orientation(task, ego) and self-management, and self-management was influenced by task goal orientation. This study suggests a way how wrestlers` achievement goal orientation and self-management can enhance their sport self-confidence.
