        조현병 환자를 위한 마음이론 향상 재활 프로그램의 효과 검증

        People with schizophrenia show major deficits in social cognition, especially theory of mind (ToM). Social cognitive deficits are promising treatment targets for new interventions to improve functional outcome in schizophrenia. The purpose of this study was to examine the efficacy of a Social-Cognition Rehabilitation Program (SERP) focused on theory of mind. This program was modified from the original version, developed by Kwon (2003) and verified by Choi and Kwon (2006), especially for improvement of theory of mind. The SERP focused on theory of mind was composed of 16 sessions, including 14 sessions dealing with faux pas, hidden intentions and emotions and one session each for orientation and ending. The aim of the program was to help individuals with schizophrenia to enhance social cognition including theory of mind and ultimately to promote daily social skills and interpersonal ability. The SERP focused on theory of mind was compared with treatment as usual within a two group pre-post design in 52 people with schizophrenia in the community. Theory of mind, social cognition and functional outcome were assessed before and after the eight week training phase. Patients in the treatment group showed significant improvement theory of mind and social skill abilities after the program, but not in general social cognition and interpersonal abilities. Our findings suggested that theory of mind could be improved in people with schizophrenia by implementation of a social cognition enhancing rehabilitation program focused on theory of mind. Conduct of further study will be needed in order to determine whether enhanced theory of mind will have an effect on general social cognition.

        사회 인지주의 쓰기 이론과 번역의 단계별 전략

        <P>The purpose of this paper is to present the strategy by stage of translation in the perspective of the social cognitive writing theory for effective translation. Since the translation is a series of process to yield translated sentences as a result object, it can be referred to as writing process. Based on the point of view that the translation is the writing process integrated with "reading-writing", we re-establish the concept of translation in the perspective of the social cognitive writing theory, and present with the principle of translation and the translation strategy by stages during the translation process.</P><P> As the social cognitive writing theory regards the writing as the meaning composition process through interactions with members of the discourse community and emphasizes the social environment which influences the meaning composition process through interaction with the writer, it compliments the strategy of solving problems required in the writing process. So we re-establish the concept of translation as "communication process as well as meaning composition process which re-produce and re-create a completed text, by interpreting the text of a start language as the text of a target language in consideration of social and cultural context of discourse community through conversation with audience" in the perspective of social cognitive writing theory. And we set up the principles of translation with five categories of "participation principle to discourse community", "integration principle of reading-writing", "conversation theory", and "interdisciplinary principle".</P><P> We establish the process of translation as categories of "Planning→understanding(data investigation→rough reading)→Expressing→Revising", and suggest the translation strategy by stages required during the course of translation for effective translation, referring to the problem solving strategy by stages during the writing process presented as method of writing in the social cognitive writing theory.</P>

        사회 인지 관점에 따른 사회 정의 관심과 실천 모형의 검증: 국내 대학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate psychological processes based on the Korean college students’ development of social justice interest and commitment. For this study, we replicated Miller and colleagues’(2009) study, which explained the development of social justice interest and commitment by social-cognitive career theory(SCCT). Social desirability was controlled, and then self-reports data from 343 college students were analyzed using Structural Estimate Modeling(SEM). As a result, the final research model that social justice self-efficacy and outcome expectations affect social justice interest and commitment was proven valid for Korean college students. Also, in comparison with the direct effects model(social supports and barriers affect directly on commitment), the indirect effects model(social supports and barriers affect indirectly on commitment through self-efficacy) was supported. As an unique path of social-justice domain, the indirect effect by social support on commitment through outcome expectation was proved, as well. This study covers measurement limitations, future directions for research, and some lessons points with regards to how Korean college students to have social justice interest and commitment. 본 연구는 Miller와 동료들(2009)들이 사회 정의 실천을 예측하는 이론적 틀로써 사회 인지 진로 이론(SCCT)을 사회 정의 영역에 적용한 연구를 국내 대학생들을 대상으로 반복 검증한 것이다. 국내 대학생의 사회 정의에 관한 관심과 실천에 기저하는 심리적 과정을 살펴보고 사회 정의 활동을 촉진하는 개입 방안을 제안하기 위하여 서울 및 경기도 소재 4년제 대학교의 남녀 학생 337명으로 자기 보고식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 측정의 과대 추정을 막기 위해 사회적 바람직성을 통제한 상태에서 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시한 결과, 사회 정의에 대한 자기 효능감과 결과 기대가 관심에 영향을 주고 사회 정의에 대한 관심이 실천에 영향을 준다는 연구 모형이 국내 대학생들의 사회 정의 관심과 실천을 설명하는 데 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지와 사회적 장애가 자기 효능감을 통해 실천에 영향을 미친다는 간접 효과 모델이 사회적 지지와 사회적 장애가 실천에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 직접 효과 모델보다 자료를 설명하는 데 더 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 사회 정의 영역에서만 나타난 독특한 경로로 결과 기대를 통한 사회적 지지의 간접 효과가 입증되었다.

        유아 채소섭취 증진을 위한 사회인지이론에 기초한 영양 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과평가

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a nutrition education program based on social cognitive theory. Education topics focused on improving vegetable intake in preschoolers. Methods: The program was developed based on social cognitive theory, which focuses on self-efficacy, teacher modeling, rewarding and sensory activity. Program development proceeded in five stages (draft development, social cognitive theory application, preliminary investigation, program revision, program implementation). A non-equivalent control group, pretest-posttest design was used in this study. Participants were recruited from one childcare facility; 35 preschoolers (treatment group, n=15 and control group, n=20) participated. The treatment group received 3 lessons. Intake surveys were conducted for each group before and after the nutrition education program. The data were analyzed using a t-test, paired t-test, chi Square-test (Fisher's exact test) and ANOVA. Results: In the treatment group, post-education, there was significantly higher intake in side dishes (vegetable dishes) by children aged between four and five (p<0.01). Among the vegetable dishes, there was a significantly higher intake in broccoli and spinach (p<0.001). Conclusion: This study showed that improving preschoolers' vegetable intake could be achieved via a nutrition education program based on social cognitive theory which focuses on behavior change. It is necessary to develop nutrition education program for teachers to increase the vegetables intake of children.

        서사의 작중인물과 "마음의 이론(Theory of Mind)" -인지과학의 관점에서 본 인물 이론-

        이 논문은 작중인물의 서사학 이론을 비판적으로 검토하고 새로운 관점의 도입 필요성을 제기한다. 이를 위해 인지 심리학과 인지 서사학의 관점, 그리고 미하일 바흐찐의 대화주의적 소설론 등 다양한 이론적 시각을 참조하는 학제적 프로그램을 통해서 신체화된 상호주체성의 현상학을 논의하여, 서사의 대화적 윤리학을 위한 새로운 지평을 모색해보고자 한다. 그 동안 작중인물의 이론은 쇠퇴 일로에 있었다. 그러나 최근에, 서사의 미학적 경험과 독자의 인지적 해석 과정, 수사학적 효과에 주목하는 포스트-고전서사학의 부상으로 ‘작중인물의 부활’이 목격된다. 특히 문학적 인물을 언어적 구성물로 보기 보다는 현실적 인물과의 유사점에서 출발하는 논의들은 인물 이론을 갱신하는 데 유용하다. 실제 서사 현상에서 독자들은 작중인물을 이해하고 공감하고, 최종적으로 서사에서 문학적 감동을 일으키는 인간다움(humanness)을 지닌 실제적인 존재로 받아들이기 때문이다. 인지 심리학에서, 독자가 서사 텍스트로부터 작중인물을 구성하고 인지하는 과정은 일상생활에서 자신과 타인의 마음을 이해하는 능력, 즉 ‘마음의 이론(Theory of Mind)’으로 설명될 수 있다. 마음 읽기 또는 사회적 인지(social cognition)는 생존을 위한 진화론적 기제로, 상호주관적 관계에서 언어보다 더욱 근본적이다. 우리는 언어나 대화없이도 얼굴 표정과 몸짓 등으로 타인의 내면을 헤아릴 수 있으며, 이는 신경과학의 거울 뉴런(mirror neuron)으로도 설명된다. 텍스트 세계 내에서도 인물들은 신체화된 상호주체성을 기반으로 서로 ‘접촉’하면서 서사적 주제와 의미를 생산해낸다. 독자 역시 이러한 인지 과정 속에서 서사적 인물을 인격적 존재로서 받아들이면서 그들과 공감하면서 문학적 대화에 참여한다. This paper critically reviews narratological character theories, and proposes a new cognitive literary theory. Recently, with the emergence of cognitive narratology, theories of fictional characters also seem to have been revived. Readers feel sympathy and understanding for the characters, and accept them as real human beings. Ultimately, such a close relationship between the reader``s mind and a novel``s characters can create a particular literary affect. In cognitive psychology, the reader``s process of configuring characters from the narrative text is described as, "theory of mind," which is the ability to understand oneself and another person``s mind in everyday life. Such mind-reading―or social cognition―is an evolutionary mechanism for survival, more fundamental than language in the intersubjective relationship. In the "text world", fictional characters can also "touch" each other, on the basis of "embodied intersubjectivity."

      • Network Sharing beyond Knowledge Sharing

        This study examines the influences of knowledge-sharing activities and tertius iungens orientation on job performance within social media environments. It introduces individual factors (knowledge self-efficacy and enjoyment of helping) and social factors (social interaction ties and the norm of reciprocity) as antecedents, based on social cognitive and social capital theories. Through empirical analysis, it finds that knowledge self-efficacy, social interaction ties, and the norm of reciprocity positively influence knowledge-sharing activities in social media environments, and that social interaction ties and the norm of reciprocity contribute to the establishment of an individual’s tertius iungens orientation only through knowledge-sharing activities. In terms of job performance, it shows that tertius iungens orientation plays a mediating role in the relationship between knowledge-sharing activities and individual job performance. Our results have important theoretical implications for researchers of topics such as knowledge management in social media contexts, and offer a helpful perspective for managers who hope to introduce social media within their organizations in order to facilitate the conducting of job duties.

        사회인지 관점에 기반한 통일에 대한 긍정정서가 통일지향행동에 미치는 영향: 한국 성인을 대상으로

        This study aims to investigate social and cognitive mechanisms to predict group unification-oriented behavioral attitudes in Korean adults. To this end, Miller and colleagues’(2009) social-cognitive perspective based on social justice interest and commitment was used in this study. 460 adults between the ages of 20 and 60 provided self-reported data, which was then evaluated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results are as follows. First, the positive affect of Korean reunification has a direct impact on pro-unification collective action. Second, the relationship between positive affect and collective action is sequentially mediated by social justice self-efficacy and interest. Third, the relationship between positive affect and collective action is sequentially mediated by social justice self-efficacy, outcome expectation, and interest. Next,the following are study’s implications. First, it’s crucial to focus on creating a positive attitude toward Korean reunification in order to encourage group pro-unification action. Second, it is necessary to provide various experiences and opportunities to engage in socially relevant activities and understand the effects of their actions, in order to foster social justice self-efficacy. Third, the belief and hope that one’s activities can result in positive social change need to be elicited in order to raise outcome expectations. This will raise interest in social justice and encourage group efforts in favor of unification.

        Spiro의 인지적 융통성 이론이 사회과 수업과 교재 구성에 주는 시사점

        인지적 융통성 이론은 인지주의 이론에 기반을 둔 교육 심리학이다. 그러나 전통적 스키마 이론과는 차이가 있다. 이 이론은 기존 스키마에 대한 강한 의존보다는 사례들(cases)에 기반 한 체계적 지식 구성을 강조한다. Spiro는 전통적 스키마 이론을 환원적 편견(reductive bias)으로 간주한다. 환원적 편견은 현실에 당면한 문제를 객관적으로 인지하지 못하게 한다. 따라서 합리적 문제 해결을 어렵게 한다. 인지적 융통성 이론은 이러한 환원적 편견을 탈피할 수 있는 대안으로, 다양한 사례를 중심으로 사고하는 교차적 접근(criss crossing approach)을 제시한다. 연구에 따르면 이러한 교차적 접근은 고차원적 사고 활동에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려졌다. 한편 Spiro의 인지적 융통성 이론이 사회과 수업과 교재 구성에 주는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회과 수업 측면에서 실제성을 강조한다. 사회과 수업의 실제성은 ① 문제 해결과정의 실제성, ② 비구조적 상황에서 구조적 상황으로의 수렴, ③ 실천력에 의미 있는 영향 주기의 속성을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 사회과 교재 구성측면에서 다중적 관점을 함의해야 한다. 전통적인 사회과 교재관은 논리성, 함축성, 요약성, 선형적 구성을 내포하고 있다. 인지적 융통성 이론에 기반한 사회과 교재 구성은 ① 비선형성, ② 비구조성, ③ 다중적 관점의 다양한 사례 제시전략이 필요하다. Cognitive Flexibility theory bases to cognitive psychology. It is difference with traditional schema theory. Cognitive Flexibility theory emphasizes systematic knowledge construction based in cases than strong dependence about schema. Spiro regards traditional schema theory as reductive bias. reductive bias does not correctly recognize problem that face in practice. Therefore, rational problem solving is more difficult. As alternative that can escape from reductive bias, Spiro persist cross-crossing approach based in various cases. According to empirical research, this cross-crossing approach has an important effect on higher order thinking. In the meantime, suggestion point that cognitive flexibility theory gives teaching and material structure is same as following. First, emphasize actuality in social studies. Actuality in social studies include actuality of problem solving process, progressing from none structural situation to structural situation and influencing actual power. Second, material of social studies needs to imply multiplex lenses. Material point in Traditional social studies connote logicality, implication, condensability, linear composition. If social studies bases on cognitive flexibility theory, material composition of social studies needs attributes of none linear and none structure. And it needs presentation strategy of various cases including multiplex lens.

        이중처리이론과 현대 도덕 심리학

        Cognitive science, which began in the 1960s, has become a major trend in understanding the human mind from a naturalistic point of view. In particular, the dual process theory of the mind in cognitive science contributes to the expansion of the factual understanding of cognition by explaining the mental processes that lead to knowledge through two types of information processing. And J. Haidt’s ‘social intuitionist model’ and J. D. Greene’s ‘double-process moral psychology’, which had a great influence on the flow of modern moral psychology, accept the double process theory of cognition. And they present new psychological facts about moral judgment. Thus, modern moral psychology renews understanding of moral intuition and its mechanism by accepting the dual processing theory of cognition and attempting a new approach to moral cognition. 1960년대 본격화된 인지과학은 자연주의적 관점에서 인간의 마음을 이해하는 주요한 흐름으로 자리 잡았다. 특히 마음에 대한 이중처리이론은 인간이 앎에 이르는 심적 과정을 두 유형의 정보처리과정으로 설명함으로써 인지에 대한 사실적 차원의 이해를 확장하는 데 기여하고 있다. 그리고 하이트의 ‘사회적 직관주의 모델’과 그린의 ‘이중처리 도덕 심리학’은 이러한 이중처리이론을 수용하며 도덕 판단에 관한 새로운 심리학적 사실들을 제시하고 있다. 도덕 심리학은 인지에 관한 이중처리이론의 관점을 수용하여 도덕적 인지에 대한 새로운 접근을 시도함으로써 도덕적 직관과 그것의 작동 메커니즘에 대한 이해를 일신하고 있다.

        단순언어장애아동의 마음이론

        마음이론은 사회인지의 최근 연구주제로 자신과 다른 사람이 각각 독립적인 심적 상태를 가지고 있다는 것을 인식하고 이러한 심적 상태를 귀인할 수 있는 능력이다. 본 연구에서는 틀린 믿음과제를 이용하여 단순언어장애아동 16명을 대상으로 마음이론발달을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 생활연령을 일치시킨 정상아동 16명과 언어능력을 일치시킨 정상아동 16명을 통제집단으로 하여 그 수행을 비교하였다. 연구결과, 단순언어장애아동들은 생활연령을 일치시킨 정상아동들 뿐 아니라 언어능력을 일치시킨 정상아동들보다 틀린 믿음과제 수행에서 유의하게 열등한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들을 기초로 단순언어장애아동들의 특성에 대해 논의하였다. Social cognition means cognition and knowledge about people and their doings. The theory of mind is an emerging research area in social cognition. The ability to understand that a person has a belief that does not match reality and that he or she may act in accordance with that belief is an important milestone of cognitive development. To have a mature theory of mind is to understand that human beings possess mental states which are related to the environment in the reality and which can be used to predict and explain human behaviors. Using false-belief task, this study examined a theory of mind for children with specific language impairment. The results showed that children with specific language impairment were poorer in the ability of theory of mind compared with chronological-age matched children as well as with language-ability matched children. Relationships between social cognition and language development were discussed.
