        발화 촉진을 위한 초등영어 과제중심 수업 모형 개발

        본 연구는 학습자들의 의사소통 발화를 촉진하여 실제 영어 사용 능력을 신장하는 초등영어 과제중심수업 모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 과제 중심 교수법을 적용한 수업 동영상 열다섯 편을 분석하여 학습자의 의사소통 발화를 확대하는 과제 설계를 위한 변인을 도출하였다. 이후 과제 설계 변인과 발화수 분석 결과를 바탕으로 초등 영어 수업에서 의사소통 발화를 촉진하기 위한 과제중심수업 모형을 개발하였고, 적합성 검토를 통해 최종 모형을 확정하였다. 본 연구는 수업 중 영어 학습이 실제적인 의사소통능력 향상으로 이어지지 않는다는 우리나라 영어 교육의 꾸준한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 차후 학습자들이 흥미를 가지고 의사소통 활동에 임하게 하는 수업 모형 및 수업 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop a task-based learning model encouraging communicative productions for elementary English class. In order to do so, an analysis of video taped English classes which apply task based learning has been conducted to investigate the variables encouraging communicative productions. Based on the implications of the analysis, a task-based learning model encouraging communicative productions for elementary students was developed. To conclude, this research suggests how to develop students’ communicative competence through the task-based learning model. The task-based learning model can be instrumental to encourage students for interactive language production.

        한국어 구어 문법 교육을 위한 과제 기반 교수법

        Task-based teaching method for Korean spoken grammar instruction This paper investigates the concept of ‘spoken grammar’ in Korean grammar instruction and explores the possibility of combining task-based teaching model with it. Then it will suggest the teaching model for Korean spoken grammar. The Corpus Linguistics raised in England was the starting point of ‘spoken grammar.’ It is an alternative and practical perspective in language instruction research. As computational linguistics develops, spoken grammar can provide data-based and practical materials for language education. Spoken grammar carries out real-world approach as an alternative of the existing theory-based approach. It takes a critical stand against 4skill-centered language instruction prevailed widely since 1980 real world approach. 한국어 구어 문법 교육을 위한 과제 기반 교수법 본 논문은 ‘구어 문법’에 대한 개념을 살피고 한국어 문법 교육과 관련하여 그 시사점을 정리한 다음 특정한 교수법과의 접목 가능성을 타진함으로써 향후의 한국어 구어 문법 교수 모형을 제안하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 구어 문법은 전산언어학의 발전에 힘입어 자료 중심적이고 실제적인 언어 교육의 자료를 제공하고, 언어 연구에 있어서 기존의 이론 중심적 접근법에 대한 대안으로서 실세계 중심적 접근법을 실천하기 위한 것이며, 1980년대 이후 확고하게 자리를 잡은 말하기, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기의 4기능 중심 언어 교육에 대한 비판적 관점을 가진다. 본고는 이러한 전제를 바탕으로 하여 구어 문법을 개념화하는 것에 일차적인 목적을 두고 기술되었으며, 현재의 가장 설득력 있는 언어 교수법의 하나인, ‘과제 기반 교수법’에 집중하여 한국어 교육에 적용함으로써 연구자가 새롭게 제안하는 한국어 구어 문법 교육 영역에서 성취해 나가야 할 방법을 밝혀내고자 하였다.

        요소작업 기반 티어공법 철골조립 시뮬레이션 모델

        This paper presents a simulation model that facilitates to analyze and estimate both time and cost of the steel erection operation making use of tier construction method. By conducting motion and time study, resource processes of the operation and their tasks of the processes are defined. These atomic tasks are used as a building block to implement a simulation model that reflects the real world steel erection operation assembling the steel material in the job site. Task based operation simulation model deals with local variables or delay factors affecting productivity and improves the reusability of existing production models. Therefore, the proposed approach allows the model to adjust more easily to construction method change. The proposed steel erection model was verified by comparing with the Construction Standard Production Unit system (CSPU) and daily work report.

      • 창학부 중심 대학 학습자 특성을 준거로 한 과제 중심 수업모형의 탐색 : A교과목 적용 사례를 중심으로

        As the paradigm shiIt at the university functions to its universe level, the universities in Korea have been divided largely into two groups: the graduate centered university, focusing research courses, and the undergraduate centered university, focusing class curriculum. The undergraduate centered university includes generally the universities, located at the rural district and tends to recruit less competitive students in terms of academic achievement. Thus, this research aims to explore the teaching model relevant to the learners' characteristics at the undergraduate centered university, on the based of the assumption that the curriculum at the university require to be different from these at the graduate centered university. The students' characteristics of G university, which is a private university, located at the countryside, were analyzed based on the review of the prior research on the students and its graduates. Then, a task-based teaching model was developed based on the students' cognitive, affective, and environmental characteristics. The teaching model was adopted to develop a course, offered at the G university during each second semester for two years. The students' evaluations to the course indicated the positive effect of the model as the motivative class atmosphere and task, experience of flow, cooperative team work, and the better understanding of creative problem solving techniques. However, it was also shown on the students' responses that the fairness in the process of evaluation and the individual differences were brought as new problems in the model and they need to adopt some alternatives.

        대학 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습성과에 대한 팀 분위기와 공유정신모형의 영향

        21세기 조직과 사회에서 협업 역량의 중요성이 커져 감에 따라 본 연구는 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습 활용에 주목하고, 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습성과에 대한 학습자가 지각하는 팀 분위기와 공유정신모형의 영향력과 공유정신 모형의 매개기능을 검증하고자 수행되었다. 학습성과는 팀 성취도와 팀 학습 만족도로 구분하였고, 공유정신모형은 과제관련 공유정신모형과 팀원관련 공유정신모형으로 구분하여 연구를 수행하였다. 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습에 참여한 28명의 대학생으로부터 자료를 수집하고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 팀 성취도에 대해서는 팀 분위기와 팀원관련 공유모형이 유의한 선행요인으로 나타났고, 팀 학습 만족도에 대해서는 팀 분위기, 과제 관련 공유정신모형, 팀원관련 공유정신모형이 모두 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 과제관련 공유정신모형은 팀 분위기와 팀 학습 만족도 관계에서 매개효과를 보였고, 팀원관련 공유정신모형은 팀 분위기와 팀 성취도의 관계, 팀 분위기와 팀 학습 만족도 관계에서 매개기능을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습과정과 성과를 이해하고, 효과적인 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습환경을 조성하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 데 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of team climate and shared mental model on team project-based learning outcomes and to explore the mediation effect of shared mental model in the relationship between team climate and learning outcomes. Data were collected from 28 college students who participated a team project in a sampled class. Regression analyses suggested by Baron and Kenny were performed. The results indicated that team climate was a significant predictor to team achievement and team learning satisfaction. Furthermore, team climate also had positive impacts on team-related shared mental model and task-related shared mental model. Team-related shared mental model played a mediation role in the relationship between team climate and team achievement, and team climate and team learning satisfaction, whereas task-related shared mental model had a significant mediation effect between team climate and team learning satisfaction only. Based on the results, implications for promoting team project-based learning in colleges were discussed, and the future studies were suggested.

        영어 읽기,쓰기 교수 모형: 한국 중등학교 사례연구

        Over the last two decades, English education in Korean secondary school contexts has exclusively focused on the receptive skills such as listening and reading skills. With the emergence of communicative competence and a new proposal of National English Ability Test, secondary schools in Korea are required to prepare for the development of productive language skills, that is, a writing skill. The purpose of the paper is to provide a teaching model for developing a writing skill in Korean EFL secondary schools based on the theoretical framework. First of all, the researcher gathered and analyzed the data about the curriculum and a model for teaching a writing skill from one of the high schools in Korea. Based on the Willis``s (1996) task model, the researcher provided a pedagogical framework for teaching a writing skill in connection with a reading skill and applied the focus-on-form (e.g., dictogloss), off-line concordancing program, and performance-oriented evaluation to the teaching model. A need for the future research using the framework at secondary schools was suggested.

        Developing a Task-Based English Lesson through a Movie

        It has been more than a decade since scholars and teachers began to pay attention to films as authentic materials for English teaching. Many studies have been conducted and showed very positive effects of film using in the classroom. Now, people ask themselves what the best way to exploit this material to optimize learning is. In line with this state, this paper aims at offering a pack of model lessons for teaching English learners by using a film. Before Sunrise, which is considered appropriate movie because of its abundance of linguistic and cultural information, grammaticality, and decency, is chosen as teaching material for a group of advanced intermediate college/adult learners. TBLT (Task-Based Language Teaching) under the premise of CLT (Communicative Language Teaching) is adopted in designing those model lessons. To meet the learner-centered orientation of TBLT, a variety of group activities where the learners are continuously urged to participate with a great deal of enthusiasm are introduced.

        조직과 직무차원의 자원이 자긍심을 통해 종업원 몰입에 미치는 영향: 대상유사성 모형(Target Similarity Model)을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of two self-esteem (organization-based self-esteem: OBSE; task-specific self-esteem: TSSE) in predicting two types of employee commitment (job involvement, organizational commitment) based on the framework of Lavelle, McMahan and Harris(2009)’s target similarity model. A sample of 746 south korean employees were participated in this study and data were analyzed by MPLUS 6.12. The main results are as follows. First, the indirect effects reflecting target similarity effect were supported, but another indirect effects which reflect spillover effect between two dimensions was not. Second, the result of comparison between target similarity effect and spillover effect, which has same predictor and criterion but different mediator in each dimensions, was significant in organization domain, but not in job domain. Finally, the implications and limitations were discussed.
