        RESTful SOAP 기반 전표 데이터 처리 시스템 설계 및 구현

        In this paper, we propose a design methodology of RESTful SOAP-based web services which try to solve extensibility problem of SOAP-based Web service by adopting REST concept into SOAP. And, we apply the proposed RESTful SOAP-based web services design methodology in constructing slip data processing web services, compare it with simple SOAP-based slip data web services, and try to propose a model for building Web Services in the future. REST is a model about architecture type of web distributed computing , the biggest distributed application in the world. In REST, identification of resources are made by URI, states(resources) are represented by document described by XML and transferred through HTTP. Our proposed RESTful SOAP-based web services are expected to contribute to constructing useful world wide web services which are essential in building E-Commerce society. 본 논문에서는 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)기반 웹 서비스의 문제점인 확장성을 REST(REpresentational State Transfer)모델을 이용하여 해결한 RESTful SOAP 기반 웹 서비스 방식을 제안한다. 또한 웹 서비스 응용으로 전표 데이터 처리에 대한 웹 서비스를 SOAP 및 RESTful SOAP 방식으로 구현하여 서로의 장단점을 비교하고, 추후 웹 서비스 구축에 하나의 프로토타입으로 제시한다. REST는 분산 컴퓨팅 모델이며, 세계에서 가장 큰 분산 응용인 웹에서 사용하고 있는 웹 구조 스타일 모델이다. REST에서 리소스의 식별은 URI로, 상태는 상태가 표시된 문서(리소스)로써 HTTP를 통해 전달된다. 리소스의 내용은 XML로 기술하며, 리소스 탐색 및 참조에는 HTTP의 표준 메소드인 GET, PUT, POST, DELETE 등만을 이용하는 것으로 분산컴퓨팅을 모델링하고 있다. 본 논문의 결과는 전자 상거래 시스템 구축의 주요 플랫폼인 웹 서비스의 효율적인 개발에 기여할 것으로 전망된다.

        주휴일 제도에 관한 국제노동기준과 한국법의 비교법적 검토

        The purpose of this article is to examine the international labor standards regarding weekly rest and to suggest improvement tasks through comparison with Korean law. The basic principles of weekly rest that can be derived from international labor standards are universality of weekly rest, regularity, continuity and uniformity of at least 24 hours of weekly rest during a period of seven days, coincidence with the days established by tradition or custom, consideration for religious minorities, restrictions on work during weekly rest, and granting compensatory rest in all cases of authorized exemption from the basic 24-hour weekly rest rule. According to the Labor Standards Act, the characteristics of Korea's weekly holiday system are as follows. The categories of workers excluded from the application of weekly holidays are relatively broad. Paid weekly rest of at least one day is granted on condition that you have been to work on all the days you are scheduled to work during the week. Weekly rest day is not specified by law, and companies can voluntarily decide on weekly holidays. There is no stipulation as to whether working during weekly rest is permitted or whether compensatory rest should be granted in case of working during weekly rest. The tasks to improve the weekly holiday system under the Labor Standards Act are as follows. First, in order to establish the universality of weekly holidays, the scope of workers excluded from the application of the weekly rest system should be reduced, and the current regulation of “one day or more on average per week” should be changed to “at least one day every week' to better conform to the regularity of weekly rest. Second, in order to meet the request for the uniformity of weekly rest and conformity with traditional and customary rest days, it should be forced to stipulate a weekly rest day in the workplace rules, and if no specific day is stipulated, the day of weekly rest shall be regarded as Sunday, but exceptions shall be allowed for religious minorities. Third, work during weekly rest should be permitted as a condition of granting an compensatory rest within an appropriate period in special cases where it is always or temporarily unavoidable. In this case, the right of workers to refuse to work during weekly rest and to choose a compensatory rest day should be guaranteed. Finally, although unpaid weekly rest helps to promote the improvement of weekly rest system, it should be carefully reviewed in consideration of the history of the paid weekly rest system, the confidence in its system of members of society, and the side effects or adverse effects of unpaid weekly rest system.

      • 뇌기반 3D 가상환경 멀미 경감 솔루션 개발

        실사와 흡사한 현실을 구현할 수 있다는 장점으로 산업, 의료, 및 파일럿의 비행훈련 등에 널리 사용되었던 3D 가상 환경은 3D 영상 미디어의 기술 발달과 함께 이제는 우리 생활 안에 생활 가전 그리고 일상 엔터테인먼트로 자리 잡고있다. 그러나 아직까지 3D 가상환경 부작용인 사이버멀미가 3D영상 미디어 산업 발전에 제약이 되고 있어 사이버멀미 경감 솔루션 개발이 필요하다. 정지좌표계(rest frame)는 가상환경에서 멀미를 유발시키는 vection 효과를 줄이는 효과를 가지고 있다. 그러나 3D 가상환경에서 정지좌표계의 구현 방법과 형태에 따라 가상환경의 몰입감, 현실감, 멀미경감 효과에 영향을 미치므로 3D 가상환경의 몰입감과 현실감을 저하시키지 않고 멀미감을 최소화하는 최적화된 정지좌표계의 형태와 구현변수를 찾는 것은 중요하다. 본 실험에서는 시각적으로 사이버멀미를 유발하는 3D 가상환경을 개발하고 이에 사각터널 형태의 3D 정지좌표계를 개발하였다. 이 효과를 검증하기 위해 10명의 피험자는 rest frame 조건과 non-rest frame 조건에서 각각 3일 간격으로 3D 가상환경을 경험하였으며, 가상환경 노출 시 멀미감에 따른 심박률, 피부전도도, 위장전도, 호흡률 등의 생리적 반응를 측정하고 멀미감을 SSQ(simulator sickness questionnaire)와 자기보고를 이용하여 3D rest-frame의 사이버멀미 경감효과를 검증하였다. 실험결과 정지좌표계의 사용에 따른 SSQ 지수의 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았으며, 4가지 생리적 반응 변화에서도 모두 두 조건간의 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 이 결과는 본 연구에서 사용된 3D-사각터널형 정지좌표계가 real 3D 가상환경에서 유발되는 위장전위멀미 감소를 위한 정지좌표계로 적합하지 않다는 것을 잠정 시사한다. Several studies indicated that a rest frame reduced cybersickness, especially the vection induced sickness, associated with exposure to real 3D virtual environments. The form and the way realizing the rest frame in 3D virtual environments have different effects on immersion, presence and reducing cybersickness. Therefore it is important to find the most effective form and method realizing a rest frame in 3D virtual environments reducing cybersickness while at the same time maintaining presence and immersion. In this study, we realized a 3D rectangular-tunnel rest frame and a real 3D virtual environment inducing cybersickness. For verifying the rest frame's effect of reducing cybersickness, 10 subjects were exposed to both rest and non-rest conditions after an interval of three days after the real 3D virtual environment. We recorded electrogastrogram, skin conductance, heart rate, and respiration during the exposure to 3D virtual environment. SSQ (simulator sickness questionnaire) was used for measuring the intensity of the sickness before and after the exposure. The results showed that the scores of SSQ were not reduced significantly by using the rest frame. All 4 electro-physiological responses were not changed significantly from the baseline period to the exposure of 3D virtual environment in the rest frame condition compared to the non-rest frame condition. The results suggest that 3D rectangular-tunnel rest frame is not an adapted rest frame for reducing cybersickness in real 3D virtual environments.

        관상동맥 질환에서 우회로 수술 전 Tl - 201 휴식 - 24시간 지연 심근 관류 SPECT를 이용한 심근생존능의 평가

        N/A To assess contribution of T1-201 rest-24 hour delay redistribution in detection of viable myocardium, we studied the predictive value of this redistribution in 17 patients who performed rest-24 hour delay perfusion SPECT before bypass surgery. Regional wall motion was compared with gated SPECT in 10 patients and echocardiography in 7 patients before and after bypass surgery. Rest and 24 hour delayed uptakes were scored from 0 (normal perfusion) to 3 (defect). In rest SPECT, 56 segments showed perfusion decrease. Thirty four segments(61%) improved after surgery and were defined as viable. Nineteen(34%) segments had more uptake of T1-201 at 24 hour delay, and the other 37 segments did not. In 81%(25/31) of segments with mildly decreased perfusion, wall motion after bypass surgery improved, 57% (8/14) of segments with severely decreased perfusion improved, and 9%(1/11) of segments with defects improved. In 14 among 19 segments which had more T1-201 uptakes at 24 hour delay, wall motion was improved (positive predictive value of redistribution: 74%). 20 among 37 segments which had persistent decreases in rest-24 hour redistribution improved and 17 did not(negative predictive value: 46%). Segments having severe perfusion decrease or defects showed improved wall motion after surgery in 64%(7/11), if it had redistribution at delay. Segments with either mildly decreased uptake in resting or rest-delayed redistribution showed improved wall motion in 76%(32/42). Among the 14 segments which showed improvement in wall motion, 10 had partial reversibility in stress-rest images and the other 4 had persistent perfusion defects in stress-rest images. These 4 segments were found viable only with rest-24 hour delayed perfusion SPECT. We concluded that rest T1-201 uptake or redistribution at 24 hour delay should be referred as an evidence to warrant postoperative improvement of abnormal wall motion and we could predict mycardial viability with preoperative rest-24 hour delay perfusion SPECT in the segments with rest perfusion decreases

        현대여가에서의 쉼의 의미와 방향 탐색

        The purpose of this study was to closely examine a philosophical rationale which has been failed to probe the fundamental aspects of resting in leisure studies. Although people’s interests in resting are getting higher and higher, research attempt to inquire into a meaning of resting as a theoretical ground was minimal and mostly the concept of rest remains in Christian understanding. The following were the results of consideration, which were obtained through documentary survey. First, resting has been alienated from a research of leisure with failing to be paid attention compared to serious leisure while being classified into casual leisure in a research of leisure studies. Second, as resting lexically means making the body comfortable for recovering from fatigue, it was regarded as a terminology of meaning that human being perceive. What makes the body comfortable did not mean that the conscious activity of a rest just like sleeping, but meant the free and peaceful being from a thought and behavior of interrupting resting. Resting etymologically meant that stopping after working or acting, having no movement, being free without being obstructed, and being mentally peaceful. A meaning of rest understood as a concept of Christian resting, implied the peaceful being of the soul and came to be helpful for understanding spiritual resting necessary for modern people in a sense of emphasizing resting of the soul rather than the body. Third, modern people’s resting was related to physical activity in a sense of being not merely inactive being, and has influence upon a rise of participation in the static activity, the activity of emphasizing harmony between the body and the spirit, and the nature-friendly activity. Fourth, it examined ceasing, resting, embracing, and feasting, which are 4 kinds of contents for practicing the Christian rest, as a practical method for enjoying resting and applied this to modern people’s leisure life. Therefore the researchers concluded that there existed 3 kinds of contents such as ‘changing perspective on resting,’ ‘knowing resting,’ and ‘forming environment for resting.’ In addition, the researchers advocated the formation of an optimal environment for removing negative perception on resting.

        God’s Design of Work-Rest Balance for the Work-Life Balancing World

        이 시대의 사회적 화두는 워라밸(일과 휴식의 균형)인데 워라밸의 추구는 일과 휴식을 동시에 만족시키고자 함에 있어서 한 가지가 뒷전으로 밀려나거나 희생이 요구되는 긴장의 관계, 종속의 관계로 전개되고 있다. 이런 대립이나 긴장의 접근으로써는 진정한 일과 휴식의 균형을 이룰 수가 없다. 이 연구의 목적은 일과 휴식의 관계에 대하여 하나님께서 세우신 창조질서를 검토하여 진정한 균형을 제시하는 것이다. 하나님께서 일을 제정하신 목적은 일을 통해 인간이 성취하고 만족하게 하는데 있음을 보인다. 휴식의 제정은 휴식을 거룩하게 지켜서 만족함과 기쁨을 누릴 목적으로 하고 있음을 보여준다. 즉, 일과 휴식의 제정은 인간의 유익을 위함이며 성취와 만족을 통한 보람된 삶을 위함이라는 동일한 목표와 목적을 가진다. 하나님이 제정하신 일과 휴식은 통일된 목적으로 통합적인 접근과 실천으로 서로를 보완하면서 풍성하고 보람찬 삶을 얻을 수 있게 하신 것이다. 세상적 워라밸과 하나님의 워라밸의 결정적 차이는, 일과 휴식이 종속적인 관계인지 보완적이고 통합적인 관계인지의 구별이다. 본고는 교회가 일과 휴식의 통합적 실천방안으로, 일과 휴식의 예배적 이해를 제안한다. 하나님은 일을 통해 하나님과 연결되게 하셨고, 이웃과 연결되게 하셨다. 즉, 일은 우리의 삶에 기쁨과 만족을 주시려는 예배로 이해해야 한다. 또한 하나님은 휴식을 통해 세상이 유지되게 하시며 하나님과 만날 수 있도록 하셨다. 즉, 휴식은 일로부터 안식하는 주기와 앞날에 대한 믿음으로 우리의 삶에 기쁨과 만족을 주시려는 예배로 이해해야 한다. 이처럼 교회는 일과 휴식에 대해서 예배로 이해해야 하나님의 영구적이고 통합적 목적이 실현될 수 있고, 이를 선포하고 가르쳐야 함을 제시한다. Today’s social issue is Work-Life Balance (Wo-La-Bal in Korean) and in pursuit of Work-Life Balance, tension and conflict are developing in which one area is pushed back or sacrificed over the other to achieve satisfaction. However, such confronting approach hinders balancing work and rest. The purpose of this study is to examine work and rest as intended by God. Finding the purpose and goal will offer a way to balance the two. Biblical analysis reveal God instituted work for us to reach achievement and satisfaction through work and instituted rest for us to enjoy life by observing and keeping it. Thus, God had one goal and purpose in making work and rest-providing benefits for our life. This shows that work and rest are to complement each other. The decisive difference between the world’s Work-Life Balance and that of God’s is on the distinction--whether work and rest is in tension and a subordinate relationship or complements and integrated. This article proposes that the church practice work and rest as worship to realize this integrating relationship. God purposed that we connect with Him and our neighbors through work and we achieve the meaning and purpose of our existence. God also regulates the world through resting and rest gives us joy and satisfaction through the cycle of work-rest and the ability to trust our future. Therefore, the church should practice work and rest as worship and realize God’s permanent and integrated purpose.

        기독청소년들이 경험한 쉼에 대한 생애사 연구

        This study is a life history study of four Christian teenagers who have had a one-year rest by participating in a group with the motto of “one year vacation.” We tried to track the meaning of their experiences of the rest in their lives. The intention of the researchers in this study is to urge the various institutions that educate the youth and our society to understand the importance and value of the rest so that they provide the youth with enough rest. The same should be done in the church. While the teenagers participated in the group, they were able to enjoy enough rest in various forms. The important learning and growth occurred through the rest for them. Above all, the self-understanding deepened in adolescence, which laid the foundation for establishing self-identity. And they could have their own dreams rather than being obscured by others. Gaining of the important learning is not because they are still doing nothing, but because they have enough rest as guided by the group. The rest they experienced was the time from their busy daily life to contemplation and reflection. Having a time of reflection and thinking among young people is a rejection of this world that demands to live only on performances. True rest guides us to approach the true self through reflection and reason and to worship God the Lord. It also urges them to develop the gifts God has given them to live in serving their neighbors. Such rest should be an important central theme of Christian education. 본 연구는‘1년의 방학’을 모토로 삼은 한 모임에 참여하여 1년간 쉼을 가진 기독청소년 네 명에 대한 생애사 연구이다. 모임을 통해 10대 중반에 비교적 충실하게 경험한 쉼이 그들의 삶에 어떤 영향을 끼치고 있는지를 추적하고자 했다. 본 연구를 통해서 연구자들이 의도한 바는 청소년들을 교육하는 여러 기관과 우리사회가 쉼의 중요성과 가치를 이해하여 청소년들에게 충분한 쉼을 제공하자는 것이다. 이는 교회학교에서도 동일하게 이루어져야 한다. 연구결과 그 청소년들은 쉼을 통해 중요한 배움과 성장이 일어났음을 알 수 있다. 무엇보다 청소년기에서 중요한 자기이해가 깊어져 자기정체성 확립의 토대가 놓였다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 진로의 탐색이 자연스럽게 이루어져 다른 이들에 의해 주어지는 것이 아닌, 자신의 꿈을 가질 수 있었다고 한다. 이처럼 쉼을 통해 중요한 깨달음을 얻게 되는 현상은 이들이 아무것도 하지 않고 가만히 있어서가 아니라 그 모임에서 안내하는 대로 쉼의 의미를 생각하며 충분히 쉼을 가졌기 때문이다. 그들이 경험한 쉼은 비움과 수용의 과정으로 분주했던 일상으로부터 관조와 성찰로 나아가는 시간이었다. 청소년들이 성찰과 사유의 시간을 갖는다는 것은 성과만을 바라보고 살도록 요구하는 이 세계에 대한 거부이고 저항의 의미를 담고 있다. 참된 쉼은 성찰과 사유를 통해 참 자아에 다가갈 수 있도록 하고 하나님께 경배 드리도록 안내한다. 또한 하나님이 각자에게 주신 은사들을 개발하여 이웃을 섬기는 삶을 살도록 촉구하기도 한다. 그런 면에서 쉼은 기독교교육의 중요한 핵심 주제가 되어야 함을 지적하고자 한다.

        부하 - 휴식과 휴식 - 부하 1일 심근관류영상법의 관동맥질환 진단율 비교

        N/A It has been shown that both rest and stress myocardial perfusion imagings with technetium agents can be performed on the same day using two different doses injected within few hours. The purpose of this study was to compare the two protocols (stress-rest and rest-stress) in detecting coronary artery diseases. One hundred and sixty patients (101 males, 59 females, mean age 57±9 years) and 120 patients (79 males, 41 females, mean age 59±10 years) underwent stress-rest myocardial perfusion SPECT and rest-stress myocardial perfusion SPECT, respectively All of them underwent both myocardial perfusion SPECT and coronary angiography within 1 month. A coronary stenosis was considered significant when it compromised the luminal diameter by≥50%. The chi square test was used to compare differences in sensitivity, specificity and accuracy between the two groups. The overall sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of stress-rest protocol were 99%, 35%and 68%, respectively. Those of rest-stress protocol were 96%, 47%, and 78%, respectively. There was no difference between the two protocols in identifying individual diseased coronary artery branches. Therefore, one day stress-rest and rest-stress myocardial SPECT using Tc-99m agents were comparable and were very sensitive tests in detecting coronary artery diseases.

        주휴일 제도의 입법적 개선방안

        The paradigm of the labor market is changing rapidly. ‘Work and rest’ is a concern for both users and workers. Nevertheless, the weekly holiday system of the Labor Standards Act still maintains the framework of the early industrialization era that protects workers from excessive labor. The Labor Standards Act was revised in 2018 to reduce working hours, but there is still no significant change in the basic framework. The reduction of working hours can achieve its purpose completely when the holiday system is specifically realized. The rest system stipulated in the Labor Standards Act is operated anomalously in various forms in the labor reality. In particular, many parts of the method of granting holidays are delegated to the theory of interpretation. The rest system, which is far from reality, does not meet the minimum standards necessary for workers' lives, such as recovery from fatigue and health from continuous work. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the rest system stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, and among them, the regulations related to the holiday system are embodied and realized. The weekly holiday system of the Labor Standards Act has both the nature of monetary compensation and the nature of rest time guarantee, and the establishment of ‘one week’ as a guarantee requirement for paid weekly holidays is a representative sign of the nature of monetary compensation. However, defining and rewarding certain requirements for rest as well as the weekly holiday system arises as an obstacle in terms of guaranteeing rest, a prerequisite for balancing work and rest. In order to solve this problem, the nature of monetary compensation, one of the two characteristics of the weekly holiday system, must be eliminated, and a social universal holiday with only the nature of guaranteeing rest time should be established. In order for the weekly holiday system of the Labor Standards Act to be further realized and embodied, there are numerous tasks to be solved. Legislative supplementation is needed to resolve the national goal of reducing working hours and the demands of the times of “harmony between work and rest.”

        지리산국립공원내 칠선계곡 탐방로의 회복에 관한 분석

        To investigate the restoration procedure on soil physical properties at the surface of visiting road affected by rest-year system. This study was carried out at visiting roads of stream of Chilsun in Jirisan. Mean soil strength in 20cm of soil depth was lower in the Rest-Year System areas (1.5-1.9 times in Site 2, 1.1-7.5 times in Site 3) than in the control (Site 1). Soil strength was recovered by the Rest-Year System in the national park. Mesopore rate (pF 2.7) in 0-15 cm of soil depth was higher in the Rest-Year System areas (1.2 times) than in the control. This indicates that mesopore rate is rapidly restoring in the Rest-Year System areas. Pore space rate in 0-7.5 cm of soil depth was higher in the Rest-Year System areas (23.2% in Site 2, 23.6% in Site 3) than in the control (22.4% in Site 1). Pore space rate in 7.5-15 cm of soil depth was also higher in the Rest-Year System areas (22.9% in Site 2 and Site 3) than in the control (18.9% in Site 1). Soil pore space was remediable by the Rest-Year System. Bulk density in 0-7.5 cm of soil depth was lower in the Rest-Year System areas (1.674g/cm3 in Site 2, 1.668g/cm3 in Site 3) than in the control (1.723g/cm3 in Site 1). Bulk density in 7.5-15 cm of soil depth was lower in the Rest-Year System areas (1.785g/cm3 in Site 2 and 1.721g/cm3 in Site 3) than in the control (1.721g/cm3 in Site 1). Soil bulk density was decreased in the Rest-Year System areas of the national park. Amount of soil erosion was lower in the Rest-Year System areas (0.017m3/km/yr in site 2, 0.023m3/km/yr in site 3) than in the control (0.054m3/km/yr in site 1).
