        Knowledge Sharing and Innovative Work Behavior: Testing the Role of Entrepreneurial Passion in Distribution Channel

        Purpose: This study aims to scrutinize the effect of knowledge sharing on entrepreneurial passion and innovative work behavior. This study also tests the mediating role of entrepreneurial passion on the association between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior in distribution channel. Research design, data and methodology: A quantitative methodology is adopted to inspect the association between knowledge sharing, entrepreneurial passion, and innovative work behavior. Data are obtained from 193 employees from four stone milling companies in Central Java - Indonesia. The Smart PLS 3.0 software is used to verify and test the offered hypotheses. Results: The significant empirical findings reveal that knowledge sharing positively affects entrepreneurial passion and innovative work behavior. Also, entrepreneurial passion positively affects innovative work behavior. In addition, this study brings to the light that entrepreneurial passion mediates the association between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. These results suggest that organizations should freely facilitate knowledge-sharing behavior to increase entrepreneurial passion within the organization, thereby promoting innovative work behavior. Conclusions: This study presents a significant contribution to the development of knowledge in business because the studies on the association between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior have not taken into account the mediating role of entrepreneurial passion.

        생활체육 참여자들의 운동열정, 인지된 자유감, 일-삶의 균형감의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to provide evidence to encourage continuous participation in sports by identifying the relationship between exercise passion, perceived freedom, and work-life balance of participants in sports for all. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 203 adults in their 20s and 30s living in the Seoul metropolitan area who have been participating in daily sports for more than 6 months were selected as one of the purpose sampling methods The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the effect of sports participants’ athletic passion on perceived freedom, it was found that the harmonious passion and obsessive passion of sports had a significant effect on the control and confidence of perceived freedom. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of athletic passion on work-life balance of sports participants, it was found that harmonious passion and obsessive passion of exercise had a significant effect on the family balance of work-life balance. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of perceived freedom on the work-life balance of sports participants, it was found that the control of perceived freedom had a significant effect on the work-life balance, the work-life balance, and the work-growth balance.

        중식당 조리사의 직무환경과 직무열정과의 인과관계 분석 : 공적자기의식을 조절효과 중심으로

        본 연구는 중식당 조리사들의 직무환경이 직무열정에 어떠한 영향이 미치는 가를 분석한다. 또한 공적자기의식이 직무환경과 직무열정 간에 조절효과가 있는 가를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, H1를 검정하기 위해 직무환경이 강박열정 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 복지환경, 인적환경은 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 시설환경은 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, H2를 검정하기 위해 직무환경이 조화열정에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 복지환경, 인적환경, 시설환경은 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, H3를 검정하기 위해 조리사의 공적자기의식은 직무환경과 직무열정 간의 영향 관계를 분석한 결과, 조절효과가 없는 것으로 분석되어 기각이 되었다. The current study analyzes effect of Chinese cuisine chefs’ work environment on work passion. It also attempts to investigate regulation effect of public self-consciousness between work environment and work passion. The following are the result of the analysis. First;in order to test H1;effect of work environment on obsessive passion was analyzed; as a result;welfare environment and human environment had significantly positive effect while facility environment did not. Second;in order to test H2;effect of work environment on harmonious passion was analyzed; as a result;welfare environment;human environment;and facility environment had significantly positive effect. Third;in order to test H3;influential relationship of chef’s public self-consciousness between work environment and work passion was analyzed. there was no regulating effect; thereby it was rejected.

        지각된 일의 의미가 조직 성과에 미치는 영향: 조직의 네트워킹 역량의 매개효과와 셀프 리더십, 회복 탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로*

        In terms of human resource management, this study attempts to verify the relationship between employees' perceived meaning, work engagement, and organizational performance based on job characteristic theory and job demand resource theory. And it aims to verify how the organization's networking capabilities mediate in the process of verifying whether employees with strong work engagement can contribute to the organization's innovation and performance creation with entrepreneurial passion. In addition, since individual competence acts as an important factor in work life, we will examine the moderating effect of individual-level self-leadership and resilience in the effect of perceived work at the resource level on work engagement. For the study, a survey was conducted on 274 sales, service, and management positions working in small and medium-sized enterprises, and reliability, validity, model suitability, and hypothesis verification were conducted using Smart-PLS 4.0. As a result of the analysis, meaning of perceived work of employees had a positive effect on work engagement and organizational performance, and work engagement had a positive effect on entrepreneurial passion. In addition, it was confirmed that the organization's networking capabilities completely mediated the impact of entrepreneurial passion on organizational performance. Finally, self-leadership at the individual level strengthened the effect of meaning of work on work engagement, but resilience weakened the relationship between the two variables, leading to a different conclusion from many previous studies. Therefore, it presents the direction of the trailing variable for meaning of work and provides implications for organizational support in terms of human resource management for performance creation.

        교사의 실천적 지식과 열정에 관한 연구 - 초등교사의 온작품 읽기 수업을 중심으로 -

        This thesis is a study on the practical knowledge and passion of elementary school teachers. Elementary school teachers experienced whole-work reading classes in the teacher-learning communities inside and outside school. The results of the study are as follows. Teacher’s social body is a body that is embodied and formed by designing, implementing, and reflecting on the lessons ‘together’ with fellow teachers in the context of the classroom situation using the whole-work reading classes. The factors that changed the social body of elementary school teachers during the whole work reading class were heuristic and persuasive passion. The result of changing the body is the acquisition of practical knowledge. The educational meaning of the change of the body is the acquisition of practical wisdom. Although the knowledge is difficult to fully explain in everyday language or fully verify with logic. However, that knowledge has the character of ‘tacit knowledge’. In the field of educational practice, teachers' practical knowledge is working relatively well. And it was concluded ‘provisionally’ that the functional state was also good. On the other hand, ‘proprietary reading’ is the traditional way of reading. There is also ‘existential reading’ in the way of reading whole works. It suggested that the problem of the gap between the two viewpoints can be solved with ‘heuristic passion’. The heuristic passion is to stay in the teacher's own educational philosophy and interpretation framework(indwelling). In addition, there is a problem of a logical gap with a teacher who has no experience in reading whole works. The problem can be solved by staying in a state of psychological co-dwelling; in other words the problem can be solved by exploring each other's psychological inner topography with ‘persuasive passion’.

        Influence of Work Passion on Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior: Dual Mediating Effect of Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment

        Purpose - Based on the social exchange theory, social identity theory and self-determination theory, this paper explores the relationship between work passion and unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) and analyzes the dual mediating effect of organizational identification and organizational commitment. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on theoretical research, five key research hypotheses are proposed, and a research model is established. The data source is a questionnaire survey involving 613 employees from Chinese retail enterprises. In addition, SPSS & AMOS programs were used to test the hypotheses of the research model. Findings - First, work passion can activate employees’mediating role in the relationship between work passion and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Third, organizational commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between work passion and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Fourth, organizational identification and organizational commitment have a dual mediating effect in the influence of work passion on unethical pro-organizational behavior. Research Implications - This paper has implications for appropriate measures that managers can take to effectively manage employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior and actively guide work passion.

        일의 의미가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 직무 재창조, 자부심, 조화열정을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 조직몰입의 발전에서 일의 의미가 담당하는 역할을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 특히, 직무 재창조, 자부심, 조화열정이 일의 의미를 통해 조직몰입에 미치는 간접영향을 규명하는 것에 초점을 맞추었다. 일을 대하는 개인의 태도는 개인의 내면적 발전을 통해 일 또는 조직에 대한 긍정적인 태도로 발전될 수 있다는 면을 고려하여 본 연구에서는 직무 재창조, 자부심, 조화열정이 조직몰입에 미치는 직접영향 보다는 일의 의미의 역할에 초점을 맞추어 간접영향을 검증하기 위하여 노력하였다. 설문지를 활용하여 194명의 조직 구성원들로부터 자료를 수집하였으며, 이론적으로 구성된 가설을 검증하기 위하여 구조 방정식 모델을 활용하여 분석하였다. AMOS를 활용한 가설 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일의 의미는 조직몰입 형성에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 조화열정은 일의 의미에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 조화열정은 일의 의미를 통해 조직몰입에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 자부심은 일의 의미에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 자부심은 일의 의미를 통해 조직몰입에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 토론 및 논의 부분을 통하여 본 연구의 이론적 실무적 시사점을 심도 깊게 토론하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점에 대해서도 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of meaningful work in the development of organizational commitment. Job crafting, pride, and harmonious passion were used as antecedents of meaningful work which was connected to organizational commitment. Even though there have been many studies examining the direct impact of those variables on organizational commitment, less attention was given to the role of meaningful work as a mediating variable among the variables. Thus, finding indirect effect of antecedents on organizational commitment through meaningful work was one of main focuses of this study. Results of the study showed following conclusions: First, meaningful work had significant influences on organizational commitment. Second, harmonious passion had significant influences on the meaningful work. Third, harmonious passion had significant influences on the development of organizational commitment through meaningful work. Fourth, pride had significant influences on the meaningful work. Third, pride had significant influences on the development of organizational commitment through meaningful work. In depth discussions on results of the study and future research direction were provided through discussion section.

        멘토링이 청소년 유도선수들의 열정 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the effect of the mentoring on adolescent Judo players’ passion and work-out adherence. To test this, 242 Judo trainees were sampled from middle and high school located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. Convenience sampling method was used to get results and conducted data through SPSS 18.0 are as follows: First, career development function and role model sub factors of mentoring have positive effect on harmonious passion, and role model and psycho-social function have positive effect on obsessive passion. Second, role model and career development function sub factors of mentoring have positive effect on work-out adherence. Third, harmonious passion and obsessive passion sub factors of passion have positive effect on work-out adherence.

        This study was conducted with the necessity and purpose of understanding the structural relationship between athletic passion, leisure life satisfaction, and work-life balance of young people participating in daily sports, and finding ways to support exercise and health promotion efforts and improve the quality of life of individuals and society. First, it was analyzed that passion for exercise had a partial effect on leisure satisfaction, and second, passion for exercise had a partial effect on the sense of work-life balance. Third, it was analyzed that leisure satisfaction had a partial effect on the sense of work-life balance.

        사대부적 이상의 성실한 실천 - 택당 이식 시 연구 -

        본고에서는 『澤堂集』에 소재한 澤堂 李植(1584~1647)의 시를 통해 택당이 사대부적인 이상을 어떻게 입체적으로 구현하였는지를 살펴본다. 이를 위해 사대부의 개념 안에 내포된 학문하는 존재로서의 선비[士]와 出仕한 존재로서의 정치관료[大夫]의 함의를 분절하여 논의하였다. 택당은 학문하는 존재로서 사대부 계급이 지닌 의미를 중시하였기에, 과거시험이나 黨目과 같은 현실적인 요인에 좌우되지 않고 학문적인 진리를 끝까지 추구하였다. 그에게 출세한 사대부란 나라와 백성을 위해 봉사하는 존재였기에, 險地로서 기피되었던 지역들에 나아가서도 그곳들의 의미를 충실히 탐구한 좋은 시편들을 남길 수 있었다. 그에게 있어 사대부의 윤리-정치학은 고난을 통해서만 온전히 성취될 수 있는 것이었다. 택당은 사대부로서의 직분에 충실하기 위해 고난을 감당한다. 이것은 크게 물리적이고 구체적인 차원의 고난, 귀향과 은거의 삶을 희생하는 데에서 오는 정서적 차원의 고난으로 구분할 수 있다. 특히 治國으로 인해 齊家의 직분을 온전히 감당할 수 없을 때 택당은 깊은 고통을 느낀다. 그러나 택당은 이와 동시에 사대부로서 공적 책임을 감당하는 자신의 고난을 절대화하지 않고, 고난의 문제를 길 위의 삶을 살아가는 모든 평범한 이들의 실존적 문제로 확장한다. 특히 古樂府의 표제와 주제를 차용함으로써, 자신이 경험한 고난을 민중적인 차원에서 해석하는 면모를 보인다. This essay investigates how Taekdang Yi Sik realized the literati ideal in multiple dimensions, focusing on his poetry from The Selected Works of Taekdang. For this purpose, I articulate the concept of the literati(士大夫) into the scholar(士) and the official(大夫). Taekdang pursued academic truth painstakingly, without being controlled by the success or failure of cⅣil service examination or the political party. He regarded the literati as those who serve for the country and its people and he created outstanding poems on the marginal regions which most officials avoided being assigned to and serving for. For him, the ethical politics of the literati could be achieved only through passion. In this context, Taekdang took on his own passion to commit himself to the mission as a literatus. His passion can be perceⅣed in terms of: physical and embodied passion; and emotional passion resulting from sacrificing hermitage in nature with his beloved family. He was especially in deep agony when he could not take care of his family properly due to his duty for the country. At the same time, he never idealized his own mission and public responsibility; instead, he deepened the meaning of passion into the existential issue of every commoner who was lⅣing on the road. Especially, he interpreted his own passion on a more unⅣersal, popular level, adapting the titles and themes of East-Asian classical ballads.
